The invention relates to means and serves to salvation (evacuation of people from high-rise buildings in emergency situations (fire, emergency, earthquake).

Rescue operations in high-rise buildings are the following known methods:

a) using helicopters;

b) using the rescue and fire fighting vehicles;

b) using private funds;

Closest to the claimed object is the technical solution according to the patent RU No. 2414261 class. AV 21/00 "Mobile system for evacuation of people from high-rise buildings including car platform, which is equipped with the following equipment:

a) device with adaptations for the reception of the building and down the people;

b) a lifting mechanism aerodynamic type;

in) winch;

d) vertical beam, the top of which through blocks suspended on wire ropes cabin;

d) support frame to maintain the cantilever truss in the original position.

This solution has several disadvantages. The design is unstable, especially in windy weather or when the snowfall, as a device for receiving and descent of the people associated with car platform with flexible elements (cables) and kept at a certain height due to the aerodynamics, which creates a blade mechanism, and forces of aerodynamics must reg in order to vary depending on the conditions.

Console farm mobile set has the departure of a constant length, it requires the vehicle to the building for a specified distance, which is not always technically possible to perform (near the building, usually located flowerbeds, lawns, trees, ramps, fences etc).

The design is complicated to manufacture and use (manufacture blades with certain aerodynamic characteristics is possible in special plants).

Evacuation of people with this complex can be produced with only one room, for the evacuation of people from the adjacent premises of the mobile set you need to reinstall.

Efficiency is also reduced by the loss of time on the descent of the cabin with people and raising the cab to the place of the hearth, in addition, the cabin has a limited volume, which does not allow to evacuate more people in a short time.

In the present invention the task is to increase the efficiency of the process of evacuation of people from high-rise buildings through the application of new technical solutions.

This process equipment is located on the platform truck chassis and trailer included with the machine, and includes stabiliser telescopic design, mounted on retractable beams boxes.

At the ends of the racks placed n the gate levers, the arms each platform are interconnected by bridges of variable length. Moreover jumper levers located on the car platform, connected with jumper levers located on the platform of the trailer, through the device for the reception of people (membrane).

This device is made of a flexible membrane, which consists of three (minimum) shock absorbing grids having different elasticity and located one above the other. The greatest elasticity has an upper cushioning mesh, and the lowest bottom of the grid.

One of the jumper blocks swivel levers made in the form of reels wound with shock-absorbing grid, and each drum is fitted with ratchet mechanism and actuator rotation. In another block each jumper has hooks for attaching the membrane device for receiving people.

The tension of the membrane device for receiving the people in the longitudinal direction is performed by moving the trailer with the platform relative to the platform of the vehicle using the hydraulic cylinder telescopic beams, which connects the platform between them, and in the transverse direction using the rotary levers.

For lateral movement of the supporting pillars of technological equipment in relation to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle chassis and the trailer they have two identical mechanism, one of colorinterpolator on the platform of the car, and the other on the platform of the trailer, with each mechanism made in the form of fixed beams and girders of box section, in which is located the bearing rollers. Rescue machine for evacuation from high-rise buildings includes: vehicle 1 platform 2 and the trailer 3 platform 4 and the receiver 5 people in the form of membranes (set of shock-absorbing elastic nets) 6. The work of the rescue of the machine is as follows. Arriving on the scene, and considering the situation, the machine is located near the building where the accident occurred, i.e. require the evacuation of people. Extension support legs 7 and 8 with the membrane is produced through gears 25 and 26 driven by a gear motor 27, while the beam 23 is moved on the rollers 24 on the fixed beam 22. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of evacuation of victims from remote locations. The method of evacuation consists of the use of sanitary facilities in particular canvas belt with canvas lining and metal half-rings. The victim's hands are placed along its body and tied up together with the body by the side panels of the case, straps for attaching and safety belts. The victim is moved by the lifting means to the exit (hatch of the machine), its body and the immobilising shield is straightened, for which the angle between its parts is increased from (80-90)° to (170-180)°. After that they are fixed against each other, the victim is removed by means of the lifting means.

EFFECT: method using a case and the immobilising shield enables to reduce 1,5-2-fold the time for evacuation of the victim from the tank.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to individual means of emergency rescue of people from high-rise structures. The self-escape device of a person from high-rise structures comprises a housing, a cable and attachment means. The housing is made in the form of a cup with holes and the sealed bottom, inside which the cable is laid. The cable is passed through the holes to slow down the speed of descent. The cable is made of high-strength fabric material yarn which is impregnated with a viscous, heat and cold resistant, neutral, lubricating and cooling fluid. The cable is laid in horizontal layers on the scheme which prevents tangling of the cable. All the laying is fixed with the diaphragm with a central hole for passing the cable. In the upper part of the housing a unit of speed retarder of descent is located. In the unit two holes-retarders are made: the hole for extraction of fluid and the hole to create a vacuum in the housing cavity. There are two additional retarders, one of which is made in the form of a stationary drum with a cable, and the other - in the form of a drum mounted horizontally with the ability of rotation with a fairleader for a single-layer helical laying of the cable on the drum. At the end of the drum the teeth are made to interact with the anchor teeth. The anchor is equipped with the pendulum and is made in the form of a symmetrical "П"-shaped plate which is mounted with the ability to interact with the surfaces of the unit of retarders. SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to devices and methods of salvation, in particular to devices of rescue people from high-altitude buildings, such as the upper floors of multi-storied buildings. The method of descent from high-altitude building lies in the fact that on the descent object a rescue device is fixed and the object is placed on the edge of the high-altitude building. The position of the rescued object is fixed relative to the high-altitude building. The container is opened and the elements of the device are spread. When filling with the rescue device with gas the rescued object is catapulted. During the descent the speed is quenched with the buffer element. This method is implemented with a rescue device from the high-altitude building. The device comprises several elastic for bending spokes, an aerodynamic braking element, a buffer element and an attachment means of the rescued object. Elastic for bending spokes are interconnected at one end to form a pyramid-shaped figure in which the spokes are located on the ribs. The aerodynamic braking element is fixed to the spokes. The jumpers are located between the adjacent elastic for bending spokes, and they are located at some distance from the ends of the elastic for bending spokes. The buffer element is mounted at the place of junction of elastic for bending spokes. The attachment means of the rescued object is fixed at the place of junction of elastic for bending spokes on the other side relative to the buffer element. And each of the elastic for bending spokes is made curved sideward from the central axis of the device.

EFFECT: invention provides a favorable landing due to forming of departure trajectory of the device.

FIELD: rescue equipment.

SUBSTANCE: mobile system for evacuation of people from high-rise buildings contains automobile with platform, on which winch is installed. Winch drum is equipped with two symmetrically located ropes with fixation of one pair of ends of ropes on winch drum, and another pair of ends of ropes - on vertical beam with fixed on it cantilever truss. Upper part of truss is oriented perpendicularly to beam plane and is made in form of site with enclosure. On the opposite side in upper part of beam on bracket installed are coupled deflecting blocks with possibility of their rounding with two other steel wire ropes, to one side ends of which suspended is a cabin for placement of people, and the other side ends of steel wire ropes are fixed on winch drum, fixed on automobile platform. Deflecting blocks are provided with casings. Above deflecting blocks on vertical beam fixed is plate with installed on it drive with double blades with possibility of their rotation in horizontal plane in opposite directions. Truss is provided with retractable or turning in vertical plane platform with possibility of its rest against the building and turning in vertical plane gripping device. On the board from truss side under blades screen of curved shape is fixed. Drive of blades is performed from electric engine, power-supplied from generator with accumulator.

EFFECT: technical result of invention makes it possible to considerably reduce time for people evacuation operation.

FIELD: rescue equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rescue technique and can be used to create devices for saving people falling from tall objects, for example, for rescuing people from fire. The method of saving people from falling from height, when using a jet device the falling speed is reduced, and the device is put on the back, is fixed regarding the human body, an inflatable stabilising balloon is inflated, and the falling body is positioned, the distance to the Earth is calculated, and when the height of brakeage is reached the traction is created with a jet engine, directed against the falling velocity vector, and the jet engine is operated depending on the falling velocity and the distance to the Earth. The device comprises a suspension system consisting of a circular strap of two parts and connected with a clamp. The suspension system is attached to a plate, on which the jet engine is attached, and the engine is equipped with an initiation mechanism connected to the on-board computer, and at the top part of the engine there is a compartment with the stabilising balloon and reservoir with compressed air and a valve connected with the stabilising balloon. The device includes a sensor of height connected to the on-board computer.

EFFECT: reduction of size, as a consequence reduction of weight, as well as simplicity and reliability of operation.

FIELD: rescue equipment, in particular, apparatus for urgent descending of people in extreme situations.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has carrier casing with member for connecting to individual to be descended, power-type descending speed regulator comprising power block embraced with cable, rotary lever and sliding friction member. Carrier casing is made in the form of semi-circle adapted for arrangement in vertical plane and is equipped with slots for passage of cable through cavities thereof, and handle. Power block embraced with cable is rigidly fixed on rotary lever positioned for angular displacement relative to axis, arrangement along generatrix of cylindrical surface of carrier casing, and is equipped with self-braking screw-type descending mechanism. Descending mechanism has power screw with flywheel positioned at one end and semi-spherical member arranged at other end of power screw for contacting with semi-spherical receptacle at end of rotary lever, and threaded opening made in carrier casing wall and extending perpendicular to descending direction.

EFFECT: simplified construction and increased safety of descending of individual.

FIELD: life-saving equipment, particularly for rescuing people from ablaze multi-story buildings.

SUBSTANCE: device includes pulley having body and lid. Embedded into body and lid is reel with flexible member connected thereto by one end and wound round the reel. Reel is secured to body and lid by means of fixed pins and hinges. Device also has rotary reel actuator and braking means adapted to perform operative control of reel torque. Connected to another flexible means end is safety hook. When rope unwinds from reel braking means actuates braking drum built in reel, two semi-rings located inside braking drum and cooperating with it, an joint pin and adjusting screw. Device is also provided with bandage secured to pulley body or to safety hook by shock. Shock has orifice formed as groove and is made of antifriction material. Device also includes automatic brake. The latter includes wedges, rotary disc installed in pulley body and cooperating with wedges by orifice edge, and pressing disc. Braking drum includes splines. Outer wedge surface is rounded and has radius equal to that or rotary disc orifice. Sides defining wedge have different lengths. Rotary reel actuator may rotate only in one direction.

FIELD: life saving equipment, particularly for rescuing people from water surface.

SUBSTANCE: complex comprises air-borne vehicle with rescuing cable having fastening device for securing people to be rescued thereto. Fastening device is made as pieces of cable having lesser diameter. Lower ends of cable pieces are fixedly connected to rescuing cable, upper ends thereof are secured to elongated sleeves movably connected to rescuing cable. Rescuing cable is wound on reel secured to frame inside air-borne vehicle. Reel is driven with winch through gearing. Complex also has transparent inflatable rubber balloons secured to necks provided with safety hooks engaging loops of elongated sleeves connected to rescuing cable. Balloon necks are made as two containers connected one to another by threaded connection through transition member having threads on both ends thereof. One container is air-tight, filled with compressed air and has thin diaphragm. The second container has dry electric power source and light bulb with socket having longitudinal groove. Transition member comprises needle with inner channel for diaphragm piercing.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of people rescuing.

FIELD: rescuing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device has rescuing cable having fastening device for securing people to be rescued thereto. Fastening device is made as pieces of cable having lesser diameter. Lower ends of cable pieces are fixedly connected to rescuing cable through couplings, upper ones are connected to the cable through couplings movably connected to rescuing cable. Lower ends are attached to the cable through short couplings, upper ends are connected to the cable through long ones. Pieces of cable having lesser diameter are provided with protective jackets made of reinforced heat-resistance threads with sleeving made of twisted basalt fiber. Short couplings are made of metal, long ones are formed of elastic material. Air-tight container with means emitting intermittent sound and light signals is connected to lower end of rescuing cable. Loop for suspending device by hook of air-borne vehicle winch is connected to upper end of rescuing cable.

EFFECT: increased efficiency.

FIELD: rescuing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device has netted bracket suspended to air-borne vehicle and having two hollow rimming rings. Upper ring has annular handrail, lower one comprises cross-piece and bottom made of metal net. Upper ring is formed of duralumin and has inner volume providing device floatability. Lower ring is made of stainless steel. Two ears are secured to cross-piece center and have orifices for blasting pin. Upper and lower rings are pivotally connected to posts formed of plates made of spring steel. Posts are connected one to another by rope bridges. Lower ring is attached to transition connection member by ropes for suspending sealed container with means emitting intermittent sound and light signals and to connect rope with loop for suspending device by hook of air-borne vehicle winch. Connection member provides plate suspension and has orifice for blasting pin.

EFFECT: reduced time of load delivering to people subjected to an accident.

SUBSTANCE: device has base with load fastening member and locking means for load lowering speed regulation secured to the base and cooperating with flexible member. The locking means is formed as rest and cam rotating around axis and having rotation lever connected thereto. Rest and cam are opposite one to another. Cam is provided with groove facing the rest. Device is also provided with limiter which prevents flexible member slipping during lowering operation and with rotary fixer having tooth installed to contact with arch-shaped groove. The groove is arranged in rotary fixer plane and bounded with rest. Angle of arch-shaped groove inclination is not less than cam stroke angle.

SUBSTANCE: invention is used in fire fighting and rescuing operation for lifting firemen and fire fighting facilities and evacuation of humans from building and structures in emergency. Proposed device contains vehicle with outriggers, lifting-and-slewing device mounted on vehicle frame, set of telescopic sections installed on lifting-and-slewing device and mechanism for telescoping the sections. Working stage is mounted on front end face of end section, and cap is installed on guides of telescopic sections. Device is furnished also with cab lifting mechanism made in form of wire rope reeved sheaves installed on cab skeleton and on front end face of end section. One end of wire rope is secured on drum of cab lifting mechanism, and the other, on balancing drum which is connected with drum of section telescopic mechanism through gear train. Bottom of cab is furnished with opening hatch for securing emergency evacuation sleeve.

FIELD: rescue equipment, particularly to evacuate people from multistory buildings in emergency.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises composite body with drum provided with rope and braking mechanism arranged in the body. Braking mechanism comprises gear ring having odd number of projections formed on inner drum rim, wedge-like double-armed pendulum, pendulum guides and members adapted to prevent resilient rebounding of pendulum in its extreme positions. The pendulum may reciprocate into the guides.

EFFECT: increased breaking reliability and simplified device structure.

FIELD: rescue equipment for helicopter cargo hoisting system.

SUBSTANCE: proposed rescue system includes cylindrical container, container retainers mounted on helicopter, winch and communication facilities for rescuers. Container has doorway and swivel panels with cone-shaped members at the ends. Rope of winch is secured to top of cone-shaped member of container. Container is provided with ballast weight mounted on side opposite to doorway. Helicopter is provided with instrument for measuring the mass and sensor engageable with winch rope; indicator of mass measuring device is mounted in pilot cabin. Rescue system is provided with rope cutter for release of container in an emergency.

FIELD: rescue equipment, particularly equipment for emergency people group evacuation from elevated location.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises evacuation capsule provided with parachute and guiding means arranged at an angle one to another and adapted to support the capsule. The evacuation capsule has door openings, seats, seat safety belts, air bags and windows. The capsule also has self-braking system. Part of capsule bottom is made as anchoring plate, which may be removed from the capsule and lowered by ropes. In concordance with the second embodiment the capsule is provided with winch to pull ropes, which connect the capsule with the anchoring plate. In the third embodiment the device also has winch with pulls ropes connecting the capsule with the anchoring panel. In another embodiment device comprises air sleeve secured to guiding ropes and connected with evacuation capsule from the first end and with fan from the second end thereof. During fan operation the capsule moves out by filling the sleeve with air. The evacuation capsule, air sleeve and fan are installed in land-based structure. The capsule is provided with parachute and self-braking system. Methods of emergency evacuation from elevated locations and from television tower with the use of above device are also disclosed.
