FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a package of tobacco products, a preform for the package of tobacco products, and a method of the preform folding to form the package of tobacco products. The object of the invention is to create a package of tobacco products which is cheap and easy to manufacture. The package of tobacco products comprises a parallelepiped-shaped box, in turn comprising: an open upper end; a lower wall opposite to the open upper end; a front wall and a rear wall opposite and parallel to each other; and two opposite, parallel side walls; a group of tobacco products inside the box; and a lid hingedly connected to the box by a hinge and in turn comprising: an upper wall opposite and parallel to the lower wall of the box when the lid is closed; a front wall and a rear wall parallel to the respective front and rear walls of the box and overlaid on them when the lid is closed; and two side walls parallel to respective side walls of the box and overlaid on them when the lid is closed. The object of the invention is also a method of folding the preform to form the package of tobacco products.

The scope of the invention

The invention relates to the packaging of tobacco products, the harvesting to packaging of tobacco products and to a method of bending the workpiece to form the packaging of tobacco products.

The level of technology

Known packaging cigarettes, the so-called "box with shoulder", which is a flat, open top carton containing a group of cigarettes, usually arranged in two layers superimposed on each other, and a lid pivotally attached to the box with stickers, glued to the box and the lid. Cuff located inside the box, acting on the side walls of the box to the lid for the direction and maintenance of the cover when it is in open and closed positions, and for holding the cover in closed position in contact with the box that creates little resistance to the free movement of the lid.

Cigarette packaging type cartons shoulder" at the present time are made using: first billet, which glue and bend for the formation of the carton; a second workpiece that is separate from the first, which glue and bend to form the cover; a third panel, separate from the first and second, which bend for the formation of a cuff that is inserted into and glued to the side walls of the box; and a sticker pasted in the range box and the lid to the hinge attaching the lid to the box.

The use of three separate blanks makes cigarette packaging type cartons shoulder" difficult to manufacture because of the need to handle three separate, independent packing materials and three independent packaging devices, each of which is used for bending the respective workpiece. Also due to the use of three independent packaging devices, the manufacturing site for the manufacture of boxes with shoulder" is overly cumbersome and inefficient because it has to stop in the event of a problem (e.g., shear) on any of the packaging device.

The invention

The present invention is the packaging of tobacco products, preparations for tobacco packaging and method of folding the blank to form the packaging of tobacco products, designed to eliminate the above disadvantages, in which the packaging of tobacco products is cheap and simple to manufacture. Tobacco products are preferably of a cigarette.

According to the present invention created: packaging of tobacco products, harvesting to packaging of tobacco products and the method of folding the blank to form the packaging of tobacco products, as it is declared in the attached formula and is gaining.

Brief description of drawings

Preferred embodiments of the invention

Position number 1 in Fig.1-4 is indicated as a whole pack of cigarettes, called "box with shoulder".

Packaging 1 cigarette contains: flat open top box 2 containing the wrapped group 3 tobacco products, i.e., the group of cigarettes (not illustrated), wrapped in a sheet of wrapping material - foil; and a cover 4 pivotally attached to the box 2 to <enable> rotation of the lid from the closed position (see Fig.1), in which the lid 4 is closed the open top end 5 of the box 2, in the open position (see Fig.2-4), in which the lid 4 is lifted from the box 2 to enable access to group 3 of cigarettes through the open top end 5 of the box 2.

Box 2 (see Fig.3) has parallelepipedal form which contains: lower wall 6, opposite the open top edge 5; the front wall 7 and rear wall 8 opposite and parallel to each other; and two parallel side walls 9, located between the walls 7 and 8. The cover 4 has a Cup-shaped parallelepiped shape and includes: an upper wall 10, opposite and parallel to the bottom wall 6 of the box 2 when the cover 4 is closed; the front wall 11 and rear wall 12, opposite and parallel to each other, which is parallel to the respective front and rear walls 7 and 8 of the box 2 and imposed on them when the cover 4 is closed; and two parallel side walls 13 that are parallel to the respective lateral walls 9 of the box 2 and imposed on them when the cover 4 is closed.

Cover 4 (see Fig.4) pivotally attached to the box 2 by means of hinge 14, which are connected to the rear wall 12 of the cover 4 with the outer connecting wall 15, made in one piece with the rear wall 8 of the box 2. The outer (i.e., visible) of the connecting wall 15 (see Fig.5) is connected to the upper edge of the rear wall 12 of the cover 4 along the hinge 14 of the lid 4; and an inner connecting wall 16 (i.e., invisible, since it is located between the rear wall 8 of the box 2, on the one hand, and the rear wall 12 of the cover 4, and the outer connecting wall 15, on the other hand) are connected on the bottom edge with the bottom edge of the outer connect the positive wall 15 along the transverse fold lines 17a and is connected at the top edge with the top edge of the rear wall 8 of the box 2 along the transverse bend line 17b, and glued by adhesive 18 and 19 to the outer connecting wall 15 (but not to the rear wall 12 of lid 4), on the one hand, and to the rear wall 8 of the box 2, on the other hand.

The top wall 10 of the cover 4 (see Fig.1) is large (i.e., it is longer and wider)than the bottom wall 6 of the box 2 so that when the cover 4 is closed, the front wall 11 of lid 4 is placed on the front wall 7 of the box 2 and it completely covers and the side wall 13 of lid 4 is imposed on the side walls 9 of the box 2 and completely cover them. It is important to note that the upper wall 10 of the cap 4 is only slightly longer than the bottom wall 6 of the box 2 so that when the cover 4 is closed, the front wall 11 of lid 4 are firmly sitting on top of the front wall 7 of the box 2 and the side wall 13 of lid 4 are firmly sitting on top of the side walls 9 of the box 2. Due to this peculiarity, box 2, thus, directs and supports the lid when it is open and closed positions, and is supported by the contact between the box and the lid closed, slightly impeding the free movement of the cover 4. In other words, box 2 performs functions typically performed by a cuff in the usual packages of this type, thus allowing you to eliminate the cuff of packaging design 1.

Box 2 and the lid 4 shown in Fig.1-5, formed from a single blank 20, shown in Fig.6 and containing mescalinebanana, marked using the same number of items corresponding to the item numbers of the walls of the box 2 and the lid 4, the Superscript.

The workpiece 20 (see Fig.6) has two inner longitudinal fold lines 21a and several transverse bend lines 17, which is limited between the two inner longitudinal bend lines 21a): the panel 11'forming the front wall 11 of lid 4; a panel 10', forming the upper wall 10 of lid 4; a panel 12'+15'forming rear wall 12 of the cover 4 and the outer connecting wall 15, which are separated by the hinge 14 of the lid 4; panel 16'forming the inner connecting wall 16; a panel 8'forming rear wall 8 of the box 2; panel 6', forming a lower wall 6 of the box 2; and panel 7', forming the front wall 7 of the box 2.

The blank 20 includes: two panels 13'located on the opposite sides of the panels 10', connected to the panel 10' along the two inner longitudinal bend lines 21a and forming two side wall 13 of lid 4; and two reinforcing panel 13 located on opposite sides of the panels 13', connected to the panels 13' along the two outer longitudinal bend lines 21b and applied to respective panels 13' and stick to them to strengthen the inner side of the side wall 13 of lid 4.

The blank 20 includes hardening the valve 11"is connected to panel 11' along the cross the first fold line 17, imposed on the panel 11' and stick to it for reinforcement on the inner side of the front wall 11 of lid 4. The blank 20 preferably includes a through hole 22', performed symmetrically between the panel 11' and hardening the valve 11, limiting the window 22 in the front wall 11 of the cover 4 (see Fig.1), using which, seize and open the cover 4. Alternatively, the window 22 in the front wall 11 of lid 4 can be made of two symmetric window in the side walls 13 of the lid, similar to the window 22 in the front wall 11 of lid 4, and they can be limited to the respective through-holes formed symmetrically between the panels 13' and reinforcing panels 13".

Panel 11' contains two tabs 23 are located on opposite sides of the panels 11', connected to panel 11' along the two inner longitudinal bend lines 2la, which is glued to the panel 13'. The panel 12'+15' contains two tabs 24 located on opposite sides of the panel 12'+15'connected to the panel 12'+15' along the two inner longitudinal bend lines 21a and glued to the panel 13'. The outer ends of the two reinforcing panels 13" is preferably of such shape that as a negative reproduces the shape of the tongues 23 and 24 so that there's no way to overlap the tabs 23 and 24, but at the same time, essentially completely cover the inner surface is rnost panels 13' (as clearly shown in Fig.11).

In one embodiment, each tab 24 is connected to the rear wall 12 of the cover 4 along the non-breakable part of the inner longitudinal fold lines 21a and is connected to the outer connecting wall 15 along the torn part of the inner longitudinal fold lines 21a so that each side wall 13 of lid 4 has been a source connected with the rear wall 8 of the box 2 along the line break, break at the first opening of the cap 4. This feature is particularly useful in the manufacture of the package 1 of cigarettes by holding the lid 4 in the closed position when the transmission of the packaging 1 packaging machine on which it is made, on a machine for packaging in cellophane, to overlay a transparent outer wrapper of the package 1.

The workpiece 20 has two panels 9'located on opposite sides of the panel 6' and connected to the panel 6' along the two inner longitudinal bend lines 21a, and forming two side walls 9 of the box 2. Each panel 9' contains the tongue 25, which is connected with the panel 9' along the transverse fold line 17, and it is glued to panel 8'; and the tongue 26, which is connected with the panel 9' along the transverse bend line 17 from the opposite edges of the tongue 25, glued to the panel 7'.

One possible configuration of the sizing of the workpiece 20 is shown in Fig.7 and 8 showing the front surface region of the workpiece 20, to which were applied the adhesive 18 (see Fig.7), and the posterior surface of the workpiece 20, which is applied adhesive 19 (see Fig.8). The configuration of the sizing of the workpiece 20, as shown in Fig.7 and 8, it is possible, of course, be varied, for example by raising the rear areas of the surface of the workpiece 20, to which is applied the adhesive 19, and, consequently, reduce the front areas of the surface of the workpiece 20, which put glue 18.

The following description of the preferred (but not only) means of bending of the blank 20 for forming the package 1 of cigarettes (see Fig.9-17).

The workpiece 20 (see Fig.9) first bend one (i.e., to areas of group 3 of cigarettes on panel 6') by bending the panel 12'+15' 180 about the transverse fold lines 17a relative to the panel 16' and by bending the panel 16' 180 about the transverse fold lines 17b relative to the panel 8' and on it. Panel 12'+15' and 16' are preferably simultaneously bend 180 relative to the panels 16' and 8' for the formation of the bend Z-shaped and, of course, after a preliminary coating of adhesive 18 and 19 on the panel 15', 16' and 8', as shown, for example, in Fig.7 and 8.

The workpiece 20 is preferably bent one (i.e., to areas of group 3 of cigarettes on panel 6') by means of bending reinforcing valve 11" 180 around a transverse fold line 17 relative to the panel 11' and by bending each reinforcing panel is 13" by 180 around the respective outer longitudinal fold line 21b relative to the respective panels 13' and .Of course, before bending reinforcing valve 11 and reinforcing panels 13" 180 relative to the panels 11' and 13' on hardening the valve 11", reinforcing panel 13 and panel 11' and 13' put glue 18, as shown, for example, in Fig.7.

After bending the workpiece 20 according to the above description, it looks as shown in Fig.10 and 11. At this time, a group 3 of cigarettes is placed on the workpiece 20, specifically on panel 6' of the workpiece 20; and the workpiece 20 is bent around a group 3 of cigarettes for the formation of the box 2 and the lid 4.

After areas of group 3 of cigarettes on panel 6' (i.e., after bent panel 12'+15' and 16', reinforcing the valve 11 and reinforcing panel 13") (see Fig.12), each panel 9'forming the side wall 9 of the box 2, is bent by 90 around the inner longitudinal fold lines 21a relative to the panel 6' and a group 3 of cigarettes. Then each tab 25 (see Fig.13) bend 90 around a transverse fold line 17 on the appropriate panel 9' and a group 3 of cigarettes; and every tongue 26bend 90 around a transverse fold line 17 on the appropriate panel 9' and the group of cigarettes.

After deflected by 90 two panels 9', two of the tongue 25 and the two tabs 26 (see Fig.14), the panel 12'+15', the panel 16' and the panel 8' bend together at 90 around a transverse fold line 17 relative to the panel 6' and a group 3 of cigarettes; after that, the panel 10' with about 90 (see Fig.15) around a transverse fold line 17 relative to the panel 12'+15' and a group 3 of cigarettes.

At this time (see Fig.16) panel 11' (together with hardening valve 11 applied in advance to the panel 11' and sticking to it) is bent around a transverse fold line 17 relative to the panel 10' and a group 3 of cigarettes (see Fig.17). After deflected by 90 panel 11', the panel 10', the panel 12'+15', the panel 16' and the panel 8', each tab 23 is bent by 90 (see Fig.17) around the inner longitudinal fold lines 21a relative to the panel 11' and a group 3 of cigarettes; and every tongue 24 is bent by 90 around the inner longitudinal fold lines 21a relative to the panel 12'+15' and a group 3 of cigarettes.

Finally, each panel 13' (together with the associated reinforcing panel 13"imposed in advance on the panel 13' and sticking to it) bend 90 around the inner longitudinal fold lines 21a relative to the panel 10' and a group 3 of cigarettes to complete the process of manufacturing the package 1 of cigarettes.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention (of course, not limited <scope of the invention>) of the panel 12'+15' and 16', reinforcing the valve 11 and reinforcing panel 13", bend to accommodate groups 3 of cigarettes on the workpiece 20, the bend on the packing machine (for example, at the factory, which is made of billet 20, or intended for this palmatine above on what to Otok from the packaging machine), and the subsequent bending of the workpiece 20 around a group 3 of cigarettes perform on the packing machine (for example, on a machine model "X6" GD Societa per Azioni).

In an alternative embodiment, illustrated in Fig.18, the rear wall 12 and the inner connecting wall 16 of the box has a window 27 for simplified extraction of cigarettes from group 3 of cigarettes, i.e., to ensure the availability of the consumer to part of the rear wall, as opposed to only access to the upper wall bounding a group 3 of cigarettes. In Fig.19 shows a blank 20 for forming the package 1 of cigarettes, is shown in Fig.18. As shown in the drawing, the through hole 27', a limited window 27, made through the panel 8' and 16', and it is mirrored on both sides of the transverse fold line 17b.

In one embodiment, may be provided with a holding device for holding closed the lid 4 is in contact with the box 2 with a given force which must be overcome in order to open the cover 4. For example, the retaining device may comprise elastically deformable device, protruding from the front wall 11 of lid 4, which elastically deforms when a mate with a corresponding socket, made in the front wall 7 of the box 2 (or may contain two fixtures protruding from the lateral wall is 13 cap 4, which mate with corresponding slots made in the side walls 9 of the box 2).

In one embodiment, the package 1 of cigarettes may contain an outer label that is adhered to the outer sides of the box 2 and the cover 4 for covering the outer surfaces of the box 2 and the lid 4, essentially in order to give an aesthetically attractive appearance, but which may also have structural functions, consisting in the formation of additional hinge between the box 2 and the lid 4, but located outside and sagastume parallel to the hinge 14.

In another embodiment (not illustrated) are excluded hardening the valve 11 and/or reinforcing panel 13". Hardening the valve 11 and reinforcing panel 13" serve to hide the cardboard edges and to reinforce the front wall 11 and side walls 13 of the cover 4, respectively. Although these features are useful, they are not required for the package 1 of cigarettes, so to save the packaging material and facilitate bending of the workpiece 20 hardening the valve 11 and/or reinforcing panel 13 can be excluded.

In variants of the implementation shown in the drawings, all edges of the box 2 and the lid 4 are made rectangular. In the variants of implementation (not illustrated), at least some of the longitudinal and/or transversal edges are the Xia beveled or rounded.

Described the package 1 of cigarettes has a number of advantages.

In particular, it is cheap, and it can be made very quickly because the box 2 and the lid 4 are formed from a single workpiece 20, which, due to its construction, can be produced easily on a standard packaging machine.

In addition, in the described package 1 of cigarettes a connection between the box 2 and the lid 4 is very durable and accurate due to the fact that it is mainly determined by the hinge 14 made directly in the workpiece 20 (as opposed to just the outer label, as is the case in conventional packaging box with shoulder"). The exact location of the hinge between the box 2 and the lid 4 is particularly important, as even at the slightest inaccuracy of manufacturing the cover 4 is difficult to close properly box 2 (i.e., the cover 4 is excessively rubbing against the box 2, which thus complicates its opening and closing).

Thanks to triple the thickness of the package 1 of cigarettes in the region of the hinge 14 (due to overlap each other in the rear wall 12 of the cover 4, the outer connecting wall 15, an inner connecting wall 16 and rear wall 8 of the box 2, as shown clearly in Fig.5), the hinge region is especially strong and rigid, and thus provides a precise and accurate Povolotsky 4 relative to the box 2, i.e., the hinge does not wear out during use.

Finally, in the described package 1 of cigarettes does not necessarily require the use of outdoor stickers, glue around the box 2 and the lid 4. As the use of outer labels is costly, and its exact adhesion is a complex operation, the exception of the outer label can significantly reduce the cost of manufacture. And even if the surface of the sticker glue around the box 2 and the lid 4, choose, no matter what, it can be small, and thus, can be reduced material consumption and simplified the respective bending operation. The reason for this is that when connecting the box 2 and the lid 4 by means of the hinge 14 made directly to the workpiece 20, the outer label bears a purely aesthetic function, and not constructive.

Thanks to several advantages of the construction package 1 of cigarettes can also be used in the manufacture of packages for other tobacco products (such as cigars) or for the manufacture of boxes, is essentially the same as described package 1 of cigarettes, but contains the group of cigarette packs instead of group 3 of cigarettes.

Packaging according to any one of paragraphs.1-5,7-8, in which the top wall (10) of the lid (4) is longer than the bottom wall (6) boxes (2), so that when the cover (4) is closed, the front wall (11) of the lid (4) are applied to the front wall (7) of the box 2) and completely covered, and the side wall (13) of the lid (4) is imposed on the side walls (9) of the box (2) and completely cover them.

group (3) of tobacco products within the boxes and (2); and
the cover (4), pivotally connected to the frame (2) via a hinge (14) and comprising: an upper wall (10), opposite and parallel to the bottom wall (6) box (2)when the cover (4) is closed; the front wall (11) and rear wall (12)parallel to the respective front and rear walls (7, 8) box (2)when the cover (4) is closed; and two lateral walls (13)parallel to the respective lateral walls (9) of the box (2)when the cover (4) is closed;
the first connecting wall (15)that is connected to the upper edge of the rear wall (12) of the lid (4) along a hinge (14) of the lid (4); and

15. The method according to p. 14, further comprising a stage simultaneous flexion of the third panel (12'+15') at 180 relative to the fourth panel (16')and the fourth panel (16') at 180 relative to the fifth panel (8') to form a bending Z-shaped.

16. The method according to p. 14, further comprising, prior to placing the group (3) tobacco products is on the sixth panel (6'), stage:
bending reinforcing valve (11") by 180 about the transverse fold lines (17) and relative to the first panel (11') for applying a hardening of the valve (11) on the first panel (11'); and
bending each reinforcing panel (13") 180 around the outer longitudinal bend line (21b) and relative to the corresponding eighth panel (13'), forming a side wall (13) of the lid (4) for applying reinforcing panel (13") on the eighth panel (13').

17. The method according to any of paragraphs.14-16, further comprising, after placing the group (3) of tobacco products on the sixth panel (6'), stage:
bending each of the ninth panel (9')forming the side wall (9) of the box (2)at 90 around the inner longitudinal fold lines (21a) with respect to the sixth panel (6') and group (3) tobacco products;
bending each of the third latch (25) 90 about the transverse fold lines (17) and relative to the corresponding ninth panel (9')forming the side wall (9) of the box (2), and group (3) tobacco products; and
bending each of the fourth latch (26) 90 about the transverse fold lines (17) and relative to the corresponding ninth panel (9), forming a side wall (9) of the box (2) and merge it with the group (3) of tobacco products.

The method according to p. 17, further comprising, after bending two ninth panel (9'), two-thirds of the reeds (25) and two fourth reeds (26) 90, stage: bending the third panel (12'+15'), the fourth panel (16') and the fifth panel (8') along 90 about the transverse fold lines (17) and relative to the sixth panel (6'), and group (3) tobacco products;
bending the second panel (10') 90 about the transverse fold lines (17) and relative to the third panel (12'+15'), and apply it to the group (3) tobacco products; and
bending the first panel (11') by 90 about the transverse fold lines (17) and relative to the second panel (10') and group (3) of tobacco products.

19. The method according to p. 18, further comprising, after bending the first panel (11'), the second panel (10'), the third panel (12'+15'), the fourth panel (16') and the fifth panel (8') 90, stage:

The container has a surface containing at least one highly frictional surface region having a coefficient of friction of from about 0.63 to about 2.00. This at least one highly frictional surface region comprises a coating layer comprising flock. At that the said flock is adhered to the sheet material by an adhesive layer. The technical result of the invention is to provide a container having a highly frictional surface region which increases the friction between the movable parts of the pack, eliminating its unintentional opening, increased resistance to opening, closing due to smooth braking the movement during closing caused by friction.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a withdrawable package for tobacco products and the package manufacture method. The invention objective consists in creation of a withdrawable package for tobacco products with easy removal of the slip from the inner container without initial removal of at least part of the cigarettes from the packet. The withdrawable package for tobacco products contains an inner parallelepipedic container (accommodating a group of tobacco products and containing two opposite parallel big side walls), an outer parallelepipedic container (that contains two opposite parallel big side walls and accommodates the inner container allowing the inner container transferring between the closed position wherein the inner container is inserted into the outer container and the opened position wherein the inner container is at least partly withdrawn from the outer container) and at least one slip placed between the first big side wall of the inner container and the big side wall of the outer container. SUBSTANCE: task of the invention is designing of a box for smoking materials with stiffer and more strong front and rear box panels, and as a result, reduction of costs for used materials. The claim described a box for smoking materials, for examples cigarettes, which has front and rear panels connected with side panels lying opposite each other, a lower panel and a cover plate. One of the panels includes several transverse stiffness strips, the thickness of which exceeds thickness of an area between the strips. Strips can be formed by stamping.

SUBSTANCE: pack of parallelepiped shape has hinged lid and comprises side surface, flat upper and lower ends facing each other, located parallel one to another and defining side surface thereof. Side surface includes two parallel flat minor side walls, two parallel major side walls facing each other, low cap-shaped container, upper lid pivotally connected to the container in parallel to minor side walls. At least one side wall has profile extending outwards and forms corresponding obtuse dihedral angles with adjacent side walls. The side wall comprises central part and two side strips located from both sides of the central part. Each side strip comprises inner area contacting with central part and previously weakened by longitudinal weakened lines, and flat outer area extending along corresponding preformed fold line. Each side strip is curved so that concave part thereof faces inward to connect corresponding central part with adjacent side walls. Each side strip defines sharp edge with corresponding side wall, the first obtuse dihedral angle with corresponding minor wall and the second obtuse dihedral angle with corresponding central part, wherein the second obtuse dihedral angle exceeds the first one.

FIELD: packing.

SUBSTANCE: proposed packing with two main walls, two side walls and two end face walls has envelope with smoking articles made of sheet protective material and hole made in sheet material to take smoking articles out of packing. Said hole is located on upper end face wall and terminates on one of main walls of packing being provided with cover with nondrying glue layer on one of surfaces by means of which it attaches to protective material envelope at edges of its hole. Said envelope is provided with lip non-covered with layer of glue which makes it possible to hermetically close the packing after taking out smoking article. Packing is furnished with outer wrapper made of sheet material arranged from outer side of envelope and covering part of cover and part of envelope. Wrapper does not preclude access to lip non-covered with layer of glue. To open the wrapper for the first time and open the hole closed by cover to take out smoking article, it should be torn off or removed from packing.
