Introduction

The invention relates to the chemical industry, in particular to compositions based on liquid silicon rubber for coating textile material.

The level of technology

Known curable compositions based on liquid low molecular weight siloxane rubbers SCTN different brands containing structuring agents (tetraethoxysilane, ethyl silicate-40, ethyl silicate-32), as well as catalysts, as a rule, ORGANOTIN compounds and esters orthotitanate acid (Ontogov, Mgorshkov, Mpegable "Silicone rubbers and materials on their basis", Chemistry". 1975, RF patent №2203993 IPC7D06 15/643, 15/248, SC 21/14 (2003), RF patent №2265683 IPC7D06 15/693, SC 21/06 (2005)).

These compositions are widely used in electrical and radio engineering, aeronautical engineering, in the automotive industry, in medicine, in the production of rolled textile materials with a siloxane coating and other industries.

The disadvantage of all compositions based on liquid siloxane rubbers SCTN is the low physical and mechanical strength of the resulting siloxane coatings, in particular, their low resistance to abrasion, and low duration stability of compositions containing ORGANOTIN catalysts, at room temperature 5-15 minutes

Most b is izkuyu technical solution is described in the patent of Russia №2458090, publ. 10.08.2012, the composition based on liquid silicon rubber for coating a roll of textile material, which contains 100 mass liquid low molecular weight siloxane rubber SCTN grades a, B, C, G, mass:

as a structuring agent tetraethoxysilane or
ethyl silicate-4010-20
as a catalyst tin douglaston dowolne2-4
calcium oxide2-4
berelatively oligomer10-20

This composition has a high duration of the steady state and the bond strength of the coating with synthetic cloth. The materials obtained with a coating of this composition have a low rigidity.

However, such an important indicator of the durability and performance of the material properties as abrasion resistance of the coatings obtained using this composition, low (150 g×kW-1×h-1). These materials also have low vodovoroty.

The invention

Inventive task is ostoyae in search of compositions based on liquid silicon rubber for coating textile material, containing liquid low molecular weight siloxane rubber, as structuring agent ethyl silicate-40, and as a catalyst for metalloporphyrin, which would increase the resistance to abrasion of the coating and its vodovoroty.

The problem is solved by a composition based on liquid silicon rubber for coating textile material containing liquid low molecular weight siloxane rubber, as structuring agent ethyl silicate-40, which as catalyst contains octaphenylcyclotetrasiloxane(II) or oktafeniltetrapirazinoporfirazina(II) in the following ratio of components, mass:

liquid low-molecular siloxane rubber SCTN100
ethyl silicate-4010-20
octaphenylcyclotetrasiloxane(II)
or oktafeniltetrapirazinoporfirazina(II)0,5-1

The technical result of the invention is the increase in 12-24 times the abrasion resistance of vulcanized siloxane coatings and vodovoroty 2-2 .5 times. Thus, significantly increase the Xia physico-mechanical and performance properties of the material.

Information regarding the playback of the invention.

To the invention, the following material is used. As low molecular weight liquid siloxane rubbers can be used any low molecular weight liquid silicon rubber SCTN grades a, B, C, G (GOST 13875-73). As a structuring agent used ethyl silicate-40 (GOST 26371-74 ISM. 2). As catalysts used octaphenylcyclotetrasiloxane(II) or oktafeniltetrapirazinoporfirazina(II). Octaphenylcyclotetrasiloxane(II) and oktafeniltetrapirazinoporfirazina(II) was obtained by boiling octaphenyltetraazaporphine and oktafeniltetrapirazinoporfirazina with cobalt acetate in pyridine. As a fabric base was used nylon fabric art. 56007.

The composition was prepared by mixing in the desired quantities of low molecular weight rubber SCTN, ethyl silicate-40 and catalyst to the formation of homogeneous mass. The duration of the steady state of the claimed composition and the composition of the prototype was equally determined visually by the loss of fluidity of the composition. The duration of the steady state of the claimed composition 24 hours. This song duration steady state is not inferior to the prototype that allows to use it is continuous process.

Vulcanization materials with coatings of the claimed composition and the composition of the prototype was performed identically at a temperature of 160-165°C for two minutes.

Physico-mechanical and operational characteristics of the coatings obtained from the claimed composition and the composition of the prototype was determined in the same way.

Abrasion of the coatings were determined according to GOST 8975-75, vodovoroty was determined on the penetrometer according to GOST 3816-81, MEAs. 2, 3, the bonding strength of vulcanized coating with basis was determined according to GOST 17317-71, the rigidity of the materials according to GOST 8977-74.

Formulations of the compositions for various quantitative content of the ingredients and properties of the obtained materials is given in the table. From the table it is seen that the materials obtained with the use of the claimed composition, have a greater resistance to abrasion (12-24 times)than the material of the prototype. Vodovoroty material obtained using the claimed composition is also higher (2-2 .5 times)than the material of the prototype.
