The technical field to which the invention relates.

The composition is in the form of a lotion applied on the basis that constitutes, or forms, or used for the manufacture of absorbent products such as diapers, training pants, a product for adults with incontinence or feminine hygiene product that can be used to reduce the adherence of feces or menstrual discharge to human skin. The lack of diapers described in the link Duncan et al., and other nappies treated hydrophobic lotions is the fact that hydrophobic and oleophobic upper blade slowly transfer the urine into the lower absorbent inner layers. WO 05/035013, WO 00/64500, WO 00/64501, patent application U.S. 002-120241 and U.S. patent 6,756,520 describe absorbent articles with hydrophilic compositions in the form of a lotion for various applications, for example, increasing moisture or lubrication, to reduce mechanical damage to the skin, to improve the health of the skin, to enhance the barrier function of the skin and for the prevention and relief of skin irritations. EP 1992366 A1 and EP 1992367 A1 describe absorbent articles with hydrophilic lotion that is transferred to the skin and limits the adherence of feces or menstrual blood to the skin (properties anti-stickiness). However, applicants found that some of these hydrophilic compositions in the form of a lotion, limiting the adherence of feces or menstrual blood to the skin can have problems with processing, in particular, in high-speed processes. Applicants also found that some of these hydrophilic lotions are not always effectively delivered to the skin, thus, decreases their effectiveness. Applicants found that the treatment of the hydrophilic compositions known from the prior art, in the liquid state under conditions of high temperature process, such compositions can remain in a liquid state after application to the Foundation for a significant period of time, thus adversely affecting the manufacturing process. Thus, there is still a need for absorbent articles for applying to the skin or worn by the user, such as wipes, diapers, sanitary napkins and the like, containing a base, for example, facing the body surface of the absorbent articles containing hydrophilic lotion that is easy to handle, even at high speed, and which is effectively transferred to the skin to effectively reduce the adherence of feces or menstrual discharge to the her.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide the framework that constitutes, or forms, or used for the manufacture of absorbent products or wipes containing transmissible composition in the form of a lotion which is easily handled, even at high speed, when the effective reduction of the adhesion of faeces or menstrual blood to the skin.

The invention

The present invention provides a framework containing composition in the form of a lotion which is easy to handle at high speed and which effectively reduces the adhesion of menstrual secretions or feces to the skin. The composition in the form of lotion contains:

a) from about 20 to about 80 weight percent of one or more compounds that are liquid at 25°C., selected from the group consisting of liquid polyethylene glycol derivatives, liquid polyethylene glycol, liquid polypropylenglycol derived liquid polypropylenglycol, liquid polyhydric alcohol, liquid esters of fatty acids containing at least one link of the fatty acid and at least one etilenglikolevye link, liquid esters of fatty acids containing at least one link of the fatty acid and at least one of propylene glycol link, and mixtures;

b) from about 5 to about 0 weight percent of one or more compounds, which are solid at 25°C., selected from the group consisting of derivatives of solid polyethylene glycol derivatives, solid polypropylenglycol, solid alkoxysilane non-ionic surfactants, solid glycerol esters, solid sorbitan and derivatives, solid sucrose esters and their derivatives, solid esters of glucose and derivatives thereof, and mixtures thereof;

C) from about 1 to about 40 weight percent of one or more of the solidification accelerators selected from the group consisting of C14-C22fatty alcohols, With12-C22fatty acids, solid fatty Soaps, waxes selected from the group consisting of Carnauba wax, ozokerite, beeswax, kandellilsky paraffin, paraffin, ceresin, Esparto, Rezovska, isoparaffins and mixtures thereof;

while the mass ratio of compound(s) and accelerator(s) of crystallization is from 3:2 to 10:1.

The present invention also provides a method of reducing the adherence of feces or menstrual discharge to human skin. The method includes a stage on which:

(i) provide a composition in the form of a lotion, as described above;

(ii) cause the effective amount of the specified composition in the form of lotion on facing the body surface of the base, which is used in the manufacture or quality of the solid fuel, or in the absorbent product, while the absorbent product is a product to be worn by the user;

(iii) enter into contact with the skin of the user with the specified absorbent product.

Detailed description of the invention

As used in this application "absorbent article" refers to devices which are designed for placement on the skin of the user to absorb and content of the various exudates released from the body. Examples of absorbent articles include products for patients with incontinence, such as baby or adult diapers; diaper type camisole, such as training pants; holders of diapers; gaskets for patients with incontinence. For example, the applicator cushioning type may be part of the strip applicator having a surface coated with a composition in the form of a lotion for distribution, and the vertical part of the arm.

The base useful in the present invention

The term "basis" as used in this application, in General, refers to a material that constitutes, or forms, or is used to make the upper of canvas and/or cuffs for the legs and/or barrier cuffs and/or the side flaps and/or the side panels and/or wings absorbent products. "Nonwoven" as used in this application refers to a finished canvas designed or randomly oriented fibers bonded by friction and/or cohesion and/or adhesion, excluding paper and products which are woven, knitted, quilted, sewn, including the binding threads or fibers, or felted by wet milling, with additional flashing or without it.

Preferred bases in this application may be or may contain material non-woven cloth, but such non-woven fabric can be manufactured using a wide variety of known methods. Non-limiting examples of methods include spunbond method, itching, wet process, the process air, melting, piercing needle, mechanical pneumoslide the group thermomechanical pneumovagina, gidropnevmosistemy, calendering and their combination.

Acceptable bases include curtain material (for example, woven or non-woven fabric containing natural fibers or synthetic fibers, or combinations thereof. Examples of natural fibers can include natural cellulose fibers, such as fibers made of hard wood, soft wood, or other non-woody plants. Natural fibers may include cellulose, starch, and combinations thereof. Synthetic fibers can be any material, such as, but not limited to the above selected from the group consisting of polyesters (e.g. polyethylene terephthalate), polyolefins, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyesters, polyamides, polyetherimides, polyvinyl alcohols of polyhydroxyalkanoates, polysaccharides, and combinations thereof. Additionally, the synthetic fiber may be a single component (i.e., one synthetic material or a mixture comprising all the fiber), the two components (i.e., the fiber is divided into sections, the sections include two or more different synthetic materials or mixtures thereof and may include jointly extruded fiber and the core and covering fibers) and their combinations. Bicomponent fibers can be used as a component fiber material is and paintings, and/or they may be present to act as binders for other fibers present in the material fabric. Any or all of the synthetic fibers may be treated before, during or after manufacture to change any desired fiber properties.

The base useful in the present invention may be or may contain layered webs of two or more nonwoven webs. If the basis is, or forms, or used to manufacture top of the canvas, cuffs and/or barrier cuffs and/or the side flaps and/or wings absorbent products, it may be, for example, the bulk of from about 5 to 100 g/m2or from about 10 to 40 g/m2or from about 10 to 30 g/m2. The base useful in the present invention, may comprise, or may form, or may be used to make the upper cloth absorbent products. The Foundation, which is, or forms, or used to manufacture top cloth absorbent products, can alternatively or additionally be provided with a hole, i.e. the upper surface has a number of holes hole size of at least about 0.2 mm2. The basis may be, or may form, or may be used for the manufacture of the upper blade having one or more apertures. Compositions in the form of a lotion, useful in the present invention are fluid (e.g. liquid) in an acceptable process conditions, for example, above 50°C or above 60°C or above 80°C or optional above 100°C., but are typically stagnant, i.e. solid at 25°C., i.e. at ambient temperatures.
