The spherical disc is braked by the leaf spring rigidly fixed on the rack, and the mouldboard mounted on the cantilever racks in the guide rigidly fixed on the spherical disc, has the ability of adjustment in height.

The invention relates to agricultural and forestry engineering, in particular to tillage machines for primary tillage in forest clearings.

Known disk enclosure tillage tools, containing the disk, the working surface of which is made concave, flange, located on the concave side of the working surface of the disk and is made in the form of a spherical segment with a radius of curvature of the spherical surface equal to the radius of curvature of the concave spherical surface of a disk (SU authorship 1540669, CL A01B 7/00, 1988).

The disadvantage of this disk case is that in the process undercut the soil layer, moving on a concave spherical surface, and then the flange freely rises high, which leads to his detachment and, as a consequence, in violation turnover and integrity of the seam, reduce the quality of its installation.

The closest in technical essence to the present invention is a disk plough body containing the rack with the axis on which the spherical bearing is mounted disk and rigidly secured additional working body, made in the form consisting of a breast and wing blade. Known disk enclosure provides high-quality processing of soils only at a fixed depth of tillage. When the depth of tillage efficiency of the disk enclosure is reduced. With decreasing depth is limited to the impact of the wing blade to cut the soil layer, there is provided a tight pressing of the treated layer to the surface of the soil, which leads to poor circulation of the reservoir, to his falling into the bottom of the furrow, as due to the presence of sod and root inclusions soil layer has considerable elasticity, which tends to return it after a turnover in its original position. By increasing the depth of processing of the cut layer is excessively deformed under the action of additional working body, increase the force of sliding friction of the soil layer on the surface of the additional working body, which increases the energy consumption of the process tillage.

The problem to which the invention is directed, - improving the quality of soil under different technological regimes disk plough body and the lower energy process tillage.

Disc plough body works as follows.

Before you begin using the previously defined relation between depth of processing, type in what you and the position of the blade 5, the tool configures the specified machining regime, adjusting the position of the blade 5 so that it optimally interact with the soil layer. To do this, loosen the nut 9, the moving cantilever racks 7 and the grooves 11 of the guide 8 installing the blade 5 in the desired height position, and then produce a tightening nut 9.

When moving a disk plow retarded spherical disc 2 cuts the soil layer, which gradually rises first on the surface of the spherical wheel, and then on the surface of the blade 5, while the soil layer is completely wrapped and accurately placed next to the furrow in the form of a continuous tape, preserving its integrity.

At a meeting of the spherical disk 2 with an obstacle encountered on the axis 4 torque overcomes the braking force of the leaf spring 6. Spring 6 is bent and out of engagement with the stop 10. When this spherical disc 2 starts to rotate freely together with the axis 4 on bearings 3 in the hub of the rack 1 and overcomes encountered the obstacle by rolling through him. The annular tillage part of the disc is located outside the specified central diameter (D). The central dish-shaped part of the disc is located within the specified diameter (d) and has an inner side for receiving the hub. The annular connecting part of the disc has holes for mounting bolts. The connecting part has a shape of a truncated cone. The line passing along the plane of each hole for the mounting bolt on the inner side forms an angle α equal to 5°-10°, with a plane perpendicular to the centre line of the disc.
