SUBSTANCE: invention is related to long-length hollow multisided profile. A long-length hollow multisided profile intended to be used in support structures of pipelines and cable conduits has at least three sides, and a bolt hole is provided on at least one side of the profile and a fixing hole is provided on at least one side of the profile. Two adjacent sides located in essence at a right angle to each other are fitted by bolt holes with the length of the latter in longitudinal profile direction being greater than that in transverse direction, the third profile side is fitted by a fixing hole that provides for passing of a bolt through the fixing hole to the bolt holes on both adjacent sides located in essence at a right angle to each other.

EFFECT: lower labour inputs for the connection of the profile to other components, reduced labour expenditures.

The technical field to which the invention relates.

The present invention relates to long hollow multilateral profile. More specifically the invention relates to long hollow multilateral profile, at least one of the sides of the profile are provided bolt holes.

Below, the term "bolt hole" is used to refer to the through-hole in which the bolt is installed in a working position. Bolt hole may be, for example, round, square or rectangular cross-section. The term "mounting hole" refers to the through hole, which is used to input the bolt is in its working position.

The level of technology

During the construction of support structures, in particular for pipes and conduits often use flat profiles in the form of open angle profile or u-profile. Side profiles have bolt holes for easy connection profiles using bolts.

The present invention is to eliminate or reduce at least one of the disadvantages of the known prior art.

This problem is solved by means of the profile according to the invention, the characteristics of which are specified in the following description and in the claims.

The invention provides a lengthy hollow multilateral profile in which at least one of the parties provided bolt hole, and when the specified profile is characterized by the fact that at least one of the sides of the profile provided by the installation hole.

Thus, the bolt can be relatively easy to enter through the installation hole, and then the shank of the bolt to enter through the bolt hole and then in another component that you want to attach to the profile.

The installation hole may preferably correspond to a bolted hole, i.e. the installation hole and the bolt hole of the profile is located on close to each other.

It may be appropriate to the installation hole corresponded to the bolt holes on more than one side of the profile.

The installation hole may be oval and have the greatest length in the longitudinal direction of the profile. If this is m installation hole may correspond to a rectangular bolt holes in those cases, when the working position of the bolt in the longitudinal direction of the profile may be different, or more bolt holes on the opposite side of the profile.

The profile can be formed in a flat profile, with the installation hole cuts through the longitudinal joint. Thus the installation hole is located on both sides of the joint planes.

The profile of this type you can get bolt and mounting holes using stamping, and then to shape the profile, for example, by way of bending or rolling.

Alternative you can use such methods of manufacture, as stamping or beading with subsequent shaping by rolling.

In the interface you can provide the connection, for example, by welding or flexible.

The profile according to the invention is suitable for profiles having a relatively high bending stiffness, and can be simply and with little complexity attached to other components. The invention provides for the use of bolts passing perpendicularly through the hollow profile and protruding from it. This saves labor and material costs.

Brief description of drawings

The following is an example description of a preferred variant of the invention with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which pre is presented:

The implementation of the invention

In the drawings, reference number 1 indicates as long hollow triangular profile in the form of a flat profile, before giving the profile shape method of rolling by means of stamping received a number of bolt holes 2 and the slits for the mounting holes 4.

As indicated, the profile is triangular and has a first side 6, the second side 8 and the third side 10, with the first side 6 and second side 8 have bolt holes 2 with a rectangular cross-section, which are arranged on one straight line in the longitudinal direction of the profile.

Mounting holes 4 are located on one straight line on the third side 10 of the profile 1, with each installation hole 4 corresponds to a bolted hole 2 on each of the sides 6 and 8.

The junction 12 passes along the third side 10 and contains cutouts of the mounting holes 4, which may be preferable from a technological point of view.

Figure 1 is a profile used as a stand and and connects with a side element 16 cable ladders 14 by means of bolts 18, washers 20 and nuts 22.

Figure 2 shows part of the profile 2, where the bolt 18 passes through the installation hole 4 on the third side 10 and later in one of the bolt holes 2 on the first side 6.

Figure 3 shows an alternative implementation profile 1 in a slightly larger scale, with two rows of bolt holes 2 provided on the first side 6 and second side 8.

The installation hole 4 is preferably smaller than the bolt head 18 and is large enough so that the operator could get the bolt 18 with the fingers.

Figure 4 shows another variant implementation profile 1, in which the third side 10 is also provided two rows of mounting holes 4, providing easier access to the bolts. Mounting holes figure 4 have a more rectangular shape with rounded corners.

Long hollow multilateral profile (1)intended for use in supporting structures of the pipes and conduit and having at least three sides (6, 8, 10)with at least one of the sides (6, 8, 10) of the profile (1) is provided for bolt hole (2) and at least one of the sides (6, 8, 10) of the profile (1) is provided by the installation hole (4), characterized in that two adjacent sides (6, 8)located essentially at right angles to each other, have the bolt holes (2), length in the longitudinal direction of the profile (1) is greater than in the transverse direction of the profile (1), while the third side (10) of the profile (1) has a mounting hole (4), which provides the passage of the bolt (18) through the mounting hole (4) bolt holes on both the sides (6, 8)arranged essentially at right angles to each other.

2. Profile according to claim 1, characterized in that the mounting hole (4) is made oval with the greatest length in the longitudinal direction of the profile (1).

3. Profile according to claim 1, characterized in that the mounting hole (4) is made rectangular with the greatest length in the longitudinal direction of the profile (1).

4. Profile according to claim 1, characterized in that said profile (1) is formed by a flat profile with a longitudinal seam (12), with mounting hole (4) cuts through the joint (12).

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to construction, in particular to constructions of netted thermo profiles with C or U-shaped section, used as bearing frame elements of pre - fabricated buildings, roofs, fronts, balcony walls, where it is necessary to eliminate "cold joints" effect, and to the method of manufacture of netted thermo profiles. Set task is solved through consecutive vertical drawing of slots made in the central part of the blank symmetrical to the profiling axis from utter rows of the blank to the center in drawing cages forming a netted construction, and further in smoothing cages netted construction is displaced from the center to the edges by smoothing rollers with simultaneous leveling of the netted surface, whereat cells in internal rows of the netted construction acquire diamond shape, and lateral - triangle shape with rounded top, thereat excess of longitudinal draw of the metal on the bridges between the through cells are eliminated by knurling in the shape of buckles in the extension zone.
