FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: disk-shaped working element of a concrete finishing machine includes a drive shaft that can transfer a torque moment to a smoothing disk, with that, in cavities of the smoothing disk there located are magnetrons creating microwave radiation, the electric power to which is supplied by means of sliding contacts through a rheostat, by means of which it is possible to control a microwave radiation gradient.

EFFECT: obtaining high quality of treatment of a surface of concrete items; obtaining a high-strength surface layer.

The invention relates to the field of construction industry and can be used for qualitative processing of uncured surfaces of concrete products, molded from concrete mixtures for use in civil and industrial construction.

There are various smoothing machine for processing uncured concrete surfaces of precast concrete products containing the portal, motor, smoothing disk concrete finishing machine [Marsh, A. C. Smoothing concrete surfaces. - L.: Stroiizdat. Leningrad. Department, 1979. - (Science building. production). 17 C., Il.6].

The disadvantage of these machines is that there are no magnetrons with the regulator of microwave radiation. Processing known concrete finishing machines is accomplished by interaction of the working body with the uncured surface processed products. When the movement of the working body of the concrete finishing machine on the uncured concrete surface occur kinetic processes leading to changes in the physical and geometrical characteristics of the surface coming into contact with the working body.

The technical result - obtaining high quality surface treatment of concrete products, obtaining high strength of the surface layer.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the disk work is the third body of concrete finishing machine, containing the drive shaft, which has the ability to transmit torque smoothing disk, according to the invention in the recesses of the smoothing disc are magnetrons that generates microwave radiation, the power for which is supplied by means of the sliding contacts through the rheostat, with which it is possible to adjust the gradient length of the microwaves.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where Fig.1 shows a disk screed concrete finishing machine with microwave emitters of Fig.2 depicts the magnetrons used for smoothing machine.

Disk screed concrete finishing machine consists of a damper 6, which has the ability to absorb vertical vibrations of the housing 3, the drive shaft 1 driven by an electric motor. On the drive shaft 1 is elastic coupling 2, which, in turn, fastened to the Cup 3, Cup 3 fixed sliding contacts 8, a sliding contact connected to the power supply through the resistor 7, smoothing disk 4 is rigidly fixed to the drive shaft 1 by means of screw connection, smoothing disk 4 is deepening and insertion of a thin layer of metal, such as steel, placed in them by the magnetrons 5.

The device operates as follows. When the motor is started through elastic the second clutch 2 is transmitted to the rotation of the drive shaft 1, which is rigidly fixed with smoothing disc 4, the recesses are magnetrons, which create microwave radiation, the gradient of which is controlled by the rheostat 7, activating the workpiece.

Heating is based on the principle of so-called "dipole shift". Molecular dipole shift under the influence of an electric field occurs in materials containing polar molecules. The energy of the electromagnetic field oscillations leads to a permanent shift of the molecules, forming them according to the force lines of the field, which is called the dipole moment. As well as the AC field, the molecules periodically change direction. Budge, the molecules are "shaken up" face, hit each other, transferring energy to neighboring molecules in the material. As the temperature is directly proportional to the average kinetic energy of atoms or molecules in the material, then this mixing of molecules, by definition, increases the temperature of the material. Thus, the dipole shift is the mechanism of energy conversion of electromagnetic radiation into thermal energy of the material.

Heat from the magnetron in the dipole shear under the action of an alternating electric field depends on the characteristics of molecules and intermolecular interactions in the environment. For the best heating tastaturbelegung electric field should be set so in order for the bottom half of the molecule has been totally rebuilt. As the water contained in the concrete solution, the frequency of the microwave emitter picked up for better heat that water molecules in the liquid state.

Microwave go from outside to inside, trapped in the outer layers of the mixture. Microwaves do not affect dry non-conductive materials.

The advantage of this design is the high quality processing of concrete mixtures, obtaining high strength of the surface layer, the lowest roughness.

Concrete surface finisher working disc tool consists of body, motor, drive shaft and smoothing disc. Besides, it comprises cathode immersed in concrete mix and rheostat to control electric field gradient and to transmit electricity via current collector to drive shaft and smoothing disc. Note here that is it possible to influence processed concrete surface by electric effects.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used for high-quality processing of uncured reinforced concrete surfaces of articles moulded from concrete mixes for civil and industrial construction. Finisher disc tool comprises drive shaft to transmit rotation to smoothing disc made from magnetically conducting material wherein high-power magnets are secured. Said smoothing discs can rotate in opposite directions at different angular velocities. Note here that outer smoothing disc is rigidly secured to planetary train. Inner smoothing disc is rigidly attached to the shaft. Outer and inner smoothing discs have recesses made in adjacent zone of rotation to accommodate alternating poles of high-power magnets.

EFFECT: higher surface quality and strength, decreased roughness and power consumption.

The method to produce concrete items finished with a decorative filler includes submerging the decorative filler into the concrete mixture poured into a mould. Prior to pouring of the concrete mixture into a mould, sand is filled onto its bottom, where the decorative filler is submerged, and is sprayed with a water-polymer dispersion with subsequent filling with a layer of fine sand.

FIELD: construction industry; methods of the additional continuous vibration finish mixing of a moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of building of asphalt-concrete pavements of the highways and other construction objects with the analogous coatings. The technical result: the invention ensures an additional continuous vibration finish mixing of bituminous concrete mixture directly on a construction object, decreased consumption of a binding material and improvement of the physical-mechanical indexes of the asphalt-concrete in the highways pavement, and also decreased power inputs during the subsequent compaction of the mixture. The method of additional continuous vibration finish mixing of moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture provides, that the vibration treatment of the bituminous concrete mixture is conducted in the vibration bin with a frequency of 18...19 Hz, an amplitude of vibrations of 1.31...1.32 mm and the vibration intensity of 100...119 cm2/s3 during 25...35 seconds. At that the body of the vibration bin, if necessary, is subjected to heating during vibration finish mixing up to the temperature required for production of moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture. The invention also presents (describes) the device for realization of the indicated method of the additional continuous vibration finish mixing of moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture.

EFFECT: the invention ensures realization of an additional continuous vibration finish mixing of bituminous concrete mixture directly on a construction object, decreased consumption of a binding material, improved the physical-mechanical features of the asphalt-concrete, decreased power inputs.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction industry, in particular, to the equipment and methods of production of hollow-core slabs. The technical result is improvement of quality of produced items and simplification of a production process. The method provides, that they insert the hole-forming cores into the form, conduct tendon jacking of the reinforcement bars, lay and compact the mixture. Then form the cavities by screwing up in the mixture of screw-bolts with the diameter equal to the diameter of the cavity hole on over the height with their following screwing out. The device includes a portal consisting of the vertical poles fixed in the vertical part of it by a truss, a carriage hanged on the vertical poles, and a furnished with the hole-forming cores with the screw bolts. SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction industry, in particular, to construction equipment and may be used for superfine working of the non-solidified concrete surfaces of the concrete products molded out of the hard concrete mixtures with production of the required class roughness on the face surface. The technical result of the invention is reached due to the fact, that the disk-type working tool is supplied with the disk with the undulation surface, which with the help of the planetary drive is connected to the drive unit, and the body, which is capable to rotate, is connected to the drive unit and with the main part of the disk, the effective area of which consists of the main part and two movable in the vertical direction batches of the sectors. SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding article having at least one cavity by conveyer; providing filling station; positioning the article under vessel with filling material as viewed in vertical plane; filling the cavity with filling material along with simultaneously shaking the article; removing the article with filled cavity from the filling station by conveyer. The magnetostrictive member is made of an assembly of nickel plates that change their lengths under the action of magnetic forces caused by the supplied alternative current. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing vibrational compaction of mold filled with concrete and punches having surfaces corresponding to surfaces of stones or plates; subjecting concrete stones or concrete plates to at least one subsequent process followed by hardening process. Subsequent process for treating surface of concrete stones or concrete plates includes treating said stones or plates by means of materials attached to instrument and made in the form of brush or broom, said materials being fabric, sponge, nonwoven material, felt, soft rubber or plastic. Materials are united into one or number of rows and secured on surfaces, which are guided above surface of concrete stones or concrete plates in any direction, with oscillating and/or rotating motion being imparted to said materials. During treatment, said materials and/or concrete stones or concrete plates are preferably wet or wetted with liquid such as water or dispersion. Before sequential treatment process, surfaces of concrete stones or concrete plates are painted in different colors using liquid paint. Concrete stones or concrete plates manufactured by method have treated surfaces with fixed concrete particles. Concrete stones or concrete plates have colored and/or shiny surface.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method of incrustation of concrete articles consists in securing the incrusting unit on surface of blank in recesses made preliminarily which reproduce the pattern. Blank is made from low-flow concrete mix and incrusting unit is made from cast expanding concrete mix of the following composition, mass-%: expanding cement, 25-75 at water-to-cement ratio of 0.8-1.2. Incrusting unit may be secured in blank before its hardening.

SUBSTANCE: method involves proportioning binding agent, water and fillers; mixing thereof and pouring the obtained mix in form; laying decorative material in form and curing thereof. The decorative material is non-hardened billets made of cement-sand mix including colored cement and quartz sand in proportion of 1:4 with water-cement ratio of 0.35-0.45. In accordance with another variant the decorative material is non-hardened billets made of cement-sand mixes with water-cement ratio of 0.75-0.85, which are laid in concrete mix in elastic removable shell.
