The invention relates to the field of automobile tires, in particular for the construction of passenger and light truck radial tires.

Known pneumatic radial tires, containing the skeleton of the rubber cord and breaker of rubber-steel cord protector and side rings / copyright certificates of the USSR №1028532, CL B60C 9/00, No. 1593979, CL B60C 9/00, No. 1298100, CL B60C 9/00; RF patents №2048991, CL B60C 9/20, No. 2013216. CL B60C 9/20, No. 2088424, CL B60C 9/20, No. 2032548, CL B60C 9/20, No. 2168418, CL B60C 9/08, No. 2247662, CL B60C 9/20, No. 2247663, CL B60C 9/20, No. 2422291, CL B60C 9/20, No. 110030, CL VS 9/08.

A disadvantage of the known constructions tires pneumatic tire is low efficiency, increased intensity and complexity of their manufacture.

The closest technical solution is to tire a pneumatic tire manufactured by the patent RF №2247664, CL B60C 9/20. This tire pneumatic tires of radial structure contains the protector breaker consisting of a steel cord and textile layers, carcass, sidewall, side rings.

The disadvantage of the prototype is a result of increased consumption, energy intensity and complexity of manufacturing the pneumatic tyre.

The technical result of the invention is the reduction of material, labour and energy intensity of manufacturing a pneumatic tyre, by reducing the mass Brecker is, while maintaining the overall health of pneumatic tires.

To achieve a technical result in the tire pneumatic tires of radial structure containing protector, Brecker, consisting of a steel cord and textile layers, carcass, sidewall, toe rings, according to the invention the diameter of the steel cord is 0.55-0,95 mm, the steel cord is made of metal threads of the same diameter, the number of threads is not less than two and not more than four, and the ratio of the diameter of the metal wire to the diameter of the steel cord is 0,344-0,543; step steel cord in the rubber layer of the tread is 1,052-2,083 mm and a linear density of steel is in the range of 1.05-2.67 g/m, the thickness of each rubber layer of the steel cord is to 0.72-1.52 mm, and the tensile strength of the steel cord is 400-900±5 N.

The invention is illustrated in the drawings, which shows a meridional cross-section of a pneumatic tyre /1/ and the cross-section of the breaker /2/.

Tire pneumatic tires of radial structure contains the protector 1, breaker 2, frame 3, sides 4 and side of the ring 5. Breaker 2 consists of a single textile layer 9 and two layers of 6 rubber-coated steel cord 7. D - diameter of the steel cord 7 made of metal thread 8 of the same diameter d; L - step steel cord 7 in the layers 6 obezine the tion of the breaker 2. h - the thickness of each rubber layer 6 steel cord 7.

When the ratio of the diameter of the metal filaments of the steel cord to the diameter of the steel cord; and the thickness of the rubber layer of the steel cord is less than the lower limit value of the proposed intervals, the breaker does not have sufficient margin of safety, which leads to lower overall health status of the bus.

When the ratio of the diameter of the metal filaments of the steel cord to the diameter of the steel cord and the thickness of the rubber layer of the steel cord more suggested intervals, there is a reduction in overall health of a pneumatic tyre due to the increased mass of the broker and, consequently, increased heat buildup in the layers of the broker.

An example of the manufacture of prototype tyres 185/75 P16C, 225/75 P16C and 245/70 P16C. These tires have a frame of cord strength of 13 kg/thread. The material of the carcass - ALL do. Angle Sacrae layers of the frame 3°±0,5°the thickness of the rubber layer of the carcass of 0.95±0,05mm toe ring is made of latunirovannaya wire diameter of 1 mm, grade 1L. Brecker is made of two steel cord layers and one textile layer. The textile layer is made of a material brand 132A. Two layers of steel cord belt is made of rubber-coated steel cord LENT, with a frequency of threads 70 pcs. of 100 mm, a thickness of 1.1 mm steel Cord is applied in diameter 0,86 mm and consists of 4 wires, ka the Daya of which has a diameter, equal 0,372 diameter D of the steel cord, the step of the steel cord in the rubber layer of the tread is 1,428, breaking strength of the steel cord 890 N, the angle Sacrae layers of rubber-coated steel cord 65°±0,5°. The width of the layers of steel cord breaker and the total number of layers of steel cord belt is respectively: 140/150 mm, 2-layer bus 185/75 P16C; 167/175 mm, 2 - layer tire 225/75 P16C; 186/196 mm, 2 - layer bus 245/70 P16C.

Comparative analysis of the proposed invention with the prototype shows that the mass of the tread of the tire, due to the decrease of metallotherapy and rezinosmeshenija in the broker, as well as the complexity and intensity of the proposed manufacturing tires is lower than that of the prototype. The total efficiency and the maximum speed of the tire using the proposed technical solutions at the level of the standard prototype. The implementation of the present invention will reduce the weight of the breaker tires at 5-8%, reduce the complexity of fabrication of the breaker by 5-8% and the energy intensity of manufacturing the tread of the tires on 6-9% compared with protopapa.

Thus, the invention allows to reduce the consumption of materials, labour and energy cost of production of tyres pneumatic tyres while maintaining the overall health of the bus.

Tire pneumatic tires of radial structure containing the protector breaker consisting of a steel cord and textile layers, frame, sides, side rings, characterized in that the diameter of the steel cord is 0.55-0,95 mm, the steel cord is made of metal threads of the same diameter, the number of threads is not less than two and not more than four, and the ratio of the diameter of the metal wire to the diameter of the steel cord is 0,344-0,543, step steel cord in the rubber layer of the tread is 1,052-2,083, and the linear density of steel is in the range of 1.05-2.67 g/m, while the thickness of each rubber layer of the steel cord is to 0.72-1.52 mm, and the tensile strength of the steel cord is 400-900±5 N.
