Friction disk

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of machine-building, namely, to the friction disks. The friction disk comprises a metal frame with eight recesses along external contour of the frame and eight holes with composite friction cover plates secured thereto. The friction surfaces of the friction cover plates are provided with twelve grooves each. The frame holes and recesses alternate along the disk circumference. Four grooves are located at one of the cover plates in the area of frame recesses, while the other grooves are located beyond the area of frame recesses and holes. Four grooves are located at the other cover plate within areas of frame holes, while the rest grooves are located beyond the area of frame recesses and holes.

EFFECT: reduction of potential cracking and destruction of cover plates is achieved, which increases the disk strength and its stability to centrifugal loads.

The invention relates to the field of engineering, namely the friction disks such as brake disks, disk brakes of tractors, etc. with the friction surfaces of the recesses (grooves).

Analogous to the claimed invention is a friction disk containing the metal frame with eight grooves on the outer contour of the frame and eight holes, which recorded composite friction lining on the friction surface which are eight grooves, holes and grooves are alternated around the circumference of the disk, and the grooves are placed in the holes (see RF patent №2192571, IPC7F16D 69/02, 2002). The essential features of similar "metal frame with eight grooves on the outer contour of the frame and eight holes, which recorded composite friction lining on the friction surface which is made of grooves, holes and grooves are alternated around the circumference of the disk coincides with the essential features of the claimed invention.

The disadvantage of analog is the possibility of destruction of the friction lining at high angular speeds of rotation of the disk due to substantial centrifugal loads, since all of the grooves are located in areas with holes, which leads to uneven mass distribution around the circumference of the disk and promotes trash is neobrazovannie and destruction of the material of the lining.

Another analogue of the claimed invention is a friction disk containing the metal frame with eight grooves on the outer contour of the frame and eight holes, which recorded composite friction lining on the friction surface which are eight grooves, holes and grooves are alternated around the circumference of the disk, and the grooves are placed in the grooves (see RF patent №2203442, IPC7F16D 69/02, 2003). The essential features of similar "metal frame with eight grooves on the outer contour of the frame and eight holes, which recorded composite friction lining on the friction surface which is made of grooves, holes and grooves are alternated around the circumference of the disk coincides with the essential features of the claimed invention.

The disadvantage of analog is the possibility of destruction of the friction lining at high angular speeds of rotation of the disk due to substantial centrifugal loads, since all of the grooves are located in areas of fill, which causes uneven distribution of mass around the circumference of the disk and promotes cracking and fracture of the material of the lining.

Analogous to the claimed invention is a friction disk containing the metal frame with eight grooves on the outer contour of the frame and in EMU holes, on which registered composite friction lining on the friction surface which are eight grooves, holes and grooves are alternated around the circumference of the disk and the groove is positioned outside the areas of the grooves and holes (see RF patent №2202057, IPC7F16D 69/02, 2003). The essential features of similar "metal frame with eight grooves on the outer contour of the frame and eight holes, which recorded composite friction lining on the friction surface which is made of grooves, holes and grooves are alternated around the circumference of the disk coincides with the essential features of the claimed invention.

The disadvantage of analog is the possibility of destruction of the friction lining at high angular speeds of rotation of the disk due to substantial centrifugal loads as in the areas of notches and holes, where the pads are not reinforced frame, are large masses of the friction linings (reducing mass grooves are located outside the zones of holes and cavities). As a result, these areas are subjected to high centrifugal loads, which contributes to cracking and fracture of the material of the lining.

The prototype of the claimed invention is a friction drive comprising a metal frame with eight grooves on the outer contour of the frame and eight holes and, on which registered composite friction lining on the friction surfaces are twelve grooves, with each of the four pads grooves are placed in the grooves of the frame, and the remaining grooves are placed outside of the grooves and holes of the frame (see RF patent №2292498, IPC F16D 69/02, 2007). The essential features of the prototype metal frame with eight grooves on the outer contour of the frame and eight holes, fixed composite friction lining on the friction surfaces are twelve grooves, pads, four grooves are placed in the grooves of the frame, and the remaining grooves are placed outside of the grooves and holes of the cage" match the essential features of the claimed invention.

The disadvantage of the prototype is the possibility of destruction of the friction lining at high angular speeds of rotation of the disk due to the possible combinations of the presence of grooves on both pads in zones one of the notches of the frame, which weakens the strength of the friction disk in the area of this recess and can lead to cracking and fracture of the material of the lining.

The task, which is aimed by the invention, is to reduce the possibility of the destruction of the disc with the grooves when the centrifugal loads, increase operational angular velocity for MF is t preserve the uniform distribution of the masses of the lining around the circumference of the disk, as well as maintaining the strength of overlays in the areas of the grooves.

To achieve the technical result in friction drive comprising a metal frame with eight grooves on the outer contour of the frame and eight holes, which recorded composite friction lining on the friction surfaces are twelve grooves, holes and grooves are alternated around the circumference of the disk to one of the plates four grooves placed in areas of fill, and the remaining grooves are placed outside of the grooves and holes of the frame; and for other pads, four grooves are placed in the holes, and the other groove is placed outside the zone of holes and notches of the frame. The essential features of the claimed invention "for the other four pads grooves are placed in the holes, and the other groove is placed outside the zone of holes and notches of the frame are different from the characteristics of the prototype.

The friction plate includes two friction linings made from composite materials, for example polymer composite, metal, etc. and fixed (for example, preformance) on opposite sides of the metal frame having the form of a disk with a Central hole (to fit on the shaft). On the friction surface of each of the friction linings made 12 of grooves having a chap who Bina within the working lining thickness (i.e. thickness, wear in operation until the regular replacement friction products). On the outer contour metal frame within the area occupied by the pads, there are eight grooves alternating with eight holes, also located within the area occupied by the pads. Grooves in different overlays placed asymmetrically to each other (with a shift relative to each other), that is, the grooves on one surface of the friction disk are not located opposite the grooves on the other surface friction (shear). The grooves can have a different size and shape, grooves and holes in the frame can also have different sizes and shape. For one of the plates four grooves disposed within the grooves of the frame (in the grooves), and the rest outside of the grooves and holes of the frame. For the other four pads grooves are placed in the holes, and other outside areas of holes and notches of the frame.

Be made friction drive may known methods, for example by preformationism to the frame of the polymer composite with a subsequent heat treatment, machining, etc.

A specific example of the invention is a disk brake of the tractor MTZ, including metal frame and a friction element of the two friction linings made of polymeric friction composite steriade is about 22% of the mass. matrix of the vulcanizate of the rubber and thermosetting resin, 50% of the mass. powdered fillers and 28% of the mass. fibrous fillers. On the working surfaces of the friction element is made of grooves dividing the surface element on the radial sectors. Grooves spaced equally along the arc of a circumference of the friction element.

Manufacture of friction disc with grooves, of which one of the friction pads placed in some areas of the grooves of the frame, and a lining portion of the grooves are placed in areas of some of the holes in the frame and for both overlays the rest of grooves located outside of these areas, can improve the uniformity of the distribution of masses of the lining around the circumference of the disk to retain the reinforcing effect of the frame plates in places grooves and simultaneously increase the strength of the overlapping zones of alternating holes and grooves in the frame. This reduces the possibility of cracking and destruction of the lining, which increases the strength of the disc and its resistance to centrifugal loads.

The friction disk containing the metal frame with eight grooves on the outer contour of the frame and eight holes, which recorded composite friction lining on the friction surfaces are twelve grooves, holes and notches of the frame h is redouts around the circumference of the disk, and on one of the plates four grooves are placed in the grooves of the frame, and the remaining grooves are placed outside of the grooves and holes of the frame, wherein the other plate four grooves are placed in the holes of the frame, and the other groove is placed outside the zone of holes and notches of the frame.
