After connection with the information operator communications point and transmission of the SMS message, there is automatic connection of the telephone and microphone of the speaking unit. The information operator communications point can locate the vehicle on an electronic map, which would have transmitted the voice or SMS message. The receiving and transmission device has an extra connection to the informational support service through cellular communication.
