SUBSTANCE: portable lighting device (200) comprising a lighting unit (26), adapted for location in a protective container (12) and withdrawal from it, whenever necessary. The lighting unit (26) is connected to a hinged bracket (28) and is connected with a battery (25), which is also located in the container. The portable lighting device comprises fixation facilities (18) to support the lighting unit (26) in places that require lighting. A handle (14) is attached to the cover (20) of the device, and the cover has a disconnecting element (36) to disconnect a device of an extended stand (30, 32) from a protective container. It makes it possible for the device of the extended stand (30, 32), the cover (20), the hinged bracket (28) and the lighting unit (26) to extend upwards by means of activation of the disconnecting element (36) and lifting of the handle (14).

The technical FIELD of the PRESENT INVENTION

The present invention relates to portable lighting. In one particular aspect, the invention relates to a portable lighting system that has a lighting unit, which is located in the security container when not in use, and which can be extracted from the container if you want to use, while maintaining the connection to the energy source, which is also located in the container. In another particular aspect, the present invention relates to a portable lighting system that has a lighting unit, which also can be connected to an external generator or other external source of direct current, and which can support various mounting structures in places where need lighting.

The prior art of the PRESENT INVENTION

There are many jobs where work is performed at night or in poorly lit areas and, therefore, require appropriate lighting. In many cases, jobs, for example relating to the construction, mining business, entertainment or work under emergency conditions, require one or more light sources located in areas that provide the most wide-range lighting. A light source which meet these needs, must be portable, easy to carry, powerful and durable. It is also desirable that such a light source is easily fastened in various places.

The DISCLOSURE of the PRESENT INVENTION

The aim of the present invention is to overcome or at least a significant reduction of the disadvantages of the prior art, or at least provide a useful alternative.

According to the present invention, it is proposed portable lighting installation comprising a lighting unit, made with the possibility of placement in a protective container and extract from it if you want to use, with lighting unit is adapted to attach to the battery, also placed in the container, and portable lighting system includes a means of attachment for the support of the lighting unit in places that require lighting.

Preferably, the fastening means include a device for screw fixing, made on the bottom side of the portable lighting system.

Also is preferred that the means of attachment is also included any of the mounting plate, mounting bracket, mounting clip and mounting ring.

Embodiments of the INVENTIONS

Portable lighting system 10 depicted in figure 1 and 2 in the closed position and Fig in the open position.

Figures 1 and 2 show a closed protective container 12 and the handle 14 of the container. The figures depicted protective container 12 in the closed position, the housing 16 containing the casing 17 and the base 18, the cover 19 and the rotary switch 22. On the rear side of the protective container 12 is the door panel 24 to close the battery 25 (see Fig), placed in the device 10.

Figure 3-9 depicts an outdoor protective container 12, in which the lighting unit 26 and attached to the hinge bracket 28 together with extension arm 30 is disconnected from the housing 16, along with lifting the cover 20 and the rotary knob switch 22. The extension arm includes a number of the opposite telescopic legs 32 which can slide forward and backward in the hole 33, made in the respective guides 34 located on opposite sides of the housing 16. Button 36 when pressed blocks or releases the spring-loaded gripping mechanism 37 and allows the extension arm 30 to slide up when lifting the handle 14 (see Fig). It also raises the lid 20 and the illuminating unit 26, which is attached rotatably around a horizontal axis to the hinge bracket 28, in turn, hinge bracket 28 is attached rotatably around a vertical axis by turning the knob 2 of the cover 20. Retractable electrical cable 40 delivers the energy from the battery to fluorescent lamps 42 (see 11 and 12)located inside the lighting unit. The battery is located separately in the cavity 44 of the base 18, the cavity outside closed door panel 24 (see also Fig and 17).

The light from the fluorescent tubes 42 in the lighting unit 26 can be transmitted in the desired horizontal direction by turning the handle switch 22 around the vertical axis, thus rotating the hinge bracket 28 and the lighting unit 26 around the vertical axis (see Fig.6 and 7).

The light from the fluorescent tubes 42 can be transmitted in the desired vertical direction by turning the lighting unit 26 about the horizontal axis defined by the opposite fingers Assembly 46 that secure the lighting unit to the swivel bracket 28 (see Fig and 9).

Figure 10 and 13 separately shows the lighting unit 26 and attached to the hinge bracket 28. Turning the knob 22 is attached to the hinge bracket 28 and has a subtle portion 48 that can be inserted into the hole 50, made in the cover 20 (see Fig), and the head 52, which may be located above the opening so that the user could rotate. The cylinder 52 has a ball-spring node 60, which can vzaimodeistvov the TB with a hole, selected from several holes 62, made in the disk 64 surrounding the hole 50 of the cover 20 (see Fig)to allow the user to select the angle of rotation of the lighting unit 26 around the vertical axis. Lighting unit 26 has the photomask 54, made of glass and steel, and contains four fluorescent lamps 42, held by brackets 56 on opposite sides of the lighting unit 26. Both sides made two switch 58 for regulating the supply of power to the fluorescent lamps 42. Reflecting light brackets 64 are located behind each fluorescent lamp 42. There is a charging rectifier 66 for fluorescent lamps 42, located in the center of the lighting unit 26, and a hole for access to the battery 68 for connecting an electric cable 40 charger 66 and battery. Also there is the access hole for the external generator 70 for connecting an electric cable of the battery charger and external power generator if the battery is dead. The base 72 of the lighting unit 26 weighted ballast, lest he be turned over.

The installation 10 is mounted on the rear side of the wall 96. The wing nuts 98 is configured to be assembled quickly and without tools, for example, for loosening bolts.

The mounting clip 100 shown separately on Fig-29 has a plate in rnego mount 102, mounted on the base 104. The base 104 is located vertically from the top of the grip clamp 106, which communicates with the lower grip clamp 108. The upper and lower grips 106, 108 are connected pivotally by node 110. An adjustable closing the node 112, which can adjust the degree of closure of the grips 106, 108 around, for example, cylindrical, horizontally passing components 113 scaffolding or working rods that are used in the electricity industry. In the plate for securing the upper 102 has four mounting holes 114, adapted to accommodate bolts or wing nuts 116 (see Fig). Adjustable mounting bracket 118, depicted separately for Fig and 34 has a top surface 120, indicated by the cross member 122 which is integral with side lever 124. Four mounting holes 126 are executed in the respective protruding portions 128 of the upper surface 120. Retractable handle 130 has a frame 132, which can be extended vertical is but along the toothed rail 134, performed on the side of the lever 124. On the one hand retractable arm 130 has a handle 136, and on the other, an adjustable clamping device 138. Adjustable clamping device 138 has a toothed rod 140 which slidably cooperates with the toothed surface of the vertical portion 142 of the clamping rectangle 144. Adjustment knob 146 is made on the lower end of the rod 140 and the carriage 148 is made at the upper end, while the carriage 148 is made with the possibility of lateral movement in the guide slot 150 that is installed under the cross member 122. Adjustable mounting bracket 118 can capture rectangular horizontal component 151 of different sizes, for example, the working rod in the space between the hooks 122, 124 and clamping device 138. Mounting holes 126 are adapted to accommodate bolts 152 (see Fig). The location of the bolts 152 corresponds to the device for screw 82 on the underside of the base 18, so that the bolts 152 can engage with the device 82 and, thus, to perform top mount installation 10 to the mounting bracket 118 (see Fig and 37) in the frontal or lateral directions. Fig and 37 depict the installation 10, attached to a telephone pole 154 by means of a mounting bracket 118.

Bracket for mounting to the working basket 156 shown separately on Fig, has an upper mounting plate 158, a short side panel 160 and a longer Central panel 162, passing down from the top of the mounting panel 158. There are four upper mounting holes 164, performed in the respective protruding portions 166 of the upper mounting panel 158, where the mounting holes 164 are adapted to accommodate bolts or wing nuts 168 (see Fig). The location of the wing nuts 168 corresponds to the device for screw 82 on the underside of the base 18, so that the wing nuts 168 to communicate with this device and, thus, to perform top mount installation 10 to a mounting bracket 156. Mounting bracket 156 can communicate with a rectangular rim 170 of the working basket 172 by means of capturing the rim 170 between the side and Central panels 160, 162 (see Fig).

Portable lighting system 174 depicted in Fig and 44 has a lighting unit 176 and the arm 178. A pair of push-button switches 180 is executed to control fluorescent lamps located inside the lighting unit 176. The fixator 18 of the lamp holds the tube 17 with the cold cathode. The fixator 18 of the lamp comprises the main unit 27 and mount parts 30 and 31. The main unit 27 is placed in the frame 14. The mount parts 30 and 31 include basic parts 30a and 31a and retaining parts 30b and 31b. Basic parts 30a and 31a protrude from the main unit 27 outside the frame 14 via mount holes 32 and 33. Retaining parts 30b and 31b protrude from basic parts 30a and 31a along the main unit 27. Edges of the mount holes are placed between the main unit 27 and the retaining parts 30b and 31b. The frame 14 has receiving parts 39 and 40 for receiving the mount parts 30 and 31. Receiving parts 39 and 40 are formed by means of pulling of the frame 14 parts to outside. Parts are close to edges of the mount holes 32 and 33 at opposite sides to edges placed between the main unit 27 and retaining parts 30b and 31b.

SUBSTANCE: proposed assembly of a ceramic-metal halogen lamp comprises a ceramic-metal halogen source of light, including a discharge chamber, holding the first and second separate electrodes, which are in electric connection with the first and second leads and are placed into a translucent tight capsule and a flat parabolic reflector with a focus point arranged along the axis of reflector rotation and between the end of the reflector base and the open end of the reflector. At the same time the reflector has a reflecting surface arranged as capable of receiving light from a source of light and directing light in a certain manner through an open end of the reflector. The reflector has the second size of depth measured along the axis of rotation, besides, the second size is smaller than the first size of the light source. The light source has an extended first axial size.

EFFECT: development of a PAR lamp with improved light quality and efficiency, and also higher accuracy of light source location in a reflector.

SUBSTANCE: lamp clip 18 includes a main body 27, a lamp gripping part 28 and mounting parts 30 and 31. The main body 27 is mounted to a chassis 14 on which a reflection sheet 23 is provided such that the reflection sheet 23 is located between the chassis 14 and the main body 27. The lamp gripping part 28 is provided on the side of the main body 27 away from the chassis 14 so as to grip a tubular cold cathode tube 17 housed in the chassis 14. The mounting parts 30 and 31 protrude from the main body 27 toward the chassis 14. They are inserted in mounting holes 32 and 33 of the chassis 14 and insertion holes 34 and 35 of the reflection sheet 23. The insertion holes 34 and 35 are larger than the mounting holes 32 and 33. Edges of the mounting holes 32 and 33 are sandwiched between the mounting parts 30 and 31 and the main body 27. The main body 27 includes a base part 36 and a raised part 37. The base portion has a substantially even thickness and covers the insertion holes 34 and 35 and mounting holes 32 and 33. The raised part 37 has the shape of a protrusion which rises above the base part 36 towards the far side of the chassis 14.

EFFECT: reduced occurrence of a dark part and possible damage to the main body when applying a load through frictional force which is generated as the mounting part passes through the mounting hole when mounting the lamp clip to the chassis.
