The station has a frame on a wheel base, a container with an equipment rack with a shock-absorbing system, an electrical power supply system with an electrical generator, a satellite communication antenna with drives and position fixing devices, systems of cable power and information inputs, an air conditioning system and a system for directed air cooling of the equipment. At that the device comprises supporting stands of telescopic structure, at the ends of which the pivoting levers are placed. At that the levers of each platform are interconnected with jumpers of variable length. At that the jumpers of the levers located on the automobile platform are connected to the jumpers of the levers. At that by the device for receiving people is made of a flexible membrane consisting of at least three shock absorbing grids located one above another and having different elasticity.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to emergency evacuation devices used mainly for people's escapement dumping from buildings and equipped with a mechanic action braking mechanism. The saving device contains two similarly positioned slidewires with a swivelling hook, the fixation unit represented by a buckled belt and a braking mechanism. Slidewire allowances are accommodated inside the belt. The braking mechanism is positioned on the wires between the fixation unit and the swivelling hook. The braking mechanism is designed in the form of a separate body containing guiding channels and wedge-shaped braking elements and ensuring independent braking of the both slidewires. The slidewires are passed through flexible tubes between the braking mechanism and the slidewires outlet from the belt buckle.

EFFECT: invention enables enhancement of the saving device reliability.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fastening devices for fixation on a roof or a wall of a building with the possibility to fix a person working at height. The fastening device for fixation on the object comprises a shape-holding main part (20) with a fastening element (10) and a flexible plate (30). The plate (30) moves away from the main part with a free distal part (32). The flexible plate (30) is designed and made to be attached to the object surface. The main part comprises an integral shape-holding body (20) with a solid base. The proximal part (31) of the flexible part (30) is mounted tightly into the body base, and the distal part (32) of the flexible plate moves away from the main part. The proposed fastening device is used in a fall protection system, which additionally comprises an individual fall protection facility, the individual protection facility is designed and made as capable of connection to the fastening element (10).

EFFECT: structural arrangement of a fastening device provides for its easier manufacturing and reduces total weight.

The pocket rescue rope lifting-descending equipment comprises a pulley (3) with the rope (4), the axis (2), a housing (1), a belt (10), a lever (12), a handle (15) and a crank (17). The rope (4) with a hook (18) is wound on the pulley (3) which is fastened on the axis (2). The axis (2) is displaced outside the contour of the pulley (3) groove and is attached to the end of the L-shaped housing (1). The other end of the L-shaped housing (1) is fixed to the belt (10). The pulley (3) is connected to the lever (12) on which end an axis (14) is fixed with a handle (15) rotating on it. The L-shaped housing (1) is attached to the crank (17). The pulley (3) is fixed to the shaft (7) parallel to the axis of rotation of the pulley (3) on which the shackle (8) is thrown on. The shackle (8) is connected by the rope (9) with a annular belt (10) for a leg. The shaft (7) on the hinge (13) with an axis perpendicular to the shaft (7) with the axis (14) and the handle (15) at the end the lever (12) is attached. The end of the L-shaped housing (1) via the rope (21) the second annular belt (22) is attached for the second leg.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices of emergency evacuation preferably for lowering people off buildings with a braking mechanism of mechanical actions. The salvage device comprises a safety rope with a clasp, a fixation unit, a safety rope reserve, a braking mechanism and a clasp. The fixation unit is made in the form of a belt with a buckle, where the safety rope reserves are placed. The rope is bound into a sleeve. The braking mechanisms with guide and brake rollers is installed on the rope between the unit of fixation and the clasp. The salvage device comprises the second safety rope, which is also connected into a sleeve and arranged similarly to the first one. The braking mechanism is made in the form of a separate body and comprises two compartments for provision of independent braking of both safety ropes. Between the braking mechanisms and the output of safety ropes through belt buckles, the latter are pulled via flexible tubes.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase reliability of a salvage device.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to salvage appliances used during fires or accidents of buildings with number of storeys until the fifth storey inclusive. The individual salvage device comprises a braking mechanism with a drive of upper ring rotation relative to a lower ring. The solid and strong pipe is distant from the building wall and elevates above the foundation to the level of upper storey windows. The braking mechanism is made in the form of two C-shaped rings with a gap in each of rings comparable with the pipe diameter. Rings are connected with elasto-yielding rods in a hinged manner from inside and a dense canvas outside along the entire generatrix of rings.

EFFECT: proposed device is more efficient when lowered, since fully eliminates possibility of flexible power element jamming in a braking device.

FIELD: rescue equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of evacuation of victims from remote locations. The method of evacuation consists of the use of sanitary facilities in particular canvas belt with canvas lining and metal half-rings. The safety position sensors and shock-absorbing devices are located on the elements of the equipment of the job sites. A canvas belt in the form of a case is located on the operator's seat. The case is equipped with straps for attaching it to the seat, safety belts of the operator, rigid inserts to protect the vital organs from pinching, the elements of heating, coupling with external lifting means and transportation, immobilising shield. The elements of heating are made with the ability of their connection to the vehicle-borne power network of the machine. The case is unfastened from the seat; its upper part is connected through the half-rings and coupling elements to the external lifting means and it is preliminary tensioned using them, the victim's head is fixed relative to the upper part of the case. The victim's hands are placed along its body and tied up together with the body by the side panels of the case, straps for attaching and safety belts. The victim is moved by the lifting means to the exit (hatch of the machine), its body and the immobilising shield is straightened, for which the angle between its parts is increased from (80-90)° to (170-180)°. After that they are fixed against each other, the victim is removed by means of the lifting means.

EFFECT: method using a case and the immobilising shield enables to reduce 1,5-2-fold the time for evacuation of the victim from the tank.

FIELD: rescue equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to individual means of emergency rescue of people from high-rise structures. The self-escape device of a person from high-rise structures comprises a housing, a cable and attachment means. The housing is made in the form of a cup with holes and the sealed bottom, inside which the cable is laid. The cable is passed through the holes to slow down the speed of descent. The cable is made of high-strength fabric material yarn which is impregnated with a viscous, heat and cold resistant, neutral, lubricating and cooling fluid. The cable is laid in horizontal layers on the scheme which prevents tangling of the cable. All the laying is fixed with the diaphragm with a central hole for passing the cable. In the upper part of the housing a unit of speed retarder of descent is located. In the unit two holes-retarders are made: the hole for extraction of fluid and the hole to create a vacuum in the housing cavity. There are two additional retarders, one of which is made in the form of a stationary drum with a cable, and the other - in the form of a drum mounted horizontally with the ability of rotation with a fairleader for a single-layer helical laying of the cable on the drum. At the end of the drum the teeth are made to interact with the anchor teeth. The anchor is equipped with the pendulum and is made in the form of a symmetrical "П"-shaped plate which is mounted with the ability to interact with the surfaces of the unit of retarders. The outer end of the cable with the means of its attachment to a structure is equipped with a damper.

EFFECT: increased reliability and durability of the claimed device.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to devices and methods of salvation, in particular to devices of rescue people from high-altitude buildings, such as the upper floors of multi-storied buildings. The method of descent from high-altitude building lies in the fact that on the descent object a rescue device is fixed and the object is placed on the edge of the high-altitude building. The position of the rescued object is fixed relative to the high-altitude building. The container is opened and the elements of the device are spread. When filling with the rescue device with gas the rescued object is catapulted. During the descent the speed is quenched with the buffer element. This method is implemented with a rescue device from the high-altitude building. The device comprises several elastic for bending spokes, an aerodynamic braking element, a buffer element and an attachment means of the rescued object. Elastic for bending spokes are interconnected at one end to form a pyramid-shaped figure in which the spokes are located on the ribs. The aerodynamic braking element is fixed to the spokes. The jumpers are located between the adjacent elastic for bending spokes, and they are located at some distance from the ends of the elastic for bending spokes. The buffer element is mounted at the place of junction of elastic for bending spokes. The attachment means of the rescued object is fixed at the place of junction of elastic for bending spokes on the other side relative to the buffer element. And each of the elastic for bending spokes is made curved sideward from the central axis of the device.

EFFECT: invention provides a favorable landing due to forming of departure trajectory of the device.

SUBSTANCE: mobile system for evacuation of people from high-rise buildings contains automobile with platform, on which winch is installed. Winch drum is equipped with two symmetrically located ropes with fixation of one pair of ends of ropes on winch drum, and another pair of ends of ropes - on vertical beam with fixed on it cantilever truss. Upper part of truss is oriented perpendicularly to beam plane and is made in form of site with enclosure. On the opposite side in upper part of beam on bracket installed are coupled deflecting blocks with possibility of their rounding with two other steel wire ropes, to one side ends of which suspended is a cabin for placement of people, and the other side ends of steel wire ropes are fixed on winch drum, fixed on automobile platform. Deflecting blocks are provided with casings. Above deflecting blocks on vertical beam fixed is plate with installed on it drive with double blades with possibility of their rotation in horizontal plane in opposite directions. Truss is provided with retractable or turning in vertical plane platform with possibility of its rest against the building and turning in vertical plane gripping device. On the board from truss side under blades screen of curved shape is fixed. Drive of blades is performed from electric engine, power-supplied from generator with accumulator.

EFFECT: technical result of invention makes it possible to considerably reduce time for people evacuation operation.

SUBSTANCE: invention provides an imaging system for obtaining an image in the visible and infrared ranges. The method involves continuously illuminating an area under observation with blue/green light, as well as with red light and near-infrared (NIR) light; during illumination, the red light and/or NIR light are switched on and off periodically; directing blue and green reflected light and combined red reflected light and luminescent radiation to image signal generators; the signal generators are capable of separately measuring blue reflected light, green reflected light and combined red reflected light and luminescent NIR radiation; periodically switching on and off the red light and/or NIR light synchronously to obtain a red colour image and a NIR image; separately determining the spectral component of the red reflected light and the spectral component of the luminescent NIR radiation based on the image signals of the combined red reflected light and luminescent NIR radiation; outputting on a screen a full-colour image of the area under observation from the blue and green reflected light and the separately determined red light spectral component, and displaying a NIR image from the luminescent NIR radiation spectral component. The system includes a light source, a video camera with signal generators, a controller and a display.

EFFECT: use of the invention improves resolution of the obtained image in the visible and infrared ranges and reduces the number of artefacts caused by movement.
