SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disposable absorbing articles and their production. Proposed method comprises making of side panel web with lengthwise direction, separation of side panel material strip of maximum size. Embossed image is applied on main element material web before securing of strip, said image being provided with marking band of from foot tape, rear foot tape band and waist band tape. Proposed method comprises attachment of band to main element material web to make the article assembly web. The present invention relates to the manufacture of one or more components printed in composite absorbent product and to reduce the production of waste in the manufacture of composite parts.

There are many applications in which it is necessary or desirable when producing to control the presence and/or position of one or more components of the composite product. For example, in a mostly automated process for the manufacture of disposable absorbent products such as diapers and other products used in case of incontinence, for a long time there was the standard by which during manufacture of the respective product specific components (for example, support layers, absorbent pads, elastic components, zastarevshie components, and so on) must be positioned or aligned in relation to each other and/or other components.

The methods and devices of the present invention can be applied to fabricate a variety of pre-fastened articles, such as disposable absorbent garments, including diapers, training pants, personal hygiene products for women, absorbent products, medical garments, other articles of personal hygiene or health, swimwear, sportswear, underwear and shorts, etc., In particular, the methods and devices according to the invention can be applied to the manufacture of products in which at least two elements of the product are connected together while turning them into btes is ku, or a pre-fastened article. It is clear that when used herein, the term "component" includes not only individual items, but also items that should be turned into items (for example, items that still need to be separate objects from a continuous sheet, or cloth material), fraction (for example, ultra-absorbent faction, or polymers), adhesives, lotions, ointments, and other substances as part of, or performance of any of such components, which includes, e.g. the, bend line, the connection line (for example, connection lines, obtained by the method of ultrasonic welding), United or adhesive fixed region, and the marks align, put on components, or near, for subsequent display during the manufacturing process or checking.

The front waist region 22 includes plot absorbent product 20, which in use, is located in front of the user, while waist region 24 comprises an area of cowards, which, when used, is located behind the user. Absorbent core element 32 are made so as to contain and/or absorb any exudate secreted by the user. AL; 5,224,405, issued July 6, 1993, Pohjola; 5,104,116, issued April 14, 1992, Pohjola; and 5,046,272, issued September 10, 1991, to Vogt et. al.; which, all incorporated here by reference. Below is described an alternative elastic material. In particular the objects of elastic material includes material from thermoactivated laminate (STL), laminate, United with narrowing (NBL), constricted double-sided laminate (reversibly necked laminate, or a laminate, the United stretch (SBL). A more detailed description in relation to elastic laminates according to this invention can be found in the pending publication of U.S. patent: US No. 2008/0095978 entitled "Nonwomen Composite Containing An Apertured Elastic Film, which is incorporated here by reference, to the extent not contradicting specified here.

Absorbent article 20 may have side panels 34, 134, United with one another, for fastening the absorbent product 20 around the waist of the user. The side panels 34, 134 may be connected by adhesive attachment, mechanical fasteners or any suitable means and can be connected continuously, with the possibility of a rupture, or with the possibility of re-engaging. As described above, the waist and leg openings disposable absorbent articles often get the connection of multiple components. The invention applies in particular to products for which the periphery, or waist, or leg holes has more than two boundaries of the joints, or connections on which components fasten, join, etc. as described above. The product may include one or more belt items printed in the form of a waist belt, partially or completely covering the waist-hole and/or foot tape, partially or fully covering one or each foot hole. For example, a fully-enclosed belt strip connection is provided by a pair of left and right side panels with each of the front and rear waist regions of the outer covering, and then, to obtain the finished garment, a connection on each side, together, the front and rear. The product can contain optionally a fibrous layer which contains generally or completely the thermochromic fibres. The solid dental tissues are coated with the polymer film from the vestibular and oral surfaces to a cutting edge. The periodontal tissues and the solid dental tissues coated with the polymer film are coated with the dressing.

EFFECT: method provides the anti-inflammatory, hardening, haemostatic capillary-reinforcing, immunomodulatory and adaptogenic effects; it enables maintaining the active substance concentration in the periodontal tissues, removing the dressing from the solid dental tissues, preventing colouring them and providing the Dentos exposure on the restoration components.
