The technical field to which the invention relates.

The invention relates to drying machines for linen and clothing, in particular for drying machines with a rotating drum for mixing subjected to drying products. More specifically, the present invention relates to the execution of a support rotation of the drying drum in the housing of the drying machine.

The level of technology

Drying machines are household devices intended for drying clothes and underwear due to the circulation of dry hot air into the drum or tilting the device (sometimes referred to as a drying tank)containing subject to drying of the product.

Known drying machines contain essentially cylindrical drum, open at the front and rear ends, which end rests on the front and rear bearing walls.

Disclosure of inventions

Known solutions, which support the drum elements (rollers, the axis of the neck support bearing) attached to parts of the vehicle body, for example to the front or rear panels of the chassis, have the following disadvantage: in order for the drum rotated, the body of the machine must be closed. The possibility of rotation of the drum to close the casing of the machine is very useful when performing the intermediate function tests on the build machine.

In addition, when the supporting elements of a drum attached to the parts of the machine housing, the housing is transmitted unwanted vibrations from the rotation of the drum.

The present invention is the creation of an alternative installation of the drum in the machine casing for rotation.

This problem is solved due to the fact that in the drying machine, containing:

- body drying machine, comprising a plastic base in which the passages for the flow of drying air;

drum mounted for rotation in the specified is abuse;

several are located in the body of the roller bearings of the drum with the possibility of rotation;

according to one aspect of the invention the rollers are mounted for rotation through respective bushings, pins, which are located on the plastic base.

The plastic base can be made by injection molding.

Preferably the fingers are positioned on top of the base.

Each of these fingers may be of a suitable bracket, made in a plastic base.

The rollers can be mounted on the corresponding fingers with screws or snap-on connection.

The plastic base can be adapted for location therein condensing unit or heat pump.

Thus, according to the present invention is a plastic base that is used to direct the flow of drying air, also performs the function of a reference element for the rollers, which in turn hold the drum for rotation.

An advantage of the present invention is the possibility of intermediate functional checks during the manufacturing process of the drying machine so as to rotate the drum is not necessary to completely assemble the dryer. Another advantage of the present invention is as follows: due to the fact that the drum is supported by a plastic base, effectively damped vibration, the source of which is the rotation of the drum.

Due to the fact that the fingers of rollers made in one piece with the plastic base, reduced number of components, drying machine, which is preferable from the viewpoint of the cost of the projectors, the manufacture, management logistics and Assembly operations.

The implementation of the invention

As shown in figure 1, the drying machine 100 includes a drum 105, designed to download be drying products, such as clothing, linens, and similar items.

The drum 105, made for example of stainless steel, is particularly the essentially cylindrical body, open at both ends 105A and 105b (front end 105A and the back end 105b). Near each of the ends 105A and 105b on the outer surface of the drum 105 is made of annular grooves 110A and 110b, which, as will be clear from the further description, form a support surface for the rollers that support the drum 105 to rotate.

The drum 105 is held on the base 115 for rotation by rollers that are installed on this basis, which will be described in detail later.

The base 115 forms the base of the machine housing in which is located the drum 105 and other components of the machine, for example the engine, the rotating drum 105, for example, by means of a belt drive (not shown in the drawings). In addition, the housing includes a front panel 120 with a hole 125 to access the drum, which closes the corresponding door (not shown in the drawings), is essentially a closed rear panel 130, and two side panels 135 (of which the drawings shows only one). Each of the arms 205A, 205b, C and 205d contains in the upper part of the corresponding sleeve or finger 210, the axis of which lies in a plane parallel to the plane of the support base 115 (for example, when ispolzovat dryer fingers are horizontal). Fingers 210 of the front arms 205A and 205b are towards the rear part of the vehicle body, and the fingers 210 of the rear brackets s and 205d are towards the front part of the vehicle body. The fingers can be made in one piece with the upper part 115b of the base, for example, they can be manufactured by molding the upper part 115b of the base, or they may be separate parts that are attached to the arms 205A, 205b, C and 205d, for example, using the VI is tov, or by welding or other suitable method.

As shown in Fig, 3, each finger 210 supports the corresponding roller 215 with the possibility of its rotation. The rollers 215 can be connected to the fingers 210 by means of screws or a snap connection. As shown in figures 1 and 5, the drum 105 is supported by four roller 215 to rotate. Two grooves 110A and 110b form the corresponding guides for rollers 215.

Mainly the front and rear panels 120 and 130 is mounted on a base 115 or supported by this base 115 as shown in Fig.6 and 7, for example, with screws or equivalent means. In particular, for fastening panels to the plastic substrate can be used brackets 205A, 205b, C and 205d.

As follows from the above, a plastic base according to the present invention is used as for the direction of the ing stream of drying air, and as a support element for the rollers, which in turn support the drum with the possibility of rotation.

The advantage of the present invention is the ability to perform intermediate functional inspection in the manufacturing process of the drying machine so as to rotate the drum is not necessary to completely assemble the drying machine, in particular not necessary to install the panels of her hull. Essentially, the body panels can be installed at the end of the manufacturing process with less risk of scratching or otherwise damaging the appearance of the machine.

Assembly of the machine also becomes easier and faster, also simplified and technical or maintenance of the drying machine.

Another advantage of the present invention is that due to the support drum with a plastic base effectively damped vibration, the source of which is the rotation of the drum.

Due to the fact that the fingers of rollers made in one piece with the plastic base, reduced number of components, drying machine, which is preferable from the point of view of cost of production, management, logistics and Assembly operations.

Upon reaching of predetermined temperature, special control circuit (MC, RL, TR, ST) supplies electric resistor R3 with electric current in intermittent or modulated manner, i.e., by providing alternating electric current supplying phase and interrupting supplying of electric current, said supplying and interrupting of supplying electric current being performed in repeated base periods for controlling of electric resistance power in its steady state in order to provide for constant temperature.

SUBSTANCE: condensation type dryer has detachable washed filter. Said filter includes flexible fibrous material and it may fix and(or) decompose odorizing matters. Filter is mounted in closed cycle of air movement in dryer for removing unpleasant odorizing matters out of dried laundry. Deodorizing filter is made of textile material and it is possible to wash it in washing machine. In order to fix odorizing matters, fibers of filter are treated by means of particles that may fix said matters and from which odorizing matters may be washed out for regenerating filter. Filtering device is in the form of frame having two, lower and upper portions. Upper portion is connected with lower portion that may be locked.

FIELD: washing machines.

SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, after preliminary removal of moisture by centrifuging, linen is acted upon by elastic vibrations of ultrasonic frequency. Said vibrations are formed by aerodynamic or electromechanical converters and are introduced into linen to be dried contactlessly through nonresonance air gaps or through design members of washing machine. Intensity of elastic vibrations is set within 135 and 160 dB. Frequency of vibrations is chosen to provide acoustic resonance of inner volume of washing machine tumbler and/or inner air gap between tumbler for linen and outer tumbler. In process of drying frequency is changed according to change in quantity of linen to be dried and its moisture content. Owing to use of optimum sources of ultrasonic vibrations and corrected parameters and conditions of formation and introduction of vibrations into linen, energy consumption for implementing the method is reduced.

SUBSTANCE: drying machine has housing with pivotal member for attachment of door to front panel and pair of pivotal brackets for connecting pivotal member with one of opposite sides of window provided on front panel. Drying machine has preliminary assembling unit for reliable attachment of pivotal bracket to front panel. Preliminary assembling unit has retaining openings and positioning opening provided in pivotal bracket, and retaining protrusions and positioning protrusion extending from front panel. Retaining protrusions are gripped by retaining openings so that positioning protrusion is located in positioning opening. Pivotal bracket is thus fastened in predetermined position on front panel. In such state, openings for screw provided in pivotal member on front panel and pivotal bracket are aligned with one another to thereby allow pivotal member to be connected by means of screws with pivotal bracket.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation.

FIELD: drying technique.

SUBSTANCE: locking unit is positioned in front panel of drying machine, on door of which machine hook is located, said hook being adapted for engagement with locking unit and disengagement therefrom. Locking unit has lock main body equipped with protrusions and retaining openings in its opposite sides, and lock cover having openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining openings provided at cover opposite sides. Protrusions are formed in active part protruding from carrier part of lock main body, and retaining openings are formed in carrier part, immediately under protrusions. Openings for accommodation of protrusions are provided in portion protruding from edge of cover lock planar portion, and retaining protrusions are formed at ends of lock cover protruding portion. On introducing of lock cover into main body of lock, protrusions become embraced with openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining protrusions are introduced into retaining openings. Such construction allows lock cover to be assembled with lock main body for one operation.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and reduced time for assembling of lock unit.

SUBSTANCE: set of two laundry machines consists of a washing machine and a drying machine. The latter has the drum for retaining the laundry therein, a pressure fan supplying the air to the drum and a pressure device for heating the air supplied to the drum. The set consists of a common hose connected to at least one water supply source, the hose supplying water to the drying machine, which connects the common hose to the drying machine, and the hose supplying water to the washing machine, which connects the common hose to the washing machine. The drying machine consists of a drum, a pressure fan supplying the air to the drum and the device for heating the air supplied to the drum. The machine includes a water supplying hose connecting the drying machine to the common hose which is connected to water supply source and to the washing machine. The drying machine has a steam generator and the hose supplying water to the drying machine and connected to the steam generator.
