SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a pack of (thin) cardboard or similar packaging material, in particular a cigarette pack such as box with hinged cover. The object of the invention is to create a pack with increased stability of its shape. The cigarette pack such as box with hinged cover is provided in the area of front wall of the box formed by punching a hole, in this case - with the contour of the animal. The front wall of the inner frame, adjacent from the inner side to the front wall of the box in the area of the hole is provided with deformation or embossing preferably directed inwards.

The invention relates to a cigarette pack in a box with a hinged lid, comprising a box portion, a lid and internal frame made from a single blank and having a front wall adjacent to the inner side of the front wall of the box part.
This pack of boxed part, the lid and the inner frame is known from EP 1532058. In the anterior wall of the tympanic part of the carving is made round or triangular notch. The invention is different compared to the EP 1532058, running packs, first of all si is arenig packs in a box with a hinged lid with holes or notches. Special execution and marking of such packs in the area of the exterior wall, primarily the anterior wall of the box part, caused made by cutting the notch, which is a geometrical figure, a graphic image or symbol for marking of origin of the product. The task underlying the invention is to improve the design of such packs and primarily to maintain or increase the sustainability of their forms.
To solve this problem, we offer a pack differs in that:
a hole or notch in the front wall of the box part from the inner side fully closed and the front wall of the inner frame; the front wall of the internal frame is made in the area of the holes or grooves with irreversible deformation of the material, namely with stamping; embossing directed to the inner side of the stack, i.e. forms a deepening regarding have the hole or the recess of the front wall of the box part; and the embossing is made slightly larger than the shape of the hole or the notch.
The basis of the invention laid the conclusion that due to the cut or excavation in the area of the outer layer of the wall of the stack, primarily in the anterior wall of the box part, account for the weakening of this part of the stack. Due directly correlated with this wise the coy or recess stamping the inner layer of the stack locally increases stability. In addition, the impression of three-dimensional forms in the field of cutting.

Technical effect here is that, without changing the design of the actual boxes, such as saving it emphasized neutral information about the contents of the stack can only be transferred through internal frame, and to transmit, using a three-dimensional effect created are moved away from the holes/recesses embossed.
Embossed on the front wall of the inner frame can be performed so as not to affect the overall production process. The internal frame is made from separate blanks. Such blanks made from the canvas with simultaneous embossed bend lines. Knife rollers, causing the workpiece, you can easily provide stamps for stamping, which may be removable, so that regardless of the manufacturing process of a box part with a lid to put the lettering on the internal frame. In particular, there is no need to provide a packaging machine for producing cigarette packs printing device (required for applying printed images) and a source of printing ink. This is when the above-described technical advantages of the proposed invention tutu avoids significant complexity and cost of its production.
It is advisable that the front stenobothrodes the scope was enlarged or extended, what also cutting proportionate value fully located in the anterior wall of the internal frame. Represented in the drawings, the preferred embodiment relates to the execution of a cigarette pack in a box with a hinged lid. It usually consists of a (lower) box part 10 and lid 11. Part of the member on the back side are connected to each other by transversely directed linear hinge 12, allowing the cover 11 from the position of the closure according to figure 2 can be moved to the open position according to figure 1. The bottom portion 10 has a front wall 13 of the box part, a bottom wall 14 and rear wall 15 of the box part. On the inner frame 22 or the workpiece, the preferred way of manufacturing the appropriate tools for stamping, is irreversible deformation, which in the finished bundle is located in the area of the hole 27, and creates in this case, three-dimensional visual and mechanical effect. The front wall 23 of the inner frame by stamping 29 acquires high resistance to mechanical loads. Embossing 29 repeats the shape of the hole 27 and the preferred way, the dimensions are slightly bigger than the area of the hole 27. In addition, the embossed 29 may have different options for the layout. Preferred is the lettering, which at least partially or mostly the ohms are directed inwards, that is, in the case of the inner frame 22 is directed to the contents of the stack in this case the party 30 cigarettes. Embossing 29 may be of such dimensions that it is adjoined to a party of 30 cigarettes and fixed it inside of the stack.
An expedient manner embossing 29 runs in the manufacture of blanks for packs or inner frame 22. Also when performing according to figure 4-8 internal frame or the front wall 23 of the inner frame is a carrier of locally limited deformation of the material, i.e. stamping 33. It also repeats the contour of the notches 31 and slightly more by its size.
Therefore, the recess 31 is limited contour trailing edge 28 and the bottom trailing edge of the cover when the cover is closed. Embossing 33 extends to overlap the front wall 16 of the cover when the cover is closed 11 region of the front wall 23 of the inner frame, but ends at a distance from the normal contour of the upper edge of the inner frame.

The container has a surface containing at least one highly frictional surface region having a coefficient of friction of from about 0.63 to about 2.00. This at least one highly frictional surface region comprises a coating layer comprising flock. At that the said flock is adhered to the sheet material by an adhesive layer. The technical result of the invention is to provide a container having a highly frictional surface region which increases the friction between the movable parts of the pack, eliminating its unintentional opening, increased resistance to opening, closing due to smooth braking the movement during closing caused by friction.

Inside the outer container between the outer container and the inner package a coupon is placed. The packet for tobacco industry products includes a body, forming a cavity wherein some quantity of tobacco industry products may be placed, and a capsule containing a substance, for example, a flavouring substance; the capsule is placed in/on the packet opened manually so that the flavouring substance is released from the capsule during opening and is absorbed by the tobacco industry products in the packet for the products aroma renewal.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a withdrawable package for tobacco products and the package manufacture method. The invention objective consists in creation of a withdrawable package for tobacco products with easy removal of the slip from the inner container without initial removal of at least part of the cigarettes from the packet. The withdrawable package for tobacco products contains an inner parallelepipedic container (accommodating a group of tobacco products and containing two opposite parallel big side walls), an outer parallelepipedic container (that contains two opposite parallel big side walls and accommodates the inner container allowing the inner container transferring between the closed position wherein the inner container is inserted into the outer container and the opened position wherein the inner container is at least partly withdrawn from the outer container) and at least one slip placed between the first big side wall of the inner container and the big side wall of the outer container. Additionally, a method for manufacture of the withdrawable package for tobacco products is the invention object.

SUBSTANCE: task of the invention is designing of a box for smoking materials with stiffer and more strong front and rear box panels, and as a result, reduction of costs for used materials. The claim described a box for smoking materials, for examples cigarettes, which has front and rear panels connected with side panels lying opposite each other, a lower panel and a cover plate. One of the panels includes several transverse stiffness strips, the thickness of which exceeds thickness of an area between the strips. Strips can be formed by stamping.

Cigarette packs are arranged so that front pack sides having the largest surface is in opened package part and not covered with package. Cigarette packs contained in above package are then coated with outer wrapper of transparent material, formed of cellophane or polymeric film.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packets for cigarettes or like smoking articles. Proposed packet contains first inner wrapper 2 enclosing group of cigarettes and second outer wrapper 5 wrapped around first inner wrapper, said wrappers being two packing components 13 of packet. Packet contains also removable concealing means 16 being layer of nontransparent material which can be removed by scraping off and designed to mask at least one preset area 17 of at least one of packing elements containing at least one preset printed element 18. Excise mark 14 and carcass 10 in rigid-type packet are also packing elements of cigarette packet carrying preset printed element covered by removable concealing means 16. Packet made according to invention provides additional integral information, and element containing said information should not be inserted or applied to packet at separate production stage.

FIELD: containers, packaging elements or packages, specially adapted for particular articles or materials, namely cigarette packs.
SUBSTANCE: pack of parallelepiped shape has hinged lid and comprises side surface, flat upper and lower ends facing each other, located parallel one to another and defining side surface thereof. Side surface includes two parallel flat minor side walls, two parallel major side walls facing each other, low cap-shaped container, upper lid pivotally connected to the container in parallel to minor side walls. At least one side wall has profile extending outwards and forms corresponding obtuse dihedral angles with adjacent side walls. The side wall comprises central part and two side strips located from both sides of the central part. Each side strip comprises inner area contacting with central part and previously weakened by longitudinal weakened lines, and flat outer area extending along corresponding preformed fold line. Each side strip is curved so that concave part thereof faces inward to connect corresponding central part with adjacent side walls. Each side strip defines sharp edge with corresponding side wall, the first obtuse dihedral angle with corresponding minor wall and the second obtuse dihedral angle with corresponding central part, wherein the second obtuse dihedral angle exceeds the first one.
EFFECT: improved ability to remove the first cigarette from the pack after opening thereof, possibility to apply transparent coating without deforming thereof, prevention of pack wearing out during contact with user's clothing, reduced manufacturing cost and decreased time of pack production, minimal modernization of packing machine.

SUBSTANCE: proposed packing with two main walls, two side walls and two end face walls has envelope with smoking articles made of sheet protective material and hole made in sheet material to take smoking articles out of packing. Said hole is located on upper end face wall and terminates on one of main walls of packing being provided with cover with nondrying glue layer on one of surfaces by means of which it attaches to protective material envelope at edges of its hole. Said envelope is provided with lip non-covered with layer of glue which makes it possible to hermetically close the packing after taking out smoking article. Packing is furnished with outer wrapper made of sheet material arranged from outer side of envelope and covering part of cover and part of envelope. Wrapper does not preclude access to lip non-covered with layer of glue. To open the wrapper for the first time and open the hole closed by cover to take out smoking article, it should be torn off or removed from packing.
EFFECT: provision of packing whose external appearance shows whether packing has been opened before, or not.

SUBSTANCE: proposed flat blank for cigarette packs of parallelepiped form has front wall, rear wall, two side walls, cover and base with longitudinal axis and central part limited by two longitudinal lines of bend parallel to longitudinal axis, two side parts arranged at opposite side of central part, several cross of bend dividing central part into first wall forming base, second wall forming front wall, third wall forming cover and fourth wall forming rear wall, preliminarily weakened tearoff line dividing second wall into first trapezoidal section and second section. Third wall is divided by two lines of bend into first section adjacent to second wall, and second section adjacent to fourth wall, and side walls contain two fifth walls located at opposite sides of front wall and forming side walls. Second wall has two first tops located on longitudinal lines of bend in contact with third walls. Preliminarily weakened line has central section parallel to cross lines of bend, and two side sections connecting central section with two first tops. Invention makes it possible to create rigid cigarette packs of parallelepiped form from which cigarettes can be easily taken out without damage to cigarettes and pack.
EFFECT: ease of taking cigarettes out of pack.

SUBSTANCE: package comprises inner shell in which smoking articles are stored and outer shell bent of flexible cardboard or dense paper and shaped as parallelepiped with opened end. The package is provides with outer wrapper, which covers outer shell from outside. The outer wrapper has front and rear main walls, opposite side walls and lower wall. Each side wall has fold line extending in parallel to longitudinal edge of side wall. Fold line is doubled in two lines directed to corners located at corresponding side wall base to provide deformation of above side wall inside the package.
EFFECT: increased compactness and possibility to maintain initial smoking article conditions.

SUBSTANCE: box comprises lower base having lower wall and front, rear, right and left side walls. The container is provided with lid having front, rear, right and left side walls. Insert is secured into the lid so that the insert passes in the base to elevate box content after box opening. Side walls have lengths equal to multiple heights thereof. Lid is pivotally connected the base along rear side walls so that lid and base may perform, mutual rotation one relative another. The insert is connected to inner side of rear side wall of the lid and is not connected to the base.
