Device for gravitational chuting people and cargoes
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for chuting people and cargo under action of gravity, in particular to life saving equipment for self-evacuation during fires and for descending mountain-rescue men and spidermen. Device for gravitational chuting people and cargoes includes body, flexible load carrier made as resilient steel band placed on drum, movable and immovable pins between which the load carrier is moved. According to the invention the device contains speed limiter located between two immovable pins and consisting of plank set on axis, right and left pins located on the plank at different sides from axis, rod with piston which rod is shifted down by left pin, spring squeezed by piston and bolt serving to adjust spring flexibility. To stabilise speed the device additionally contains a gear set transmitting rotation from drum to gear wheel interacting via balancer axis with pendulum and pendulum weight, herewith the balancer can also be of spring type.
EFFECT: improved safety of device for gravitational chuting people and cargoes at constant speed in automatic braking mode.

The invention relates to a device for lowering persons and cargo, under the action of gravitational forces, in particular to the means for the salvation of the citizens when sanomatalo at fires and descent rescuers and climbers.
Known devices of similar purpose for descent people and cargo, under the action of gravitational force, is described in reference [1, 2].
The analogue of the claimed device is a structure described in patent No. 2129890 . The above device has a major drawback: the speed of lowering the mass m is not stable, i.e. it increases with increasing load. For this reason, these devices have not found practical application.
The closest technical solution of the present invention taken the device for gravitational descent of the people by the RF patent №2452537. Publ. 10.06.2012, bull. No. 16 - a prototype .
The disadvantage of the prototype is an additional brake, driven down by the man.
The task of the invention is to develop a device for gravitational descent of people and goods with a constant speed in the automatic braking.
Technically attainable result - improved security device for gravitational descent of people and goods with a constant speed in the automatic braking.
Ethodologies fact, in the device for gravitational descent of people and goods, comprising a housing, a flexible grotonover made in the form of elastic steel strap, placed on the drum, pins, between which the tape moves in the vertical plane are adjusting moving horizontally under the action of the screws studs.
In Fig.1 shows a General layout diagram of the device for gravitational descent of people and goods, in Fig.2 is a frontal section through the drum of Fig.3 is a view As in Fig.2.
Device for gravitational descent of people and goods consists of the drum 1 (Fig.1), fixed deviant studs 2, grotonover - steel heat belt 3, the stock of which is located on the drum, the casing 4, the screws 5, the pins moving in the horizontal plane 6, the pins moving in the vertical plane 7, the fixed axis 8, around which it rotates strap 9, the cylinder 10, the piston rod 11, a piston 12, a spring 13, a washer 14, the adjusting bolt 15, the handle for rotation of the drum 16 (Fig.2), the axle of the drum 17, a small gear 18, which transmits the rotation of the gear 19, sitting on the shaft 20, the shaft 21, which is fixed to the balancer 22, a gear wheel 23, the pendulum 24, the weight of the pendulum 25.
Device for gravitational descent of people and goods is as follows.
The potential energy of the lifted cargo Wnmass is th m to a height H equal to W=m*g*H, where g is the acceleration of free fall.
The kinetic energy of the falling body of mass m from a height H equal potential and must be repaid when you move the body down constant speed (not more than 1 m/s).
The proposed device, the potential (kinetic) energy of the reentry body of mass m is extinguished by moving and bending between the pins heat-treated steel tape (due to its elastic properties) three times.
Consider the first stage damping the speed of descent of the load mass m.
In Fig.1 shows in a vertical plane stationary pins 2 and located between the movable studs 6, which under the action of the screws 5 are able to move in the horizontal plane, allowing changing the force on the moving tape. Movable studs 6 on the ends have a flat surface which, when the movement of the slide in the slotted holes of the chassis (under the action of the screws 5). The number of screws 5 may be one or more and their number depends on the size of the tape (width and thickness), its elasticity, steel grade, heat treatment and so on

The kinematic scheme of the second stage of regulation is shown in Fig.2.
On the axle shaft 17 of the drum 1 is set ø the stubble 18, transmitting the rotation of the gear 19 and through the shaft 20 of the gear 23 (Fig.3).
On the shaft 21 is mounted rocker 22 which, interacting with the toothed wheel 23 with a pendulum pendulum 24 and the load 25, provides the speed of descent of man (cargo) constant. Instead pendulum balancer applies balancer.
The third stage of the automatic regulation of the speed of descent of the load mass m is as follows (Fig.1). The left and right studs 7 are located on a strap 9, which is planted in the center on the axis 8.
The higher the value of the lander weight, the greater the height of the drops left by the pin 7, and because the left pin 7 is attached to a strap 9, which rotates about a fixed axis 8, the right pin 7, lifting the tape 3 is moved upward, thereby automatically created additional bending of the belt, and hence more intensive braking, which is proportional to the mass of the drop shipment.
The left pin 7, down, moves down the rod 11 with the piston 12, which compresses the spring 13. The magnitude of the compression spring 13 is adjusted by the bolt 15.
By means of the screws 5 and the bolt 15 is being used to configure the device (when assembling).
Automatic three-stage regulation of the speed of descent of man (cargo) provides sufficient security descent and high reliability of the device, which is extremely necessary odimo in extraordinary circumstances during the rescue operations.

Device for gravitational descent of people and goods, comprising a housing, a flexible grotonover made in the form of elastic steel strap, placed on the drum, the movable and the fixed pins, between which moves grotonover, characterized in that it contains the speed limiter located between the two fixed pins and consisting of strips, planted on the axis, the left and right studs, located on the strip on opposite sides of the axis of the piston rod with the piston moving down the left pin, spring, compressed by the piston and bolt used to adjust the elasticity of the spring.

FIELD: rescue operations.
SUBSTANCE: each passenger and crew member is supplied with short-term exposure self-contained breathing apparatus, which are located at the place of location of the passenger or crew member, the pneumatic circuit is mounted along the deck handrails with the compressed air; the branch pipes of the pneumatic circuit with pneumatic valves are made at each output gate; the wardrobes with cocoon-overalls are mounted at the latter; in case of a sudden sinking of watercraft every citizen, using the breathing apparatus, gets to the nearest wardrobe with cocoon-overalls and puts it on himself, as well as on the child, if any; opens the gate; attaches the trunk of the cocoon-overall to the branch pipes of the pneumatic circuit and switches on the pneumatic valve; the cocoon-overall is filled with compressed air and by comparing the pressure in it and in the pneumatic circuit it unlocks the trunk of the cocoon-overall, and the latter with the fleeing citizen flows to the surface of the water reservoir, where remains afloat until his radio beacon is heard by rescuers and the cocoon-overall is detected with its bright phosphorescent colour; a fleeing citizen is not threatened to death from cold water, because he is protected from all sides with compressed air layer.
EFFECT: increasing reliability of application of means of citizen rescue from the sunken watercraft.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire and rescue vehicle comprising automobile chassis with a support-rotating platform on which the telescopic boom is located, consisting of sections, at the end of the last of them a cradle is mounted, besides this a telescopic ladder with fencing is located, which sections are adjacent to the last boom section, characterised in that two rotary ramps are adjacent to the cradle symmetrically to the longitudinal axis of the telescoping boom, which are pivotally mounted on the last section of the telescopic ladder, at that each ramp has a slide section with a mechanism of extension in the form of a pair "tooth wheel-rack" and the pivot arm, at that the tooth wheel is provided with a spring clamp, and the fencing of the ramps and slide sections is made of hingedly mounted railing of tubular section, which handrails enter into the handrails of the railing of the ramps.
EFFECT: ensuring the delivery of fire-fighters and fire extinguishing agents, as well as evacuation of people from high-rise buildings.

FIELD: rescue operations.
SUBSTANCE: device relates to the field of life-saving appliances based on the car with a basket on boom with working telescopic sections with the guide frames on their end, which are fixed on top to the transport telescopic sections of closed profile with a slot on the upper surface on the entire length, and below they are fixed to supports, inside which the spring-loaded latches are mounted for connecting the working sections between each other, also along the sides the protrusions are made for gripping sections in their lifting-descending and for fixing section on the boom. The drive of sections lifting is made in the form of two hydraulic cylinders connected with jumpers installed on the sides of the boom with the ability to be moved along its axis, is equipped with a controller of the extreme positions of the piston for positioning on the stops by a step-type drive, their rods are connected by the plate equipped with mechanisms of gripping the stops. The basket from the outside of the barrier is equipped with the lodgment for portable standalone flame retardant means and a cartridge with capsules for the descent of the injured people, equipped with grippers of the rope thrown over the block on the upper section and connected to the working and auxiliary winches. The device for quick installation and removal of capsules from the transport sections is equipped with a staple and receiver, respectively.
EFFECT: this scheme of the device by increasing the number of sections enables to reduce its length, to increase the number of floors of lifting the basket, to reduce by the use of multiple capsules the time of rescuing the injured people, and the use of fire-retardant device enables to increase the chance of their survival in the fire seat.

FIELD: rescue operations.
SUBSTANCE: inflatable rescue chute of closed section comprises an outer, middle and inner airtight elastic shells separated by airtight elastic partitions into several compartments (inner and outer compartments ) with the possibility of pressure injection in each of the outer compartments of separately heated noncombustible gas or a mixture of gases, and in each of the inner compartments - of air separately with the temperature of human comfort under higher pressure but not greater than the strength of the chute material. At least one of the inner compartments in the upper part of the chute comprises an opening for discharging air into the chute, and the opening of the closed section for entry into the chute comprises a door - the valve mounted with the ability of opening and slamming from inside by air pressure. Furthermore, at least one of the inner compartments in the upper part of the chute comprises a gas valve for connecting the hose with a mouthpiece or mask for breathing, and at least one of the outer compartments in the upper part of the chute comprises a gas valve for connecting the hose to the hose nozzle.
EFFECT: invention enables to provide to the rescued people the fire protection during the descent from the altitude object inside the chute and while waiting on the altitude object for their priority of descent.
FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: system includes an auxiliary database which receives information recorded in a personal medical database and a device for determining vital signs and which records said information. The system also includes a unit for computing a safe condition, which computes information on safety evaluation, wherein a safe condition of a person is evaluated by comparing clinical information and information on vital signs recorded in the auxiliary database. The system includes a portable terminal which accesses medical insurance information recorded in the auxiliary database, information on safety evaluation computed by the unit for computing a safe condition, and information on vital signs and clinical information recorded in the auxiliary database. The portable terminal displays medical insurance information, information on safety evaluation, information on vital signs and clinical information.
EFFECT: enabling verification of information on safety evaluation, medical insurance information, information on vital signs and clinical information of a person to be saved using a portable terminal.

FIELD: rescue equipment.
SUBSTANCE: rescue vehicle for evacuation of people from high-rise buildings comprises automobile chassis with the platform on which the technological equipment is located, as part of the lifting mechanism and the device for receiving people from the building and lowering them down. At that the technological equipment is located on the platforms of the automobile chassis and the trailer which is a part of the machine. At that the device comprises supporting stands of telescopic structure, at the ends of which the pivoting levers are placed. At that the levers of each platform are interconnected with jumpers of variable length. At that the jumpers of the levers located on the automobile platform are connected to the jumpers of the levers. At that by the device for receiving people is made of a flexible membrane consisting of at least three shock absorbing grids located one above another and having different elasticity.
EFFECT: claimed invention is aimed at improving the efficiency of the evacuation of people by reducing the height of fall, increasing the bearing surface and elasticity of the membrane.

FIELD: salvage operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to emergency evacuation devices used mainly for people's escapement dumping from buildings and equipped with a mechanic action braking mechanism. The saving device contains two similarly positioned slidewires with a swivelling hook, the fixation unit represented by a buckled belt and a braking mechanism. Slidewire allowances are accommodated inside the belt. The braking mechanism is positioned on the wires between the fixation unit and the swivelling hook. The braking mechanism is designed in the form of a separate body containing guiding channels and wedge-shaped braking elements and ensuring independent braking of the both slidewires. The slidewires are passed through flexible tubes between the braking mechanism and the slidewires outlet from the belt buckle.
EFFECT: invention enables enhancement of the saving device reliability.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fastening devices for fixation on a roof or a wall of a building with the possibility to fix a person working at height. The fastening device for fixation on the object comprises a shape-holding main part (20) with a fastening element (10) and a flexible plate (30). The plate (30) moves away from the main part with a free distal part (32). The flexible plate (30) is designed and made to be attached to the object surface. The main part comprises an integral shape-holding body (20) with a solid base. The proximal part (31) of the flexible part (30) is mounted tightly into the body base, and the distal part (32) of the flexible plate moves away from the main part. The proposed fastening device is used in a fall protection system, which additionally comprises an individual fall protection facility, the individual protection facility is designed and made as capable of connection to the fastening element (10).
EFFECT: structural arrangement of a fastening device provides for its easier manufacturing and reduces total weight.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rope rescue equipment in fire condition in skyscrapers. The pocket rescue rope lifting-descending equipment comprises a pulley (3) with the rope (4), the axis (2), a housing (1), a belt (10), a lever (12), a handle (15) and a crank (17). The rope (4) with a hook (18) is wound on the pulley (3) which is fastened on the axis (2). The axis (2) is displaced outside the contour of the pulley (3) groove and is attached to the end of the L-shaped housing (1). The other end of the L-shaped housing (1) is fixed to the belt (10). The pulley (3) is connected to the lever (12) on which end an axis (14) is fixed with a handle (15) rotating on it. The L-shaped housing (1) is attached to the crank (17). The pulley (3) is fixed to the shaft (7) parallel to the axis of rotation of the pulley (3) on which the shackle (8) is thrown on. The shackle (8) is connected by the rope (9) with a annular belt (10) for a leg. The shaft (7) on the hinge (13) with an axis perpendicular to the shaft (7) with the axis (14) and the handle (15) at the end the lever (12) is attached. The end of the L-shaped housing (1) via the rope (21) the second annular belt (22) is attached for the second leg.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has carrier casing with member for connecting to individual to be descended, power-type descending speed regulator comprising power block embraced with cable, rotary lever and sliding friction member. Carrier casing is made in the form of semi-circle adapted for arrangement in vertical plane and is equipped with slots for passage of cable through cavities thereof, and handle. Power block embraced with cable is rigidly fixed on rotary lever positioned for angular displacement relative to axis, arrangement along generatrix of cylindrical surface of carrier casing, and is equipped with self-braking screw-type descending mechanism. Descending mechanism has power screw with flywheel positioned at one end and semi-spherical member arranged at other end of power screw for contacting with semi-spherical receptacle at end of rotary lever, and threaded opening made in carrier casing wall and extending perpendicular to descending direction.

SUBSTANCE: device includes pulley having body and lid. Embedded into body and lid is reel with flexible member connected thereto by one end and wound round the reel. Reel is secured to body and lid by means of fixed pins and hinges. Device also has rotary reel actuator and braking means adapted to perform operative control of reel torque. Connected to another flexible means end is safety hook. When rope unwinds from reel braking means actuates braking drum built in reel, two semi-rings located inside braking drum and cooperating with it, an joint pin and adjusting screw. Device is also provided with bandage secured to pulley body or to safety hook by shock. Shock has orifice formed as groove and is made of antifriction material. Device also includes automatic brake. The latter includes wedges, rotary disc installed in pulley body and cooperating with wedges by orifice edge, and pressing disc. Braking drum includes splines. Outer wedge surface is rounded and has radius equal to that or rotary disc orifice. Sides defining wedge have different lengths. Rotary reel actuator may rotate only in one direction.

SUBSTANCE: complex comprises air-borne vehicle with rescuing cable having fastening device for securing people to be rescued thereto. Fastening device is made as pieces of cable having lesser diameter. Lower ends of cable pieces are fixedly connected to rescuing cable, upper ends thereof are secured to elongated sleeves movably connected to rescuing cable. Rescuing cable is wound on reel secured to frame inside air-borne vehicle. Reel is driven with winch through gearing. Complex also has transparent inflatable rubber balloons secured to necks provided with safety hooks engaging loops of elongated sleeves connected to rescuing cable. Balloon necks are made as two containers connected one to another by threaded connection through transition member having threads on both ends thereof. One container is air-tight, filled with compressed air and has thin diaphragm. The second container has dry electric power source and light bulb with socket having longitudinal groove. Transition member comprises needle with inner channel for diaphragm piercing.

SUBSTANCE: device has rescuing cable having fastening device for securing people to be rescued thereto. Fastening device is made as pieces of cable having lesser diameter. Lower ends of cable pieces are fixedly connected to rescuing cable through couplings, upper ones are connected to the cable through couplings movably connected to rescuing cable. Lower ends are attached to the cable through short couplings, upper ends are connected to the cable through long ones. Pieces of cable having lesser diameter are provided with protective jackets made of reinforced heat-resistance threads with sleeving made of twisted basalt fiber. Short couplings are made of metal, long ones are formed of elastic material. Air-tight container with means emitting intermittent sound and light signals is connected to lower end of rescuing cable. Loop for suspending device by hook of air-borne vehicle winch is connected to upper end of rescuing cable.

SUBSTANCE: device has netted bracket suspended to air-borne vehicle and having two hollow rimming rings. Upper ring has annular handrail, lower one comprises cross-piece and bottom made of metal net. Upper ring is formed of duralumin and has inner volume providing device floatability. Lower ring is made of stainless steel. Two ears are secured to cross-piece center and have orifices for blasting pin. Upper and lower rings are pivotally connected to posts formed of plates made of spring steel. Posts are connected one to another by rope bridges. Lower ring is attached to transition connection member by ropes for suspending sealed container with means emitting intermittent sound and light signals and to connect rope with loop for suspending device by hook of air-borne vehicle winch. Connection member provides plate suspension and has orifice for blasting pin.

SUBSTANCE: device has base with load fastening member and locking means for load lowering speed regulation secured to the base and cooperating with flexible member. The locking means is formed as rest and cam rotating around axis and having rotation lever connected thereto. Rest and cam are opposite one to another. Cam is provided with groove facing the rest. Device is also provided with limiter which prevents flexible member slipping during lowering operation and with rotary fixer having tooth installed to contact with arch-shaped groove. The groove is arranged in rotary fixer plane and bounded with rest. Angle of arch-shaped groove inclination is not less than cam stroke angle.

SUBSTANCE: invention is used in fire fighting and rescuing operation for lifting firemen and fire fighting facilities and evacuation of humans from building and structures in emergency. Proposed device contains vehicle with outriggers, lifting-and-slewing device mounted on vehicle frame, set of telescopic sections installed on lifting-and-slewing device and mechanism for telescoping the sections. Working stage is mounted on front end face of end section, and cap is installed on guides of telescopic sections. Device is furnished also with cab lifting mechanism made in form of wire rope reeved sheaves installed on cab skeleton and on front end face of end section. One end of wire rope is secured on drum of cab lifting mechanism, and the other, on balancing drum which is connected with drum of section telescopic mechanism through gear train. Bottom of cab is furnished with opening hatch for securing emergency evacuation sleeve.
EFFECT: improved safety at fire fighting and rescuing.
FIELD: rescue equipment, particularly to evacuate people from multistory buildings in emergency.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises composite body with drum provided with rope and braking mechanism arranged in the body. Braking mechanism comprises gear ring having odd number of projections formed on inner drum rim, wedge-like double-armed pendulum, pendulum guides and members adapted to prevent resilient rebounding of pendulum in its extreme positions. The pendulum may reciprocate into the guides.
EFFECT: increased breaking reliability and simplified device structure.
FIELD: rescue equipment for helicopter cargo hoisting system.
SUBSTANCE: proposed rescue system includes cylindrical container, container retainers mounted on helicopter, winch and communication facilities for rescuers. Container has doorway and swivel panels with cone-shaped members at the ends. Rope of winch is secured to top of cone-shaped member of container. Container is provided with ballast weight mounted on side opposite to doorway. Helicopter is provided with instrument for measuring the mass and sensor engageable with winch rope; indicator of mass measuring device is mounted in pilot cabin. Rescue system is provided with rope cutter for release of container in an emergency.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability due to control of loading the container.

FIELD: rescue equipment, particularly equipment for emergency people group evacuation from elevated location.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises evacuation capsule provided with parachute and guiding means arranged at an angle one to another and adapted to support the capsule. The evacuation capsule has door openings, seats, seat safety belts, air bags and windows. The capsule also has self-braking system. Part of capsule bottom is made as anchoring plate, which may be removed from the capsule and lowered by ropes. In concordance with the second embodiment the capsule is provided with winch to pull ropes, which connect the capsule with the anchoring plate. In the third embodiment the device also has winch with pulls ropes connecting the capsule with the anchoring panel. In another embodiment device comprises air sleeve secured to guiding ropes and connected with evacuation capsule from the first end and with fan from the second end thereof. During fan operation the capsule moves out by filling the sleeve with air. The evacuation capsule, air sleeve and fan are installed in land-based structure. The capsule is provided with parachute and self-braking system. Methods of emergency evacuation from elevated locations and from television tower with the use of above device are also disclosed.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of emergency large people group evacuation.
