The invention relates to a disk brake mechanism, in particular for trucks, in accordance with the restrictive part of paragraph 1 of the claims.

First of all, for reasons of operational reliability of the disc brake mechanism, and, ultimately, of the vehicle, which is equipped with a disc brake mechanism, it is necessary to control the wear of the brake linings so that the necessary replacement of the corresponding brake pads were made in the most favorable point in time. Thus the wear of the brake linings, that is, the abrasion of the respective friction linings connected with the carrier plate for the pads must be pre-installed with maximum precision.

First of all, from the point of view of production and economic indicators, there is a requirement for the optimal time to replace the brake pads. It should strive to make the replacement only when the wear of the friction linings have reached the limit of the permissible minimum thickness. Earlier replacement would be contrary to the optimization of production costs for replacement components, while too late replacement would entail a deterioration in operational reliability of the disk in ... the mechanism as a whole.

There are various ways to recognize the state of wear of the brake linings.

Thus, the determination of the wear of the brake linings can be done electronically, and the base plate lining padded conductive cable, which, if the brake lining is dissected, and gives a distinct signal on the signal generator, for example, in the cab of the vehicle.

Along with this, there are signs of wear, which by means of a potentiometer with rotary engine determines identify when adjusting the brake pads to equalize the amount of wear and plot offset adjustment device, which is also, for example, the driver of the vehicle may be detected using a suitable indicator device.

For visual recognition of the state of wear of the brake linings or brake disc from DE 3612166 C2 advised of the possibility of the brake caliper with labeling in cooperation with the corresponding modified support plate lining is used for wear detection.

This problem is solved by a disk brake mechanism, characterized by signs of paragraph 1 of the claims.

It is essential that the detection of wear is possible in this case without changing the brake caliper or other structural elements of the disc brake mechanism. The index element, which is in accordance with the invention lies in the opposite disc brake direction, is made as a separate part and attached to the brake caliper.

In a preferred embodiment of this happens on the crepe is different screws, through which the brake caliper is connected to the axial connecting element on the side of the vehicle.

Fixing the index of the element in one or more screws may be carried out by means of friction locking and/or geometric circuit, whereby in the first case the index element has a connecting sleeve, which is placed on the screw head.

The indicator element is in obvious interaction with held in the bracket disc brake guide sleeve, which together with the gauge disc brake mechanism, depending on the degree of wear of the brake pads and/or brake disc that moves relative to the index of the element.

Changing the gap between the bounding edge of the index element and the free end of the guide sleeve can be visually recognized from the outside, without removing the wheels of the vehicle. This fact represents a significant advantage compared with the prior art, so as to almost any point in time can be controlled deterioration, which naturally leads to higher operational reliability.

It is preferable that the indicator element is provided on ENISA least a label, preferably a bar markyboy, which allows particularly simple detection of wear and which is applied for a long time, so that under the influence of the weather remains recognizable.

The index of the element instead of the specified one may be fixed and the two adjusting sleeves, which are arranged next to each other and respectively pressed on the screw head, resulting stopping the rotation of the screws, which prevents loosening of the screw due to the operation of the vibration.

The index element, preferably, may be made in the form of the index sleeve, which is fitted on the screw head and held it with a guarantee against loss, for example, by lateral locking screw, which is screwed into the index sleeve and presses it to the head of the screw.

The indicator element can be made very inexpensive and, in principle, can be used in a universal manner. First of all, without problems possible additional equipment already mounted disk brake mechanism, and the index element is designed in such a way that can be attached to one or to the other side of the clamping mechanism of the brake caliper on the axial connection element is.

In figure 1, 2 and 4 respectively presented a disk brake mechanism for a truck, with bracket 1 disk brake mechanism, through which the guide elements 7 with the possibility of bias is kept at fixed by means of screws 6 on the axis of the connecting element 5 with the side of the vehicle, the caliper 4 of the brake mechanism.

This bracket 1 disk brake mechanism includes a brake disk 2 mechanism, which during braking on both sides can squeeze the brake pads 3. For this purpose provided with clamping device 15, is arranged to actuate a pneumatic or electromech the technical method.

In accordance with the invention, at least one of the screws 6 is connected to the indicator element 8, which in the embodiment of the invention in accordance with figures 1 to 3 has two pressure sleeve 10, which are connected to each other through a formed plate 11 (figure 3) and are mounted on two: head located next to each other with screws 6.

Since when is increased and the wear of the brake linings 3, and disc 2 of the brake mechanism, the bracket 1, the disc brake mechanism is shifted in the direction where the index finger 9, then decreases, and the distance X from the free end edge of the index finger 9 to the end of the guide sleeve 7', which can be interpreted then as a measure of the arisen wear.

The index element 8, that is, the plate 11, the compression sleeve 10 and the index finger 9 can be formed separately from metal or a suitable plastic.

As presented in figure 4 and 5 example, the indicator element 8 consists of the index sleeve 12, which is mounted on the head of the screw and by means of the clamping screw 14, is screwed into the side of the threaded hole, with a guarantee from the scroll and shift is held on the screw head 6.

5. The brake mechanism according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the two pressure sleeve (10) are mounted on the same plate (11), and the compression sleeve (10) is pressed on two head located next to each other with screws (6).

6. The brake mechanism according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the push sleeve (10) or plate (11) formed by the index finger (9), which passes in the opposite direction to clamp the brake pads (3).

7. The brake mechanism according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the index element (8) made in the form of index liners and (12), which is fitted on the screw head (6).

8. The brake mechanism according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the index sleeve (12) by means of the clamping screw (14) is held on the screw head (6) with fixation from bias and spin.

9. The brake mechanism according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the index finger (9) or the index sleeve (12) have markings, preferably barcode labeling.

10. The brake mechanism according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the index finger (9) or the index sleeve (12) are simultaneously held in the bracket (1) disc brake guide sleeve (7') of the paired guide element (7).
