SUBSTANCE: angle bend (case) of an electrical connector is equipped with a stepped bushing with an element of its fixture to the respective part of the electrical connector body at its one step and at its other step with the outer thread there is a mounting bracket with axial rotation fixed by a nut with the inner thread interacting with the outer thread of the stepped bushing. The mounting bracket is made as a ring with a mounting stud faced towards the side of the cable core output. At the mounting stud of the above mounting bracket there is an installed and fixed a thin-wall mounting bracket for the cable core fixing, it is covered by a thin-wall bushing of the cable core output that has at the mounting space side an open-ended lobe and a groove covering the stud of the mounting bracket, and at the cable core side there is a collar for fixture of the cable shielding or its fragment. The mounting space is limited and protected by a solid thin-wall shell made as a sphere coupled with a cylinder with variable cross-section. By its inner surface the thin-wall shell covers the outer surface of the open-ended lobe of the thin-wall bushing, the retaining nut of the mounting bracket and its circular part to which it is fixed and by its shaped part it covers the thin-wall bushing of the cable core output and the mounting stud of the mounting bracket.

EFFECT: expanding functional capabilities of the angle bend due to introduction of fixing elements for the cable core thus providing improvement in reliability of cable connections and improving efficiency of their production.

The invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to the contacts, designed for electrical circuits switching between devices aerospace and aviation engineering, where particularly acute question about the need to improve overall mass of the products.

To achieve this objective, the technical solution according to the patent of Russian Federation №2113041 "Method for terminating a shielded cable in electrochemical" (1), according to which the formation site of termination in electromedical is made using the technology of magnetic-pulse processing of materials. The use of this technical solution greatly facilitates the implementation of a number of problems arising in the manufacture of onboard cable network (BCS), however, the output cable of the barrel in the direction of the axis of electrocoagulated does not solve the problem of the rational layout of products with a large number of switching devices such as contacts.

To improve layout schemes, products as komputerowych devices are used contacts with angular pipes (casings), where onboard cable network (BCS) is a more compact, as cable trunks divorce from switching to more optimally for directions and, consequently, is less than the esta products.

In most cases, the application of commercially available contacts with angular sockets, channel for the output cable from electrocoagulated is located at a 90° angle to the axis of electrocoagulated when the direction of the output cable of the barrel relative to the polarizing elements (keys) hulls contacts in the azimuthal plane is characterized by a discrete angle, which is provided

the respective guide elements that were built into the corner of the socket and the body of the connector. For example, connectors of the type RM GEOTO (2) channels for output cable of the barrel are located in the plane of the axis of the connector at an angle of 90°, and in the azimuthal plane output cable of the barrel relative to the polarizing element body of the connector has only two opposite directions (angle discreteness -180°).

Another disadvantage of the commercially available angular nozzles are their large size and weight, which are determined by the manufacturing technology, in particular by casting or machining. The weight of such angular pipe is about 30% by weight of the connector. Often, the consumers of industry contacts have generally refuse to use parts of their pipes, replace pipes,so-called, "caseless fill using, for example, epoxy molding compounds, or replace them with their "made" pipes made of polymer materials. These circumstances limit the ability of builders, especially when linking products with a large number of items of electrical equipment, including contacts included in the switching its onboard cable network (BCS).

In the technical solution according to the patent of the Russian Federation 2360340 a method of manufacturing an angular pipe, including elements of its attachment to the housing of one of the parts of the connector and the channel to generate and output cable of a trunk of a mounting space in which the pipe is made in the form of two articulated thin polopetrakis with spherical surfaces, which are mounted to rotate relative to each other around their common center of the spheres, which provides the output cable of the stem of the mounting space in any direction in the azimuthal plane relative to the polarizing elements (keys) electrocoagulated and in the range from 45° to 90° in the plane of the axis of the connector. This allows to improve ponocny schema objects and their overall dimensions and mass properties. This technical solution adopted for the prototype.

The disadvantage of the proposed technical solution is the absence of elements of the mechanical fastening of the cable barrel until the filling space filling compound and curing. Such consolidation is necessary in order to be able to verify the correctness and quality of installation before filling compound, which are, as a rule, in a special test unit using test equipment that cannot be placed on the mounting production site. Therefore, the necessary transportation of the cable to the place of testing and back. In the absence of secure attachment, during such transportation of cable possible deformation of the wires, especially dangerous in the area of their connection with contacts of contacts, which can lead to latent defects. The use of technological devices to avoid possible deformation of the wires, the emergence of latent defects not exclude. In addition, the installation of these devices complicate the process and lengthens the time of manufacture of cables, especially those that are long and large number of branches.

The objectives of the proposed technical solution is the expansion of the functionality of the pipe by introducing elements of fastening of the cable trunk, that, in turn, provides improved reliability of cable connections and increases the efficiency of their production.

These goals are achieved by the fact that the pipe is provided with a stepped sleeve, on one of the steps made the item it is attached to the chassis of the relevant part of electrocoagulated, and on the other, having an external screw thread, is mounted for rotation about its axis mounting bracket fixed by a nut with an internal screw thread, which interacts with the external screw thread of the stepped sleeve. The mounting bracket is made in the form of a ring, provided with mounting lugs pointing towards the exit of the cable trunk. On the mounting protrusion of the mounting bracket is installed and fixed thin-walled mounting bracket cable trunk, which is covered by a thin-walled sleeve of the output cable trunk with side mounting space unclosed curvilinear protrusion and a groove, covering the protrusion of the mounting bracket and the side of the output cable barrel ring lug mounting the shielding sheath of the cable or its fragment. The mounting space is limited and protected volumetric thin-walled shell made in the form of spheres, which is coupled with the cylinder of variable cross-section. Thin-walled shell internally the surface covers the external surface of the unclosed curvilinear protrusion of the thin-walled sleeve, the nut mounting bracket and the ring part to which it is attached and shaped cut comprises a thin-walled sleeve of the output cable of the barrel and mounting clamp mounting bracket.

In figure 1, 2, 3 shows three projections of the angular pipe electrocoagulated in the position in which the axis of the channel for the output cable of the barrel relative to the main axis of the pipe is 90°.

Figure 4, figure 5 shows two projections of the angular socket in the position in which the axis of the channel for the output cable of the barrel relative to the main axis of the pipe is 60°.

Figure 6 shows a variant of the mounting of the cable into electrocoagulation using the proposed corner of the socket, the axis of the channel for the output cable of the barrel which is located at an angle of 90° to the main axis of the pipe, which is a continuation of the axis of electrocoagulated.

Elbow of electrocoagulated consists of the stepped bushing 1, one of the steps which 2 facing one of the parts of electrocoagulated and has a response element of their mutual attachment, such as internal screw thread 4, and the second step 5 facing the mounting space, is made in the form of a cylinder 6 with an external screw thread 7. On the outside stairs 5-step sleeve 1 is mounted for rotation relative who entrusted its axis mounting bracket 8, fixed nut 9 with an internal screw thread 10, which interacts with an external screw thread 7 of the stepped bushing 1. The mounting bracket 8 is made in the form of a ring 11, provided with mounting lugs 12 that are directed towards the output cable of the barrel 13. On the mounting protrusion 12 of the mounting bracket 8 is installed and fixed thin-walled mounting bracket 14 of the fastening of the cable shaft 13, which is covered by a thin-walled sleeve 15 output cable of the barrel 13. Thin-walled sleeve 15 output cable of the barrel 13 to the mounting space has unclosed curvilinear projection 16 and the groove 17, covering the mounting lug 12 of the mounting bracket 8. From the output cable of the barrel thin-walled sleeve 15 has an annular ledge 18 for fastening the outer jacket of the cable or its fragment. The mounting space is limited and protected volumetric thin-walled shell 19, made in the form of a hemisphere 20, which is coupled with the cylinder 21 of variable cross-section. Thin-walled shell 19 with its inner surface covers the external surface of the unclosed curvilinear projection 16 of the thin-walled sleeve 15, the nut 9 of the mounting bracket 8 and the annular part 11, to which it is attached, for example by rolling, and shaped cutout 23 comprises a thin-walled sleeve 15 output cable of the barrel 13 and Monts is hydrated ledge 12 of the mounting bracket 8.

On the shank 24 of thin-walled mounting brackets 14 is a recess 25 to accommodate members of the provisional fastening of the cable shaft 13, for example a wire brace 35.
