FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: shock-absorbing device consists of an operating cylinder, in which two dividing pistons forming three operating chambers are located. There is one spring in each chamber. A nut of the operating cylinder, through which a stock passes, is screwed on both ends of the operating cylinder. One side of the stock is attached to the dividing piston to transfer forces to it, and its other side is provided with an eye lug for attachment to a car frame and a suspended lever. A stock cuff is installed between the stock and the nut of the operating cylinder. A high pressure pipeline, in which systems of compression and rebound valves and adjustable throttles are located, is provided from the upper operating chamber to the lower operating chamber. There is a branch between two adjustable throttles, which leads to the intermediate operating chamber. One more high pressure pipeline for supply of working liquid is connected to the upper and lower operating chambers, on each of which one control valve and one check valve is installed. One more pipeline is connected to the intermediate operating chamber for discharge of working liquid, on which a control valve and a check valve is installed as well.

EFFECT: wide range of change of elastic damping characteristics of the shock-absorbing device.

The invention relates to a transport machine-building, namely the suspension of vehicles.

Known design telescopic hydraulic Monotube shock absorber [1], consisting of a rod, piston with throttle openings, nuts working cylinder, shroud seal disc by-pass valve spring by-pass valve, disk valve recoil plate valve spring returns, the working cylinder, the valve body compression, the compensation chamber, the high pressure pipeline, eyes.

The disadvantage of this design is the inability to control their provedeniya characteristics depending on driving style and road profile.

The task of the invention is the ability to control provedeniya characteristics of the shock-absorbing device, which leads to increased smoothness on different types of road profile at different driving styles, reduce body roll of the vehicle when cornering at high speeds, reducing shock loads charms.

The technical result of the invention is achieved in that the inventive damping device consists of a working cylinder, in which there are two dividing piston, thereby forming three working chambers, each of which has one of prui the E. On the slave cylinder, with both its ends, twists nut of the working cylinder through which passes the stem, which one side is attached to the dividing piston to transfer his efforts, and on the other side has an eyelet for attachment to the vehicle frame and suspension arm. To ensure a tight seal between the stem and the nut of the working cylinder installed cuff rod. Regulation provedeniya characteristics of the shock absorbing device is as follows.

First, alternating, including upper "And" the bottom "In the" working chambers. The upper working chamber is put into operation by closing the control valve 27 and the adjustable opening of the throttle 18. The lower working chamber included the work of closing the control valve 22 and the opening of the adjustable orifice 19. In the alternate inclusions in the work of these working chambers of the working fluid circulates through the high pressure pipeline or between the top and middle of the working chamber or between the bottom and middle of the working chamber. In the path of the working fluid occurs, the valve system for the compression and rebound. Thus, alternating inclusion in the work of various working chambers reduces or increases the response time damping device, resulting in different amounts of effort required to actuate the valve end and valve compression.

Secondly, the flow of the working fluid in the lower or upper working chamber. There is a fixed pump 30, which is a source of high pressure. Whereupon the working fluid from the hydraulic tank 32 is sucked through the strainer 31, passes through the pump, a pressure reducing valve. Further there is a branching pipe, each branch to the showing leads to a separate shock absorbing device. Front shock-absorbing device pipeline again splits into two branches, one of which leads to the upper working chamber and the other to the lower working chamber of the shock-absorbing device. Each branch is a control valve 22 and 27 and the check valve 23 and 28. When the supply of the working fluid in the lower working chamber opens the control valve 22 and the control valve 24, through which the working fluid from the secondary working chamber B flows back to the hydraulic tank. As a consequence, a working cylinder, relative to the bottom of the separating piston 6 is moved down until the force of the fluid pressure becomes equal to the force of the pressure springs 2 and 5. Then activated pressure reducing valve, and the working fluid after it flows back to the hydraulic tank, valves regulation 22 and 24 are closed. In a similar way, the working fluid in the upper working chamber. Thus, the supply of working fluid from the working chambers increases the stiffness of the springs 2 and 5 or 5 and 7, respectively.

Thirdly, the change in flow area in the regulated throttle top 18 and bottom 19 of the working chambers, which leads to increase or decrease the hydraulic resistance of the fluid and, consequently, increase or decrease the damping characteristics of the shock absorbing device.

<> With different combination of all three ways to control the shock-absorbing device is achieved with a wide range of changes in its provedeniya characteristics.

The use of the claimed invention will increase the smoothness, reduce the body roll of the car at high speeds, to reduce the shock load of the suspension when driving on bumpy roads due to changes provedeniya features a shock-absorbing device.

SUBSTANCE: tuning to required damping frequency is performed. Dynamic rigidity or transfer factor dip is experimentally determined at first breadboard specimen. Then on increasing damper slit width, tuning frequency is increased along with increasing damping. Thereafter, tuning frequency is decreased by decreasing damper slit width. Tight cylindrical barrel is covered with cap and filled with hydraulic fluid. Movable modular hollow piston is arranged inside aforesaid cylindrical barrel fixed between two cylindrical springs. There is a system of channels inside aforesaid piston. It consists of top and bottom covers and uneven number of round plates. Aforesaid slits are formed by flat round rings arranged between aforesaid covers and plates. Former and latter comprise central bores, while even plates have peripheral orifices arranged nearby inner cylindrical surfaces of round rings.

Guide device is made in the form of a cylindrical sleeve with formation of a tight annular cavity between outer surface of a stock and inner surface of a sleeve. Bottom of the sleeve is fixed in the sleeve rigidly attached to the base of a protected object. An elastic device is located in the annular cavity. Lower part of the elastic device is supported on the bottom and upper part is supported on the piston. The piston is made in the form of a disk and located with a throttling gap relative to the stock. In upper part of the stock there located is a movable cover plate relative to the stock, which consists of an annular flange with a seal relative to the stock and a sleeve rigidly attached to the flange and enveloping the outer surface of the cylindrical sleeve through a seal. Upper part of the elastic device is made in the form of a cylindrical spring, the upper end face of which is supported on the cover plate, and the lower one is supported on the piston. A supporting element of the vibroisolated object is fixed on the cover plate. SUBSTANCE: damper includes at least two chambers partially filled with liquid, which are interconnected with each other on their lower ends. At least one chamber is tightly closed on its upper end so that a closed air space is formed above liquid. At least one other chamber on its upper end is opened at least partially. Closed air space (V0) is divided at least into two air sections (V01-V0n). One air section (V01) is located immediately above liquid (3), and one or more air sections (V02-V0n) are connected to air section(V01) located immediately above liquid (3), and/or with the corresponding neighbouring air section (V02-V0n) through holes (7). SUBSTANCE: viscous friction damper includes housing, partition with openings and rod passing through central opening of partition. Two similar corrugations of elastic material are fastened in housing; central partition is clamped between said corrugations. The last define two different-volume and variable-dimension cavities filled with shock absorbing liquid. Rod has two sites for fluid-tight securing of it to said two corrugations. Openings of partition through which shock-absorbing liquid is pressed are covered by means of flexible membrane providing possibility for controlling their number and size.

SUBSTANCE: shock absorbing apparatus includes housing, rod, piston, secured to rod end and cylinder arranged between housing and piston. There are flow-through valves in cylinder; said valves are in the form of two openings mutually communicated by means of trough. Change of summed diameters of said openings provides variable rigidity factor of shock-absorbing apparatus.

SUBSTANCE: hydraulic vibration insulation support comprises flexible pressure-tight chamber which is filled with damping fluid and separated into spaces interconnected through throttling ports. The pressure-tight chamber is made of a central disk-shaped space provided with an area for setting an object to be insulated and peripheral ring spaces oriented concentrically with respect to the central space and connected with it through the radial passage from one side of the central space. The throttling ports are made in pair from the opposite sides of the radial passage at the site of its intersection with each ring space. The throttling ports are provided with valves which allow the fluid to flow in opposite directions from the side of the radial passage for each of the pair of the throttling ports.

SUBSTANCE: proposed single-tube shock absorber contains housing with hydraulic space filled with working fluid, guide bushing, rod and piston stationary installed on rod and dividing hydraulic space into upper and lower parts. Hollow compensator made of elastic material is installed in lower part of hydraulic space. Constant head of compensator is realized owing to elasticity of compensator, or its constant force action onto working fluid in hydraulic space are preset in process of assembling of shock absorber. Volume of compensator is reduced by value equal to increase of volume of part of rod located in hydraulic space of shock absorber.

EFFECT: improved reliability and sensitivity of shock absorber.
