SUBSTANCE: proposed wheel comprises tire with rim, hub with side disc and axle, drive ring with thrusts mounted thereon, fasteners to attach said drive ring to said hub and anti-recoil brake interacting with said thrusts. It differs from known designs in that radial guides are arranged at drive ring and fitted with through holes arranged in circles to receive sliders with stops and through bores to displace radially and to be secured in said guides by bolts.

The invention relates to agriculture and can be used in sprinkling machines.

Known rigid wheel sprinkling machines, comprising a hub with spokes, rim and stops to interact with the plunger and wheel brakes, while the stops are located in the plane of the interaction of the wheel rim with soil (see Krakovets V.M. and other operators manual "Frigate" and "the Team". M., 1976, p.20).

The shortcoming of hard wheels sprinkling machines is their inability to apply on soils with low bearing capacity (drained peat bogs, salt marshes, Preobrazhenie plots), where the wheels sink into the soil so that it leads to slipping and, ultimately, to stop the machine.

It is also known wheel propulsion multisupport sprinkling machines, including the tire from the rim, the hub with the side discs and the axis drive ring lugs, the fastening elements for connecting the drive ring to the hub, the plunger and the wheel brake, interacting with supports (see RF patent for the invention №2430510. "Wheel propulsion multisupport sprinkling machines) CL A01G 25/09, BI No. 28, 2011).

When the deformation of the pneumatic tire of the wheel in the process multisupport sprinkling machines is regulated by the axial position of the drive ring relative to the tire rim.

Under taccom known wheel propulsion multisupport sprinkling machines is the inability to control the position and the rest in the radial direction of the drive ring when changing work environment sprinkler due to the installation of various sizes of pneumatic wheels.

The goal is to create technical solutions to enable the operation of the sprinkler when working on soils with low bearing capacity for various sizes of wheels.

The technical result is to regulate the position and the rest in the radial direction of the drive ring when changing work environment sprinkler through the installation of various sizes of pneumatic wheels.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the wheel propulsion multisupport sprinkling machines, including tire with rim, hub side disk and an axis, a driving ring mounted with its lugs, the fastening elements for connecting the drive ring to the hub, the plunger and the wheel brake, interacting with stops, and the drive ring mounted radial guides are made with through-holes arranged in circles that have the slides with stops and apertures with the possibility of radial movement and mounting bracket bolted connections.

Comparative analysis of the prototype shows that the wheel propulsion multisupport sprinkling machines meets the criterion of "novelty"because there is i.i.d. differences:

1. On the drive ring mounted radial guides are made with through-holes arranged in circles.

2. On the radial guides installed the slides with stops and apertures with the possibility of radial movement and mounting bracket bolted connections.

To prevent immersion of the wheel propulsion sprinkler multisupport machine in the soil, on soils with low bearing capacity, sprinkling machine is equipped with pneumosinus. When different modes of operation and operating conditions it is impractical to use the same type of tires. Therefore, the question of replacement of the same size wheel propulsion sprinkler multisupport machine to another. For this purpose, the driving ring are floaters stops, allowing to change the radius of the drive ring depending on the bus type.

With the aim of moving sliders, drive ring were installed radial guides are made with through-holes arranged in circles. Data pass-through holes allow you to quickly and accurately set the slides with stops and lock them depending on the type of tyre.

The signs of the technical solutions of the inventive wheel propulsion multisupport sprinkling machines allow to make a conclusion on compliance with the terms of the decisions about the criterion of "Substantial differences".

Wheel propulsion multisupport sprinkling machines comprised of a tire 1 with the rim 2, the hub 3 with the axis 4, the drive ring 5 with the lugs 6, the fastening elements 7 for connection of the drive ring 5 with the hub 3, the pusher 8 and the wheel brakes 9, cooperating with the lugs 6. On the drive ring 5 is installed radial guides 10, made with through-holes 11 arranged in a circle, have the slide 12 with the lugs 6 and the through holes 13. The slide 12 with the lugs 6 are installed with the possibility of radial displacement and the mounting bracket 10 by bolts 14.

Wheel propulsion multisupport sprinkling machines operates as follows.

Through the impact of the plunger 8, the lugs 6 of the drive ring 5 is the movement of the wheel. When replacing bus type arises the necessity of adjusting the position of the stops 6 in the radial direction. For this purpose, the drive ring 5 disconnect the bolts 14 of the slider 12 with the lugs 6 and the guides 10 of the drive ring 5. Move the sliders 12 with the lugs 6 on the radial guides 10. Fix bolts 14 through the openings 13 of the slide 12 and the through holes 11 on the guides 10 of the drive ring 5. Running in radial guides 10 through holes 11 located around the circumference, provides the location of the slider 12 with the lugs 6 on the circumference of the drive ring 5.

The use of the invention allows the adjustment of the stops in the radial direction of the drive ring when changing work environment sprinkler through the installation of various sizes of pneumatic tires and to ensure effective operation of irrigation machines in all sizes pneumatic wheels.

One of said links is locked by lug at trailer hitch bolt assembly to pass through guide pulleys fitted at brackets located at rear wheel axle and trailer frame. It comprises correcting lanyard fitted at retainer of upper arm of vertical articulated lever adjusted by air-operated regulator secured at trailer front wheel axle centre site. Another cable link is secured by lug at trailer hitch crossbar centre nearby pivot pins to pass through guide pulley with torsion bearing welded in trailer hitch crossbar. It is locked at retainer of lower arm of aforesaid articulated vertical lever adjusted by air-operated regulator to transfer the trailer load to the hitch and tractor drive wheels.

Hydraulic cylinder chambers are communicated with hydraulic control valve. Limiter washers are fitted on hydraulic control valve rods. Hydraulic control valve is communicated with hydraulic system via pressure and drain lines. One chamber of hydraulic control valve is communicated with one chamber of hydraulic cylinder via one oil duct. Another chamber of hydraulic control valve is connected with another chamber of hydraulic cylinder via lines, one being equipped with check valve and another one provided with adjustable orifice. Cylindrical thrust mechanism is mounted at tractor frame by means of welded corner plates. Said mechanism consists of hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic control valve, hydraulic pump, pump cut in lever, elastic fluid feed hoses. Hydraulic cylinder rod thrusts against the end of dual semi-elliptical sheet spring. Spring central part is articulated with bracket hinge at tractor frame center. Proposed device comprises extra forced-locked drive axle 1, transfer gear case, overrunning coupling and pressure cylinder, hydraulic control valve, hydraulic pump, hydraulic pump cut-in lever, and hydraulic fluid feed elastic hoses. Power element is mounted under vehicle frame and made up of two pushers, each including box-like case with its one end secured on the frame, pushing hydraulic cylinder, slide and pressure hydraulic cylinder. In compliance with first version, slide and pushing hydraulic cylinder are arranged in housing while pressure hydraulic cylinder is mounted on housing that may incline under action of pressure hydraulic cylinder. In compliance with second version, slide is arranged on housing that may revolve around axle it is fitted on. Said axle is attached to vehicle frame. Note here that pressure hydraulic cylinder is arranged inside aforesaid housing and has its one end attached to support fixed on said axle. Auxiliary device to increase non-four-and-four wheeled tractor cross-country capacity represents auxiliary positively locked drive axle mounted with the help of welded thrusts and spring-loaded vertical power hydraulic cylinders arranged between front and rear axles of the tractor, perpendicular to vector of tractor motion, and engaged via p.t.o-box with gearbox. It allows redistribute tractor front weight to additional drive axle via pressure cylinder mechanism depending upon operating conditions. On the drive ring 7 the stops 8 are mounted. The brake 16 interacts with the stops 8. The drive ring 7 has joint plates 15 with holes 14, mounted in the center plane and fixed on the inner surface of the drive ring 7. The drive ring 7 is mounted with the ability to change the axial position and fixation by the fasteners 2 on the pins 6 with screw 3, located parallel to the axis and rigidly attached to the lateral disc 5. The lateral disc diameter is made larger than the diameter of the hub 10. The pins 6 pass through the holes 14 in the joint plates 15 of the drive ring. In the pins 6 there is a set of radial holes 4 located in planes parallel to the center plane of the wheel. In the holes 4 of the pins 6 the removable thrust pins 1 are mounted.

EFFECT: constructive implementation enables to improve the control accuracy of the axial position of the drive ring relative to the tire of the rim.

The method consists in mounting meridional reinforcing belts on toroidal balloon made of gas-proof elastic material; connecting the belts with wheel hub by flexible spokes and filling balloon with gas to permissible pressure. Flexible spokes made as one-fourth of endless threads are fixed on wheel hub by kinking threads in halves and on balloon's reinforcing belts - by ends in V-shaped set.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises, at least, two drive oval wheels. Every oval wheel is formed by two unequal arcs. One larger arc is somewhat larger than wheel semicircle and connected with larger-radius arc with its center misaligned with rotational axis. Both oval wheels are arranged vertically and in parallel but with larger and smaller turned in symmetry in opposite sides to make integral surface of rotation equal to radius of larger arcs aligned partially (in parallel) with two points of circle. To eliminate unbalance caused by rotation, every wheel is furnished with counterweight while shape of every disc complies with that of wheel oval.
