The invention relates to a drying machine for clothes.

More specifically, the invention relates to a drying machine for clothes, comprising a housing, an opening for loading and unloading, closing this opening the door, the device for collecting condensate extracted from linen water, removable tank, the device liquid circulation connecting device for collecting condensate from the removable tank to move the condensed water from the device collecting the condensate in a removable tank, and overflow piping that connects the liquid removable tank with a device for collecting condensate.

In such drying machines, for example in EP 0789105, overflow pipeline usually forms part of the removable tank and is a groove formed on the outside of the removable tank to move excess water from the removable tank in the device for collecting condensate. Although this solution is cheap and simple, it has a significant drawback consisting in the fact that the condensed water flowing uncontrollably, is unleashed inside the drying machine and leaks out, if the removable tank is removed after the filing by flowing water pipeline from the removable tank in the unit condensate collection.

To eliminate this drawback, it was proposed to equip the body dryer overflow pipe, completely separate from the con the con the tank and connecting the outlet of the removable tank with a device for collecting condensate. However, this solution has a complex structure and, therefore, is impractical and expensive.

In known drying machines, for example in a drying machine according to EP 0789105 to install removable tank requires that the building was adapted for reception tank with the possibility of removal. This design is not only very complex and massive, but is also inconvenient and ergonomical.

The present invention is the creation of a drying machine of the type indicated above, which resolves the above-mentioned disadvantages.

According to the present invention, created clothes dryer is described in the accompanying claims.

Non-limiting variant of the invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Shown in figure 1 drying machine 1 for linen includes a housing 2 in the form of a parallelepiped, designed for positioning on the floor and containing a known drum for drying clothes (not shown), a hole 3 for loading and unloading and the door 4, pivotally mounted on the front wall of the housing 2 can be rotated between open and closed positions for closing holes 3 and the drying cylinder (not shown).

Drying machine 1 also contains the known device 5 of the heated air to circulate inside the drum (not shown) for drying clothes and a device for collecting condensate, containing situated at the bottom of the housing 2 tank 6 for collecting the condensed water extracted from linen flowing through it with hot air.

The dryer also includes a device liquid circulation, which in the shown embodiment, the invention includes a pump 7 for pumping the condensed water from the tank 6 and feed it through the pipeline 8 into the reservoir 9, which forms part of the drying machine 1 and contains a tank with the possibility of removal on the inner wall 10 of the door 4, facing the hole 3, and extending from the wall.

More specifically, as shown in figure 2 and 3 essentially has the shape of a truncated cone and is attached to its large base 11 to the wall 10. In the upper part is of reservoir 9 made the hole 12, which, when the door 4 is closed and the tank 9 is inside the drying drum (not shown), combined with the outlet 13 of the pipeline 8 supply, so the water pump out of the tank 6 by the pump 7 flows into the tank 9 under the action of gravity.

Hole 12 also acts as a discharge hole, through which poured the condensed water from the tank 9 when it is disconnected from the door 4.

The tank 9 is held in the frame 4 by two brackets 14, made in one piece with the wall 10. Each of the brackets 14 has the opportunity to engage with a corresponding recess 15 formed on the corresponding side of the tank 9. The tank 9 is blocked by the wall 10 are located on the tabs 16, which are able to engage with the corresponding grooves 18 formed in the wall 10, and reteplase manually by acting on the lever (not shown)built into the handle 17 to facilitate the holding tank 9 by the user.

In particular, as shown in Fig.7, the inside of the recess 15 is an elongated protrusion 15A, which runs perpendicular to the respective side of the tank 9. When the tank 9 is mounted on the frame 4, the protrusion 15A is in sliding contact with the corresponding guide 14a located on the inner surface of the respective brackets 14 and facing the guide 14a each the second bracket 14.

As shown by the dotted lines in figure 7, each plate 14a has a funnel-shaped upper inlet section and an enlarged lower portion. When the reservoir 9 is lowered in a substantially vertical direction to engage with the door 4 and is supported by brackets 14, the protrusions 15A interact with cross-play with the enlarged lower sections of the respective guide rails 14a, so that the tank 9 is held in the frame 4 by means of brackets 14, but has the ability to rotate a given angle of about 10-15° relative to the door 4 (2) around an essentially horizontal axis directed perpendicular to the mounting direction and parallel to the wall 10, to input latches 16 in the grooves 18. In other words, the protrusions 15A, when they engage on the respective lower parts of the guides 14a, to form with said bottom areas of the virtual loop, allowing the tank 9 to take spontaneously and automatically, when lowered, tilted back position. For this purpose the upper surface of each bracket 14 and the upper surface of each of the notches 15 are equally bent to the tank 9 can be freely rotated around the axis of the above-mentioned virtual loop without losing contact with the brackets 14 so that always supported them.

As shown in Fig.6, drying machine 1 also contains the overflow pipe 19 connecting through rvoir 9 to the tank 6 for supplying excess water from the reservoir 9 back into the tank 6.

In particular, as shown in figure 4 and 5, the overflow pipe 19 contains a section 26 which may be mounted on the door 4, but shown in the embodiment of the invention it is embedded in the door 4. Section 26 is an L-shaped pipe with an essentially rectangular cross-section and is located on the wall 10 between 10 and outer panel 20 of the door 4. As shown in figure 3, 4 and 5, the upper end of the overflow channel 26 has an outlet 21, coinciding with the opening in the wall 10 and communicated when the tank 9 is mounted on the frame 4, with the interior of the tank 9 through the valve 22, which is inserted into the hole in the wall 11 of the tank 9 is near the hole 12. The valve 22 can be moved between the open position when the tank 9 is mounted on the frame 4 (Fig 1), and a closed position when the tank 9 is removed from the door 4 (figure 3).

The insertion of the valve 22 into the hole 21 is carried out during installation of the tank 9 on the door 4 simultaneously with the occurrence of the latch 16 in the grooves 18, as described above.

The valve 22 prevents leakage of water from the wall 11 of the tank when the water level reaches the level of the valve 22 and the reservoir 9 is removed from the door 4 to empty.

At the opposite end of the segment 26, located near the bottom of the door 4, has a vent 23, coinciding with the hole made in the wall 0, and closed by the valve 24, which can move between a closed position (figure 2, 3, 5) when the door 4 and an open position (not shown)when the door 4 is closed. In the open position the valve 24 connects the outlet 23 of the section 26 and the overflow pipe 19 (6), forming a message to the tank 6.

The valve 24 automatically closes the outlet section 26, when the door 4 is open, to prevent leakage of water if the water level inside the tank 9 reaches the level of the valve 22, and an overflow pipe 19 is full.

On the wall facing the opening 3 and located on the opposite side from the wall 11, the reservoir 9 has a window 25 of transparent material so that the user can monitor the water level inside the tank 9 and time to empty it.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention the drying machine 1 contains a float (not shown)located inside the tank 6 and connected to a pump 7 to bring it into effect, when the water level inside the tank 6 exceeds a certain level. If the tank 9 is full, any water pumped by the pump 7 into the tank 9 flows back into the tank 6 by flowing pipeline 19. If instead the water level inside the tank 6 was decreased by a pump 7, the water level rises to a continuous flow extracted from linen water is improving the water level detected by the float, which stops the drying machine 1.

The operation of the drying machine 1 is obvious from the description, and further explanation is not required.

2. Drying machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the supporting means (14, 15) includes two grooves (15)formed on the respective strongback (9), and the two protruding from the inner wall (10) of the bracket (14), each of which has the ability detachable engagement with a corresponding recess (15).

3. Drying machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the recess (15) and bracket (14) is arranged to mesh with each other when moving the tank (9) relative to the door (4) in a substantially vertical direction installation.

4. Drying machine according to claim 2, characterized in that it further comprises connecting means (14a, 15a, 16, 18) for detachable connection of a tank (9) with a door (4).

5. Drying machine according to claim 3, characterized in that it further comprises connecting means (14a, 15a, 16, 18) for detachable connection of a tank (9) with a door (4).

6. Drying machine according to claim 5, characterized in that the connecting means (14a, 15a, 16, 18) include means (14a, 15A) of the suspension located in at least one of the grooves (15) and on the corresponding bracket (14), for the suspension of the tank (9) on the frame (4) can be rotated relative to the door (4) around the axis perpendicular to the direction of installation, in the installation position and out of it, and releasable locking means (16, 18) to lock the tank (9) with a door (4 in the installation position.

7. Drying machine according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the section (26) of the overflow connected with a removable tank (9) additional valve (22)which has a capability for which rite when removing the removable tank (9) from door (4).

8. Drying machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the section (26) overflow has an inlet end (21)and the second valve (22) is located on the removable tank (9) to communicate with the inlet end (21), when the removable tank (9) is installed on the door (4).

9. Drying machine according to any one of claims 1 to 6, 8, characterized in that the removable tank (9) is made from the upper filling opening (12)associated with the pipeline (8) of the feed device (7) fluid circulation when the door (4) is closed.

11. Drying machine according to any one of claims 1 to 6, 8, 10, characterized in that the removable tank (9) has a window (25) of a transparent material through which visible outside the filling level of the removable tank (9).

SUBSTANCE: household dryer (1) for linen comprises an outer box-shaped body (2), within which the rotating drum (3) is set for laundry subject to drying, a generator (7) of hot air for circulation of hot air flow inside the rotating drum (3). SUBSTANCE: household dryer (1) for linen comprises an outer box-body (2) mounted inside it with the ability of rotation about its longitudinal axis (L), drying drum (3) for laundry to be dried, a generator (7) of hot air to circulate the hot air stream inside the drying drum (3), a steam generator (20) to supply steam to the drying drum (3) and a drive (6) to rotate the drying drum (3) around its longitudinal axis (L). End wall (3a) of the drying drum (3) is made breathable for air supply to the drum (3), and the hot air generator (7) contains a pipe (8) of air recirculation, which exhaust end is connected to the end wall (3a) of the drying drum (3), and means (9) of ventilation to form along the pipeline (8) of air stream recirculation (ƒ) entering the drying drum (3) through its end wall (3a). The steam generator (20) delivers steam to the drying drum (3) through a nozzle (22) facing the end wall (3a) of the drying drum (3), and the drive (6) contains an electric motor (12), which rotates the drying drum (3) about its longitudinal axis (L) and actuates the device (9) of ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: dryer for linen comprises a chamber (4) for clothes to be dried, an air circuit (5) for circulation of the drying air through the chamber (4) and a dewatering unit (9) to reduce the moisture content in the wet stream of air coming out of the chamber (4). According to the invention the dewatering device (9) comprises a unit (10, 210) of ionisation, designed for electric charge of water dispersed in the air stream, and means (17, 18) of release of water.

SUBSTANCE: machine for drying laundry comprising a rotating drum (2) made with the ability to accommodate objects (3) of laundry to be dried, one or more means (4) of lifting laundry, located on the inner circumferential surface (5) of the drum (2), and an electrical circuit for determining the electrical resistivity and/or conductivity of laundry placed into the rotating drum (2), with each means (4) of lifting laundry comprises at least one first electrode (6) and at least one second electrode (7), electrically isolated from each other and made with the ability to contact with the laundry, and the first electrode (6) and the second electrode (7) are electrically connected, respectively, to the first conductive contact element (8) and the second conductive contact element (9) electrically isolated from each other and located on the outer circumferential surface (10) of the drum (2). The first conductive contact element (8) and the second conductive contact element (9) are in a constant galvanical connection during the drum (2) rotation respectively, the first sliding contact (11) and the second sliding contact (12) made with the ability to slide on the first conductive contact element (8) and the second conductive contact element (9), and both sliding contacts (11, 12) are electrically connected to the control unit (13) for measuring the electrical parameter depending on the residual moisture content in the dried laundry, which connects the first and second electrodes (6), (7). Each means (4) of lifting laundry comprises a first metal part that serves as the first electrode (6), and a second metal part that serves as the second electrode (7). These parts are located on the inner circumferential surface (5) of the drum (2) and are electrically insulated from each other by an insulating spacing element (18), and each means (4) of lifting laundry comprises two metal halves separated from each other by an insulating spacing element (18).

EFFECT: machine for drying laundry enables to define the electrical conductivity or electrical resistivity of laundry processed inside the rotating drum, even when the inner surface of the drum being in contact with the laundry, is made of electrically non-conductive material.

SUBSTANCE: laundry is dried in the drum (2) under the influence of air flow evaporating the water contained in the laundry, and the drying cycle includes at least one stage of the closed loop during which the air flow with constant air mass (1, 10) passes several times through the drum (2), and at least one stage of the open loop during which the air flow has the air mass intake from the ambient environment and then discharged into the ambient environment after a single flow through the drum (2), and air is heated in during the stage of the closed loop.
