SUBSTANCE: dump truck chassis with changeable cargo body for grain transfer includes dump truck chassis (1) with platform (2) and hydraulic jack (3), changeable cargo body (4) with bottom the front part (5) of which is horizontal and the rear (6) part is inclined. Cargo body (4) tilt mechanism is equipped with inclined frame rigidly fixed in the rear (6) part of platform under inclined bottom of cargo body (4). In the upper part of frame, articulated joints (8) are installed. In the inclined frame, parallel to the platform, lengthwise guides are located in which guides pusher is pivotally installed by its one end, and by its other end it pivotally bears against lower (6) part of inclined bottom. Traction chain guided by chassis frame unit (13) and platform unit (14) is connected with pusher articulated joint and with support (16) of hydraulic jack (3). The cargo body (4) by its rear part rests on articulated joints (8) below upper edge of inclined bottom part. On the border between cargo body parts (5) and (6), tilted forward transverse wall is located. Upper edges of cargo body boards are raised over boards resting on horizontal bottom and made at the same level with upper edge of transverse wall and upper edge of inclined bottom.

The invention relates to agriculture, namely, to vehicles for the implementation of transshipment technologies through the delivery of grain from the combine to unload it in the demountable drive. Known carriers of grain and other bulk cargoes, consisting of a chassis, frame, body, and mechanism pre-body lifting. After filling the grain from the harvester loader delivers it to the edge of the field, and unloads the vehicle or the demountable drive (Prospect car-truck GA-SAZ-25041; 2. EP 2374658 (A1) 2010-04-09).

The disadvantages of the known devices are small annual employment in the work, the need for additional hydraulic actuator, the complexity of the design of pre-lifting body and the complexity of installation on tipper chassis.

The closest to the technical nature of the claimed device is selected as a prototype tipper chassis with removable body for handling bulk cargoes including tipper chassis with a platform and the platform of the platform, removable body with a bottom, the front part of which is horizontal, and the rear inclined part, and a tilt mechanism of the body relative to the platform (DE 1215008 (B), 1962).

The disadvantages of this device is that it cannot overload the grain in demountables, the Sam is undertaken on the earth's surface, Board whose height is at the same level or above the loading platform height chassis, since the inclination of the body relative to the platform is lowering the rear edge of the inclined part of the body below the side walls of the body drives and a large reduction of its departure. Additionally, the presence of the inclined rear underbody reduces the useful volume.

An object of the invention is the creation of a tipper chassis with removable body for handling grain, able to download tipper way demountables drives per one working cycle without the use of additional hydraulic equipment and without loss of useful volume of the body at an acceptable departure of its rear edge.

The problem is solved as follows.

In tipper chassis with removable body for transshipment of grain, including tipper chassis with platform and platform platform, removable body with a bottom, the front part of which is horizontal, and the rear inclined part, and a tilt mechanism of the body relative to the platform, according to the invention, the tilt mechanism of the body relative to the platform is equipped with an inclined frame, placed under the pubic head of the body, rigidly fixed to the rear part of the platform, hinges, installed in the upper part of the frame, so that the transverse plane drawn through the rear line of the envelope of the platform and the middle hinge, is inclined to the horizontal at an angle of 60, the longitudinal guides arranged in an inclined frame parallel to the platform, plunger, one end of which is pivotally mounted in the guides, and the other rests hinged to the lower part of the inclined bottom of the body unit on the chassis frame and the block on the platform for guiding the conveyor chain with one end connected to the hinge of the plunger in the longitudinal guides, and others with the support of the platform of the platform, when this body is freely placed front horizontal part of the bottom of the platform and the back - rests on the hinges of the inclined frame below the upper edge of the inclined bottom, the blocks on the frame and platform are located so that when the platform slope back at an angle of about 30 inclined the underside of the vehicle relative to the horizontal direction around the hinge of the inclined frame is rotated by an angle of not less than 40.

In addition, the removable body provided with a transverse partition wall having a forward tilt, located on the border between the parts of the body with horizontal and sloping bottom, with the top edges of the sides of the body resting on the inclined bottom raised above the sides, resting on the horizontal plate, and made flush with the upper edge of the transverse partition and the upper edge of the inclined bottom, and the bottom edge of the transverse partitions are made below the upper edges of the sides of the front of the body.

This provides a solution to the problem.

In Fig.1 schematically presents tipper chassis and swap body for handling grain, Fig.2 - the same demountable for handling grain, mounted on the chassis; Fig.3, 4, 5 - point overload of grain in the back of the drive.

Tipper chassis with removable body for transshipment of grain includes tipper chassis 1 platform 2 and platform 3 platform 2, a removable body 4 with a bottom, the front part 5 which is horizontal, and the rear 6 hatchback. The tilt mechanism of the body 4 relative to the platform 2 includes an inclined frame 7, rigidly fixed to the rear part of the platform 2, the hinges 8, installed in the upper part of the inclined frame 7, the guides 9, located in the lower part of the inclined frame 7. The plunger 10 by the hinge 11 is installed in the guide 9 and the hinge 12 abuts against the lower part of the inclined bottom 6 of the body 4. Unit 13 mounted on the chassis frame 1, block 14 mounted on the platform 2 for guiding the conveyor chain 15, one end connected to the hinge 11 of the plunger 10 and the other with the lower support 16 of the platform 3 cards is army 2. There are upper edge of the inclined bottom 17, the upper edge 18 of the side flanges 19, the upper edge 20 of the partitions 21 and its lower edge 22. The upper edge of the inclined bottom 17 is raised above the edges 23 of the flanges 24 of the front section 4 and coincides in height with the top edge 18 of the side flanges 19 of the rear part of the body and the upper edge 20 of the inclined walls 21 installed between the body parts with 4 horizontal 5 and 6 sloped bottom of the body 4. The lower edge 22 of the partition 21 is located below the top edge 23 of the flanges 24 of the front section 4.

The application of the proposed device provides technological communication harvester with bunker drive in transshipment technologies for grain harvesting and extends the functionality of the tipper chassis with interchangeable bodies.
