SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used for high-quality processing of uncured reinforced concrete surfaces of articles moulded from concrete mixes for civil and industrial construction. Finisher disc tool comprises drive shaft to transmit rotation to smoothing disc made from magnetically conducting material wherein high-power magnets are secured. Said smoothing discs can rotate in opposite directions at different angular velocities. Note here that outer smoothing disc is rigidly secured to planetary train. Inner smoothing disc is rigidly attached to the shaft. Outer and inner smoothing discs have recesses made in adjacent zone of rotation to accommodate alternating poles of high-power magnets.
EFFECT: higher surface quality and strength, decreased roughness and power consumption.
The invention relates to the field of construction industry and can be used for qualitative processing of uncured surfaces of concrete products, molded from concrete mixtures for use in civil and industrial construction.
Known disk working body smoothing machine, the drive shaft which is able to transmit torque to the planetary gear, which is fixed smoothing disks, having the opportunity to make the rotation in opposite directions at different angular velocities (EN 27526, 10.02.2003). Also known manual smoothing machine [RU No. 2368497 C1, 27/09/2009, B21B 11/00], comprising a drive shaft, which has the ability to transmit torque smoothing disk of like material, which has high-energy permanent magnets.
The disadvantage of these machines is that there is no magnetic activator with the alternating magnetic field, as well as smoothing disks performs rotation in opposite directions at different angular velocities. Processing known concrete finishing machines is accomplished by interaction of the working body with the uncured surface processed products. When the movement of the working body of the concrete finishing machine on the uncured concrete surface is ness, happen kinetic processes leading to changes in the physical and geometrical characteristics of the surface coming into contact with the working body, as well as the activation of the concrete, the alternating magnetic field generated by a high-energy permanent magnets.
The technical result - obtaining high quality surface treatment of concrete products, obtaining high strength of the surface layer.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that the disk screed concrete finishing machine that contains the drive shaft, which has the ability to transmit torque smoothing drives like material in which is mounted high-energy permanent magnets, smoothing disks have the opportunity to make the rotation in opposite directions at different angular velocities, according to the invention, the external smoothing disk rigidly attached to the housing of the planetary mechanism, internal smoothing disk rigidly fixed to the shaft, the outer smoothing disk and internal smoothing disk are adjacent the zone of rotation of the deepening placed in them alternating poles of high-energy magnets.
The invention is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 presents the disk screed concrete finishing machine is with high-energy permanent magnets and counter-rotating elements of the drive figure 2 shows the magnets used for smoothing machine.
Disk screed concrete finishing machine consists of a damper 10, which has the ability to absorb vertical vibrations of the housing 3, the drive shaft 1 driven by an electric motor. On the shaft 1 is elastic coupler 2, and a gear wheel 4 which engages with satellites 5, fastened to the Cup 6, which in turn are in mesh with a ring gear on the inner surface of the housing 3. External smoothing disk 7 is rigidly attached to the housing 3 of the planetary mechanism with the aid of bolts, internal smoothing disk 8 is rigidly fixed to the shaft 1 by means keyway, external smoothing disk 7 and the internal smoothing disk 8 are adjacent the zone of rotation of the deepening placed in them alternating poles of high-energy magnets 9.
The device operates as follows. When the motor is started through the coupling 2, the planetary mechanism is transmitted to the rotation shaft 1, which is rigidly fixed to the inner smoothing disc 8 with the keyway. Planetary gear transmits rotational movement opposite to the direction of rotation of the drive shaft 1 to the housing 3, which is in rigid connection with the external which smoothing them by the disc 7 by means of bolts, in the adjoining area of rotation in the recesses are alternating poles of high-energy magnets, which create alternating magnetic field that activates the workpiece.
The advantage of this design is the high quality processing of concrete mixtures, obtaining high strength of the surface layer, the lowest surface roughness, low energy consumption.
The result of application of force of magnetic field on water from the mixture prepared with the use of binding agents is the development of the following processes: molecular dispersion relations and depolymerization of the liquid phase (dissociatively process); the formation of a new more streamlined compared to the original system - the structural organization of the mixture; relaxation of the mixture prepared with the use of binders to the original steady state (stabilization process). Which leads to the improvement of the rheological characteristics of the mixture prepared with the use of binding agents, accelerating the rate of hardening of the material in the early stages, increases water-holding capacity and reduced separation of the products prepared with the use of binders.
It is therefore advisable to use the data of the working bodies of high-energy permanent magnets and opposite torque the I elements of the disk.

Proposed method comprises preparing mix of intermediate layer of the mix of crushed glass cullet, liquid glass and water, laying concrete mix and intermediate layer mix, maturing and thermomoist processing, plasma fusion of article face surface at plasmatron power of 9 kW and plasma burner feed rate of 0.1 m/s.

Proposed device comprises forms to cast large-block panels for external, internal walls and floors provided with appliances intended for making grooves for dovetail joints to receive ledges of said joints. Said panels are coated by weather protection, raised, decorative, heat-insulation, sound-insulation, linoleum, and glased tiles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely, to methods to produce concrete items finished with a decorative filler. The method to produce concrete items finished with a decorative filler includes submerging the decorative filler into the concrete mixture poured into a mould. Prior to pouring of the concrete mixture into a mould, sand is filled onto its bottom, where the decorative filler is submerged, and is sprayed with a water-polymer dispersion with subsequent filling with a layer of fine sand.

The method to produce concrete items with a relief decorative layer includes preparation of a model of relief surface and its pouring with a concrete mixture, concrete mixture pouring is carried out in two stages. At first the decorative layer is laid onto the relief surface with moisture of up to 12%, consisting of white or colourful cement and a decorative filler, and is compacted by soft ramming. The main concrete layer is applied onto the decorative layer from a poured mixture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and is used to make finishing panels from hard foam polyurethane, including heat and noise insulation panels and blocks of stay-in-place forms. The method to manufacture panels faced with decorative tiles includes a matrix, on the bottom of which a silicon or a rubber multiseat mold is placed for laying tiles into its cells with their faces down to the depth identified by height of silicon partitions from the face surface of the tiles, subsequent filling with sand, for instance, marble, granite, silicon crumb, for the half of the depth of slots between tiles, with subsequent arrangement of a foam polyurethane sponge with thickness of 1.5-2.5 mm or a plaster grid with coarse cells onto the rear side of tiles. And in order to attach panels onto a building facade with the help of anchoring, it is necessary prior to filling of the mold with foam polyurethane to install cast-in parts in slots between tiles in a staggered order in the form of plastic guides, alignment of which is carried out by metal pins arranged in walls of silicon cells of multiseat shapes, then foam polyurethane mixture is injected into the closed mold.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce labour intensiveness and to decrease quantity of rejected panels.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely, to methods for forming products that simulate natural stone. The method includes forming a matrix-form with a concave relief surface with provision of a low adhesion to subsequent coatings, forming a decorative layer of coarse sand and / or rock dust, which is applied to the inner concave relief surface of the matrix-form, the first bonding layer made of polyester resin and hardener is applied on top of the said layer, which is pressed to piecewise glass mat, forming a frame layer of product, on the carcass layer the second binder layer of polyester resin and hardener is applied to ensure penetration to the glass mat of polyester resin, and then a hardening of binder layers is provided by thermal effects and a product is obtained that is removed from the matrix-form.

FIELD: construction industry; methods of the additional continuous vibration finish mixing of a moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of building of asphalt-concrete pavements of the highways and other construction objects with the analogous coatings. The technical result: the invention ensures an additional continuous vibration finish mixing of bituminous concrete mixture directly on a construction object, decreased consumption of a binding material and improvement of the physical-mechanical indexes of the asphalt-concrete in the highways pavement, and also decreased power inputs during the subsequent compaction of the mixture. The method of additional continuous vibration finish mixing of moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture provides, that the vibration treatment of the bituminous concrete mixture is conducted in the vibration bin with a frequency of 18...19 Hz, an amplitude of vibrations of 1.31...1.32 mm and the vibration intensity of 100...119 cm2/s3 during 25...35 seconds. At that the body of the vibration bin, if necessary, is subjected to heating during vibration finish mixing up to the temperature required for production of moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture. The invention also presents (describes) the device for realization of the indicated method of the additional continuous vibration finish mixing of moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture.
EFFECT: the invention ensures realization of an additional continuous vibration finish mixing of bituminous concrete mixture directly on a construction object, decreased consumption of a binding material, improved the physical-mechanical features of the asphalt-concrete, decreased power inputs.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction industry, in particular, to the equipment and methods of production of hollow-core slabs. The technical result is improvement of quality of produced items and simplification of a production process. The technical result of the invention is reached due to the fact, that the disk-type working tool is supplied with the disk with the undulation surface, which with the help of the planetary drive is connected to the drive unit, and the body, which is capable to rotate, is connected to the drive unit and with the main part of the disk, the effective area of which consists of the main part and two movable in the vertical direction batches of the sectors. SUBSTANCE: proposed method of incrustation of concrete articles consists in securing the incrusting unit on surface of blank in recesses made preliminarily which reproduce the pattern. Blank is made from low-flow concrete mix and incrusting unit is made from cast expanding concrete mix of the following composition, mass-%: expanding cement, 25-75 at water-to-cement ratio of 0.8-1.2. SUBSTANCE: method involves proportioning binding agent, water and fillers; mixing thereof and pouring the obtained mix in form; laying decorative material in form and curing thereof. The decorative material is non-hardened billets made of cement-sand mix including colored cement and quartz sand in proportion of 1:4 with water-cement ratio of 0.35-0.45. In accordance with another variant the decorative material is non-hardened billets made of cement-sand mixes with water-cement ratio of 0.75-0.85, which are laid in concrete mix in elastic removable shell.
