This manipulation allows access of the working fluid from the axial channel 19 of the housing 1 in a blind axial channel of the rod 2. The working fluid enters the hollow axial channel of the stem 2 through the working cavity 26 of the housing 1 and through the radial channels 17 and 18. To achieve more reliable sealing and restoration of the form close to the original stuffing node 10 during operation of the valve, gland node perform herringbone. However, herringbone cuff gland in the node 10 is placed between the pressure and support rings.

One element of valve stock/valve plug pair is made from welded material, and the other element of valve stock/valve plug pair is made from non-welded material; an adjacent hole passing from the threaded hole and/or outside surface; and a fastening element intended to enter the adjacent hole to be attached to each other so that rotation of the valve stock and the valve plug can be prevented. The fastening element includes a weld joint with the valve stock or the valve plug, which are made from welded material.

SUBSTANCE: valve includes a tight body with inlet and outlet branch pipes, a shutoff element in the form of a hollow cylindrical sleeve connected to a drive providing back-and-forth movement along the housing axis, a cylindrical insert enclosed with a cylindrical part of the shutoff element, the inner end face of which contacts a seat; shutoff element and insert are located coaxially on one and the same axis. The seat is made in the form of a flattened cone located on a lower thickened part of the insert, in the lower part of which a through hole is made and in its upper end face a blind hole is made. On upper end of the shutoff element there are cylindrical segments. Axis of shutoff element and insert is located at an angle to a common axis of inlet and outlet branch pipes. A drive is connected to the shutoff member through a spindle fixed against axial movement in upper part of the cover plate with a stop ring and a coupling nut, and a movable stock interacting with the spindle and equipped in its middle part at least with two external projections, in which cylindrical slots are made, which contact the segments of shutoff element, and external semi-cylindrical slots, the axes of which are parallel to the stock axis. On the insert end there fixed is a hold-down ring in the holes of which ends at least of two guide posts are fixed; at that, hold-down ring is equipped with seals, one of which is enclosed with internal cylindrical surface of the shutoff element, and the other one encloses external surface of movable stock. In upper part of the housing there located is an insert provided with a central hole for stock movement, lower holes for fastening of other ends of guide posts and blind upper threaded holes; upper hold-down ring with stock seal and housing seal is located on the insert. A flywheel and a nut with a position indicator of the shutoff element with a pin are located in upper part of the spindle. A working fluid pass is formed between external surface of the shutoff element and internal surface of the housing.

EFFECT: valve allows reducing forces required for movement of the shutoff element and simultaneous improvement of operation stability.

SUBSTANCE: proposed valve 1 has inlet area 13 and first discharge area 14, and, at least, one second discharge area 15 to be intercommunicated by, at least, two plate valves 11, 12. Flow control device 21 is arranged upstream of first discharge area 14 and second plate valve second discharge area 15. It has feed area 22 and discharge area 23. In compliance with this invention fluid in said flow control device 21 is directed via several channels distributed in said device distributed and separated one from the other. Said channels feature scroll shape to swirl fluid flow toward second plate valve 12.

SUBSTANCE: cutoff valve consists of a body connected to a pipeline by means of a flange connection, a thread, a quick-detachable connection, a bayonet connection; a seat of the valve in the form of plane, a cone from elastic material or that combined with metal, plastic; a shutoff element in the form of a ball, a plate; a conical or a flattened cylindrical multi-sided prism from material with density that is higher than that of oil or oil products and lower than water density or in combination with light-alloy material; a guide and a cell from metal, elastic plastic or their combination with a thrust against the housing on elastic surface, which is spring-loaded, or their combination. In the tank on the suction line of individual liquid pumping-out pipelines there installed are at least two cutoff valves at different levels. Besides, on individual liquid pumping-out pipelines there installed are liquid pressure sensors, which are electrically connected to a pumping-out control automation system.

EFFECT: improving reliability of separation of two-phase liquids; simplifying the design.
