FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular, to friction disks. A friction disk comprises a metal body with eight recesses along the outer body outline and eight holes with composite friction patch pieces being fixed on the disk. Twelve grooves are provided on the friction surfaces of the friction patch pieces. The holes and recesses are alternating along the disk circumference. On one of the patch pieces four grooves are placed in the holes' zones and the other grooves are beyond the zones of the recesses and holes of the body. On another patch piece four grooves are placed in the zones of the body recesses, four grooves are placed in the zones of the body holes and the other grooves are beyond the zones of the recesses and holes of the body.

EFFECT: it is provided for reduced formation of cracks and destruction of patch pieces thus disk strength is improved and its resistance to centrifugal loads is increased.

 

The invention relates to the field of engineering, namely the friction disks such as brake disks, disk brakes of tractors, etc. with the friction surfaces of the recesses (grooves).

Analogous to the claimed invention is a friction disk containing the metal frame with eight grooves on the outer contour of the frame and eight holes, which recorded composite friction lining on the friction surface which are eight grooves, holes and grooves are alternated around the circumference of the disk, and the grooves are placed in the holes (see RF patent №2192571, IPC7F16D 69/02, 2002). The essential features of similar "metal frame with eight grooves on the outer contour of the frame and eight holes, which recorded composite friction lining on the friction surface which is made of grooves, holes and grooves are alternated around the circumference of the disk coincides with the essential features of the claimed invention.

The disadvantage of analog is the possibility of destruction of the friction lining at high angular speeds of rotation of the disk due to substantial centrifugal loads, since all of the grooves are located in areas with holes, which leads to uneven mass distribution around the circumference of the disk and promotes trash is neobrazovannie and destruction of the material of the lining.

Another analogue of the claimed invention is a friction disk containing the metal frame with eight grooves on the outer contour of the frame and eight holes, which recorded composite friction lining on the friction surface which are eight grooves, holes and grooves are alternated around the circumference of the disk, and the grooves are placed in the grooves (see RF patent №2203442, IPC7F16D 69/02, 2003). The essential features of similar "metal frame with eight grooves on the outer contour of the frame and eight holes, which recorded composite friction lining on the friction surface which is made of grooves, holes and grooves are alternated around the circumference of the disk coincides with the essential features of the claimed invention.

The disadvantage of analog is the possibility of destruction of the friction lining at high angular speeds of rotation of the disk due to substantial centrifugal loads, since all of the grooves are located in areas of fill, which causes uneven distribution of mass around the circumference of the disk and promotes cracking and fracture of the material of the lining.

Analogous to the claimed invention is a friction disk containing the metal frame with eight grooves on the outer contour of the frame and in EMU holes, on which registered composite friction lining on the friction surface which are eight grooves, holes and grooves are alternated around the circumference of the disk, and the grooves are placed outside of the grooves and holes (see RF patent №2202057, IPC7F16D 69/02, 2003). The essential features of similar "metal frame with eight grooves on the outer contour of the frame and eight holes, which recorded composite friction lining on the friction surface which is made of grooves, holes and grooves are alternated around the circumference of the disk coincides with the essential features of the claimed invention.

The disadvantage of analog is the possibility of destruction of the friction lining at high angular speeds of rotation of the disk due to substantial centrifugal loads as in the areas of notches and holes, where the pads are not reinforced frame, are large masses of the friction linings (reducing mass grooves are located outside the zones of holes and cavities). As a result, these areas are subjected to high centrifugal loads, which contributes to cracking and fracture of the material of the lining.

The prototype of the claimed invention is a friction drive comprising a metal frame with eight grooves on the outer contour of the frame and eight hole is mi, on which registered composite friction lining on the friction surfaces of the pads is made with twelve grooves, with each of the four pads grooves are placed in the holes, and the rest outside of the grooves and holes of the frame (see RF patent №2292498, IPC F16D 69/02, 2007). The essential features of the prototype metal frame with eight grooves on the outer contour of the frame and eight holes, fixed composite friction lining on the friction surfaces of the pads is made with twelve grooves, pads, four grooves are placed in the holes, and the rest outside of the grooves and holes of the cage" match the essential features of the claimed invention.

The disadvantage of the prototype is the possibility of destruction of the friction lining at high angular speeds of rotation of the disc with the grooves when the centrifugal loads due to an unfavourable combination of the location of the grooves on both plates, causing uneven distribution of the weight plates as around the circumference of the disc and in a radial direction.

The task, which is aimed by the invention, is to reduce the possibility of the destruction of the disc with the grooves when the centrifugal loads, increase operational angular velocity due to more uniform distribution of wt is linings as around the circumference of the disk, and in the radial direction.

To achieve the technical result in friction drive comprising a metal frame with eight grooves on the outer contour of the frame and eight holes, which recorded composite friction lining on the friction surfaces each of which has twelve grooves, holes and grooves are alternated around the circumference of the disk, and on one of the plates four grooves are placed in the holes, and the other groove is placed outside the zone of holes and notches of the frame; and on the other plate four grooves placed in areas of fill, four grooves are placed in the holes, and the other groove is placed outside the zone of holes and grooves frame. The essential features of the claimed invention "on the other plate four grooves are placed in the grooves of the frame, four grooves are placed in the holes of the frame, and the remaining grooves are placed outside of the grooves and holes of the frame are different from the characteristics of the prototype.

The friction plate includes two friction linings made from composite materials, for example polymer composite, metal, etc. and fixed (for example, preformance) on opposite sides of the metal frame having the form of a disk with a Central hole (to fit on the shaft). N. the friction surface of each of the friction linings made 12 grooves, having a depth within the working lining thickness (i.e. thickness, wear in operation until the regular replacement friction products). On the outer contour metal frame within the area occupied by the pads, there are eight grooves alternating with eight holes, also located within the area occupied by the pads. The grooves in the plates are placed asymmetrically to each other (with a shift relative to each other when the grooves on one surface of the friction disk are not located opposite the grooves on the other of the friction surface of the disc). The grooves can have a different size and shape, grooves and holes in the frame can also have different sizes and shape. On one of the plates four grooves disposed within the holes of the frame (in the holes), and the rest outside of these zones. On the other overlay four grooves disposed within the grooves of the frame and four grooves disposed within the holes of the frame. The remaining grooves on the plate when it is placed outside of the grooves and holes.

Manufacture of friction disc with grooves, some of which hosted some of the holes in the frame, and part of which is placed at the same time and in some areas of fill, and in some areas of the holes of the frame, and in all cases the rest of grooves located outside these zones, allows you to save even distribution of the weight of the lining around the circumference of the disc and in a radial direction of the disk. This reduces the possibility of cracking and destruction of the lining, which increases the strength of the disc and its resistance to centrifugal loads.

Braking clamp comprises steel carcass and arc-like body consisting of clamp body main part and shaped part with groove made therein. Arc-like body consists of separate elements secured at steel carcass. Elements of clamp body main part are made of friction material while and those of shaped part are made of antifriction material. Braking clamp comprises composite friction element, steel wire carcass, solid iron insert electrochemically coated with bronze alloy, arranged at clamp center and inserted into said composite friction element. Steel wire carcass represents two closed frames inserted in said composite friction element of clamp rear side, along clamp edges. Inner parts of two closed frames are overlapped and bent outward from clap rear side to make ear for cotter pin. Clamp rear side has steel gauze or perforated tin inserted in composite friction element. Iron insert with bronze alloy at its top idle part has the slot at its rear with inserted composite friction element with cotter pin ear and supports arranged in symmetry on insert both sides. SUBSTANCE: disc brake includes a brake shoe holder, two brake shoes, a brake support and positioning devices on both sides of the central plane of the brake. Positioning devices are located asymmetrically relative to central plane of the brake. As per the first version, positioning devices include a cavity on the support or a projection on the support, which are located on each side of the disc. As per the second version, positioning devices include a combination of a slot and a projection between the support and the brake shoes; centre of the combination of the projection and the cavity of inside brake shoe and the support lies on opposite side of central plane of the brake in relation to the centre of combination of the projection and the cavity of outside brake shoe and the support. As per the third version, positioning devices include a cavity or a projection on the brake support or brake shoes so that the cavity or the projection passes in inclined plane relative to central plane of the brake. The projection or the cavity on one brake shoe is located asymmetrically relative to central plane of the brake and offset to one side of the above central plane while the projection or the cavity on the other brake shoe is located asymmetrically relative to central plane of the brake and offset to the other side of the central plane.

EFFECT: providing correct installation of shoes under any operating conditions and providing uniform wear of a brake without any brake vibrations.

EFFECT: uniform distribution of surface stresses along the contact area of friction pad with counter-body and their compensation, which leads to reduction of possible stress concentration in individual sections of the item surface, and to reduction of possible destruction during operation of individual sections of friction pad.
