The technical field

The present invention relates to the field of packaging and, in particular, to a filter permeable termoformowania container products for the preparation of drinks, which can be used for tea machines per serving.

Related applications

This application is related to patent application Italy BO 2009 679, filed by the applicant on 21 October 2009, and with the patent application Italy BO 2010 000219 filed by the applicant on 9 April 2010.

The level of technology

Today known filter permeable containers for beverage-making for tea machines per serving, made by thermoforming from a flat film and closed by the membrane of the filter paper. Such containers may have an impervious Cup, made of hard plastic, which contains inside the filter Cup. This filter can be made of paper or polymeric material and typically has a flat bottom wall located at a distance from the flat bottom of the Cup to form a region for receiving weld drink. Patent application Italy BO 2009 679, filed by the applicant on October 21, 2009, relates to the manufacture of containers for products in the preparation of drinks. Existing filters stiff enough to be used directly as containers in known filling machines and therefore they are pre-placed inside a hard plastic container and covered with a membrane of the protective film or insert into reusable adapter made from molded plastic and are usually supplied with the known filling machines.

In addition, many existing containers used too much material resulting from the application of the inner and outer cups to secure the container to the required functions, which leads to disparities in environmental standards for Biodegradability. For example, according to the above description, many of the containers used hard plastic outer Cup, in which you want to pierce the bottom to allow release of piechoty.

The task of the present invention

Accordingly, the present invention is the provision of a container which would solve the problem and improve the containers currently used in industry, such as containers, are considered in the above description.

The present invention also is to provide a container which can be used in existing brewing machines, with the sealing gasket or other device in order to avoid out of hot water, put in a container with a needle or other device through the opening in the container, which may be created by the needle.

Also the present invention is the provision of a container having the upper surface of the cap with sufficient tension to ensure the possibility of perforation of the upper surface of the cover needle tea machine, used for entering hot water in the container.

The invention

Provided the filter container for water-soluble products for the preparation of drinks. This container has a permeable body of the container made of permeable filter thermoformed material and are manufactured by thermoforming from a flat film, the housing forms a container space for receiving water soluble weld product. Detailed description

Below is a detailed description of the filtering permeable container, which can be used with tea machine in one portion. In Fig.1 shows an embodiment of the container 100 according to the present invention. The container 100 includes a housing 101 of a container made of thermoforming permeable filter material. In one embodiment, the implementation of the container 100 of the upper portion 105 of the housing wall, the container may be connected by thermocline or partially connected by thermocline, with the same vertical part of the wall of the ring 103 gain during manufacture, for example during heat molding body 101 of the container, thereby increasing the efficiency of container 100.

The ring 103 can be and is made from plastics oil-based or biodegradable/compostable materials, such as A PL, Mater Bi or a mixture of biomaterials. In Fig.9 shows an alternative embodiment of a container 100 according to the present invention. The container 100 includes a housing 101 of the container, the ring 103 and the membrane 107 of the protective film. In this embodiment implementing at least part of the ring 103 reinforcement is located inside the upper wall of the container 101. In Fig.10 shows an alternative embodiment of the housing 101 of the container of the present invention. The housing 101 of the container may be provided with folded portions 201 for receiving at least part of the folded surface. The upper part of the housing 101 of the container may have an essentially flat surface around the perimeter of e is on the top for adding additional surface area for connection with the ring 103 gain. It comprises liquid inlet, compartment to accommodate liquid ingredients and outlet to force prepared drink out. Aforesaid compartment includes the device decelerating dilution of at least a portion of the said ingredients on feeding water into the said compartment. In operation water way passes from inlet to outlet, while aforesaid dilution decelerating device comprises a gate constricting ingredient flow into water flow.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metered dispensing of substance from container filled with single portion of aforesaid substance. Proposed system comprises container containing single portion of substance and comprising deformable body. Dispenser comprises container receiver and allows opening the container. Aforesaid receiver comprises variable-volume chamber to receive container. Container housing features bottom, wall running from aforesaid bottom and flat peripheral edge arranged around the hole. Aforesaid edge is made integral with wall and extends outward, while hole is covered by a layer tightly jointed to said peripheral edge with the help of sealing peripheral seam. Aforesaid receiver comprises thrust surface interacting with rear side of aforesaid peripheral edge rear side, and cover that serves to support aforesaid layer. Dispenser includes also body flattening means arranged in compression chamber for contact with container bottom. Container is furnished with substance identifier. On flattening the container, aforesaid layer bulges to get into recess for container to be opened.

EFFECT: no need in special cutting tools.
