SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the package comprising a wrapper with a reclosable opening for extraction. The object of the invention is to provide the creation of package comprising a wrapper with a reclosable opening for extraction, which is easy and inexpensive to use. The package of cigarettes has a group of cigarettes and a sealed wrapper comprising a group of cigarettes, having an opening for extraction of cigarettes, closed with reclosable sealing panel, and formed of a sheet of multilayer packaging material having at least an outer layer and an inner layer which is superimposed on the outer layer and has a U-shaped first incision defining an opening for extraction; at that the outer layer is greater than the sealing panel and has a U-shaped second incision, located outside the first incision, surrounding the first incision from three sides and forming edges of the sealing panel. The object of the invention is also a packaging method of producing a package and packaging machine for producing the package.

EFFECT: ensuring creation of the package comprising a wrapper with a reclosable opening for extraction, which is easy and inexpensive to use.

The technical field

The present invention relates to a package comprising a wrapper with a re-closable opening for retrieval, appropriate packaging method and machine.

For ease of description hereinafter referred to merely as a non-limiting example describes a hard pack of cigarettes with hinged lid.

The level of technology

Hard cigarette pack with hinged lid typically includes an internal wrap covering the group of cigarettes, and a rigid outer packaging, enclosing the inner wrapper.

To preserve the organoleptic properties of tobacco cigarette is often used sealed inner wrapper formed by bending and TermoSanitari sheet of airtight packaging material. Airtight material is fed into the packaging machine in the form of a continuous strip wound on a bobbin, which gradually roll out to cut a continuous strip crosswise into individual sheets of the packaging material. EP 1939107 A1 describes packaging for confectionery or other food products, comprising a sealed wrapper with re-closable opening for extraction. Sealed wrapper has a hole for extracting closed re-closing of the sealing panel, and is made from a sheet of a multilayer packaging material comprising at least an outer layer and an inner layer, on which is superimposed the outer layer, and having a U-shaped first notch, which forms the hole to retrieve. The outer layer is larger than the sealing panel, and has a U-shaped second notch located outside of the first cut, surrounding the first cut on three sides and forming a region C is pectively panel.

The invention

The present invention is to provide a package comprising a wrapper to re-close the hole to extract and appropriate packing method and machine, these packaging method and machine are produced to eliminate the aforementioned drawbacks, at the same time being simple and cheap to use.

In accordance with the present invention offers a package that contains the wrapper with re-closable opening for extraction and the appropriate method and machine, as claimed in the accompanying formula.

Preferred embodiments of the invention

Number 1 in Fig.1, 2 and 3 indicates as a whole a rigid packet of cigarettes comprising a Cup-shaped outer container 2 and the sealed wrapping 3 (Fig.2)placed in the container 2. Sealed zipper accommodates 3 group 4 of cigarettes, having the form of a parallelepiped (Fig.4), and has front and top of the Central hole 5 to retrieve cigarettes, extending along an area of the front wall of sealed wrapping 3 and part of the upper wall of sealed wrapping 3.

EXT is the second container 2 has an open top end 7 and a bowl-shaped cover 8, pivotally attached to the container 2 along a hinge 9 to rotate relative to the container 2 between the open position (Fig.2) and a closed position (Fig.1,3), opening and closing the upper end 7, respectively.

When the cover 8 is closed, the outer container 2 has a rectangular parallelepiped that includes a top wall 10 and rear wall 11, opposite and parallel to each other; two parallel opposite largethe side walls 12 and 13 and two parallel opposite minor lateral walls 14. More specifically, one large side wall 12 forms the front wall 12 of the outer container 2, and the other large side wall 13 forms the back wall 13 of the outer container 2. Four longitudinal edges 15 formed between small side walls 14 and front and rear walls 12, 13; and eight transverse edges 16 formed between the upper and lower walls 10, 11 and front, rear and side walls 12, 13, 14.

The unit 1 also includes a sleeve 17, which is bent U-shape and fixed (usually glued) inside the outer container 2 and is partly outwards of the open top edge 7 to engage a corresponding inner surface of the cover 8 when the cover 8 is closed. The sleeve 17 is made of cardboard and includes a front wall 18, disposed in contact with the front wall 12 of the outer container is EPA 2; and two lateral walls 19 located on opposite sides of the front wall 18 and in contact with small lateral walls 14 of the outer container 2.

In a preferred embodiment, the sleeve 17 has two tabs 20, which act in the direction for engagement with the side walls of the cover 8 to maintain the cover 8 in the closed position.

As shown in Fig.5 and 6, the sealed wrapping 3 is formed by bending a square sheet 24 multilayer packaging material formed by overlapping and bonding at least two layers 25 and 26. Each layer 25, 26 of the sheet 24 multilayer packaging material can be made of the same material or, in turn, also be multi-layered, i.e., to include several superimposed layers. The method by which the sheet 24 of packing material bend and fix around the group 4 of cigarettes, known and described, for example, in patent applications 2009 IT BO 00339 and EP 2 008 935 A1, which are incorporated here by reference.

Sheet 24 of packing material includes an inner layer 25, which is in a sealed wrapper 3 is located directly contacting a group 4 of cigarettes; and the outer layer 26 located outside the sealed wrapper 3. The inner layer 25 has a U-shaped notch 27 that defines the hole 5 to retrieve (i.e., without affecting the outer layer 26); and the outer layer 26 has a U-formation is hydrated incision 28 (the same form, that notch 27), which is located outside of the incision 27, surrounds the notch 27 on three sides, not touching the inner layer 25, and forms the edge of the re-closing of the sealing panel 6 for closing the openings 5 for the extraction of cigarettes. The sealing panel 6 is usually glued to the rest of sealed wrapping 3 for sealing the openings 5 to extract and can be separated temporarily from the rest of sealed wrapping 3 for opening holes 5 to extract and eject through his cigarette.

It is important to note that each notch 27, 28 can be either complete (i.e., can form from the start of continuous full incision through the corresponding layer 25, 26) or partial (i.e., can the source to form a weakened area of the respective layers 25, 26, which, when sealed wrap 3 printed, produces continuous full break through the corresponding layer 25, 26). The notches 27, 28 preferably are partial to avoid excessive weakening of the bent sheet 24 of packing material and can be partial in the sense that they perform through part of the thickness of the respective layers 25, 26 (i.e., not end-to-end) or perforation (forming the respective perforated line break).

Nesuhi re-stick adhesive between the outer layer 26 and inner layer 25 glues the area of the inner layer 25, a limited incision 27 (i.e. the hole to retrieve 5), constantly (i.e. neotdelimo) to the sealing panel 6, a limited incision 28 thus, when the sealing panel 6 is lifted from the sheet 24 of packing material, the area of the inner layer 25, is limited by the notch 27 (i.e. the hole to retrieve 5) and raised together with the sealing panel 6 to expand the hole to retrieve 5. Nesuhi re-stick adhesive between the outer layer 26 and inner layer 25 glues the area of the inner layer 25 surrounding the incision 27 (i.e., surrounding the hole 5 to extract) temporarily (i.e., detachable) to the sealing panel 6 so that the sealing panel 6 is normally maintained in contact with the sheet 24 of packing material for sealing holes 5 to retrieve.

In a preferred variant is NTE perform the sealing panel 6 has a gripping tab 29, which has no re-stick adhesive on the side facing the inner layer 25, and is close, usually, to the hole to retrieve the 5 and provides for easy gripping and lifting of the sealing panel 6. In one embodiment, for forming the gripping of the tongue 29 of the outer layer 26 is coated selectively, i.e. over the entire surface except for the tongue 29. In other words, without adhesive on the side facing the inner layer 25, the tongue 29 can be formed simply without the application of adhesive to the entire area of the tongue 29. With the simplicity of theory, this method is difficult to apply with precision when applying the adhesive to the outer layer 26 and especially when applying the outer layer 26 on the inner layer 25.

In a preferred embodiment, the gripping tab 29 is formed by inserting a continuous layer 30 between the outer layer 26 and inner layer 25 in the gripping area of the tongue 29. A continuous layer 30 is not applied adhesive and adheres to the outer layer 26 (glued by an adhesive), but does not stick to the inner layer 25 without adhesive on the side facing the internal SL is th 25. In the area occupied by a continuous layer 30, a continuous layer 30 prevents the adhesion of the outer layer 26 to the inner layer 25. It is important to note that as part of a continuous layer 30 forms part of the sealing panel 6 (i.e., forms part of the gripping tongue 29 of the sealing panel 6), the notch 28 also includes a continuous layer 30; and a continuous layer 30 is close, but strictly outside of the hole to retrieve 5 (i.e., in no way covers the hole to retrieve 5).

In the embodiment of Fig.5 and 6, a continuous layer 30 has the form of a strip of limited length and the same width as the layers 25 and 26 (i.e., escapes capture latch 29 and consequently the sealing panel 6). Part of a continuous layer 30 on the outside of the sealing panel 6, not forming a gripping tongue 29, does not perform any special functions. Thus, in another embodiment, the continuous layer 30 can be restricted to the area of the gripping tongue 29 (i.e., below the sealing panel 6), but a continuous layer 30, as shown in Fig.5 and 6 (i.e., the same width as that of the layers 25 and 26) easier to use. In addition, except for the formation of the gripping latch 29, a continuous layer 30 also provides a reinforcing sheet 24 of packing material in the holes 5 to extract (thus preventing deformation of the sealed wrapping 3 obliga closing of the sealing panel 6). A continuous layer 30 is increased in size (i.e., protruding outward gripping latch 29, as shown in Fig.5 and 6) better strengthens the sheet 24 of packing material in the holes 5 for extraction, thereby improving the stability of the form a sealed wrapper 3 in a half-empty state, and facilitating the closing of the sealing panel 6.

In the embodiment of Fig.7 and 8, the sheet 24 of packing material includes a layer 31, which add rigidity, which is located between the inner layer 25 and the outer layer 26 has holes 5 for retrieval. Layer 31, which add rigidity, preferably glued to the inner layer 25, and the outer layer 26, i.e., glued on one side to the inner layer 25 and on the other hand to the outer layer 26. Thus, forming part of the outer layer 26 of the sealing panel 6 must always be separated from the layer 31, which add rigidity, (and from the inner layer 25 under it) to access the hole 5 to retrieve.

In one embodiment, the layer 31, which add rigidity has a bend line 32 along the folds made on the sheet 24 of packing material in the formation of sealed packages of 3. Being relatively thick and hard layer 31 in the absence of the bend lines 32 would hinder the bending of the sheet 24 of packing material and being bent inside the sealed wrapper 3 may have a relatively deformation resistance of sealed wrapping 3.

In the embodiment of Fig.7 and 8, the layer 31, which add rigidity, glued to the inner layer 25 and weakened slit 27, which also defines the layer 31 5 hole for extraction. Alternatively, in the embodiment of Fig.9 and 10, the layer 31, which add rigidity has a through hole 33, superimposed on the hole 5 to extract the inner layer 25 and which is not less than (i.e., the same size or larger) hole 5 to retrieve.

In the embodiment of Fig.7 and 8, the layer 31, which add rigidity, has a limited length and the same width as the layers 25 and 26. Alternatively, in the embodiment of Fig.9 and 10, SL the St 31, giving stiffness, shorter and narrower layers 25 and 26.

In the embodiments shown in the drawings, the inner layer 25 and the outer layer 26 have the same size as the sheet 24 of packing material in General (i.e. covers the whole sheet 24 of packing material). Equivalent, not shown embodiment, the inner layer 25 or the outer layer 26 is less than the sheet 24 of packing material (i.e., covers only a portion of the sheet 24 of packing material). In the first embodiment, the inner layer 25 has the same size as the sheet 24 of packing material in General (i.e. covers the whole sheet 24 of packing material), and the outer layer 26 is less than the sheet 24 of packing material in General and, thus, the inner layer 25 (i.e., only covers the area near hole 5 for extraction). In the second embodiment, the outer layer 26 has the same size as the sheet 24 of packing material in General (i.e. covers the whole sheet 24 of packing material and the inner layer 25 is smaller than the sheet 24 of packing material in General and, thus, the outer layer 26 (i.e., only covers the area near hole 5 for extraction).

In the embodiments shown in the drawings, the sealing panel 6 is coupled with the tongue 29 on the front wall of sealed wrapping 3 and therefore opened up (i.e. from the front wall to the top wall of sealed wrapping 3) and the top section of the sealing panel 6 remains attached to the top wall of sealed wrapping 3. In the shown embodiment, the sealing panel 6 is coupled with the tongue 29 on the upper wall of sealed wrapping 3 and thus opened down (i.e. from the top wall to the front wall of sealed wrapping 3) and the lower portion of the sealing panel 6 remains attached to the front wall of sealed wrapping 3. For easy capture all or only part of the gripping tongue 29 may protrude from the upper wall of sealed wrapping 3 to the rear wall of sealed wrapping 3.

In one embodiment, the sealed wrapping 3 is bonded to the cuff 17 to prevent deformation of the sealed wrapping 3 or more simple extraction of the remaining cigarettes at an empty sealed wrapper. Namely sealed wrapping 3 is glued to the side walls 19 of the cuff 17 (which are on either side of the hole 5 to extract and thus maintain the correct form of sealed wrapping 3, even half-empty) and can also be glued on the selection to the front wall 18 of the cuff 17 (which is less effective in maintaining the correct form of sealed wrapping 3 in a half-empty condition, as it is located under the hole 5 for extraction). In another embodiment (not shown) instead of a cardboard outer container 2 packet 1 of cigarettes includes a plastic outer packaging, partly what he sealed wrapping 3 and leave at least the top wall of sealed wrapping 3 open. In another not shown embodiment, the packet 1 of cigarettes has only sealed wrapping 3, but does not have the outer container 2.

In Fig.11 shows a schematic view of the overall packaging machine 34 for the production of packs 1 of cigarettes as described above and shown in Fig.1-10. Packaging machine 34 includes forming the working space 35 to produce a sequence of sheets 24 multilayer packaging material; and packaging the workplace 36 (i.e., as described in patent applications IT2009BO00339 and EP2008935A1) for bending each sheet 24 of the multilayer packaging material of forming the working space 35 around the group 4 of cigarettes for the formation of sealed wrapping 3, environmental group 4 of cigarettes.

In forming the workplace 35 layers 25, 26, 30 (and the layer 31, which add rigidity if it has one) have the form of continuous strips unwound from their respective reels 37-40 and superimposed on each pressure roller device 41. Namely, the inner layer 25 is unwound from the reel 37, the outer layer 26 with the reel 38, a continuous layer 30 from the reel 39 and the layer 31, which add rigidity (if available) - with spool 40.

In a preferred embodiment, the outer layer 26 self-adhesive, i.e. at him in advance caused by nesuhi re-stick adhesive, and therefore it is unwound from the reel 38 ready to overlay the inner layer 25. Viola is native, a device for applying adhesive can be provided between the coil 38 and the holding roller device 41 for applying nashego, re-stick adhesive on the outer layer 26. Between the pressure roller device 41 and the cutting device 42 mechanical or laser nattawee device 43 forms the notches 27 and 28 (clearly, on opposite sides) on each sheet 24 of packing material. In the shown embodiment, both of the notch 27 and 28 are made after applying layers 25, 26, 30 (and layer 31, which add rigidity if it has one). Alternatively, one or both of the incision 27, 28 can be made to overlay layers 25, 26, 30 (and layer 31, which add rigidity if it has one).

In Fig.12 shows another embodiment of the packaging machine 34, in which the main difference is in the size of the outer layer 26 (much less than in Fig.11). In Fig.Arathea device 42 is not shown, and nattawee device 43 is divided into two parts: 43A (to create a notch 27 on the inner layer 25) and 43b (to create a notch 28 in the outer layer 26).

In the variant shown in Fig.13-17, packaging machine 34 may include filicoidea device 44 for forming on each sheet 24 of packing material bend (or scheduled bend) gripping the pull tab 29 on the fold line 45 (Fig.12-16)separating the gripping tab 29 from the rest of the sealing panel 6. The formation of a bend or scheduled bending includes bending the gripping tongue 29 on the fold line 45 (usually at an angle more than 90 and closer to 180), and then bending it in the opposite direction to its original position, and you can just let him elastically to return. Bending or folding gripper tongue 29 on the fold line 45 produces a permanent deformation of the fiber gripper tongue 29 on both sides of the bend line 45, so that the gripping tab tends to move away from the sealing panel 6 (as shown in Fig.17), thus facilitating the capture of user-bundle 1 of cigarettes.

Filicoidea device 44 operates so that the sheet 24 of packing material is fed in the feed direction 46 and includes a lifting device 47, which slightly raises the gripper tongue 29 suction rest of the sheet 24 of packing material (i.e., Flex : atny tongue 29 is approximately 20-30 bend line 45); fixed folding device 48 is located directly behind the lifting device 47 and hooks gripping the tongue 29 that had been raised before lifting device 47, for bending the gripping tongue almost 180 bend line 45; and folding roller 49 is located directly behind the fixed folding device 48, gears gripping tongue 29, bent a fixed folding device 48, to provide a relatively strong pressure on the gripping tongue 29 and to bend 180 bend line 45.

Described packet 1 of cigarettes has several advantages. The sealing panel 6, is combined with the outer layer 26, the sheet 24 of packing material can be formed by overlapping layers 25 and 26 on the packaging machine before bending sheet 24 of packing material around the group 4 of cigarettes. The obtained multilayer sheet 24 of packing material can thus be used immediately without winding on a bobbin and then unrolling; and all bobbins on the packing machine thus contain a strip material of uniform thickness without unevenness.

Sealed wrap 3 provides ideal protection of cigarettes inside from external factors and thus preserves the organoleptic properties of tobacco for a long period of time.

Finally, sealed Oberto (despite limited the total amount of material necessary for its production), extremely strong around the hole 5 to retrieve, especially when also provided with a layer 31, which add rigidity, thus not deformed in a half-empty state (thereby facilitating the extraction of the remaining cigarettes and closing of the sealing panel 6).

Taking into account the numerous advantages described the package can also be used with other products other than cigarettes, such as food (sweets, chocolate and other confectionery products).

sealed wrapper (3), which covers the group (4) of cigarettes, has a hole (5) to extract cigarettes, closed, re-closing of the sealing panel (6), and is made of a sheet (24) of the multilayer packaging material containing at least the outer layer (26) and inner layer (25)placed on the outer layer (26) and having a U-shaped first incision (27)forming a hole (5) to extract,
characterized in that the outer layer (26) is greater than the sealing panel (6) and has a U-shaped second notch (28)located outside of the first incision (27)surrounding the first incision (27) with three sides and forming the edges of the sealing panel (6);
when this outer layer (26) is glued to the inner layer (25) using nashego, again pilipausko adhesive;
the sealing panel (6) has a gripping tab (29), located near the hole (5) to extract and no re-stick adhesive on the side facing the inner layer (25); and
the intermediate layer (30) is located between the outer layer (26) and inner layer (25) gripper latch (29), with no re-stick adhesive on the side facing the inner layer (25), and weakened the second incision (28).

the bending of the sheet (24) of the multilayer packaging material around the group (4) products for the formation of a sealed wrapper (3), which covers the group (4) products and has a hole (5) to extract the closed sealing panel (6);
characterized in that it further includes a step of placing between the inner layer (25) and outer layer (26) of the intermediate layer (30), located outside the hole to retrieve (5) and imposed on the sealing panel (6) to form gripping tabs (29), containing no re-stick adhesive on the side facing the inner layer (25).

15. The method according to p. 14, in which the stage of formation of the sheet (24) of the multilayer packaging material further includes article is Hai:
winder three layers (25, 26 , 30) with three separate bobbins, and then blend the three layers (25, 26, 30) to each other; and
cutting transversely of the sheet (24) of the multilayer packaging material after applying three layers (25, 26, 30) to each other.

The invention objective consists in creation of a withdrawable package for tobacco products with easy removal of the slip from the inner container without initial removal of at least part of the cigarettes from the packet. SUBSTANCE: pack of parallelepiped shape has hinged lid and comprises side surface, flat upper and lower ends facing each other, located parallel one to another and defining side surface thereof. At least one side wall has profile extending outwards and forms corresponding obtuse dihedral angles with adjacent side walls. FIELD: packing.

SUBSTANCE: proposed packing with two main walls, two side walls and two end face walls has envelope with smoking articles made of sheet protective material and hole made in sheet material to take smoking articles out of packing. Said hole is located on upper end face wall and terminates on one of main walls of packing being provided with cover with nondrying glue layer on one of surfaces by means of which it attaches to protective material envelope at edges of its hole. Said envelope is provided with lip non-covered with layer of glue which makes it possible to hermetically close the packing after taking out smoking article.
