Said bent-off elements of anti-noise metal plate are made as boards to be locked in said perforations towards friction elements ledges without locking to said carcass.

EFFECT: higher noise absorption, simplified attachment and manufacture.

The invention relates to the field of engineering, namely for friction products containing a reinforcing metal frame, such as pads of disc brakes of cars, friction products for various machines and equipment, etc.

Analogous to the claimed invention is a friction article containing a metal frame and reformovanii to him polymer composite friction element, the surface of the metal frame, opposite the surface to which preferowan polymer composite friction element ("back" side of the frame)coated with anti-noise primer (mastic), which is fixed on the surface of the metal frame and forms a so-called "external damper" (see Marcon. The disadvantage of analog is the difficulty of reliably fixing antinoise plate on the surface of the metal frame, which requires the presence on the surface of a skeleton of special fasteners and/or adhesive layers, as well as special operations for fixing (e.g., expanding, gluing and so on).

The prototype of the claimed invention is a friction article containing a metal frame with holes and reformovanii to him frictional element with tabs inside the holes of the frame, while on the surface of the metal frame, opposite the surface to which preferowan polymer composite friction element placed antinoise metal plate, which holes in the metal frame fixed bent element is and how to metal frame and the friction element (to shoulders), while on the surface of the metal plate facing to the surface of the metal frame, fixed damping polymer layer (see MST molded shim technology, www.nucap.com). The disadvantage of the prototype is the difficulty of producing anti-noise plate for fixing on the surface of the polymer layer of damping material, the complexity of fixing with polymer layer metal plate and the metal frame in the holes (the tabs "snap"), and to the lugs of the friction element, and insufficient sound absorption ability of a product due to the lack of fixation of the damping layer directly on the surface of the metal frame of the product.

The task, which is aimed by the invention, is to increase soundproofing capability of the product due to the optimum placement of sound-absorbing layer, simplifying the fixing antinoise plate and reducing complexity, the spine of the manufacture of anti-noise plate.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the automotive field and may be used in disc type brake of cargo transport vehicles. Disc type brake comprises a brake disc with pivot centre, hold-down device and pressure foot, completed in a form of plate spring. Hold-down device is equipped with a wedge, which in installed position goes through an open end hole in the pressure foot. In installed position the edge outstands an open end hole in the axial direction of a brake disc. Outstanding part of a brake disc limits the reverse movement of one or both spring clutches. The invention allows enhancement of the brake technical characteristics due to improvements, resulting in secure passage of a wedge through an open end hole even in extreme conditions with preservation of possible displacement of the hold-down device in tangential direction of the brake disc and preservation of the device manoeuvrability in the axial direction of a brake disc.

Input of brake shoe space is hydraulically connected with pump of brake mechanism cooling device, and output, with reservoir with liquid.
