The present invention relates to a device for simulating area containing the simulator cigarettes, having essentially cigarettebuy form, and the device, while the device comprises a canister with a fuel gas and a discharge valve at its bottom surface to which the simulator cigarette is adapted to Nestle for releasing gas from the canister to the simulator cigarettes. Such a device is hereinafter will be called a device of the type described".

The device of the type described is disclosed in an earlier application of the same applicant WO 2009/001078. By applying such a design, the user wishing to use the simulator cigarettes, simply clicks on the pull-out device in the internal direction, then sliding the fixture opens with an elastic element, allowing the user simulator cigarettes and allowing him to quickly extract. Thus, the user can easily hold the device and open the retractable device with one hand. Next, the user second free hand can extract simulator cigarette and pressed it to the exhaust valve to fill the simulator cigarette portion of gas from the canister. This is a significant improvement on the previous design, which was uncomfortable UD is rivet the device and open the hinge cover with one hand. The latch may be of any suitable type, such as magnetic or electromagnetic, but preferably provides a mechanical engagement retractable devices for its retention in the locked position.

Many parts of the device are the same as disclosed in the publication WO 2009/001078, and repeated in the present description will not be. In particular, the device is to simulate Smoking, dimensions, pressure, capacitive characteristics and composition of the device to simulate Smoking and filling devices, and the characteristic differences of the refueling canister, valve and payment method are the same as described in earlier applications.

Improvements are being design to access the simulator cigarettes, as will be described below.

Device to simulate area contains the simulator 1 cigarette, which is the same as in the publication WO 2009/001078, and then there will not be described. Additional enhancements to the device to simulate Smoking disclosed in the earlier application the authors PCT/GB2010/001487 and PCT/GB2010/001488.

The remainder of the device to simulate Smoking - refueling device. It contains the main Cabinet section 2, constituting the molded product of plastic. This product is a thin cardboard shell 3, printed with various information, such as advertising information. Screen size is preferably similar to the size of a pack of cigarettes and can meet certain dimensional formats, such as size packs, each containing 10 or 20 cigarettes. The housing 2 has a cavity 4, which contains the cartridge 5 with a fuel gas under pressure. The container 5 has an exhaust valve 6 in its lower end. When the cartridge 5 is in the cavity 4, the nozzle 6 is located over the outlet 7 for replenishment. Unit 1 simulator cigarettes replenished by preload to the outlet 7 for replenishment, as described in the publication WO 2009/001078.

Generally speaking, the case 2 is divided into two halves, with one half of the container 5 with a filling gas, and the other part contains a pull-out device 8. Next will be described a pull-out device 8, and the method of its installation and operation.

The housing 2 has an opening 9, continuing throughout the length and breadth of the side opposite the side in which you installed the cartridge 5 with the filling gas. This way the em hollow recess, which has a pull-out device 8.

Retractable device 8 has a pair of protruding lugs 10 (Fig. 1 shows only one of them), which engages with the corresponding holes 11 (Fig. 1 shows only one of them) in the housing 2 to provide a rotary installation pull-out device 8 in the housing 2. Retractable device 8 determines the cavity 12 for holding simulator 1 cigarette. Between the pull-out device 8 and the housing 2 is installed, the spring 13 so as to be compressed in the closed state, as shown in Fig. 3, to push out pull-out device 8 in the open state, in which the user is provided access to the simulator 1 cigarette. Retractable device 8 is held in the closed position with the latch 14 in the housing 2 above the canister 5.

The latch 14, inter alia, known as the "mini push-latch" is popular in this area. Essentially the latch has a pair of terminals 15 of the locking tongue 16 on the pull-out device 8. In the closed position, shown in Fig. 3, the clamps 15 meshed with the tongue 16 to lock the sliding device in the closed state. To release the retractable device, it will first have light pressure on the internal the m direction, forcing the latch 16 to move deeper into the clamps 15. The tongue 16 has a widening shape, which puts pressure on the clamps 15, parting them. The clamps 15 release tab 16, after which the spring 13 is forcibly moves the sliding device in the open position. Surgery opening easily performed with one hand. Next, the user takes the simulator cigarettes and, if required, presses it against the nozzle 6 to recharge.

After using the simulator cigarette user again places it in the cavity 12 and presses on the sliding device for closure, after which the clamps 15 are in engagement with the tongue 16 to lock the sliding device in the closed position. This closure may simply be performed with the same hand, which held the device to recharge.

The second example shown in Fig. 4-9. Most of the signs are the same as in the first example. The essential difference lies in the fact that the new locking mechanism 19 is integrated into the device, without requiring the presence of the locking component, triggered from the "easy touch". Thus, in the case of filling device can be constructively used a number of characteristics, to ensure that touch mini latch, however, the system uses a smaller num the component parts.

As shown in Fig. 4 and 5, the housing 2 has a protruding beam 20 with an angular hook 21, which in the closed position, is in engagement with a passage for moving the sliding device 8, as clearly seen in Fig. 7 and 8c. The presence of the first steps 24 and the output of the Cam surface 29 causes the angular hook 21 to move along the initial output passage 25, leaping from the second step 26 and getting into output passage 27 for removal. After the user releases the sliding device, the spring force causes the hook 21 to move along the output passage 27 for removal, thereby deblocare retractable device 8. In the process of opening beam 20 moves sideways through the first steps 24 and the output of the Cam surface 29. As she leaves the output passage 27 for removal, it is deflected under the action of its own elasticity back into the position shown in Fig. 8c, in which she again turned to the entrance of the Cam surface 28, so that is in position for re-closure as described above.
