Diameter of intermediate drive sprockets equals that of the head drive sprocket. Articulation between intermediate shaft sprockets is composed of equal-diameter gear wheels 12, 13 fitted on every shaft 10, 11 and idle gears 14 coupled therewith. Head and intermediate drive motor rotors run in synchronism.

However, a disadvantage of the known plate-type conveyor is limited by the length of transportation.

The disadvantages of the known plate-type conveyor with intermediate drives are the design complexity associated with the need to ensure contact the knuckle with the mounting plate chains, along with the need for appropriate timing of the drive head prognosticki and drive sprockets of the intermediate actuators, which have different diameters, due to reduced reliability of the plate conveyor of increased length. The technical result of the invention is to improve reliability of operation of the plate conveyor increased length due to a substantial increase in tractive effort implemented by each intermediate drive, and the possibility of simultaneous transmission of traction load and no-load branches traction chains.
