Proposed method comprises making the blanks from the mix of polymer base with filler to be placed in the mould for solidification and full polymerisation. Note here that said blank comprises polyester unsaturated resin mixed with filler and hardener. Resin-to-filler ratio makes 1-1.5-2.0. Mix in the mould is subjected to degassing while mix hardening in said mould is performed at 60-80°C for 10-15 minutes. Blanks are extracted from the mould and subjected to curing to full polymerisation of polyester saturated resin. Thereafter, produced article is ground without water cooling at grinding belt at grain size of 60-120 units with subsequent washing and drying of ground surface. Note here that patterns are applied on finished surface by direct printing of UV inks.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a light industry and can be used in manufacture of clothes, shoes, hats and decorative items made of felt as well as at for felt products restoration. The method includes forming a canvas by stacking layers of wool fibers and applying on the layers of wool fiber of textile material, felting, felling and drying. On the canvas from the side of textile material the layers of wool fibers are additionally placed. After felling the moulding is carried out, and after drying - wet-heating treatment. Wet-heating treatment is carried out under pressure at a temperature of 120-150° C, corresponding to a temperature of adhesion of adhesive. As textile material the easily mouldable adhesive gasket material with sparse structure is used. The adhesive gasket material can be placed in accordance with the zones marked on the detail.

EFFECT: reduction of thickness and weight of felt parts is provided, while maintaining the specified strength; obtaining one-piece moulded detail with uniform thickness, with zones which differ in properties; increasing the strength of the obtained material; preservation of appearance of felt on the front and reverse side of the product which is attractive for a consumer.

SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to light industry and may be used in producing pictures, frescos, inserts on walls, furniture and other surfaces. In compliance with first version, method comprises applying, after hardening of vlieseline, of several layers of stearic acid soda salts (C17H35COONa) in amount of 50-80 g per 1 m2 to be detached thereafter from substrate, and applying decorative pictures on made layers to be coated by varnish. In compliance with second version, method comprises applying, after hardening of vlieseline, of two layers of stearic acid soda salts (C17H35COONa) in amount of 50-80 g per 1 m2 . Then, acryl varnish and plaster are used to make the mix to apply on dried layer of said soda salt to make 1-2 mm-thick layer to be dried. Plaster is coated by acryl varnish and decorative picture is printed thereon at 59-60°C and coated by protective varnish.

SUBSTANCE: decorative cover element is created as containing an outer layer formed with chippings and a polyester resin in a mixture with a hardener. Above a dome-like frame is formed from glass-fibre plastic made of a glass mat impregnated with the polyester resin in the mixture with the hardener. The frame is formed with three layers. The first layer is made as a reinforcing layer from the glass mat impregnated with the polyester resin in the mixture with the hardener, and hydraulic insulation of the covered object is applied directly onto the decorated section with a specific segment of relief. The second layer of the covering element is formed from river sand in the mixture with the polyester resin and hardener, and is used as the base, where pebbles or chippings are introduced in fractions with size up to 100 mm. The third upper layer is made from a mixture of pebbles, chippings and resin with the hardener and is formed before the second layer hardens, and a protective varnish coating is applied above the third layer.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to decorate and protect hydraulic insulation of artificial streams and reservoirs, to form artificial rocks and waterfalls of arbitrary size, to decorate unsightly landscape elements.

When making sculptures from birch bark, using methods of intricate treatment of item parts, filigree sculptures are produced. Sculpture making starts from making an item sketch on paper, then birch bark parts are stocked, using an intricate method of jewellery filigree, a frame is assembled on a pig, being modelled from clay in volume of the future sculpture, and after the frame on the pig dries out, it is released from clay. After the clay is taken out from the frame, it is restored, and the ornament is assembled on it using previously prepared parts, then the item is polished, varnished, and its art image is finalised. The item frame may be whole or laced, and the item itself may be decorated with any available material, for instance, stones, metal, leather, etc.

Pattern of expected map incorporating data media is made on paper sheet face, outlines of data media parts are step-by-step transferred to base, and appropriate lines are burned out and/or stamped in step-by-step manner.
