The invention relates to methods of control and access control and is aimed at ensuring automation of access control objects, equipped recognition systems identification numbers of vehicles.

Known control method, and access control (ACS) (http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sistemacontrolled), which implements the logic of access control and read the personal identifier of the subject access, which is recorded on the medium, for example, a proximity card or FOB, and the reading of the personal identity of the subject is in automatic mode, when a gift card or a key FOB to the reader. The closest solution to the proposed method is the method described in the system license plate recognition, which is based on personal or specialized computers with serial ports RS232 (see, for example, http://nordavind.ru/node/102)that can be used for interoperability between ANPR and controllers of the system. The way of interaction known system is the recognition of registered numbers of vehicles, comparing them with its internal database. In accordance with programmed into the system ANPR logic via the serial port RS232 controller ACS command is issued to the permit by the controller translates the attached Executive unit. The disadvantage of this method is that the recognition of vehicle number shall be in accordance with their own logic, not integrated with the logic controller access control system (http://nordavind.ru/node/113), which has its own database of personal identifiers of access subjects and their own logic.

The present invention is to provide a method of control and access control based on the recognition of the identification number of the vehicle.

The technical result of the invention is to simplify the administration process of the control method, and access control based on the recognition of the identification number of the vehicle and the elimination of duplicate operations that implement the logic control devices.

The invention consists in the fact that detect and recognize the identification number of the vehicle retain its digital representation in the form of alphanumeric character string, perform the transcoding alphanumeric character string identification number of the vehicle in sistivity format code standard Wiegand interface, transfer the received sistivity format code standard Wiegand interface as the identifier standard Wiegand Protocol in the standard serial port RS232/RS485, processes the received identifier in accordance with programmed logic and generate the control action to transfer Executive mustache the other.

The invention is illustrated by the drawing, which shows an example of the method of allowing access to a vehicle that provides control and access control based on the recognition of identification numbers of vehicles. The composition of such systems may include:

As an example, an algorithm is proposed, which is based on conversion of number from one number system to another. Vehicle number is a number in base 24. 3. Set to "I" senior (48th) bits of the R, as a sign of the correct encoding.

Detection and recognition of the identification number of the vehicle is performed using the block identification numbers 1, receiving its digital representation in the form of alphanumeric character strings, alphabet which has the form{'0', '1', '2', '3', '4', '5', '6', '7', '8', '9', 'A', 'B', 'C', 'T')', 'E', 'N', '', 'M', 'O', 'R', 'T', 'X', 'Y'}. In addition to 23 alphanumeric characters that can be part of a vehicle number, additionally reserve the 24th,so-called, "blank character". This symbol is used to encode numbers that failed to recognize.

The recognized number is passed to the coding block identification numbers 2, which carries the recoding described line numbers in the 6 bytes in the format of a standard Wiegand interface, representing the personal identifier of the subject access. ACS checks whether the access for a given t is ansporting means, and, if necessary, instructs the Executive device.
