SUBSTANCE: device includes polymer fibrous screening filter element made as separate sections interconnected along outer perimeter by metal tie rods, which are screwed into subpump sleeve or end sleeve at one side and to batwing-shaped sleeve at the other side and one butt end of the filtering element is thrusted to its inner wing. The second butt end of the filtering element is thrusted to end sleeve or subpump sleeve, where valve element is made as feedthrough opening shaped as two cylinders with different base diameter installed one above another, with a gate corresponding in its configuration to the above feedthrough opening. Attachment reliability of the filtering element sections is ensured by double nuts.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of the well screen operation due to increased service life of filtering elements, in particular valve element, simplified movement of its gate.

Description of the invention

The invention relates to the oil and gas industry and can be used in the exploitation of oil and gas wells.

Known downhole filter containing at least one filter element installed in a section of tubing, the walls of which are made of longitudinal slotted holes, with sections of tubing connected between an outer threaded coupling, and the lower section of tubing with the lower free end provided with an outer threaded tip (for a utility model patent of the Russian Federation No. 57356, E21B 43/08, 2006).

However, the design of the filter, providing the filtering element metal grid, does not provide reliable filtering the pumped medium, so as not to delay small particles of solids.

Known downhole filter containing a filter element installed in a section of tubing, the walls of which are made of longitudinal slotted holes, with sections of tubing connected between an outer threaded coupling, the lower section of tubing with the lower free end provided with an outer threaded tip, a filter element made in the form of a cylindrical tube made of a fibrous-porous what about the polymer, and within each of the coupling between the screw sections are ring side, the lower filter element is fixed between the bottom of the tip and the side nearest to him couplings, and the upstream filter elements fixed between the sides of adjacent couplings (for a utility model patent of the Russian Federation No. 66414, E21B 43/08, 2007).

Known for the design of the filter, in case of clogging of the latter, stops well, as it does not involves passing the pumped well fluid out of the filter elements.

Closest to the invention is a downhole filter comprising a metal pipe with holes in the upper part of which there is a coupling with the valve element, and is placed inside a metal tube with a gap and coaxial with it, the filter element. Moreover, the filter element is made in the form of separate sections connected by a cylindrical centralizers, and at the ends of the assembled sections installed thrust bearing. Centralizers made in the form of a stepped sleeve belted in the middle part along the axis of the sleeve. The valve element is made in the wall of the coupling in the form of through-holes in the form of two installed one on a different cylinders with different diameters of the bases (patent RF №2471063, E21B 43/08, 2011).

This construction involving the installation of fibers is then-porous filter element in the section of tubing, has low efficiency due to the creation of artificial delay of the screen, preventing filtration of fluid through the working surface of the filter in the form of tubing with holes, in which he is placed. The shutoff valve body element has considerable weight, which reduces the efficiency of the element as a whole, creating increased friction when moving.

Thus, the problem under consideration and the expected technical result is to increase the efficiency of the downhole filter by increasing the operating life of the filter elements, simplifying its design. High duration of the operation is ensured by the design and placement of downhole filter: the lack of pump-compressor pipes with holes that are subject to clogging, resulting in cessation of the inflow of liquid from the borehole bottom and the stop and the presence of tightening pins, connecting on the outer perimeter of the filter elements in the partition. The simplification of the structure is achieved using the W-shaped coupling as centralizers and stop execution of the body of the valve element is hollow with a bottom side of the outer surface of the end clutch.

This task is solved in that the filter borehole, comprising the valve element C is parnum body mounted in the sleeve, and a filter element made in the form of separate sections, characterized in that on the outer perimeter section of the filter element are interconnected tightening studs, screwed on the one hand in podnebesnuyu or the termination, and W-shaped coupling, internal shelf which rests one end of the filter element, the second end abuts against the end or podnebesnuyu clutch.

The shutoff valve body element is made hollow with a bottom side of the outer surface podnebesnoi clutch.

The device consists of polimerov the fibrous-porous filter element 1, made in separate sections, interconnected by the outer perimeter of the metal tightening pins 2, which on the one hand screwed into podnebesnuyu clutch 3 or limit the clutch 4, and W-shaped sleeve 5, in the inner shelf 6 which abuts against one end face of the filter element 1, allowing it to be centered, i.e., to ensure the alignment of the filter element 1 and W-shaped clutch 5. In addition, the shape of the W-shaped clutch 5 eliminates the contact casing (not shown) and the filter element 1 while tripping that protects it from damage. The second end of the filter element 1 abuts against the end of the clutch 4 or podnebesnuyu clutch 3 in which the valve element 7 in the form of through-holes in the form of two installed one above the other cylinders with different diameters of the bases, with a locking body 8, the corresponding configuration of the aforementioned through-hole, is made hollow with a bottom 9 from outer surface podnebesnoi clutch 3, which improves the efficiency of the valve element 7, since it facilitates the movement of the locking member 8 and simplifies its design. Double nuts 10 ensure the reliability of the fastening sections of the filter element 1.

The device operates as follows. Extracted from the well liquid is unlimited in contact with the entire surface of the filter element 1, assembled in sections, interconnected by the outer perimeter of the metal tightening pins 2, tightening ensuring the sealing of the ends of the filter element 1, passes through it, cleaned from mechanical particles and gets to the pump intake.

In case of clogging of the filter element 1, the pressure of the liquid between it and the casing (not shown) due to the continuing inflow of fluid from the reservoir increases; pressure above the filter borehole opposite is reduced due to lack of fluids. This pressure difference moves into the cavity filter of the locking body 8 is made hollow with a bottom 9 of the valve element 7, and the liquid after opening, bypassing the clogged filter element 1 is supplied to the pump.

The downhole filter is mounted under installed in the well sucker rod pump, a screw pump with surface drive on the end of the shank.

In front of the perforations of the filter, the packer is mounted to cut off an annular space of the well. The lower portion of the filter has holes for water outflow into the annular space. The above water is pumped into another formation. The lower portion of the filter is not connected to the piping string, whereon the filter is lowered. The upper portion of the filter is connected to the pipe string. The low-water fluid is supplied from the upper portion of the filter into the pipe string, which is brought up by means of a pump.

EFFECT: more effective separation of oil and water in the well bore, more effective water-flooding and as a consequence the higher oil recovery factor of the deposit.

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method includes determination of an average distance between fractures, division of the horizontal hole in sections by packers, running in of devices for water influx control at the tubing string to the horizontal hole, product withdrawal from the horizontal well. At that the horizontal hole is divided by water-swellable packers into sections with length of each section from 20 m up to 50 m depending on the distance between fractures and length of the horizontal hole. The devices for water influx control in the horizontal hole have openings in walls with diameter d, which is comparable to the size of oil capillary tubes for this reservoir and the openings are made of water-repellent material. Length of each device for water influx control is from 5 m up to 12 m, and total number of devices does not exceed 5 pieces between packers in each section, total number of the openings N in devices for water influx control in the whole horizontal hole, depression and diameter d of the openings is determined by the ratio. Product from the well is produced provided that hydrodynamic forces created by bottomhole pressure do not exceed capillary forces of oil movement through openings in the devices for water influx control, i.e. depression in the well meets the above ratio.

SUBSTANCE: method includes drilling of a horizontal well, running in of a production casing with a well screen with shear plugs in openings, and packers. In the drilling process permeability properties are defined, the borehole is divided into zones having the permeability properties differentiating per 1.5-1.6 times, a flow area of the screen openings and a number of openings for each zone is selected. At the mouth the well screen is equipped with a shear funnel and water-swellable packers from the outside, the string is run in into the well and the well screen is fitted so that the water-swellable packers are within boundaries of the formation zones with different properties. The hole is lined, and the following layout is assembled at the mouth: a fishing magnet, a pusher, a rigid centraliser with overflow channels. The assembly is run in to the well until the pusher is rested on the shear funnel, the string is slacked off, and the shear funnel is moved until it rests on the first row of the shear plugs, the string is slacked off completely to the funnel and the first row of the shear plugs is destroyed. The string is moved from the mouth to the bottomhole and the next row of the shear plugs is destroyed and fixed by the fishing magnet. The string is slacked off completely to the funnel again and the remaining rows of plugs are destroyed, the pipe string is run out with the assembly. Openings are isolated in the lower perimeter of the well screen.

EFFECT: improved quality of the formation drilling, reduced time for the well screen fitting.

At cutting sheared plugs, flow string is displaced downward to remove sheared plugs and to withdraw the flow string. Flexible pipe sting is lowered to work face and displaced therefrom to mouth along with injection of plugging material to isolate holes made at filter bottom perimeter.

The device contains a hollow case inserted into a well strainer component and an end plate made of magnesium and connected to the case in an annular groove inside the case.
