FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used in crank press brakes. Said brakes serve to absorb energy of press clutch drive part after clutch is disengaged and to retain actuator jointly with drive part in position that corresponds to press slider to position. Brake comprises bearing, drive and pressure plates, pressure plate drive and cover. Drive is composed of modules. Every module comprises slider and end motor with inner and outer ring-like stators. Stators are mounted at press bed to get in magnetic contact with disc rotor. Rotor shaft is engaged via planetary reduction fear and torque converter with slider.

EFFECT: simplified design, accelerated operation.

The disadvantage of this brake is the necessity of using two energy: electric energy, compressed air, low efficiency, the release of oil vapors into the atmosphere of the shop, a large noise when the exhaust from the cylinders.

The invention is directed to a simplified design, improved performance is obespechenie great effort, evenly transmitted to the square of the pressure disk.

This is achieved by the fact that the brake crank press, containing supporting, leading and pressure drives the actuator of the pressure disc and the cover, in accordance with the invention, the actuator of the pressure disc is made in the form of modules, each of which contains a slider mounted with the possibility of forward movement, the front of the motor with the outer and inner stators circular type, mounted on the frame of the crank press with the possibility of magnetic contact with the disk rotor, which shaft through the planetary gear and the mechanism of conversion of torque connected to the slider.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 shows the claimed brake, side view partially in section, figure 2 shows the kinematic diagram of the module.

Brake crank press includes a drive shaft 1 with the leading disc 2, the support plate 3, the pressure disk 4, the spring 5 with the inner cylindrical guide 6, the cover 7 with the attached module 8 slide 9, the input shaft 10 and the disc rotor 11, which through an air gap associated with the stator 12 mounted on the bracket 13. Thus, the mechanisms of conversion of torque represents the transfer of a screw-nut, through planetary gearboxes they are connected with the shafts of the rotors of the motor and the rotor magnetically associated with the outer and inner stators.

The brake operates as follows: when entering commands on the stators in them induced field in the opposite direction, for example, in the external - clockwise in the inner counterclockwise. As a result, the rotors 11 come into rotation, it rotates the shaft 10, the gear 21, which causes the rotation of the gear unit 23, sitting on the shaft 24 led 25. As a result of interaction of the unit with the gear wheels 19 and 20 of the shaft 18 comes into rotation together with the screw 17 ball screw pair, which consists of balls 16 and the nut 15 is connected with the slider is m 9, which runs in the guide 14. As a consequence, the disk 4 presses the disk 3 to disk 2, compressing the spring 5. The shaft 1 is stopped. Disinhibition occurs in reverse sequence by the change of the stator 12.

This design is compared with the known analogues has the following techno-economic advantages:

1) there is no need for compressed air;

2) the presence of several modules that leads to the dissemination of effective area of the air gap over the entire surface of the outer and inner stators, which ensures the uniformity of occurrence of large forces transmitted to the square of the pressure disc is at least 6 points of contact;

3) the actuator does not include belt drive, which also increases the performance of the combination with the modularity and the minimum length of kinematic chains;

4) as for the brake and acceleration of the driven parts in a short time the necessary torque is considerably less than estimated, taken from the conditions of overcoming the useful resistance, it becomes possible to control switching by setting some optimal law include stators, this law may be continuous, and not two, which is typically used in pneumatic actuators;

5) the possibility of introducing regulation rabochievmeste leads to the reduction of the dynamic torque in the shaft lines, that increases the reliability of the press in General.

The method for increasing gripping force of brake shoe in annular disc brake consists in the fact that the first force is generated synchronously with the brake drive; at that, the first force has the direction that is parallel to rotation axis of the rotating disc. Also, rotating torque is generated using the first force; at that, rotating torque has the rotation centre that coincides with rotation axis of the rotating disc. Besides, the second force is generated using rotating torque; at that, the second force has the direction that is essentially identical to the direction of the first force and is higher than the first force. The second force is used for gripping of brake shoes on opposite sides of the rotating disc.

EFFECT: increasing brake compactness and providing uniform distribution of braking force in a circumferential direction of the rotating disc.
