The present invention relates to the manufacture of one or more components printed in composite absorbent product and to reduce the production of waste in the manufacture of composite parts.
There are many applications in which it is necessary or desirable when producing to control the presence and/or position of one or more components of the composite product. For example, in a mostly automated process for the manufacture of disposable absorbent products such as diapers and other products used in case of incontinence, for a long time there was the standard by which during manufacture of the respective product specific components (for example, support layers, absorbent pads, elastic components, zastarevshie components, and so on) must be positioned or aligned in relation to each other and/or other components.
For drawing graphics printed image on the material side panels can be applied flexographic printing out process, but it does not work well when printing combined foot strips. It may happen that the material of the side panels with printed will require cutting, turning and positioning, with the aim of alignment with the outer coating and cutting out the back panel. the however, the registration system, necessary to specify the change of the printing and the actual location of the foot of the form and save the foot size is inadequate.
The present invention provides methods and products that significantly reduce the amount of waste in the manufacture of disposable absorbent articles having multiple components with printed.
Solutions to these problems are presented in the method of manufacturing a disposable absorbent product having multiple components with printed, and the method includes providing the canvas side panel having a longitudinal direction, the separation of the strip from the leaf material sidebar, and the band has the largest size, and print on a strip or a sheet material of the side panels with the front foot strip of tape, strip back foot tape and stripe waist belt, before attaching the strip to the fabric base material, and the strip has a strip of land front foot tape, strip of land back foot tape and a strip of land waist belt. The method also includes attaching the strip to the fabric material of the base element, with the formation of paintings of prefabricated material, the fabric material of the base element has a machine direction (MD), and the cutting blade Assembly blade products is to manufacture certain products.
Additionally, a method of manufacturing disposable absorbent articles having multiple components with printed includes the print on canvas material side panel with a strip of the front foot tape, strip back foot tape and stripe waist belt, and the canvas material of the side panels has a longitudinal direction, and the print on the fabric material of the base element to the segment of the rear foot tape, and the canvas material of the base element has a machine direction (MD), the material of the outer coating, lining material, in General, parallel to the material of the outer cover and the absorbent material of the core, located between them, in which the longitudinal direction is essentially parallel to the machine direction (MD). The method also includes separating from the leaf material sidebar bands, this band is the largest and the section marking strips front foot tape, strip of land back foot tape and a strip of land waist belt, and turning lanes to the largest size, was essentially parallel to the MD. The method also includes attaching the strip to the fabric material of the base element, with the formation of a mixed canvas products, and cut prefabricated canvas products for the manufacture of a separate isdel who I am.

The methods and devices of the present invention can be applied to fabricate a variety of pre-fastened articles, such as disposable absorbent garments, including diapers, training pants, personal hygiene products for women, absorbent products, medical garments, other articles of personal hygiene or health, swimwear, sportswear, underwear and shorts, etc., In particular, the methods and devices according to the invention can be applied to the manufacture of products in which at least two elements of the product are connected together while turning them into btes is ku, or a pre-fastened article. For ease of explanation, the methods and equipment according to the invention is described hereinafter in connection with the manufacture of children's panties, in General, represented by the position 20 in Fig.1. In particular, methods and systems are described using the terminology for making pre-fastened disposable pants, as described in the application U.S.: US 09/444,083, entitled "Absorbent Articles With Refastenable Side Seams" and filed November 22, 1999 (corresponding to PCT application WO 00/37009, publ. June 29, 2000), A. L. Fletcher et.al., the description of which is also incorporated here by reference. Absorbent article 20 may also be performed using methods and equipment disclosed in U.S. patent US4.940.464, issued July 10, 1990, Van Compel, etc.; and U.S. patent US 5,766,389, issued June 16, 1998, Brandon and others; the description of which is also incorporated here by reference.
It is clear that when used herein, the term "component" includes not only individual items, but also items that should be turned into items (for example, items that still need to be separate objects from a continuous sheet, or cloth material), fraction (for example, ultra-absorbent faction, or polymers), adhesives, lotions, ointments, and other substances as part of, or performance of any of such components, which includes, e.g. the, bend line, the connection line (for example, connection lines, obtained by the method of ultrasonic welding), United or adhesive fixed region, and the marks align, put on components, or near, for subsequent display during the manufacturing process or checking.
Refer now to the drawings, particularly to Fig.1, where the absorbent article 20 is represented in a partially fastened condition and includes an absorbent core element 32 having a front waist region 22, a back waist region 24, and region 26 lastovica connecting the front and rear region 22, 24, the inner surface 28, which is made to contact the user, and the outer surface 32 opposite the inner surface and are made so as to be in contact with the clothing of the user. Additionally referring to Fig.2 and 3, the absorbent core element 32 also has a pair of laterally opposite side edges 36 and a pair of longitudinally opposite waist edges, respectively designated as the front waist edge 38 and back waist edge 39. The front waist region 22 is contiguous with the front waist edge 38 and back waist region 24 is contiguous with the back waist edge 39.
Presents absorbent core element 32 includes a composite structure 33, which is in a horizontal position, may be rectangular or any other predetermined shape and has a pair of laterally opposite front side panels 34 and a pair of laterally opposite back side panels 134, continuing her out.
The composite structure 33 and side panels 34, 134 can include two or more separate elements, as shown in Fig.1, or can be integrally made. Integrally made the side panels 34, 134 and the composite structure 33 will include at least some common materials, for example, the lining facing the body, the protective composite material, the outer coating, other materials and/or combinations of them, and to form an elastic, stretchable or non-stretch briefs, made in one piece. Presents the composite structure 33 includes an outer cover 40, the lining 42, facing toward the body (Fig.1 and 3) connected to an outer surface of the composite absorbent node 44 (Fig.3) located between the outer coating and lining facing the body, and a pair of retaining flaps 46 (Fig.3). Presents the composite structure 33 has opposite ends 45 (Fig.2 and 3), which form parts of the front and back waist edges 38 and 39, and opposite side edges 47 that form parts of the side edges 36 of the absorbent core cell battery (included) is that 32 (Fig.2 and 3).
For reference, arrows 48 and 49 (Fig.2 and 3) indicate the orientation of the longitudinal axis and a transverse or lateral axis, respectively, absorbent articles 20.
When the absorbent product 20 being in the fastened state shown in Fig.1, the front and back side panels 34, 134 are connected together sasahivi device 80, thus forming a three-dimensional configuration camisole with inner space 51, the waist opening 50 to receive user in the internal space of panties, a pair of leg openings 52, and the connecting seams 88, which are connected along the side panels 34, 134. Thus, the inner space 51 of the absorbent product 20 is limited absorbent core element 32, the connecting seams 88 and parts of the side panels 34, 134, continuing on opposite sides of the connecting seams 88 (for example, between the connecting seams 88 and absorbent core element 32). Used in this case, the inner space 51 is intended to refer to the space between any two sections of three-dimensional products that, in General, opposite to each other. It is clear that the cross-section of the product should not be closed, for example, continuous to limit the inner space 51. For example, two-dimensional product can be, in General, bent on itself, so ctobe of the product are opposite one another, to form between them an inner space of the product. Thus, the inner space 51 of the absorbent product 20 shown in Fig.1, may be formed by side panels 34, 134, or, if the side panels are completely straightened between an internal space formed by the combination of the side panels, the front and rear waist regions 22, 24 of the absorbent core element 32.
The front waist region 22 includes plot absorbent product 20, which in use, is located in front of the user, while waist region 24 comprises an area of cowards, which, when used, is located behind the user. Region 26 lastovica absorbent product comprises an area of absorbent articles 20, which, in use, is located between the legs of the user and closes the lower part of his torso. Front and back side panels 34 and 134 include areas absorbent product 20, which, when used, are positioned on the hips of the user. The waist edges 38 and 39 of the used absorbent core element 22 is made for grasping the waist of the user and at the same time, restrictions belt holes 50 (Fig.1). The sections of the side edges 36 in the area 26 lastovica, in General, restrict the leg openings 52.
Another object of the invention, l is CSE only shown in Fig.2 and 4, absorbent article 20 also includes a waist belt 90 with printed. Waist tape 90 printed includes plot 91 lap belt outer cover, located on the absorbent element 32 adjacent the waist opening 50. Plot 91 lap belt outer cover includes a distal edge 92, the proximal edge 93 and the longitudinal height of 94, which represents the longitudinal distance between the proximal edge 93 and the distal edge 92. Waist tape 90 printed includes also plot the 95 waist belt first side panel, located on one of the side panels 34, 134, adjacent the waist opening 50. Plot 95 waist belt first side panel includes a distal edge 96, the proximal edge 97 and the longitudinal height of 98, which represents the longitudinal distance between the proximal edge 97 and the distal edge 96. Additionally, every other component of the product adjacent the waist opening 50 may have a stretch waist belt with 90 printed with similar characteristics.
In practice, the distal edge 92, 96 section 91 lap belt outer cover and land 95 waist belt first side panel may be longitudinally aligned, or can be longitudinally displaced. The proximal edge 93, 97 plot 91 waist belt external p is offset and plot 95 waist belt first side panel may be longitudinally aligned, or can be longitudinally displaced. Shift, bias, and bias-shift relate to the lengthwise edge of the component, or element in relation to the edge of another component or element.
Additionally, the longitudinal height 94, 98 section 91 lap belt outer cover and land 95 waist belt first side panel may be equal or unequal. Additionally, section 91 lap belt outer cover and plot 95 waist belt first side panel may not have a lateral gap in a lateral direction or may be arranged so that between the sites there is a lateral gap.
Another object of the present invention, best shown in Fig.4, the absorbent article 20 includes a foot tape with 100 printed. Foot tape 100 with printed includes section 101 foot tape outer covering, located on the absorbent element 32 adjacent the leg opening 52. Section 101 foot tape outer coating includes a distal edge 102, the proximal edge 103 and the longitudinal height of 104, which represents the longitudinal distance between the proximal edge 103 and the distal edge 102. Foot tape 100 with printed also includes section 105 foot tape first side panel, located on one of the Boko what's panels 34, 134 adjacent the leg opening 52. Section 105 of the foot strap to the first side panel includes a distal edge 106, the proximal edge 107 and the longitudinal height of 108, which represents the longitudinal distance between the proximal edge 107 and the distal edge 106. Additionally, every other component products, related foot hole 52 may have a plot foot tape 100 with similar characteristics. Absorbent article 20 preferably includes a foot tape 100 with printed covering each leg opening 52.
Used here, the longitudinal height of the waist belt 90 with printed or foot tape 100 with printed, in General, is the distance between the distal and proximal edges of this zone. However, some tapes do not have straight edges. For example, the tape can be scalloped, sinusoidal, curved, or any, is not straightforward configuration. In such cases, the longitudinal height represents the maximum distance between the distal edge and the proximal edge.
In practice, the distal edge 102, 106 section 101 foot tape coating and section 105 foot tape first side panel may be longitudinally aligned or can be longitudinally displaced. The proximal ends 103, 107 section 101 foot tape coating and section 105 n is mportant tape first side panel may be longitudinally aligned or can be longitudinally displaced. Additionally, the longitudinal height 104, 108 section 101 foot tape coating and section 105 foot tape first side panel may be equal or unequal. In addition, section 101 foot tape coating and section 105 foot tape first side panel may not have a lateral gap in a lateral direction, or may be located between the plots is the lateral gap.

For example, the absorbent core element is preferably, although not necessarily, includes a pair of retaining flaps 46, which are made to ensure barrier transverse leakage allocated by user agents. Valve elastic element 53 (Fig.3) may be functionally associated with each retaining flap 46 by any known appropriate method. Elastic retaining valves 46 form a vertical edge which assumes an upright position, at least in the area of lastovica 26 absorbent articles 20, with the implementation of isolation from the body. The retaining flaps 46 can be placed along the side edges 36 of the absorbent core element 32 and may continue longitudinally the entire length of the absorbent core e is ment 32 or may continue to partially along its length. Appropriate design and layout of restraint valves 46, in General, known to experts in the art and are disclosed in U.S. patent US 4,704,116, issued November 3, 1987, Enloe, which is fully incorporated here by reference.
To further improve the fit in yourself and/or absorption of selected substances, an absorbent article 20 preferably, but not necessarily, includes a front waist elastic element 54, a rear waist elastic element 56, and leg elastic elements 58, known to experts in the art (Fig.3). Waist elastic elements 54 and 56 may be functionally connected with the outer cover 40 and/or converted to body lining 42 on the opposite waist edges 38 and 39 and continue to partially or fully on him. The leg elastic elements 58 can be functionally connected with the outer cover 40 and/or converted to body lining 42 on the opposite side edges 36 and are located in the area of lastovica 26 absorbent articles 20. The leg elastic elements 58 may be longitudinally aligned along each side edge 47 of the composite structure 33. Each leg elastic element 58 has a front end point 63 and the rear end point 65, which represent the longitudinal ends of the elastic node formed by the foot is elastic elements. The front end point 63 may be located longitudinally adjacent the innermost parts of the front side panels 34, and the rear end point 65 may be located longitudinally adjacent the innermost parts of the back side panels 134.

The leg end edge 70 and the waist end edge 72 extend from the side edges 47 of the composite structure 33 to the outer edges 68. The leg end edges 70 of the side panels 34 and 134 form part of the side edges 36 of the absorbent core element 32. In the rear waist about the Asti 24 foot end edge 70, preferably, although not necessarily, rounded and/or curved at an angle relative to the transverse axis 49, with greater coverage in the rear side of the absorbent product 20 as compared with the front area of the panties. The waist end edge 72 of the front side panels 34 form part of the front waist edge 38 of the absorbent core element 32 and the waist end edges 72 of the back side panels 134 form part of the back waist edge 39 of the absorbent core element. The waist end edges 72, in General, aligned or are aligned with the front and rear waist edges 38, 39.
In specific facilities for improved fit and appearance, the side panels 34, 134 preferably have an average length, measured parallel to the longitudinal axis 48, which is about 15%, or more, and, in particular, about 25%, or more, of the total length camisole, also measured parallel to the longitudinal axis 48. For example, in the absorbent article 20, with a total length of about 54 cm, the side panels 34, 134 are of average length, preferably about 10 cm, or more, for example, about 15 cm In the same time, each of the side panels 34, 134 extends from the belt holes 50 to one of the leg openings 52, and shows the back side panels 134 are constantly decreasing length dimension when moving from the seam 66 to the outer edge 68 that the best is provided in Fig.2 and 3.
Each of the side panels 34, 134 may include one or more separate, individual pieces of material. In particular the objects of each of the side panels 34, 134 may include, for example, portions of the first and second side panels connected along the seam, or may include a single piece of material, which is made in the form stacked one above the other folds (not shown).
The side panels 34, 134, preferably, although not necessarily, include an elastic material capable of stretching in a direction, generally parallel to the transverse axis 49 of the absorbent articles 20. The corresponding elastic materials, as well as the process of introducing elastic side panels in panties, described in the following U.S. patents US 4,940,464, issued July 10, 1990, Van Compel et. AL; 5,224,405, issued July 6, 1993, Pohjola; 5,104,116, issued April 14, 1992, Pohjola; and 5,046,272, issued September 10, 1991, to Vogt et. al.; which, all incorporated here by reference. Below is described an alternative elastic material. In particular the objects of elastic material includes material from thermoactivated laminate (STL), laminate, United with narrowing (NBL), constricted double-sided laminate (reversibly necked laminate, or a laminate, the United stretch (SBL). Specialists in the art well-known methods of producing these materials, and is described in U.S. patents: US 4,663,220, issued may 5, 1987, Wisneski et. al; US 5,226,992, issued July 13, 1993, Morman; and European application No. EP 0217032, published April 8, 1987, Taylor et. al.; which, all incorporated here by reference. Alternatively, the material of the side panels may include other woven or nonwoven materials, such as described above, the materials, and suitable for the outer cover 40 or converted to body lining 42; mechanically deformed composite materials; or amenable to stretching, but not elastic materials.
A more detailed description in relation to elastic laminates according to this invention can be found in the pending publication of U.S. patent: US No. 2008/0095978 entitled "Nonwomen Composite Containing An Apertured Elastic Film, which is incorporated here by reference, to the extent not contradicting specified here.
Absorbent article 20 may have side panels 34, 134, United with one another, for fastening the absorbent product 20 around the waist of the user. The side panels 34, 134 may be connected by adhesive attachment, mechanical fasteners or any suitable means and can be connected continuously, with the possibility of a rupture, or with the possibility of re-engaging. Shows the absorbent article 20 includes zastavivhsee device 80, to secure panties around his waist user is I, with the possibility of re-engaging. Presents zastavivhsee device 80 includes first zastarevshie components 82, suitable for re-engagement with the respective second zastarevshie components 84. In one facility, one surface of each of the first sasagawa components 82, 84 includes many saralaya elements, which protrude from the surface. Siteplease elements sasagawa components 82 are adapted for re-engagement and separation saralaya elements of the second sasagawa components 84.
Zastarevshie components 82, 84 may include separate elements connected to the side panels 134, 34, or they may be integrally made with side panels. Thus, unless otherwise indicated, the term "sasahivi component includes individual components that function as fasteners, and the range of materials, for example, the side panels 34, 134), which function as fasteners. In addition, a single material can form many sasagawa components, provided that different areas of the material functioning as a separate fasteners. Zastarevshie components 82, 84 can be located on the side panels 134, 34, between the side panels, for example, by absorbing mainly elem is na or a combination of these two.
Components, alignment, and products can be verified using infrared control system, for example, described in U.S. patent US 6,885,451, Vogt, et. al., and pending application U.S.: U. S. Patent Application Serial No. 12/580,765, entitled "Disposable Absorbent Articles Incorporating Black-Free Colorant, each of which is incorporated here by reference, to the extent not contradicting specified here.
As described above, the waist and leg openings disposable absorbent articles often get the connection of multiple components. The invention applies in particular to products for which the periphery, or waist, or leg holes has more than two boundaries of the joints, or connections on which components fasten, join, etc. as described above. The product may include one or more belt items printed in the form of a waist belt, partially or completely covering the waist-hole and/or foot tape, partially or fully covering one or each foot hole. For example, a fully-enclosed belt strip connection is provided by a pair of left and right side panels with each of the front and rear waist regions of the outer covering, and then, to obtain the finished garment, a connection on each side, together, the front and rear. In this example, posn what I tape includes six components (with outer coating, counted twice in the front and rear areas) and six compounds. Other objects functional waist belt, which provides or does not provide clearance across the waist periphery, may be attached to the outer cover and/or side panels with similar complexity. Item waist belt with printed may be of the usual or any other suitable appearance. Multiple tape elements with printed, for example, waist tape, comprising, in General, horizontal and connectors, must be the only band element.
Similarly, fully encompassing foot tape provide connection of the pair of left and right side panels with each of the front and rear waist regions of the outer cover, and then, to obtain the finished garment, a connection on each side, together, the front and rear. In this example, each foot tape includes three components and three connections. The alignment of each of these components is actually a complex process, which is further complicated if the printing on some or all of the components also requires alignment. Other objects functional foot tape and elastic elements, which do not provide clearance for the entire foot peripherals can be attached to the outer p is covered and/or side panels.
The printing of images on a fully enclosed waist and leg tape provides visual information to the user fully closed functional waist belt, which is a key component in making the product the appearance of traditional underwear. The printing of the images allows to effectively use the visual perception of a continuous belt and/or foot of belt material, which is opposite, on multiple pieces (e.g., side panels, outer coating, the waist elastic elements, and the leg elastic elements). Application of seals can be used on clothing or exterior surfaces of the outer cover and side panels, body or interior surfaces of the outer cover and the side panels and/or sandwiched within the material layers.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention waist tape and/or foot tape must be clearly established or pronounced edge. For visual effect and, in some cases, to minimize the appearance of non-aligned offset can be applied gradation printing, such as a gradual transition from dark to light application. The same acceptable/unacceptable limits of displacement and described herein may be applied is such a gradation in respect of their edges and/or longitudinal height.
Components can be applied in advance, during or after combining the components with the formation of absorbent products. Waist/leg straps are essentially, but not necessarily, completely aligned with seams (e.g., the seams of the outer cover with side panel, the front and rear sides) and, essentially, spandex waist and leg openings. To ensure consistency, appearance service, the product may have additional printing or pigmentation.
Another object of the present invention provides protection of the primary user of products from incorrect alignment or offset, as described above. This object sets the offset at which the product is acceptable and, thus, is not subject to rejection and removal. For example, the distal edge of the plot lap belt outer cover and stretch waist belt first side panel may be longitudinally shifted or biased due to differences in the longitudinal height, depending on the type of underwear, size, estimated age, and sex, simulated disposable products. For more information regarding offsets and incorrect alignments waist and leg bands can be found in concurrently filed application U.S.: US 12/580,529, Ruman and others, entitled "Alignment of Leg and Waist Bands on Disposable bsorbent Articles", which is incorporated here by reference, to the extent not contradicting specified here.
To simulate functional waist belt product composed of multiple components that may optionally have a fully enclosed waist ribbon coated inside and outside of the product printing. The product may also have additional materials functional waist belt and components that overlap the side panels. In this latter case can also be added waist belt with printed, and it can be performed partially or fully printed throughout functional waist belt, or on her site.
To address specific problems associated with pre-applied seals, in the production of foot tapes were specified alternative characters combined graphical images of the foot tapes. As shown in Fig.5, the roll of material 116 of the side panels were subjected to three lanes with the seals. Stripes are, in General, in the machine direction (MD) and spaced from one another in the cross machine direction (CD). The lines are not combined in MD. Material 116 of the side panels can be printed on any side of any of the material layer 116. In the process of manufacturing absorbent articles 20 middle band, or strip 140 waist belt, which will the to as the front, and rear waist belt 90, and the first boundary marking stripe or marking strip 142 of the front foot tape will form the front foot tape 146 and the third boundary marking strip, or the strip 144 of the rear foot tape will form the back foot tape 148. To any part of the material 116 of the side panels can also be overprinted with other graphics related or not related with colour bands and/or graphical representation 60 of the outer cover.
Any or each of the first boundary, the middle and the third boundary marking strips 142, 140, 144 can be performed on the sample, in the form of a volumetric image, scalloped, linear or nonlinear, in the form of multiple strips or any other appropriate pattern. Some patterns, such as scalloped pattern, can be used to disguise any possible bias between the side panels 34, 134 and the main element 33. In the alternative object of the present invention there is no need of copying the design of the first and third boundary marking strips 142, 144 or medium strips 140 on drawing, color, etc. In the first and/or third edge strips 142, 144 can be made from printed to align the image elements outside p the closure 60. For example, the image in the form of a spray of repeating dots may be present on the image of the outer cover 60, and one or both of the first and second boundary marking strips 142, 144. Any marking strip, and in particular the average marker band 140 may be made from printed to include a band with not printed, and to be present in a single copy in the form of two parallel lines or marking strips.
The third boundary marking strip 144, which becomes the rear foot tape 148, may seem much wider strips 148 of the rear foot tape, because a large part of the material of the back foot tape will be removed when cutting the stamp, by cutting out the rear foot tape under appropriate form leg openings. Other objects of the present invention, in order to avoid printing material to be removed by cutting the stamp, or to optimize the shape of the rear foot tape 148, the third boundary marking strip 144, which becomes the rear foot tape 148 can also be performed with the applied non-linear way by printing, for example, in the form of re-arched. The third boundary marking strip 144, which becomes the rear foot tape 148, can also be done with Nanase the Noi in intermittent form a seal, includes a print on the model in the form of "ticks", or printing in the form of repeating triangles of any suitable type. The third boundary marking strip 144 can be done with printed, so that the site or the entire marking strip 144 is at an angle to the middle marker band 140 or so that the site or the entire band 144 is parallel to the average marking strip 140. The third boundary marking strip 144 can be done with printed order to align with the structure of animals waiting stamp sidebar to minimize the print on the material to be removed.
Because the outer coating 40 may be printed graphic image foot tapes that are curved and/or have some form, to align with foot strips 146, 148 of the side panels at the seams 66 outer cover/side panel in the front and rear parts of the panties, the thickness of the foot band, or longitudinal height 108 may be changed.
Method of cutting and positioning the side of the training pants is described in U.S. patent: US 6,513,221, Vogt and others, entitled "Garment Side Panel Conveyor System and Method", which is included here by reference, to the extent that does not contradict here. Additionally, one suitable device is caused to whom I disclosed in more detail in U.S. patents: US 5, 104, 116, issued April 14, 1992, and US 5,224.405, issued July 6, 1993, Pohjola, both of which are included here by reference to the extent not contradicting specified here.

The specific process and the device shown in Fig.6, is specially adapted for the manufacture of the training pants 20, of the type shown in Fig.1-4.
Continuous web of material for forming the outer cover 40 is implemented with printed as composite in the machine direction, graphic images, and also provided from respective sources of supply. The orientation of the graphic images of the outer cover, when the material of the outer cover wound with a coil, is preserved during the transformation of materials in the training panties, what happens when the process in the machine direction. Sources of supply may include one or more standard unwinding mechanisms. The material of the outer cover and/or other fabric materials of the main element can be made with printed on the back foot segments of the tape, the segments of the front foot tape and segments waist belt with making, increasing, complete training trustam kind of underwear.
Material 116 of the side panels can be cut using a device 120 for application to the Department is further strip 118 and is located partially on the material 154 main item. Each strip 118 is the largest and parts marking strips with printed: section 146 of the front foot strip of tape, plot 148 strip back foot tape and a section 149 band waist belt. When the fabric material 116 of the side panels are made so that the longitudinal direction 145 is essentially parallel to the machine direction 158, after cutting the largest stripe size will be essentially perpendicular to the machine direction 158. In this facility, and after cutting through the device 120 for applying a single strip 118 are rotated, as described below, and are partially or on the outer covering, or facing material to the body lining (material 154 main element). Generally speaking, from a material 116 of the side panels cut off a strip 118, turn 90°, have related material 154 main element and attach it to him. Separate lanes 118 include, preferably, the lateral outside in the cross machine direction from material 154 main element to a value of about 2 cm, to allow connection of the strips from the main element.
