SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport machine building, in particular to vehicle driving wheels actuator design including wheelchairs. Vehicle wheel contains central wheel of external gearing and kinematically connected with it via satellites wheel-rim of internal gearing . Gearing devices of central wheel and wheel-rim are made as ring support with fixed in the support toothed belt of structurally and technologically feasible standard size, and satellites are pulleys of structurally and technologically feasible standard size.

EFFECT: simpler design and manufacturing process of vehicle with wheels of different standard sizes which vehicle is used on various grounds including grounds with poor carrying capacity.

 

The invention relates to the transport industry, in particular, to the design of the drive wheels of vehicles, including wheelchairs.

Known wheel vehicle with a planetary scheme to transmit the reverse traffic /see PM No. 29264 (CL B60B 19/00) from 24.09.2002/containing the Central wheel with external toothing and kinematically associated with him through satellites wheel-rim internal gears.

A disadvantage of the known wheel of the prototype is unnecessarily complicated design and manufacturing technology of the wheels of the vehicle.

To correct the noted deficiency in the wheel of the vehicle with a planetary scheme to transmit the reverse traffic containing the Central wheel with external toothing and kinematically associated with him through satellites wheel-rim internal gears, gearing Central wheel and the wheel rim is made in the form of an annular bed with fixed therein a toothed belt structurally and technologically viable size, and satellites are pulleys, structurally and technologically viable size.

The proposed technical solution wheel of the vehicle with a planetary scheme to transmit the reverse traffic containing the Central wheel external gearing is kinematically associated with him through satellites wheel-rim internal gears, has the device engagement of the Central wheel and the wheel-rim, made in the form of an annular bed with fixed therein a toothed belt structurally and technologically viable size, and satellites are pulleys, structurally and technologically viable size, simplifies the design and technology of manufacturing different sizes of wheels of the vehicle, operated including on soils with low bearing capacity, standardizes the process.

The proposed technical solution the wheel is feasible on an industrial scale, for example, with polyurethane drive toothed belt profile AT or variation belts for agricultural machinery with double molded tooth ROFLEX.

Pulleys-satellites in the wheel Assembly of the proposed technical solution design can be three or four.

Fixing the timing belt in the ring lodgments possibly glue TPK-2 universal heat-resistant two-component (THE No. 2252-003-94292316-10) for soft modes of operation of vehicles with the proposed wheels.

Thus, according to the applicant, the proposed solution is new, involves an inventive step and is industrially applicable.

SUBSTANCE: operating method of three-stage planetary reduction gear consists in transfer of torque moment from electric motor (1) to outlet shaft (23) by means of three in-series installed planetary rows (6, 7, 8), the interaction between which in axial direction is performed through axial supports (20, 21) arranged between gear (10) and carrier (16) of medium-speed row (7), as well as at the end of gear (11) of low-speed row (8). Axial supports (20, 21) made in the form of balls are arranged in inserts (26, 27, 28); their simultaneous axial spring loading is performed by means of springs arranged in channels of gears of medium-speed and low-speed rows. Elastic force of springs is adjusted with screws (33, 35), one of which (33) is located in the channel of gear of medium-speed row (7) and directly contacts spring (31). The second screw (35) is located in the carrier of low-speed row on the side of outlet shaft (23), and has a groove on the side of contact with the axial support to interact with the support. Adjustment screws, inserts, axial supports and springs are located in the centre of rotation axes of reduction gear carriers.

EFFECT: invention allows improving accuracy and operating reliability of electric drive and reducing overall dimensions.

SUBSTANCE: electric drive with three-stage planetary reduction gear includes electric motor (1), reduction gear with high-speed (6), medium-speed (7) and low-speed (8) planetary rows. High-speed carrier (15) is made as an integral part with medium-speed sun gear (10) and with support (22) on the side of electric motor. Medium-speed carrier (16) is made as an integral part with low-speed sun gear (11). Low-speed (outlet) shaft (23) is made as an integral part with low-speed carrier (17) and installed with a support on two radial ball bearings (24, 25). Axial supports (20, 21) between medium-speed sun gear (10) and medium-speed carrier (16) and between low-speed sun gear (11) and low-speed carrier (17) are spherical and equipped with their inserts (26, 27, 28) with hardness that is higher than hardness of carriers with possibility of being moved in direction of the axis coinciding with carrier rotation axis. Inserts are spring-loaded. Adjustment screws are provided for spring force adjustment.

EFFECT: invention allows improving accuracy and reliability of the device operation, as well as its weight and overall dimensions.

SUBSTANCE: differential device (1) includes housing (2) of differential, in which a group of gears (4, 5) is arranged, and crown gear (3) put on housing (2) of differential. Differential housing (2) and crown gear (3) are installed so that they can be rotated around the drive shaft. Crown gear (3) is made in the form of a helical cylindrical gear wheel. Crown gear (3) adjoins differential housing (2) in axial direction of the drive shaft and is pressed between bearing (81) and differential housing. Crown gear (3) and differential housing (2) are welded in contact area (33) of crown gear (3) to differential housing (2) in axial direction of the drive shaft.

EFFECT: invention allows suppressing damages to a weld between crown gear and differential housing.

SUBSTANCE: electric drive with a three-step planetary gear comprises an electric motor (1), a gear with a high-speed (6), interim (7) and low-speed (8) planetary rows. Each planetary gear comprises accordingly a sun gear (9, 10, 11), satellites (12, 13, 14), a carrier (15, 16, 17) and a crown (18, 19). The high-speed carrier (15) is arranged as a whole with an interim sun gear (10). The low-speed (output) shaft (20) is arranged as a whole with a low-speed carrier and is installed with a support on two radial ball bearings (21, 22). The interim carrier (16) is arranged with an inner geared rim and in a cantilever manner with the help of an axis is installed on two bearings (26, 27) installed in the body of the low-speed carrier (17). Stop rings (28, 29) serve to retain the interim carrier against axial displacement. Engagement of teeth of a low-speed sun gear (11) and inner teeth of a geared rim of an interim carrier (16) is arranged with radial and side gaps, not less than the product of the engagement module (m) by 0.4.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to drive assembly. The latter includes housing (26) of differential gear and casing (34) of semi-axle, which is tightly attached to housing of differential gear. Casing of semi-axle includes cavity (48) with projection (48a) and slot (52) made on internal surface of cavity. Drive assembly includes gear wheel (46) located inside the cavity of semi-axle casing and ring (50) located within the cavity of semi-axle casing to retain gear wheel (46) within the limits of the cavity. Gear wheel (46) is installed in axial direction between the edge of projection (48a) and ring (50) with possibility of being moved.

EFFECT: invention allows minimising the requirements for machining allowances and probability of non-tight fit due to arrangement of gear wheel inside the housing and its axial locking in the housing.

SUBSTANCE: attachment point of crown gear in planetary of differential reducer consists of crown gear (1) coupled with hub (2) of crown gear by means of tooth coupling. Height of teeth of crown gear (1) is equal to height of teeth of hub (2). Groove (3) is made in rim of crown gear (1) wherein there is installed spring ring (4), while a slot is made on end surface of crown gear (1). Spring ring (4) is split; its ends are bent upward and enter the slot of crown gear (1). Circular groove (7) is cut in the rim of hub (2).

EFFECT: reduced axial length of tooth coupling of crown gear and hub of crown gear and increased reliability of tooth coupling.

Braking second driven shaft (7) of the differential is sufficient to transfer rotation force from the motor to the working machine. To stop transfer of rotation force from the motor to the working machine, shaft (3) connected with the working machine is braked, while the second driven shaft of the differential in not braked.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical gear transmission to transfer the torque at a time with reversing and may be used transport machine building, in particular, in marine power plant reduction gears. The reversing reduction gear incorporates a coaxial input (1) and output (2) shafts with respective input (3) and output (4) planetary cylindrical gears and a reversing planetary transmission gear (7) with bevel gears. The transmission gears are consecutively coupled by two coaxial shafts, i.e. internal (10) and outer shaft formed by coaxial half-axles (8, 9) of the reversing gear central wheels. The coaxial shafts are arranged coaxially with the input and output shafts and provided with the clutches. One of the clutches is a three-position device arranged so as to provide for meshing of inner shaft (10) and half-axle (8) of the driving cylindrical wheel with carrier (17) of the input transmission. Another one, a two-position input transmission gear, is arranged in the housing of carrier (6) of output transmission gear to allows meshing of inner shaft (10) and half-axle (9) of the reversing gear driven shaft. The reducer features perfected operating performances and boasts lower costs and smaller weight and overall sizes, plus higher reliability.

Besides, ring with ledges has retainer to be engaged with gearshift cam retainer. Cable ring spinning makes it displace through preset distance in direction perpendicular to cable ring spinning plane. Gearshift cam is retained by engagement with ring with ledges. SUBSTANCE: mechanism comprises two overrunning clutches, an input shaft and a fixed supporting axis in relation to which rotation directions of all parts are indicated, it is provided with one working direction of a wheel rotation called "forward" and there is no possibility of rotating the wheel as a driving one in the opposite direction called "backwards". The said mechanism comprises a planetary gear set connected to the overrunning clutches so that at the forward rotation of the input shaft the moment is transferred directly from the input shaft to the hub and the planetary gear set is unloaded which provides for the transmission of 1:1. When the input shaft rotates backwards, the moment is transferred to the hub through the planetary gear set which reduces the transmission ratio and inverts the direction thus rotating the wheel hub forwards at the reduced gear.

Proposed drive has two stages, one being composed of two planetary mechanisms with carries 2, 3 rigidly coupled with carriage shaft 1 and composed of a plate integrated with carriage shaft 1 to double as a flywheel with plane pinions 4, 5 fitted on extending ends and engaged with sun gears 7, 8 at gear ratio of unity.
