FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: damper comprises a rod with a stop in the form of a round plate attached rigidly to its top perpendicular to its axis. A damping base is attached with screws to the lower part of the stop. A bushing made in the form of a truncated cone is attached rigidly to the damping base coaxially to the rod. The lower base of the truncated cone is connected with the damping base. A consumable element made in the form of a bushing from fragile collapsible material like porcelain abuts the upper base of the truncated cone. The above bushing is pressed from beneath with bush-type gripping element provided with grooves for securing a resilient portion made in the form of a conical spring. The upper base of the conical spring faces the bush-type gripping element. The lower base of the conical spring is secured in the grooves of the damping base by means of cast polyurethane. The bush-type gripping element is secured by means of latches installed on the rod surface.

EFFECT: increased reliability of actuation of explosion-proof devices.

The invention relates to protective devices, such as shock absorbers, which are used in explosive objects.

A device explosion panels (application DE No. 19638658, IPC E04B 1/92 dated 16.04.1998), where the possibility of raising and lowering the panel to its original place when the explosion is carried out by the action of the spring-damper inserted in the pipe-support.

The closest technical solution to the declared object is the decision by the patent RF № 2471936, CL E04B 1/92, (prototype) consisting of armored metal frame with an armored metal shell and filled with lead. In the coating of an object, opening sealed four support rod telescopically inserted into the fixed tube support absorbers embedded in the panel.

Technically attainable result - increased reliability of operation explosion-proof devices in case of emergency explosion.

This is achieved by the fact that the shock absorber one-time actions destructible elements, comprising a housing, the elastic and damping elements, additionally contains a rod in the upper part of which, perpendicular to its axis, a fixed stop in the form of a circular plate, to the bottom of which is attached damping base by screws, and by damping the base, coaxial with the rod, rigidly attached executed the form of a truncated cone sleeve, with the lower base of the truncated cone is connected with the base and the upper base of the truncated cone abuts the disposable element of an action performed in the form of a sleeve of the fragile, decaying material, such as porcelain, which tightened the bottom clamping element sleeve type with grooves for fixing the elastic part made in the form of conical springs, is facing its upper base in the direction of the clamping sleeve-type element, and the bottom base of the conical spring is fixed in the groove of the damping base by injection molding of polyurethane, while the detent is mounted on a stub type is carried out by means of latches mounted on the surface of the rod.

Shock one-time actions destructible elements includes a vertical rod 1, in the upper part of which, perpendicular to its axis, is rigidly fixed to the stop 2 in the form of a circular plate, to the bottom of which is attached damping base 3 by screws 4. For damping the base 3, coaxial with the rod 1, is rigidly attached made in the form of a truncated cone sleeve 6, and the lower base of the truncated cone is connected with the base 3 and the upper base of the truncated cone upon what is the element of one-off activities made in the form of a sleeve 7 of the fragile, decaying material, such as porcelain, which tightened the bottom clamping element 8 of sleeve type with grooves 9 for fixing the elastic part made in the form of conical springs 5, facing its upper base to the side of the clamping element 8 sleeve-type, and the bottom base of the conical spring 5 is fixed in grooves (not shown) of the damping base 3 by injection molding of polyurethane. Fixing the clamping element 8 of sleeve type through latch 10 is installed on the surface of the rod 1.

The Assembly of the shock absorber one-time actions destructible elements is performed in the following sequence. To the terminal 1, perpendicular to its axis, is welded emphasis 2, then it screws 4 corners of the base 3 having grooves (not shown) to install the bottom of the conical spring 5, which is filled with castable polyurethane. After which the terminal 1 is installed sleeve 7 made of fragile, decaying material, which tightened clamping element 8 of sleeve type with grooves 9 for fixing the upper base of the conical spring 5. Fixing this provision is carried out by means of the latches 10, installed on the surface of the rod 1.

The absorber ognore the new actions destructible elements is as follows.

From the effects of the shock wave explosion-proof object (not shown) abuts against the clamping element 8 of sleeve type, which is released from the latches (latches) 10 on the rod 1, resulting begins to shrink conical spring 5. Upon further movement of the clamping element 8 up it destroys the sleeve 7 disposable steps, made of fragile, decaying material, such as porcelain, and compresses made in the form of a truncated cone sleeve 6, which changes the shape and emboss the upper base of the conical spring 5, thus clearing the way for further advancement of the clamping element 8 on the rod 1 to interact with damping base 3. In the case of large (greater than 5 kPa) pressure blast or cut welding connection that secures the rod 1 against the plate 2, or the jamming and breaking of the rod 1.

The use of the proposed technical solution allows preventing hazardous objects from destruction and reduction of emissions into the atmosphere accidental explosion.

Shock one-time actions destructible elements, comprising a housing, the elastic and damping elements, characterized in that it further comprises a rod, the upper part of which, perpendicular to its axis, is rigidly fixed to the fence as to who's window plate, to the lower part of which is attached damping base by screws, and by damping the base, coaxial with the rod, rigidly attached made in the form of a truncated cone sleeve, with the lower base of the truncated cone is connected with a damping base and the upper base of the truncated cone abuts the disposable element of an action performed in the form of a sleeve of the fragile decaying material, such as porcelain, which tightened the bottom clamping element sleeve type with grooves for fixing the elastic part made in the form of conical springs, is facing its upper base in the direction of the clamping sleeve-type element, and the bottom base of the conical spring is fixed in the groove of the damping base by injection molding of polyurethane, while the detent is mounted on a stub type is carried out by means of latches mounted on the surface of the rod.

SUBSTANCE: shock-absorber is mounted on external casing that contains supporting bases and shroud fixed on them. On each support base there fixed is not less than two rods. The rods have reduced diameters of supporting surfaces. Parallel bases of shock-absorber and matrix have through-holes coaxial to the rods. Between supporting bases of the casing and matrix there installed are internal compression springs. Between the casing supporting bases there installed is a compression spring of large hardness. At the casing bases there are tension restrainers. There is a shaft with slot along the longitudinal axis of shock-absorber. One end of the shaft is located in the plug fixed on one of the shock-absorber bases. The second end of the shaft goes into the hole of the other shock-absorber's base. At the end of the shaft there is a spring-loaded stem that goes into the fixing grooves located on the base of the shock-absorber. Between the shaft and shock-absorber's base there is a spring with hardness less than spring-loaded stem mounted on ball pivot. One ball pivot is fixed on the shaft, and the other - on shock-absorber's base. In axial hole of the matrix there is a coil that has not less than two leaves on each end. On the coil there fixed is a stem interacting with shaft surface slot.

EFFECT: multiple use of shock-absorber without reinstallation after each working stroke.

SUBSTANCE: shock-absorber contains a housing and energy absorbing element with cutters. The housing is designed as a notched wheel with radial slots in which "П"-shaped cutters with preset width of a slot are fixed. On a pawl which axis is fixed outside of the notched wheel, on the base of the shock-absorber housing there installed is a micro switch of the notched wheel tooth touching by the pawl fixation. The notched wheel axis is connected to the shaft of step motor. Energy absorbing element is designed as a metal plate with constant width passing through the slot of "П"-shaped cutter.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport. Proposed module consists of casing to be mounted on vehicle and energy damping element with, at least, one bead made on element outer diameter to interact with casing front end. Said bead represents a multifilar helix. Plug-in insert with cutting edge facing said bead is arranged at casing front end. Said energy damping element is secured axially, on one side, jointly with plug-in insert at casing front end and, on the other side, is mounted in moving plate. Plug-in inserts has cutters arranged on cutting edge side extending beyond cutting edge and inner diameter of multifilar helix by magnitude exceeding their design wear. Quantity of cutters, their width and quantity of energy damping elements and their length are defined by design parameters of energy damping.

EFFECT: simplified manufacture, higher efficiency and reliability.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport. Proposed module consists of three plates: moving, intermediate and fixed with energy damping elements arranged there between. Fixed plate is jointed with vehicle, moving and intermediate plates are arranged to displace and shear material from said damping elements arranged between moving and intermediate plates and between intermediate and fixed plates. Maximum first damping element shearing force is smaller than that of second damping elements. Damping element sheared surface presents rings with outer multistart spiral and at least two lengthwise grooves. Damping elements are secured, on one side, by bushes with cutting edges, locating bushes, washers with fasteners on intermediate and fixed plates and coupled, on the other side, with moving and intermediate plate to shear preset thickness of material of ring multistart spiral material.

SUBSTANCE: gas turbine engine fan comprises blades attached to rotor discs and blade feet. Said feet comprises radial flanges secured at rotor disc flanges by means of stud bolts. Stud bolts are fitted into positioning bushes arranged in foot flange holes. Every bush comprises, at least, one deformable part arranged in transverse position between stud bolt fitted in said bush and edge of hole wherein the bush is fitted. Aforesaid deformable part serves to allow turn of blade foot at clash of the blade against foot and absorb a portion of said clash energy. Foot flange attachment bush comprises stiff part and deformable part including two parallel semi-cylinders coupled by deformable webs. Said webs are concaved in one direction. Both said semi-cylinders are arranged on one line with cylindrical ends of said stiff part, in fact, to rest thereon.

EFFECT: sufficient absorption of blade-to-foot clash energy.

Nuclear power station reactor floor bed accommodates vibration transducer connected with control unit and power supply. Smaller feed pipelines are connected with torsion and filled with heat carrier and communicated with heat and cold heat carrier bypass valves. Bypass valves are communicated via cable lines with control unit. Hot heat carrier bypass valve of the main circulation circuit is communicated via small feed pipeline with nuclear power station reactor outlet circuit. Cold heat carrier bypass valve is communicated with main circulation pump outlet circuit. Temperature transducer thermocouple is secured on torsion, connected with control unit by cable line.

The energy absorbing device comprises absorbing element (10) and mating member (20). Provided the exceedance of the impact force, applicable to the energy absorbing device, the mating member (20) and absorbing element (10) are shifted in the direction to each other. Simultaneously absorption of at least some part of impact energy, applied to the energy absorbing device, takes place. The mating member (20) constitutes a hollow body, open from one end and situated adjacent to the absorbing element (10) for the purpose of forming at least one energy absorbing section (11), produced out of composite material with fibre filler. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device aimed at protecting cars in case of collisions, and it can used in form and rear bumpers of cars, microbuses and other vehicles. Buffer is divided into central and side sections, the latter being turned backwards at preset angle, and it includes bumper and energy-absorbing devices connected to bumper and arranged uniformly lengthwise at a distance from each other. Two central energy-absorbing devices of buffer, being mirror reflection of each other, are installed adjoining each other. Each energy-absorbing device includes definite number of adjoining energy-absorbing members, each being mirror reflection of adjacent one, is made integral from cut of round metal rod and it includes base, jumper and brace, all arranged in relatively perpendicular planes. Bases of energy-absorbing members are connected to outer surface of bumper, jumpers of energy-absorbing members are arranged coaxially for interaction with outer surface of bumper. Bases and braces and braces of energy-absorbing members are arranged horizontally, and jumpers, vertically. Each energy-absorbing device is provided with leaf springs and movable base plate, braces of all energy-absorbing devices of left-hand and, accordingly, right-hand halves of buffer are pointed to different sides at preset angle in directions from middle to edges of bumper. Buffer includes outer sheath provided with metal strip sections connected to its inner surface which guarantees regulated destruction of sheath in preset places. Proposed buffer contains two protective sections arranged at one level with bumpers, each being connected to car body load-carrying members and provided with support surface in form of U-shaped section, and energy-absorbing devices connected to U-shaped section being uniformly arranged over its length at a distance from each other. Each energy-absorbing device includes definite number of adjoining energy-absorbing members, each being mirror reflection of adjacent one, made integral from cut of round metal rod and includes base, jumper and brace located in relatively perpendicular planes. Energy absorbing part can be made up of metal plate members, thickness from 2 to 10 mm, extreme ones being secured on support plates with flat section and camber section and forming cellular structure in section consisting of great number of hexahedrons in section by planes passing through vector of external resultant force with provision of impact energy absorbing owing to flexural strains in metal plate members mainly on chamber sections. Energy absorbing part can contain great number of cells, each formed by two flat metal plates, thickness from 2 to 10 mm, arranged square to external force vector, and two metal plates, thickness from 2 to 10 mm, placed in between, with initial camber in direction square to vector of external force and thrusting against middle of flat metal plates of adjacent cells. Extreme metal plates are secured to support plates with provision of absorption of impact energy owing to flexible strains of metal plates in places of maximum camber and flexural strains of flat metal plates in places of butt-joining of metal plates. Energy absorbing part can be made in form of cellular structure consisting of great number of rectangles made up of metal plate members, thickness from 2 to 10 mm, extreme ones being secured on support plates. Some metal plate members coincide with direction of external force and thrust against middle of metal plate members of adjacent cells arranged square to vector of external force with provision of impact energy absorbing owing to flexural strains in units of intersection of metal plate members. Device provides absorption of impact energy of the order of 0.5-2.5 MJ.

EFFECT: provision of effective absorption if impact energy at relatively uniform overloads to which passengers are subjected.

SUBSTANCE: ring damper comprises flexible cylindrical rings secured to the housing. The housing is made of panel whose face grooves receive cylindrical rings fitted with interference so that the projecting parts of the flexible cylindrical rings from both sides of the panel define flexible bearing arcs of the damper which are in a contact with the surfaces of the object to be damped and bearing surfaces of the vehicle or construction structure, or foundation. The heights of the flexible bearing arcs are controlled by means of flexible semirings that are set with interference in the space between the flexible bearing arcs of the flexible cylindrical rings and panel surfaces. The peripheral planks secured to the panel prevent the flexible cylindrical rings and flexible semirings against falling out of the face grooves.

SUBSTANCE: proposed energy-absorbing buffer of truck relates to collision protective means of vehicles and it can be used in front and rear bumpers of trucks, buses and other vehicles of different types. Buffer connected to front of rear bumper is arranged lower than bumper and includes energy-absorbing devices united into sections arranged at a distance from each other. Energy-absorbing devices in each section are butt-joined and connected to each other. Each energy absorbing device consists of two energy-absorbing members, being mirror-like relative to each other, made integral of tubular blank cut and including bases, bridges and main and additional struts located in relatively perpendicular planes. Bases of energy-absorbing members are connected to outer surface of bumper, bridges of energy-absorbing members are arranged coaxially relative to each other, some engaging with outer surface of bumper, and others, with support plate. Each energy-absorbing device is furnished with leaf-springs and members made of elastic material arranged around additional struts which are united in each section by C-shaped section. Invention prevents getting of passenger car under truck frame, thus providing passive safety. It is reusable device featuring high energy-absorbing properties and stability of shock-absorbing characteristics which can be set within wide ranges. It has simple design and reduced aerodynamic drag which provides economy of fuel.

EFFECT: improved safety, reduced aerodynamic drag and fuel consumption.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains deformable plastic member. Said member is made in form of frame made of channel elements connected, with flanges outwards, with formation of upper and lower support planes furnished with fastening units arranged on opposite sides of each plane. Fastening units are provided with cone-like elements, for instance, cone-like washers adjoining support plane and orientated towards each other by narrow part.

Fastening units of one support plane are displaced relative to fastening units of other plane through 90°.

SUBSTANCE: proposed bumper connected to load-bearing structure of automobile includes two sections arranged at a distance from each other and energy-absorbing device adjoining each other. Each energy-absorbing device consists of two interconnected energy-absorbing members, each being mirror image of the other and made as integral part from cut of round metal bar including base, additional base, near, additional and far bridges interconnected by main and additional braces and located in relatively perpendicular planes. Bases of energy-absorbing members are arranged vertically and connected to support surface, bridges of energy-absorbing members are arranged horizontally coaxially relative to each other, main and additional braces of energy-absorbing members of each section are arranged lower than support surface being inter connected by rigid plates. Each section of bumper is provided with guard made up of interconnected vertical and horizontal tubular members connected to additional bases of energy-absorbing devices and shock-absorbing devices connected to tubular members of guard and load-bearing structure of automobile and made integral of two leaf springs. Bumper includes outer sheathing with thinning sections to provide order destruction in preset places and elastic resilient members in form of cylinders connected to tubular members of guard.

EFFECT: simplified design, provision of high energy-absorbing properties and stability of shock absorbing, possibility of repeated use of structure.

Main energy-absorbing devices are connected to support surfaces of sections being uniformly spaced and including definite number of interconnected absorbing mirror-like members. Each energy-absorbing member is made integral from section of round metal bar and provided with base, bridge and brace arranged in relatively perpendicular planes. Braces of main energy-absorbing devices are arranged horizontally, being connected to plates of movable bases made integral with leaf springs. Braces of main energy-absorbing devices of left-hand and right-hand parts of buffer are pointed to different sides, respectively, in directions from middle to edges of buffer. Buffer is furnished additionally with energy-absorbing devices made in similar manner, connected to bearing structure of car and interacting through braces with rear surface of corresponding side section of buffer.

EFFECT: high energy absorbing capacity and stability of shock absorbing characteristics with possibility of repeated use.
