General information about the invention of

1. The scope of the invention

The present invention relates to lighting devices that have a built-in grip.

2. Background of invention

Among users of lighting devices there is a need in the "device type " hands-free" so that the user can have both hands free to perform the desired action, while the lighting device illuminates the workplace. Currently known lighting devices of this type require additional bulky mechanisms, which must be attached to the lighting device, and occupy lots of space. In addition, other known lighting that can illuminate the space and leave the user's hands free to work, are not portable and cannot easily be controlled or manipulated by the user. While there is no lighting devices that can provide both of these features simultaneously.

Accordingly, there is a need in the lighting device, which can free the user's hands free to work, while providing the possibility of its transfer.

Brief description of the invention

The present invention overcomes these and other disadvantages of the lighting instrument the prior art, providing new lighting device such as a flashlight, which includes the capture, which can be attached to the object in the handle device. This allows you to use the lantern, leaving your hands free, or when carrying.

Thus, in one example embodiment of the present invention provides a lighting device. The lighting device includes the light emitting part, a basic element in which the light emitting part is connected with the supporting member, and a grip connected to one end of the supporting member and the other end of the support element.

The present invention also provides a lighting device which includes a head having a light emitting portion, the fastening functionally associated with the head, and a handle functionally connected with the bracket, and the handle has a first console and the second console in which the second console pivotally connected to the first console.

The present invention further provides a lighting device that has a head that includes a light emitting part, and the handle is rotationally connected with the head. The handle includes a built-in grip.

Detailed description of the invention

In figures 1-8, presents the flashlight 10 of the present invention. The lamp 10 has a head 20 and the handle 70. The handle 70 further comprises a main handle 72 and the clamping handle 74, which are set in relation to each other so that they converge in the closed position, as shown in figure 3. The main handle 72 and clamping the handle 74 can be grasped by the hand of the user and compressed together so that the grip 76, defined by the end of the main console 72 and the end of the grip 74, opens and can be attached to a stationary object. When the gripper 76 is in its closed position, the main handle 72 and clamping the handle 74 can easily be held by a user when carrying the lantern 10.

Thus, the present invention provides a lamp 10, which the user can use, leaving hands free to work, attaching the lantern is a stationary object, and which can be transported by the user. The gripper 76 is embedded in the handle 70 so that the lever 70 may be formed for engagement by a user to carry and can also be used to attach the lamp 10 to a constant object. This is a significant improvement compared with the prior art, which uses sophisticated methods of securing the lamp to a constant object, and these devices are not portable. The flashlight 10 of the present invention may be configured as a traditional lantern, when the gripper 76 is closed and the main handle 72 and clamping the handle 74 is formed, generally cylindrical body of the handle 70.

The present invention also provides a unique battery housing 78 and the battery cover 80, which in one example embodiment can be integrated into the main handle 72. It also represents an advantage over the lighting devices of the prior art, which often require long tubes or cylinders to contain elements of the battery.

From the point of view of the user for ease of description of the lamp 10 will be used, the words "front", "back", "upper" and "lower part", pointing to the head 20 in the object with the main handle 72 in the upper part of the gripping console 74. These terms of direction are used only for what is s to describe the lantern 10, and are not intended to limit the further discussion of the features of the invention.

Refer now to figure 8 with component-wise image of the lamp 10 and the handle 70. As mentioned above, the main handle 72 and clamping the handle 74 is shifted to the closed position. As shown in the drawing, spring, actuator or other device 82 may be placed between the main arm 72 and the retainer arm 74 to create mechanical tension between the main arm 72 and the retainer arm 74 to create compression. The main handle 72, clamping the handle 74 and the device 82 may be connected to each other by a Central shaft (not shown), which passes through corresponding holes in the main arm 72, the pressure of the handle 74, the device 82, the two positioning sleeves 84 and two cover 83. Installation of the sleeve 84 and the cover 83 are used to provide stability of the device 82.

In the example embodiment shown in the drawing, the device 82 is a torsion spring. The present invention, however, considers any device 82, which may create stress between the main arm 72 and the clamp arm 74, such as a torsion spring, an additional spring, compression spring, built-in plastic springs, coil springs and flat springs. These devices can be located around the axis in the stop clamp arm 74 or in another location.

Thus, the user can grasp the handle 70 and to press the front end of the retainer arm 74 to the main handle 72 that opens the gripper 76. Grip 76 may then be attached to the object, to free his hands from holding of the lamp 10. Alternatively, the user may grasp or hold the handle 70 and use the lantern 10 for carrying. This dual possibility of the handle 70 provides convenience not found in the prior art. The existing lighting fixtures, have grips attached to objects that are not designed to carry. There are lighting fixtures that are portable, however, they do not attach to the object.

The upper end of the main arm 72 and/or the battery cover 80 may have a burst of 73 on it to provide a more easy grip handle 70. Clamping the handle 74 may also have a surge 75, located on the bottom surface, and the ends of the main arm 72 and clamping the handle 74, which forms a grip 76, everyone can have a protrusion 77, to prevent damage to the gripping surface 76 with which it is connected. All the tides 73, 75, and 77 may be made of a material such as thermoplastic rubber or other elastomers.

The main handle 72 also has a battery housing 78 and the cover of the battery 80 is connected to the handle. Battery cover 80 can in order to connect to the battery 78 through the opening in the upper main surface of the handle 74. In the form shown in the drawing example embodiment of the battery cover 80 may have a latch 81, which can enter into the hole 79 in the casing 79 to seal the two components and to define a space in which to store the battery 71. As shown in figure 3, when the battery housing 78 and battery cover 78 is attached to the main handle 72, the thin profile of the main arm 72 is not exposed to adverse effects. This feature space of the flashlight 10 allows the space between the main arm 72 and the retainer arm 74 to remain mostly hollow, which facilitates connection of the lamp 10 to the object as described above. This is an improvement over prior art lamps, which often require large battery compartments, which occupy a significant space in the handle.

In the form shown in the drawing, the example embodiment of the battery housing 78 is used for placing a battery of three elements of type A (AAA) 71. However, the present invention provides several batteries 71, or only the battery 71, which can be used in the lamp 10. Batteries of smaller size can be placed in any location in the lamp 10, and is not limited to the main lead is thew 72. For example, the battery 71 may also be located in a compartment located in the clamping of the handle 74, or within the head 20. Battery 71 can also be located in the core of the handle 72, the front end 88 is closer to the head 20.

As shown in figures 5 and 6, in one example embodiment of clamping the handle 74 may also have a latch 85 is located on its lower surface. The head 20 has a body 22 and a conical end 24. The housing 22 has a generally cylindrical shape and a conical end 24 tapers in the direction of the handle 70. The housing 22 also has an associated beveled part. The assembled cylinder 20 has a lens 28, the cover 29, the housing 30 of the lens and the light source 32. Although the present invention has been described based on one or more examples of embodiments, the experts in this field it is clear that there can be made a variety of changes, and its elements can be replaced by equivalent elements, without leaving the scope of the present invention. 2. The lighting device according to claim 1, wherein said first lever and said second lever are installed offset to each other so that the specified capture was tilted toward the closed position.

3. The lighting device according to claim 1, wherein said first lever and said second lever are pressed to each other by a spring.

4. The lighting device according to claim 1, wherein said first lever has a battery compartment.

5. The lighting device according to claim 1, in which the specified light-emitting part of the hinge attached to the specified reference element and the supporting element is rotationally connected with the specified capture.

these first and second levers mounted offset to each other so that the gripper is tilted toward the closed position.

9. The lighting device of claim 8, wherein said first lever has a battery compartment.

10. Lighting device, comprising:
head, including the light emitting part and
