The invention relates to a container for consumer goods.

The containers, in particular, are well known in the field of packaging of consumer goods, in particular Smoking products. Typically, such containers have essentially the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped. Some of these containers, known in the art, also include longitudinal or transverse edges which are beveled or rounded.

A container box having a bottom wall, first and second side walls, rear wall and front wall and pivotally connected to the cover, is known from DE-A-103 14 375. Connecting surfaces are located between the front wall and the respective adjacent side walls, and between the rear wall and the respective adjacent side walls. The connecting surfaces are flat surfaces that include a constant angle with the front wall and the respective side walls or the rear wall and the respective side walls. Flat connecting surfaces are limited to straight lines, continuing in the longitudinal direction of the box, so the box has a polygonal shape.

The above wavy connecting surface prevents the formation of sharp edges, thus making the container suitable for holding, and provides an attractive visual and tactile characteristics of the container. In particular, it ensures the formation of the desired curved connecting surface.

Preferably, the distance between two wave-like contours in the direction of the circumference of the box is changed continuously.

Preferably, at least one wavy surface is provided between the front wall and one side wall. Because wavy surface, bounded by undulating contours, contributes to a more attractive external appearance of the container according to the invention, it is provided between the front wall and at least one of the side walls, so that it is clearly visible to the consumer. In one specific embodiment, the container according to the invention wavy surface is provided between the front wall and each of the side walls.

Preferably, at least one of the first wavy surface is provided between the two walls of the box and at least one second wavy surface on especen between the two walls of the cover. Two longitudinal rounded or beveled edges on the first side wall or two transverse rounded or beveled edges on the second side wall.

If the container contains one or more rounded edges and is made from laminated blanks, preferably the workpiece contains three, four, five, six, or with the trade flaps lines or bend lines for the education of each rounded edge in the assembled container. Containers according to the invention can be used as packaging for a variety of consumer goods. Figure 1 shows the first embodiment of a carton blank of the first variant implementation of the container according to the invention. Figure 2 shows a second embodiment of a carton blank of the container according to the invention. Of course, the third embodiment of the container 1b is different from the scenarios shown in figure 2 and Figure 3, so that the cover 13b does not have any wavy surfaces. This also applies to the inner frame 2b.

The fourth embodiment of the container 1c according to the invention or cardboard blanks, respectively, as shown in Fig.6, and the corresponding inner frame 2c is shown in Fig.7. The container according to claim 5, in which at least one of the first wavy surface, bounded by two undulating contours provided between the two walls of the box, and at least one second wavy surface bounded by two undulating contours provided between the two walls of the cover are aligned with each other.

The container according to any one of claims 1 to 4, optionally containing a separate inner frame attached to the front wall of the box, and referred to the internal frame has whoopsy ledge, continuing outward of said inner frame to provide locking engagement of the cover when the cover is closed.

The container according to claim 7, in which the inner frame contains at least one wavy surface bounded by two undulating contours, which is located between the front wall of the carton and the adjacent side wall of the box internal frame and connects the front wall of the box and adjacent the side wall of the box internal frame.

9. The container of claim 8, in which the inner frame contains at least one wavy surface bounded by two waves is shaped contours, located between the front wall and side wall of the box, regardless of whether the corresponding wavy surface, located between the front wall of the box and the side wall of the box.

10. The container according to any one of claims 1 to 4, in which the container contains from two to five wavy surfaces located between the same two adjacent walls.

11. The container according to any one of claims 1 to 4, in which at least one wavy surface contains from one to five waves.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a withdrawable package for tobacco products and the package manufacture method. The invention objective consists in creation of a withdrawable package for tobacco products with easy removal of the slip from the inner container without initial removal of at least part of the cigarettes from the packet. SUBSTANCE: task of the invention is designing of a box for smoking materials with stiffer and more strong front and rear box panels, and as a result, reduction of costs for used materials. The claim described a box for smoking materials, for examples cigarettes, which has front and rear panels connected with side panels lying opposite each other, a lower panel and a cover plate. One of the panels includes several transverse stiffness strips, the thickness of which exceeds thickness of an area between the strips. Strips can be formed by stamping.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a package for smoking articles such as cigarettes. Object of the invention is to facilitate and simplify the providing of retention of the package in the deformed state providing prevention of the cigarettes falling out in its open state. The locking element is positioned away from the access area so that it can not close the access area but provides maintenance of the package in the folded state with reduced dimensions after removal of the smoking articles from the package.

SUBSTANCE: pack of parallelepiped shape has hinged lid and comprises side surface, flat upper and lower ends facing each other, located parallel one to another and defining side surface thereof. Side surface includes two parallel flat minor side walls, two parallel major side walls facing each other, low cap-shaped container, upper lid pivotally connected to the container in parallel to minor side walls. At least one side wall has profile extending outwards and forms corresponding obtuse dihedral angles with adjacent side walls. The side wall comprises central part and two side strips located from both sides of the central part. Each side strip comprises inner area contacting with central part and previously weakened by longitudinal weakened lines, and flat outer area extending along corresponding preformed fold line. FIELD: packing.

SUBSTANCE: proposed packing with two main walls, two side walls and two end face walls has envelope with smoking articles made of sheet protective material and hole made in sheet material to take smoking articles out of packing. Said hole is located on upper end face wall and terminates on one of main walls of packing being provided with cover with nondrying glue layer on one of surfaces by means of which it attaches to protective material envelope at edges of its hole. Said envelope is provided with lip non-covered with layer of glue which makes it possible to hermetically close the packing after taking out smoking article. Packing is furnished with outer wrapper made of sheet material arranged from outer side of envelope and covering part of cover and part of envelope. Wrapper does not preclude access to lip non-covered with layer of glue.
