The invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering, in particular to methods of wear resistant coatings on the working surface details tillage machines using fusion welding.

There is a method of reducing friction working surface tillage unit deep loosening of soil by running working surface in the form of a dihedral blades, increasing the degree of crumbling crowded soil (RF Patent No. 2110166 AV 13/16, AV 13/08).

The disadvantage of this method is the high rate of wear of the working surface dihedral blades with friction crowded with soil.

The problem is solved due to the fact that in a method of producing a wear resistant working surface details tillage machines having a streamlined shape, including surfacing along the working surface of parts wear resistant filler material in the form of parallel identical segments strips with a thickness of 2-4 mm, at right angles to the direction of movement of the work surface items, placing them in a checkerboard pattern, stripe wear resistant filler material is applied in the form of segments of length 5-7 times their width with the distance between them is less than the width of the weld line and the distance between adjacent strips equal to the width of the strip, thus the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the Central weld strip is located in the same plane with the axis of symmetry of the working surface in the direction of its movement.

Significant new features:

The technical result of the invention is to reduce the wear rate of the base metal by increasing the degree of deformation and loosening of the contact layer of the soil in the area of greatest intensity of friction working surface part having a streamlined shape.

Applying strips of wear-resistant filler material in the form of segments whose length is 5-7 times greater than their width, reduces the level of residual stresses and deformation of the working surface by creating a more favorable thermal cycle of heating and cooling the deposited layer by reducing thermal effects on the item in the heat-affected zone.

EFFECT: invention allows for the reduction of inhomogenity in structure-and-phase composition of the repaired WB material, decrease of tensile residual stresses, improve fracture strength, endurance limit, corrosion and erosion resistance of repaired WB metal.

In front of a welding head in the surfacing direction there supplied is flux with formation of a layer with height H1, which makes it possible to perform surfacing in an electroslag mode. Behind the welding head there supplied is flux with formation of a layer with height H2 to protect a welding bath. Ratio of the above layers is chosen within H2/H1=0.4÷0.8. In the process the beardless vertical para-ploughing is carried out to a depth of 0.3 m and a surface mulching of top soil to a depth of seeding. At that the soil preparation is carried out in two phases, in the first phase in the autumn in the soil the vertical slits are made with shovel-shaped working elements with a size of k×b×h1 - respectively 0.05×0.3×0.3 m with a variable pitch S, which varies ranging from 0.1 to 0.3 m, with the placement of the slits in staggered order. Then, in spring the second phase is carried out by a solid surface loosening and mulching the soil with the tools with rotary working bodies to a depth of sowing seeds.

EFFECT: method enables to prevent water erosion, to accumulate a supply of water and to ensure optimal conditions for humus formation.

FIELD: environment protection.

SUBSTANCE: method involves mechanical removal of excessive contaminants from surface and reducing toxicity of contaminated soil; sowing green manure crops and perennial grasses; preliminarily removing taking soil samples from contaminated surface and separating native contaminant destructors therefrom; after mechanical removal of contaminant from soil surface, providing sequential treatment of plot soil with water-soluble humates and at least double treatment with native contaminant destructors; mellowing soil; applying lime with mineral fertilizers such as saltpeter, double superphosphate and calcium chloride. Green manure crops are sown after application of fertilizers. Method further involves grinding green manure crops, plowing into soil and covering with soil by means of covering roll.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, reliable ecologically clean restoration of soil after contamination thereof.
