FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: support includes external and internal rings and a multilayered pack of corrugated ring plates, which is arranged between them. Projections are made on inner surface of the external ring. Threaded holes are made in internal ring and threaded displacers that provide preload of each corrugation of ring plates are installed in them.

EFFECT: improvement of dissipative properties in resonant modes owing to providing the damper operation at optimum preloads and simplification of the manufacturing procedure.

The invention relates to the field of transport engineering and can be used in machines and mechanisms with the rapidly rotating rotor to reduce vibration of the rotors, especially at the resonant modes by the dissipation of vibration energy.

Currently, as provedeniya bearings rotors are widely used multi-layer plate providentiae support composed of packets of annular plates, corrugated plates, or combinations of them [the Calculation and design of vibration protection means for dry friction. Vaartimo, Uketomeru, Aiellos etc. - Samara: Smaps, 2005. - 207.- ISBN5 98941-004-2, pp.17-22, 154-171].

The disadvantage provedeniya supports this type is a complex technology of their manufacture, which consists in the following.

Known providentia bearing of the rotor in the form of high-carbon steel tape or set of tapes, the package first pressed together in a press-fit using radial pressing, then thermofixing obtained the form of corrugations with a fairly complex program cured and, finally, the finished product is partially straighten out and pressed into the annular gap between the outer bearing shell of the rotor and housing.

Such support requires the installation of special loading devices from the weight of the rotor, and for large rotors (10kn or more) of the weight of the damping properties of the bearing is significantly worse because of work supports on large tightness. The dependence of the damping capacity from preload and amplitude of deformation is very significant [Calculation and design of vibration protection means for dry friction. Known providentia bearing of the rotor containing the outer and inner rings and placed between the multilayer package corrugated plates facing to each other surfaces of the rings in the cross section in the form of ovals, large axes are mutually perpendicular. Unloading of the rotor weight is realized due to redistribution of internal forces in the package of corrugated plates. At the bottom of the corrugation damper is made greater than in the upper part of the height. The disadvantage of this device is the complexity of the technology for different height of corrugations, no computational model and work at high tightness that significantly impairs the dissipative properties of the damper.

The technical result is the improvement of the dissipative properties of the resonant modes by ensuring operation of the damper at an optimal tightness and simplification of technology and is for drinking, preparing.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in providential support containing the outer and inner rings and a package of annular corrugated plates, the outer ring is made with the protrusions on the inner surface of the ring and on the inner ring threaded holes which have threaded plungers that govern the optimal tightness (the height of the corrugations in the plate pack), suppressing vibration and compensate for the weight of the rotor. Suppression of vibration and compensate for the weight of the rotor occurs without additional devices.

In Fig. 1 shown in the cross section of the damping device.

The damping device includes an outer ring 1 with the protrusions 2 on the inner surface, the package annular plates 3, the inner ring 4 with the screw vestitele 5, resting protrusions 6 in the package Platin 3.

The device operates as follows.

Package Platin ring 3 mounted between the rings 1 and 4, does not require pre-crimping, heat-setting and a special device for extrusion of the finished damper in the annular gap. Package smooth annular pay 3 without tension is placed between the rings 1 and 4, and then screwing vestitel 5 in ring 4, create a given (optimal) shape of the corrugations of the ring package 3.

Estimated or empirically choose the optimum preload vychislitel the th 5, compensating for the weight of the rotor attributable to this support. Thus, the damping device does not require installation of any additional discharge devices from static forces, which significantly simplifies the design of the damper. Using plungers 5 tightness in all directions establish optimal from the viewpoint of maximizing the efficiency of the damper in this direction.

When exposed to vibratory loads, for example, from the imbalance of the rotating rotor, the corrugation bends, due to the difference of the radii of the bends of the plate in the package slip with friction relative to each other and the energy dissipation takes place vibration.

Compared with the prototype when exposed to the vibration damping device is in the inverted mode: height of the corrugations increases, not decreases, which significantly affects the efficiency of the damper. To prevent premature wear of the annular plates, the protrusions 2 of the ring 1 and the protrusions 6 of the plungers 5 are made with rounded surfaces and less hard steel than the ring plate that will provide the specified resource damping device.

In repetitive manufacturing, the proposed construction providential of the rotor support will significantly simplify the technology of their manufacture by eliminating operations opress the Cai, heat-setting and squeezing the corrugations, to increase the efficiency of vibration reduction due to optimal preload of corrugations in all radial directions and to substantially simplify the design by eliminating the need to install additional load devices plumb rotor.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises coaxial rod supporting elastic element and slide displacing vertically along said rod between stroke limiters. Levers accommodating compensating weights creating dynamic force are pivoted to springs. Dynamic force equals that of inertia originating in forced vibrations of bearing elastic element. Said dynamic force is transferred by said levers via slide to aforesaid rod to act at protected element in counter phase with the force of inertia that results in their compensation.

SUBSTANCE: continuous steel cable is drawn by spiral through the holes of non-detachable elements mounted on mandrel with their following fixing via pressurisation. Steel cable is made of seven multi-core strands of equal diameter. Six peripheral strands are made of 19 or 49 wires. The diameter of central strand wires is selected considering their quantity. Vibration isolator hardness is calculated. After cable winding there performed is a pressurisation of non-detachable elements from two sides with the help of special cover plates with square bosses located directly above cable coils. The depth of the dents at pressurisation is done within (0.1…0.15) of cable diameter.

EFFECT: possibility of performance at similar structural dimensions of vibration isolators of different hardness and damping properties.

SUBSTANCE: shock-absorber is mounted on external casing that contains supporting bases and shroud fixed on them. On each support base there fixed is not less than two rods. The rods have reduced diameters of supporting surfaces. Parallel bases of shock-absorber and matrix have through-holes coaxial to the rods. Between supporting bases of the casing and matrix there installed are internal compression springs. Between the casing supporting bases there installed is a compression spring of large hardness. At the casing bases there are tension restrainers. There is a shaft with slot along the longitudinal axis of shock-absorber. One end of the shaft is located in the plug fixed on one of the shock-absorber bases. The second end of the shaft goes into the hole of the other shock-absorber's base. At the end of the shaft there is a spring-loaded stem that goes into the fixing grooves located on the base of the shock-absorber. Between the shaft and shock-absorber's base there is a spring with hardness less than spring-loaded stem mounted on ball pivot. One ball pivot is fixed on the shaft, and the other - on shock-absorber's base. In axial hole of the matrix there is a coil that has not less than two leaves on each end. On the coil there fixed is a stem interacting with shaft surface slot.

EFFECT: multiple use of shock-absorber without reinstallation after each working stroke.

SUBSTANCE: device with controlled friction includes the first and the second elements (1, 2) mounted capable of movement relatively each other in direction of sliding, between which there are the first and the second friction elements (5, 5) symmetrically located with the possibility of selective friction on the second element. Pressure element (6) affects at each friction element by return force in direction of jamming position. The first friction element is capable of preventing relative movement of two elements in the first direction, and at the second direction - with the possibility of affecting both elements by opposite friction force depending upon stress created at the first wedged element by pressure element. The second friction element acts in opposite direction similar to the first friction element. The device additionally includes neutralisation means (10, 13, 14) of that friction element that can interlock relative movement of elements in one or the other direction providing the possibility to the other friction element create opposite friction force.

EFFECT: movement with controlled friction in two directions.

SUBSTANCE: vibration-isolating device includes an elastic damping element from a continuous steel rope with formation of loops and additional damping, elastic and elastic-damping elements. Upper and lower support elements are made in the form of flat straight T-section plates. Loop retaining devices are made in the form of two pairs of pressure plates of rectangular section. Pressure plates are located to the right and to the left from posts of upper and lower support T-members with corresponding fastening elements in holes of pairs.

EFFECT: reduction of width and increase of load-carrying capacity of a vibration-isolating device.

SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator includes an elastic element in the form of a spiral from steel rope, a pair of external plates and a pair of internal plates, which are fixed to each other by means of fasteners. Internal plates are provided with slots to envelope and fix a steel rope on two diametrically opposite sides. Slots are made only on internal plates and have the shape of a hole that is torn up along chord of the circle. Distance from chord of the circle to the axis of hole is (0.3-0.4) of the hole diameter.

Proposed device comprises shock absorbers mounted between press bed and foundations. Every shock absorber is composed of, at least, two flat elastic inner and outer rings arranged axially symmetrically and in parallel planes. Said rings are jointed together by, at least, two symmetric elastic elements. Said elements are arranged diametrically and have through central groove. Besides, they are welded to rings by contact welding, or jointed thereto by threaded elements, or glued thereto.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to percussion-type tools. Proposed tool comprises head, body and means to decrease dynamic vibration. Said means comprises weight arranged on the body and elastic element elastically supporting said weight on said body. Said means allows decreasing tool body vibration in percussion by linear displacement of aforesaid weight. Said cylindrical weight has, at least, one annular groove extending axially from one end of the weight to approximately its center. One end of said elastic element is arranged in said annular groove while its opposite end is located on the body.

SUBSTANCE: vibration-damping support includes external and internal cages. One cage is connected to vibrating object, the other - to fixed foundation. Elastic element that connects the cages is made as plate corrugated by radial directions or a pack of such plates. Plates are bended in a ring and located with pretension in annular cavity formed by cages. The cavity is completely filled with operating viscous fluid, for example, with mineral oil. O-rings from elastic material, for example, rubber, seal the said cavity along edges.

EFFECT: damping of broad-band spatial vibration and possibility to work in wide range of temperatures.

Two-link stiffness corrector mechanism are made up of links 1 interconnected by pivot joint 2. Pivot joints 3 articulate links 1 with plates 4. Pivot joints 2 ate tightened by expansion elastic element 5 and tension regulator 6. Elastic compression elements 7 are arranged between plates 5. Total stiffness of elastic expansion elements 5 equals or somewhat exceeds total stiffness of elastic compression elements 7.

SUBSTANCE: elastic elements of a hanger are six identical flat curvilinear elastic rods with a cross section permanent in length. Rods are made in the form of a circumference arc with a certain radius of curvature. One end of each rod is rigidly fixed on an item casing so that fixation points lie on an imaginary sphere, the centre of which matches the item centre of mass. The other end of each rod is fixed on a rigid support ring, which is fixed on a casing of vibrations source. The ring plane passes via the item centre of mass. Three rods are arranged at one side relative to the ring plane, and the remaining three - at the other side. Each of the rod sets of three is installed symmetrically relative to the axis passing via the item centre of mass and perpendicular to the ring plane. The plane, where the axis of each rod lies in the initial state, is perpendicular to the ring plane and passes via the item centre of mass. The centre of curvature of each rod in the initial state lies on the straight line passing via the item centre of mass and the point of the rod fixation on the support ring.

SUBSTANCE: vibration insulator comprises flexible members made of plate springs. One of the ends of at least three flat springs are secured between the to plates arranges at the top part of the vibration insulator and provided with conical screw spring. The other ends are connected with the friction shoes through ring bend on the flat springs. The shoes are made of U-shaped stands secured to the shoe base. The base of the shoe that is in a contact with the setting plane is provided with friction spacers. The smaller base of the conical screw spring is secured to one of the plates arranged in the top section of the vibration insulator. The larger base of the conical spring could be connected with the platform for setting an object to be insulated. The larger base of the conical screw spring could be connected with one of the plates arranged in the top section of the vibration insulator, and smaller base of the conical spring could be connected with the platform for setting the object to be insulated.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: vibroinsulated platform comprises a rigid frame, a deck, which is a support surface for an operator, and elastic damped elements, which connect the frame with the base. Each elastic damped element comprises a body resting against the base. On the platform frame there is a vibrodamping element made of an elastron "Agat" or a vibrodamping mastic of type VD-17. The body in the upper part is connected to the cover. On the end surface of the cover, which faces the vibrodamping element, there is an elastic limiter of platform frame travel fixed, made of elastomer. Elastic damped elements are made in the form of at least two flat elastic coaxially arranged rings, an outer and an inner ones, arranged in parallel horizontal planes, rigidly connected to each other by means of at least two elastic elements, radially arranged in the horizontal plane, and at the angle within the limits of 10°÷80° - in the vertical plane.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibroinsulation and simplified design.
