SUBSTANCE: system is equipped with a solar panel, a battery charge controller, a proximity sensor, a GSM/GPRS unit, a control unit, a T7 traffic light, a "Pedestrian crossing" LED sign, LED lamps for lateral illumination of the pedestrian crossing, LED lamps for illuminating the waiting area, a solar panel, a control unit and two rumble strips on the road surface. The invention relates to the field of construction of pedestrian crossings on roads of different types. The main disadvantage of standard pedestrian crossings is their lack of information and poor visualization of the driver crossing the pedestrian crossing.

The invention is intended to increase the safe use of pedestrian crossing in the dark, including in the event of failure of the regular (wired) systems provide lighting transition energy or in its absence, for whatever reasons, for example due to the large distance from the existing electrical supply lines and lack of economic efficiency of the strip from the power source before conversion.

Ultimately, the lighting greatly enhances the visualization of pedestrian crossing, which is directly related to safety and, consequently, reducing the number of accidents occurring in the dark. There is no doubt that improving visualization reduces the total number of accidents.

The practice of local lighting of pedestrian crossings in the dark ordinary electric lamps insufficient (www.fips.ru C. FROM No. 201.110.4777, publ. 20.08.2012; patent RU 123111, publ. 20.12.2012), because the lighting pedestrian crossing the light transition from top-down (the angle of incidence of the light flux L=π/2, see Fig. 1, A), creating on the road surface light spot, poorly visible, i.e. not enough contrast for the perception of the driver crossing the pedestrian crossing.

The object, i.e., pedestrian, moving through the transition and illuminated from above, poorly visible for the driver, because the light falling from above, illuminating a small area of the pedestrian (the top of his head), resulting in diffuse reflection of light, which should see the driver, extremely low intensity, i.e., the driver sees a pedestrian merging with lighted surface zebras. Thus, in the classical use of the backlight pedestrian crossing, pedestrian poorly visible to the driver.

Objectives of the invention are:

- support for improving the safety of pedestrians using the crosswalk;

- reduction of consumed electric energy without compromising visibility at pedestrian crossing regardless of weather conditions;

- reduction of operating costs and capital investments, simplify management.

The technical result of the invention consists in reducing the costs of pedestrian crossing, automation management, backup system, independent power supply, changing the lighting system of objects on the move, by increasing the contrast of not less than 5 times, and its perception by the driver of a vehicle approaching the crossing.

The proposed technical solution for the construction of the pedestrian crossing is made in the form of installation of two supports, POS. 20 (Fig. 3), with consoles, POS. 15, which is suspended led road signs "Pedestrian crossing", led flashlight side illumination, POS. 10 (Fig. 1, B), and a direct illumination of the transition and zone approach to the pedestrian crossing. All luminous elements is made on the basis of LEDs that allow you to save energy without sacrificing light transition. All construction permits in advance, on the distant approaches to ensure driver visibility crosswalk and to the to the investigation, to improve its security. FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: motor road comprises an artificial bump, including several layers arranged one above another from plastic material. The higher the layer, the smaller its width. The bump is made with a transverse profile, with which a motor vehicle moving in forward direction experiences equal or smaller resistance compared to movement in opposite direction.

EFFECT: increased safety of movement, reduced number of road accidents, related to driving in the opposite carriageway, reduced prime cost of manufacturing and noise impact at environment.
