FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of all-terrain facilities and may be used in transport machine building. A vehicle propeller includes a driving hub with side and support rims installed on it and joined to each other. The hub is made as a planetary stepped gear, where satellites combined into an assembly made of two stiff plates, between which axes of satellites are pressed, serve as a drive for a rim with inner splints, and adjacent assemblies are connected by tightening bolts stretching via links of stiff plates of separate assemblies, and are fixed on the vehicle body. Transfer of torque from the drive shaft to the assembly satellites is provided by means of coaxial sun pinions of separate assemblies.

EFFECT: increased operational reliability of a vehicle propeller.

The invention relates to the design of vehicles with high cross and can be used in transportation.

Known for propulsion of the vehicle (see ed. mon. No. 1789 404 (CL B62B 15/00) from 27.12.1990/, including the drive hub with elastically mounted therein and elastically interconnected side and base rims.

The operational reliability of the known propulsion is limited in forward and reverse shift vehicle soil with low bearing capacity on a hard road surface due to the excessive number of elastic elements connecting the drive hub and the rim of the vehicle.

To correct the noted deficiency in the propulsion of a vehicle, comprising a drive hub installed and interconnected side and the base rim, the hub is made of type planetary speed reducer, where the satellites are combined into an Assembly consisting of two rigid plates between which are clamped axis satellites are driven to the rim with internal splines, and the adjacent assemblies are connected by clamping screws passing through the connection of rigid plates separate assemblies and secured to the vehicle body, the transmission of torque from the drive shaft to the satellite assemblies is provided by a coaxial solar is s separate gear assemblies.

In the drawing simply shows the proposed propulsion of the vehicle, the Assembly in the plane of one of the planetary series.

The thruster has a Central wheel 1 - sun gear mounted on the shaft 2 of the drive (not shown)designed to transmit the reverse rotation of the rim 3 with the internal spline engagement through satellites 4. Satellites 4 are combined in an Assembly consisting of two rigid plates 5, between which are clamped the axis of the satellites 4. Adjacent Assembly (the proposed technical solution, two or more) are connected by clamping screws 6, coming through the connection of rigid plates 5 separate assemblies, and fixed (and drive) to the vehicle body.

Having a different ratio of the number of teeth on the rim 3 and the hub wheel 1 to the sun gear in different planetary alignments, the degree of reduction of torque in different rims (lateral and support) will be different.

The proposed propulsion of the vehicle with the drive wheel hub made the type of planetary speed reducer, increases the operational reliability of two or more rim propulsion in forward and reverse shift vehicle soil with low bearing capacity on the hard pavement.

Thus, according to the applicant, the proposed solution is new, has from rettelse and is industrially applicable.

A double clutch is arranged at the gear box input, part of driven disks in the said clutch is installed on the primary GB shaft, while the other part is arranged on a tubular shaft. The above shafts are fitted by gears engaged with the gears of a layshaft where five gears are installed with two of them being engaged with the gears freely mounted on the secondary shaft; a three-position shift collar is installed between them. A gear engaged with the layshaft gear is freely mounted on a tubular end of the secondary shaft and the three-position shift collar is installed there as well.

EFFECT: expanded performance and layout characteristics of a vehicle by increasing its cross-country capacity and making its control easier, better GB durability due to increased rigidity of shafts at their shorter length.

SUBSTANCE: gearbox consists of differential splitter mounted in clutch case. Clutch input shaft is engaged with the engine while output shaft makes the main reduction gear primary shaft, said reduction gear being composed by several pairs of gearings fitted on parallel shafts. Besides, it comprises synchromeshes and differential splitter with integrated reverse gear. Splitter input shaft is composed by main reduction gear secondary shaft while planet carrier makes gearbox output shaft. Differential splitter consists of input gear shaft, two-rim pinions fitted on axles fitted in plant carrier, output gear making the main reduction gear input shaft, free running coupling arranged between planet carrier and output gear, two band brakes driven by hydraulic cylinders acting at differential splitter planet carrier. Differential splitter with integrated reverse gear consists of two-rim and idler wheel fitted on axle mounted in splitter plant pinion that makes gearbox output shaft, crown gear with synchromesh arranged at crown wheel hub for throwing in neutral, forward and step-down gear, crown wheel doubling as reverse IN clutch.

SUBSTANCE: eight-speed gearbox includes coaxial inlet and outlet shafts, and an intermediate shaft installed parallel to them. Five pairs of gears of forward motion and a row of gears of backward motion is located on shafts. Drive gear of backward motion is engaged with a driven one through an additional gear installed on a separate axis. Two gears are installed freely on inlet, outlet and intermediate shafts. Three-position strike clutches are located between those gears. Two drive gears of forward gears of inlet shaft and three gears of intermediate shaft are fixed on shafts. SUBSTANCE: six-speed gearbox includes coaxial inlet and outlet shafts, and an intermediate shaft installed parallel to them. Four pairs of forward gears and a row of backward gears is installed on shafts, at that, drive backward gear is engaged with a driven one through an additional gear installed on a separate axis. On outlet and intermediate shafts there freely installed are two gears; three-position strike clutches are located between those gears. A drive forward gear of inlet shaft and three gears of intermediate shaft are fixed on shafts. Inner end of the inlet shaft is located in the tip of the outlet shaft with a two-position strike clutch, which is installed in a support of the intermediate wall. On inlet shaft there freely installed is a gear with a two-position strike clutch. The row of backward gears can be located at the gearbox inlet.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building industry, in particular, to mechanical transmissions. planetary gear comprises driving eccentric pinion carrier (1), two satellites with external teeth and holes on the rims (2), stationary central gear wheel (3) with inner teeth, driven shaft (4), rigidly linked with driven shaft using strainers (7) jaws (5, 6) with holes and rollers (8) installed freely in holed of jaws (5, 6) and rims of satellites (2). The rollers (8) of one satellite (2) are made with a circular groove in the location of another satellite (2), with the length corresponding to cumulative width of satellites (2) and two jaws (5), (6). The diameter of the rollers (8) in the place of groove is less than the diameter of holes in the rim of the satellite (2) at least by three inter-axial distances of transmission. One half of the rollers (8) transmits the moment from one satellite (2) to jaws (5, 6) and driven shaft (4). The second half of rollers (8) transmits the moment from another satellite (2). The decrease of the axial size of transmission is achieved at the expense of the length of the rollers (8) equal to cumulative length of satellites (2) and two jaws (5), (6), and by arranging of rollers in one row, that does not require to install between satellites (2) an additional support jaw.

Coaxial to cam shaft gear (1) is connected with body and conjugated with crown (2) of double wheel from the side of driving cam shaft. Gear clutch providing coaxiality of driving cam shaft (5) and output shaft is connected with output shaft and conjugated with crown(3) of double wheel from the side of output shaft. Pitch surfaces (planes) of crown gears (2, 3) of double wheel are located along its axis at a distance providing coincidence of gear clutch pitch cone vertex with point of intersection of cam shaft axis and coaxial reducing gear axis. Module and number of teeth of gear clutch are taken to be equal, greater or less than module and number of teeth of crown gear.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to small-sized special drive mechanisms with high gear ratio, high torque on the output shaft and can be used as drives for solar cell panels, antennas and bars of special spacecraft equipment, in aircraft engineering and ship building of planning boats, as well as in machine tool building at producing drives for CNC machines, robotic complexes and high-torque hand electric tools. A gear reducer comprises gear transmissions and input (3), intermediate (5) and output (7) shafts kinematically coupled to the said transmissions. The reducer output shaft (7) is included in the planetary gear. The intermediate shaft (5) is installed between the input and output shafts and rests upon a spherical bearing support made as a radial rolling bearing (10), in the inner race (9) of the latter there set is a spherical element (8) made on at least one of the said shafts and conjugated with the said inner race of the radial rolling bearing in a movable way.

In compliance with first version, this method consists in spinning the moving element about its axis by vertically moving drive element acting to moving element surface in tangent to circle with centre located at element spinning axis and applying the load by mechanism with weight to moving element in direction opposite said spinning axis. In displacement, moving element uses support from the side opposite the point of application of force by drive element. Direction of load application to moving element is shifted relative to spinning axis from drive element effects so that moving element pushes mechanism with load (weight) in vertical direction. In compliance with second version, this method is implemented with the help of planetary mechanism.

EFFECT: invention allows creation of the built-in tooth gear with a possibility of controlled secure jamming and unjamming, as well as devices capable to convert rotational speeds and transmitted torsion torque or its absorption.

In the casing (1), each of gear wheels is mounted on two bearing assemblies. Area of engagement of gear wheel crown gears is located between front and rear bearing assemblies of shafts. SUBSTANCE: planetary gear includes an eccentric carrier (1), pinions (2, 3), fixed central wheel (4) and mechanism for releasing the moment off the pinions, which consists of a hub made solid with a driven shaft (5) and rollers with spherical surfaces (6). The hub with the driven shaft (5) is fitted by jumpers in the place of a pinion (3) installation. The pinion (3) is fitted by grooves. The hub (5) is set between the pinions (2, 3). The rollers (6) are set in the holes of the pinions (2, 3) and the hub (5) at an angle to the transmission axis relevant to its interaxle distance.

SUBSTANCE: on peripheral portion of wheel rim ring there are grousers which can be made in the form of waved band on outer generatix of toroidal rim ring and/or in the form of closed cylindrical spring. In this structure, supporting and side surfaces of toroidal rim ring may be rubberised up to or together with mounted grousers on toroidal rim ring and/or around it.
