SUBSTANCE: decorative board represents a composite material and differs by the fact that the base is veneer, binder is polyester resin of PN-1 grade, accelerator is cobalt naphthenate, catalyst is metyl etyl keytone peroxide, decorative layer material is wood chips with length of not more than 5 mm and moisture of at least 10%.
EFFECT: development of an alternative appearance of finish lining of facades, this appearance shall not be inferior in main operational properties and outer surface to existing types of finish lining of building and structure facades.

The invention is used in construction as a finishing of the facades of buildings and structures.
Analogues of decorative plates on the basis of the plywood are facing materials for finishing of facades of buildings and structures designed to protect effective insulation against external adverse factors and give the building a unique appearance. Thus, for similar decorative plates on the basis of the plywood was made granite (GOST 13996-93. Tile ceramic facade and carpets from them. Technical conditions. - M.: Publishing house of standards, 1995. - 14 C.). This facing material has a high specific gravity, i.e., load bearing structures facade of the building with granite accept additional load.
The prototype of decorative plates on the basis of the plywood is text-risovanny DSPS (GOST 26816-86. Slabs of cement-bonded particleboard. Technical conditions. - M.: Publishing house of standards, 1986. - 14 C.). Textured DSPS is not a high service life.
The authors was the goal of the project is to develop an alternative view of the finish facings. Moreover, this type should not be on the basic operational properties and appearance to give the existing finish facing facades of buildings and structures.
Decorative plate (figure I) depict is to place a composite material, obtained by applying a material of the decorative layer onto the canvas, and the subsequent fixing of the binder. As a basis, the authors propose a plywood; as a binder is a polyester resin grade MO-1, for curing is used as the accelerator (cobalt naphthenate) and catalyst (methyl ethyl ketone peroxide); as the material of the decorative layer - sawdust length of 5 mm and a moisture content not exceeding 10 %.
Manufacturing technology of decorative plates consists of four main stages: 1) preparation; 2) preparation of binder; (3) application of binder on the basis over time the viability of the resin; 4) application of the material of the decorative layer on the binder during the time of gelatinization resin. At the first stage production of plywood cut slabs of required size with subsequent cleaning of the surface from dust, oil stains, etc. On the second stage for the preparation of the polyester resin, the following process steps: 1) determine the required quantity of polyester resin; 2) adding to the polyester resin cobalt naphthenate; 3) mixing a polyester resin with cobalt naphthenate within two minutes; 4) adding to the resulting resin methyl ethyl ketone peroxide; 5) mixing the obtained resin with methyl ethyl ketone peroxide within two minutes. T is etiam stage of the prepared polyester resin is applied onto the plywood. In the last stage of production of the polyester resin is applied optimal number of decorative sawdust.

SUBSTANCE: facing panel 1 comprises a face part 2, made in the form of a group of elements 3 that imitate building masonry, a rear part 4, adjoining the support surface during facing, an upper 5 and a lower 6 extended end parts, side 7 and 8 end parts, made in the form of ledges and grooves, the first 9 and second 10 side and an upper 11 collars, connected accordingly with side 12 and 13 upper 14 edges. Collars 15 connected to side edges 16 of ledges 17 of the first side end part 7 are made with increased width from the end edge 18 of the ledge 17 to the end edge 19 of the groove 20, locating studs 23.

SUBSTANCE: facing system of external walls includes small main stones used for facing of an external wall, and facing stones with front, rear, upper, lower and side faces, as well as with vertical or horizontal projections on the rear face, where the main stones have one or more slots on the external face, which correspond to one or more projections on facing stones; besides, sizes of slots exceed sizes of the corresponding projections by the value of an adhesive seam that attaches stones to each other. A projection on the rear face of the facing stone is inclined to the rear face of the facing stone at an angle of α < 90°; external projections on the rear face of the facing stone have internal faces that are inclined at an angle of β ≥ 180°- α, and sizes of the main stones are divisible by sizes of facing stones.
EFFECT: reducing labour intensity and material consumption for facing of external walls.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of glued laminar structures. Laminar composite comprises two surface layers of sheet material glued together and two inner layers arranged there between. Every said inner layer is composed by reinforced cellular structure of bamboo fragments shaped to plates or chips ob bamboo walls obtained by cutting the bamboo stem along the walls and across the stem. Cellular structure reinforcement is made with the help screen of glass fibre or glass fibre web. Note here that cellular structure is laid in screen or web and closed from above by another screen or web. Besides, this invention describes the versions of laminar material.
EFFECT: higher operating performances, decreased weight.

SUBSTANCE: dowel for insulation material, designed to install heat and sound insulation material, has a spacer plastic rod, which is placed into a plastic shell, which on its outer surface has guides, spacer and fastening elements, which are divided into separate zones (A, B, C, D). The lowest end guide zone (A) ends with a cone, and the highest upper zone (D) forms a flat head. To achieve better deepening of the flat head into the material in the shell above the lowest end guide (A) there is a middle transition spacer zone (B), and above it - an upper wedge zone (C), besides, in the middle transition spacer zone (B) the shell comprises a spacer lug or, as an alternative, the transition spacer zone (B) by means of rupture links is connected to the wedge zone (C), in which wedge plates are installed.
EFFECT: improved design.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial and civil construction and is intended for attachment of profiles of hinged facade systems. A bracket for profiles of hinged facade systems includes a rear wall and plates of L-shape, on the first flange of which there are holes for attachment of profiles of the hinged facade system; with that, the second flanges of plates are directed from the bracket symmetry axis. Besides, the bracket includes a U-shaped profile located between the plates so that its middle flange is located in one plane with the second flanges of plates, and side flanges are parallel to the first flanges of the plates and rigidly attached to them; with that, the middle flange of the U-shaped profile and the second flanges of the plates form the rear wall of the bracket; besides, on the second flanges of the plates there are bracket attachment holes.
EFFECT: reduction of metal consumption; increase of load-carrying capacity and improvement of reliability of the bracket.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a painting canvas based on glass fibre intended to be applied on the inner surface of a building, which contains an agent capable of trapping formaldehyde, as well as a method of making said painting canvas. The painting canvas contains an impregnating agent and an agent capable of trapping formaldehyde which is selected from compounds with active methylene groups, hydrazides, tannins, amides, amino acids, peptides and proteins. The method of making the canvas involves feeding the canvas into a padding machine or device having two rollers, each having a centre tube for feeding the impregnating agent under pressure, followed by drying and collecting the canvas. The method includes a step of treating with an agent which is capable of trapping formaldehyde.
EFFECT: use of the canvas reduces the amount of formaldehyde inside buildings.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designs of facing panels with a relief surface and may be used in items designed to line surfaces both outside and inside premises. The facing panel, comprising a base and an outer layer, on the front surface of which there are relief elements, which form a pattern, comprising convex elements and/or grooves, differing by the fact that in the relief pattern formed by specified elements, convex elements are made with maximum size in plan in diameter of up to 25 mm, and grooves are made with width of up to 25 mm and with depth, not exceeding 0.95d, where d - thickness of the outer layer, besides, the pattern is made to comply with the condition Sc.e/Sang.=0.05-19.0, where Sc.e - total area of convex elements, and Sang. - total area of grooves, the base is made, for instance, from metal, from wood laminate, from fibreboard, from medium density fibreboard, from paper laminate, from veneer, from polymer material, from composite material with polymer binding hardened medium, and the outer layer is made of stainless steel, aluminium alloy, aluzinc, titanium, bimetal or composite material with thickness d=0.01-5.0 mm and with depth of relief of the outer layer 0.001-3.0 mm. The relief pattern is made with regular arrangement of convex elements and grooves on the front surface of the panel with random arrangement of convex elements and grooves or with mixed regular and random arrangement of convex elements and grooves on the front surface of the panel.
EFFECT: technical metal consists in development of a facing panel of anti-vandal version with simultaneous reduction of possibility to contaminate surface of a facing panel and to increase duration of preservation of consumer characteristics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of industrial and civil construction, namely, to structures for facing of suspended ventilated facades (SVF) of built and reconstructed buildings and structures. The substance of the invention: a device for fixation of suspended facing panels on building facades in a hidden manner includes vertical guides made with slots, fastening elements made in the form of a shelf, comprising a base, besides, fastening elements are made as capable of their installation into the slots made in the vertical guides, engagement with the responsive fastening elements, installed on the rear side of the facing panels, with formation of a fixation unit, capable of rotation relative to the axis of the specified slots, besides, the responsive fastening elements contain adjustment screws, are fixed with the help of anchor dowels, and one of the responsive fastening elements comprises a fixator made in the form of a bracket.
EFFECT: device makes it possible to install facing panels with displacement along the vertical line relative to each other and with a protrusion relative to the surface of the facade, and also to combine hidden and open methods of fixation of facing panels, not changing configuration and dimensions of guides.

SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to the field of construction, namely, building structures designed for protective and decorative facing of surfaces of walls and ceilings of buildings and premises. The technical result is achieved in that the tension bar facing made of plastic sheet material in the form of a quadrilateral perimetre walls forming the frame, wherein the plastic sheet material is fixed under tension at the core elements made from the walls of the frame by placing them on the outer side surface of the adhesive pad, wherein the plastic strain ratio of the sheet material is 1.4-3.6 %. Profiled elements are tubular and have for example a rectangular cross section. Tubular elements made of profiled aluminium. As plastic sheeting they use a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film, also colored. As the adhesive pads they use a double-sided adhesive tape.
EFFECT: increased service life of a panel designed for facing of surfaces, as well as simplification of its assembly/disassembly.

SUBSTANCE: glued boarding panel for antiseismic construction includes a framework made of longitudinal and transverse ribs, a glued boarding coating, a spacer device, flat strips, arranged on both sides of the panel, clamping bars, elastic elements designed as a preliminarily compressed springs by means of removable washers, covering the reinforcing bars. The spacer device is designed in the form of a rhombus with mutually incurved plates made of spring steel, through the centre of which the reinforcing rods are passing, at that the support for the elastic element on the one hand is the coating, and on the other - the spacer device, flat strips are attached to the pressure bars, connected with mutually incurved plates of the spacer element.
EFFECT: increase of seismic resistance of the building, crack resistance of the coating of the glued boarding panels, density and tightness of the panel joint under the influence of deformations.
SUBSTANCE: method of fabrication of a packet wood unit consists in that the boards are cut into equal lengths, stacked on each other, but before that they are lubricated by an adhesive substance in places of their contact with each other, then they are compressed with a press. The boards are preliminary divided into two parts by an oblique cut, parallel to their longitudinal axis, then the boards are stacked between the planes of the assembled press clip at each other in the first row with the long sides so that the oblique cuts are directed to one side. The indicated row of boards is joined with the second matching row of boards, which is a mirror image of the first row. After connecting the boards into a packet, it has the form of a "herringbone" in the cross-section with top from one side and in the form of a "dovetail" from the other side. When assembling, the boards of the first and second rows are lubricated in their places of contact between each other by the specified adhesive substance. Laying is performed in alternation order of boards of the first and second rows up to the contact of ends of subsequent boards of one row with the lateral side of the previous boards of the other row. This is followed by formation of the packet via the mentioned compression of boards by the press, besides the line of the press force application lies in the longitudinal plane of the packet from the "herringbone" top to the "dovetail" and is perpendicular to the transverse plane of the packet. Transoms with a triangular cross-section with the possibility of plane formation along the packet side are attached integrally from the side of the "herringbone" top. A wood unit is formed by subsequent compression, preferably in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped in plane, after which the connecting means are produced therein for adjacent wood units in the form of alternating protrusions and depressions on the lateral sides, mounted in the middle of the wall of wood units, and the lateral side of angular wood units is designed in the stepped shape in a cross section, corresponding to the stepped form of the conjugated angular wood unit, then apertures for placement of windows, doors and other home accessories are made in the wood units of the outer and inner walls.
EFFECT: reduction of labour intensity and energy costs for manufacturing of the wood unit due to the use of equipment for pressing small capacities.

SUBSTANCE: cellular filler for bamboo for sandwich panels represents at least one row of bamboo planks oriented in an identical manner and arranged at the distance from each other. Between every two adjacent planks there is at least one insert, made with two oppositely arranged flat and parallel surfaces, to each of which one of two specified adjacent planks is adhered, at the same time each plank in the cross section represents a cut of the bamboo stem from its external surface in direction to the inner wall and comprises an external covering layer and a practical part. SUBSTANCE: building structure includes straight-line elements attached to each other and made from a glued plywood profile containing walls made from plywood and shelves made from bars fixed on the wall along longitudinal edges. There have been used three straight-line elements that are fixed so that an equilateral triangle is formed in a plan view; the shelves of straight-line elements face each other.
EFFECT: increasing carrying capacity of long glued plywood building structures owing to forming a stiff load-carrying element at their operation as part of panels, which is related to perception and redistribution of vertical loads.
SUBSTANCE: heat-insulating material for civil and industrial building (heat insulation of walls, roofs, basements, etc), production of household appliances and manufacturing (organisation of heat-insulation of household, industrial, motor transport and railway refrigerators). Heat-insulating material includes natural wood fibre, obtained by stoneground grinding, boric acid as fire retardant and sodium tetracarbonate as antiseptic. Its composition includes liquid glass as structure-forming agent, awith the following component ratio, wt.p. (by abs. dry sub.): wood fibre, obtained by stoneground grinding - 100, boric acid - 10-18, sodium tetracarbonate (borax) - 8-12, liquid glass - 1-5. As fire retardant, additionally applied is phosphor-nitrogen-containing component in form of amidophosphate or disubstituted ammonium phosphate with content, wt.p (by abs. dry sub.) - 3-7.
EFFECT: increased heat-insulating properties of material due to ensuring reduction of its heat-conduction coefficient.

SUBSTANCE: building board comprises inorganic base material, having textures of wood boards on their surface, a lower layer coating, an upper layer coating, an ink-jet coating and a transparent coating, serially shaped on the surface of the inorganic base material, in which the lower layer coating has higher content of the pigment that the upper layer coating, the lower layer coating and the upper layer coating have different shades, textures of wood boards have different colour depths as a result of variations in arrangement of the upper layer coating and its thickness, and various shades as a result of partial application of the ink-jet coating, having a shade that differs from the shade of the upper layer coating. Also the method is described to manufacture the building board.
EFFECT: provision of the possibility to create a building board that resembles wood and reproduces its appearance in three dimensions.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to wood fiber board with mineral binding cement (magnesite, gypsum). Wood strands are used for boards, having width of 1-12 mm and thickness of 0.15-1.0 mm. Board has density of 900-1,200 kg/m3. Strands are arranged with sharp edges, angle of which makes less than 120°. Besides, invention is related to technological processes to produce such wood fiber boards with cement (magnesite, gypsum).

SUBSTANCE: constructional member comprises reinforcing frame 1 defined by profile walls 5, 6. Profile walls 5, 6 are connected with each other by bridges 7, 8 so that at least one longitudinal cavity 9 and four interconnecting elements are created. The interconnecting elements are adapted for profile walls assemblage in different planes. The first interconnecting elements have female contact surfaces 12, 13, the second ones have male contact surfaces 16, 17. The male contact surface dimensions are equal to that of the contact surfaces 12, 13. The contact surfaces are provided with longitudinally directed fixing parts 19, 20 and 21, 22 having profiles formed so that profile outlines mate each other in pairs. Fixing parts 19, 20 and 21, 22 are integrally made with corresponding male 16, 17 and female 12, 13 contact surfaces of material having structure equivalent to that of profile wall 5, 6 material. Female contact surfaces 12, 13 including fixing parts 19, 20 are spaced apart equal distances α=0.1-3 mm from male contact surfaces 16, 17 having fixing parts 21, 22. In accordance with one embodiment one profile wall has through longitudinal slot. In another embodiment reinforcing longitudinal bridge is formed inside longitudinal cavity. The bridge has arbitrary profile and is supported by bridges or by one bridge and one profile wall or by one profile wall made of reinforcing material with volume content equal to reinforcing material of profile wall.
EFFECT: provision of stable physical and mechanical properties of constructional panels composed of above constructional members and improved construction panel assemblage and fastening.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat sealable films, laminated materials, membranes or other polymer articles based on cross-linked polymers, having rubber-like heat resistance (heat deformation) and dimensional stability at temperature higher than the melting point of the polymer, while maintaining properties of the compound obtained by heat sealing (heat-adhesive compound). The heat sealable film contains at least one layer formed from a composition containing A) at least one polymer selected from a group comprising i) an ethylene-based polymer, ii) an ethylene/α-olefin/diene interpolymer and iii) a polymer based on a C4-C10 olefin, and B) at least one polymer selected from a group consisting of a propylene/ethylene interpolymer and a propylene/α-olefin interpolymer. Said film is cross-linked using radiation and/or chemical reagents.
EFFECT: polymer films and articles disclosed herein have improved mechanical properties and improved puncture resistance and can be used for high-temperature filling and processing in thermal or radiation sterilisation conditions, and as stretch films and shrink films.
