Production of decorative articles

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manual casting of decorative articles and to production of decorative coating on smooth even surfaces, particularly, on ceramic plate, glass, metal and plastic. Proposed method comprises making the blanks from the mix of polymer base with filler to be placed in the mould for solidification and full polymerisation. Note here that said blank comprises polyester unsaturated resin mixed with filler and hardener. Resin-to-filler ratio makes 1-1.5-2.0. Mix in the mould is subjected to degassing while mix hardening in said mould is performed at 60-80°C for 10-15 minutes. Blanks are extracted from the mould and subjected to curing to full polymerisation of polyester saturated resin. Thereafter, produced article is ground without water cooling at grinding belt at grain size of 60-120 units with subsequent washing and drying of ground surface. Note here that patterns are applied on finished surface by direct printing of UV inks.

EFFECT: simplified process at high decorative properties.

The invention relates to methods manual injection molding products and can be used, for example, for the manufacture of Souvenirs and decorative items, as well as to the technology for decorative coatings on flat smooth surfaces, in particular ceramic tiles, glass, metal, plastic.

There is a method of injection molding articles of plastics mixture, which prepare the form for the product, causing the shape of the gelcoat as decorative and protective coatings, prepare a polymer mixture containing a polyester resin with filler, and pour the mixture into the form, after curing, the finished product is then removed from the form (RF Patent 2452835 from 10.06.2012).

The task of the invention to provide decorative products coated on its surface a stable printed image.

The technical result is to simplify the method, while ensuring a high decorative qualities of the product.

Obtaining products with high-quality image is provided by the receiving surface of the workpiece with a certain pore size from 1 to 1, 5 mm. When the pore sizes less than 1 μm, the image may not be fixed on the surface. While increasing the pore size of more than 1, 5 µm image is blurred.

The problem is solved and a technical R the result is achieved by the image is applied on the billet, containing in its composition unsaturated polyester resin mixed with filler and hardener. The ratio between the resin and filler in the mixture is 1-1,5-2,0, the mixture is subjected to degassing, is placed in a mold and utverjdayut at a temperature of 60-80 degrees. C for 10-15 minutes. This is followed by cutting of blanks from forms and endurance to complete polymerization of the saturated polyester resin. After that, the finished product is subjected to grinding without water cooling. Grinding occurs on the flat-grinding machine, the grain size of the grinding tape in the range from 60 to 120 units subsequent washing and drying the polished surface, and the image is applied on the polished surface, by means of direct printing using UV ink.

The amount of curing agent is from 1 to 5% relative to the weight of resin.

The shutter speed of the workpieces is carried out until complete polymerization of the saturated polyester resin for 3-12 hours.

The set of operations of the method allows to obtain products with high decorative quality of the picture in a simple way.

After all operations product has a glossy surface that can hold a layer of UV ink without prior preparation.

An EXAMPLE of the METHOD I

The preparation of the mixture for the production of billets products

1. In the composition of the workpiece includes:

A) unsaturated Polyester resin (ortho-promoted)

B) Filler microsilica, white 98%, the particle size of 20 microns.

B) curing Andonox or Butanox.

2. The process of mixture preparation

The resin and filler are mixed together in the ratio of 1 kilogram of resin used 1.5 pounds of filler.

After mixing, the composition is poured into mugs of 3 kg of the mixture in a mug.

After a spill on the circles in the mix in the circles is added about 1 to 5% of the curing agent relative to the weight of the resin in the circle.

3. Manufacturing products:

Mugs with raw mass is placed in a vacuum chamber, where it undergoes degassing the mixture to -01 atmosphere. The degassing process takes about 3-5 minutes. After degassing, the mixture of mugs is poured into the open (or closed, depending on the product model) silicone mold-free method.

Silicone molds with the spilled mixture is placed in a heating Cabinet inside temperature of from 65 to 75 degrees Celsius. Forms are in the closet 15-20 minutes, after which there is a notch products form and placement on the rubber layer before complete polymerization within 3-12 hours. The temperature in the casting room at least 20 degrees Celsius (30), relative humidity 35-70%

After 12 hours the product move the I to the grinding, where the operation for grinding the back of the product (through pouring the mixture into molds). Products are ground without water cooling. The grain size of the grinding belt can vary from 60 to 120 units.

After the above operations of the method are the surface with pore size in the range of 1-1 .5 μm (determination of pore size was carried out on parametricism equipment).

After polishing each product is subjected hand washing and subsequent drying or indoors (about 5 hours) or in a thermal Cabinet (about 40 minutes).

After all operations product has a glossy surface that can hold a layer of UV ink without prior preparation.

The finished blanks are Packed in cardboard boxes and sent to the warehouse for storage or directly to a site of application.

An EXAMPLE of the METHOD II

Manufacturing of workpieces carried out from a mixture of: unsaturated polyester resin 1 kg and filler microsilica 2 kg mix among themselves.

After mixing, the composition is poured into mugs of 3 kg of the mixture in a mug.

After a spill on the circles in the mix in the circles is added about 1 to 5% of the curing agent relative to the weight of the resin in the circle.

Mugs with raw mass is placed in a vacuum chamber, where it undergoes degassing the mixture to -01 atmosphere. The degassing process plants itself is about 3-5 minutes. After degassing, the mixture of mugs is poured into the open (or closed, depending on the product model) silicone mold-free method.

Silicone molds with the spilled mixture is placed in a heating Cabinet inside temperature of from 65 to 75 degrees Celsius. Forms are in the closet 15-20 minutes, after which there is a notch products form and placement on the rubber layer before complete polymerization within 3-12 hours. After 12 hours the product is moved to the grinding section, where the operation for grinding the back of the product (through pouring the mixture into molds). Products are ground without water cooling.

The grain size of the grinding belt can vary from 60 to 120 units.

After the above operations of the method are the surface with pore size in the range of 1-1 .5 μm (determination of pore size was carried out on parametricism equipment).

The image of the product is applied by means of Fprinter Mimaki UJF 3042 (newer model) by direct printing on the workpiece, without prior surface preparation, at a temperature of 20-23 degrees C and humidity 35-70%.

The image is bright, rich and environmentally friendly, giving a fantastic effect on expression. Accent, without streaks figure, perfectly transmitted tones. On some images it is possible to complete imitation of painting.

Finished products are moved to the packing area, where the final hardening of the ink is about 2-3 hours.

1. Method of making decorative articles comprising receiving blanks from a mixture of a polymeric substrate with a filler, which is placed in a mold for curing and complete polymerization, characterized in that the workpiece contains unsaturated polyester resin mixed with filler and hardener, the ratio between the resin and the filler is 1-1,5-2,0, the mixture in the form subjected to degassing and curing the mixture in the forms is carried out at a temperature of 60-80°C for 10-15 minutes, the workpiece is removed from the forms matured to complete polymerization of the saturated polyester resin, after which the obtained product is subjected to grinding without water cooling when the grain size of the grinding tape in the range from 60 to 120 units subsequent washing and drying the polished surface, and the image is put on from sipovannuju surface by direct printing UV ink.

2. A method of manufacturing a decorated art products according to claim 1, characterized in that the amount of curing agent is from 1 to 5% of the curing agent relative to the weight of resin.

3. A method of manufacturing a decorated art products according to claim 1, characterized in that the extract saturated polyester resin is carried out until complete polymerization within 3-12 hours.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a light industry and can be used in manufacture of clothes, shoes, hats and decorative items made of felt as well as at for felt products restoration. The method includes forming a canvas by stacking layers of wool fibers and applying on the layers of wool fiber of textile material, felting, felling and drying. On the canvas from the side of textile material the layers of wool fibers are additionally placed. After felling the moulding is carried out, and after drying - wet-heating treatment. Wet-heating treatment is carried out under pressure at a temperature of 120-150° C, corresponding to a temperature of adhesion of adhesive. As textile material the easily mouldable adhesive gasket material with sparse structure is used. The adhesive gasket material can be placed in accordance with the zones marked on the detail.

EFFECT: reduction of thickness and weight of felt parts is provided, while maintaining the specified strength; obtaining one-piece moulded detail with uniform thickness, with zones which differ in properties; increasing the strength of the obtained material; preservation of appearance of felt on the front and reverse side of the product which is attractive for a consumer.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to light industry and may be used in producing pictures, frescos, inserts on walls, furniture and other surfaces. In compliance with first version, method comprises applying, after hardening of vlieseline, of several layers of stearic acid soda salts (C17H35COONa) in amount of 50-80 g per 1 m2 to be detached thereafter from substrate, and applying decorative pictures on made layers to be coated by varnish. In compliance with second version, method comprises applying, after hardening of vlieseline, of two layers of stearic acid soda salts (C17H35COONa) in amount of 50-80 g per 1 m2 . Then, acryl varnish and plaster are used to make the mix to apply on dried layer of said soda salt to make 1-2 mm-thick layer to be dried. Plaster is coated by acryl varnish and decorative picture is printed thereon at 59-60°C and coated by protective varnish.

EFFECT: simple method.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plastic technology, particularly, to production of art articles (pictures, panels, souvenirs, Christmas balls). Proposed method comprises moulding blank from plastic mass based on thermoplastic polymer, heating said mass to softening temperature and applying decorating material on blank surface. Note here that quartz sand 01.-0.2 mm-size particles are used as decorating material to be applied on blank surface in compressed air jet. FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: decorative cover element is created as containing an outer layer formed with chippings and a polyester resin in a mixture with a hardener. Above a dome-like frame is formed from glass-fibre plastic made of a glass mat impregnated with the polyester resin in the mixture with the hardener. The frame is formed with three layers. The first layer is made as a reinforcing layer from the glass mat impregnated with the polyester resin in the mixture with the hardener, and hydraulic insulation of the covered object is applied directly onto the decorated section with a specific segment of relief. The second layer of the covering element is formed from river sand in the mixture with the polyester resin and hardener, and is used as the base, where pebbles or chippings are introduced in fractions with size up to 100 mm. The third upper layer is made from a mixture of pebbles, chippings and resin with the hardener and is formed before the second layer hardens, and a protective varnish coating is applied above the third layer.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to decorate and protect hydraulic insulation of artificial streams and reservoirs, to form artificial rocks and waterfalls of arbitrary size, to decorate unsightly landscape elements.

FIELD: polygraphic industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of decorative art, in particular, to the field of decorative sculptures making. When making sculptures from birch bark, using methods of intricate treatment of item parts, filigree sculptures are produced. Sculpture making starts from making an item sketch on paper, then birch bark parts are stocked, using an intricate method of jewellery filigree, a frame is assembled on a pig, being modelled from clay in volume of the future sculpture, and after the frame on the pig dries out, it is released from clay. After the clay is taken out from the frame, it is restored, and the ornament is assembled on it using previously prepared parts, then the item is polished, varnished, and its art image is finalised. The item frame may be whole or laced, and the item itself may be decorated with any available material, for instance, stones, metal, leather, etc.

EFFECT: simplified manufacturing of the sculpture, reduced material intensity, and also increased accuracy of sculpture parts making.

Technical result consists in increasing strength of puzzle composite parts. Decorative thread represents large-size thread or thread sections made from foil. Set of decorative elements can be made up of not only finished thread sections, but of sections or foil sheets for them to be transformed further on into decorative elements to be used in modeling and creative activities. Foil thickness varies from 0.001 to 0.05 mm; finished decorative thread diametre varies from 0.1 to 20 mm, finished thread length varies from several centimetres to several tens and hundreds metres. Decorative elements can be provided with strengthening module arranged in its cavity.

SUBSTANCE: its sketch is applied on its base. Its centre is defined. Blanks are prepared in the form of leather cords made of lengthy leather strips with width of strips of around 0.5-2 cm of various length and various colours, making three-dimensional image. Lengthy strips are bent inside along their length by inner face. Edge surface of blanks and face surface of each strip are formed in the form of folding area along its central part. Edge working surfaces are coated with hot-melt glue. Double-layer leather cords are produced. Fragments of three-dimensional image are contoured on sketch of base by leather cords in the form of zones. They are fixed by their edge working surface onto hot-melt glue. Space inside zones is filled by leather cord with colour complying with colour of specific fragment of image, using reference image. Leather cord is laid in the form of layer rows in the direction of laying of previous layer "forward-backward", and of subsequent neighbouring layer in reverse direction - continuing laying as zigzag until zones of fragments are filled. Remaining surface on base is filled with background.

EFFECT: invention provides for development of strong decorative articles reliable in operation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of protective-decorative coat on flat smooth surfaces, particularly on ceramic tile, glass, metal and plastic. Decorative coat is applied on item surface. Item with decorative coat is placed in mould made from elastic material so that decorative coat stays above the mould lower face. Note here that mould tightly fits the item thanks to its elasticity. Mould with item is arranged on horizontal surface. Uniform layer of liquid polymer is applied on decorative coat surface. Said polymer spreads over the surface to get in the mould wider part to left therein for polymer polymerisation. Polymerisation over, the item is withdrawn from the mould. Formed irregularities and ledges are subjected to processing.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes wetting natural-leather blank that functions as map base and its drying in stretched condition. Then underside of paper sheet whose surface is pre-tinted by compacted loose material is applied to this blank. Pattern of expected map incorporating data media is made on paper sheet face, outlines of data media parts are step-by-step transferred to base, and appropriate lines are burned out and/or stamped in step-by-step manner. First elements applied to map base are basic ones used as references for entire pattern of map; they are burned out and/or stamped on base. After that smaller items are applied to base whereupon they are burned out and/or stamped. After all items of map pattern are burned out and/or stamped, separate portions of pattern are dyed, major ones being dyed first and minor ones, after them. Then dried dye is wiped, and external surface of map is covered with at least one layer of fixing material.

FIELD: application of diamond powder on souvenirs.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in application of pattern made from adhesive paper on souvenir surface; contours of this pattern are subjected to treatment on sandblast machine, after which adhesive is applied in form of enamel followed by application of natural diamond powder, type A3-A6 at size of grains of 200/160, 250/200 and 315/250.

Decoration or marking is applied by imprinting characteristic surface with quartz solution by means of printing method to equalize the surface with shape or configuration of decoration or marking after quartz solution solidifies. Invention also describes method for manufacturing surface structures on widely used object having glass or glass-like wall. Decoration is produced as a result of application of quartz solution, distributed in limited given manner in direction of surface along characteristic surface or inside it, and glazed surface is evened out in accordance to decoration configuration after solidification of quartz solution so that surface becomes transparent.

SUBSTANCE: invention defines method for producing ornamental ceramic "egg" product, including preparation of ceramic mass, application thereof onto shaping surface, drying, burning, while as shaping surface intact egg shell is used with removed contents. A 0,5-1,5 mm thick layer of plaster paste is applied to the surface of egg shell. Suggested method allows production of thin-walled ceramic product.
