The invention relates to the field of valves, in particular for remote control and level control of two-phase liquids (crude oil, petroleum, reservoir fluid and water), and may find application in commercial parks in the separation of oil from the reservoir fluid, oil, petrol stations and in various industries.

Known liquid level sensor (patent RU №2284482 C1, G01F 23/74, publ. 27.09.2006)containing a float with a magnet, the restrictors on the float and a vertical guide nonmagnetic tube, inside which are the switches. At least one limiter is installed to lock the float in position of engagement with the reed switch, guide tube contains an element in the form of a rod cross-section, the grooves which separate the moving and fixing it is the switches that are grouped into functional units, and the node with the number of switches is more than one they are connected to each other by the parallel scheme, the length of the zone of interaction between float and reed switch is greater than the distance between the reed switches, the first height. Known sensor for fluid level control (patent RU №2340878 C1, G01F 23/30, publ. 10.12.2008)containing a sealed housing made in the form of a tube segment of a nonmagnetic material, the top and bottom of the flanges, placed on the ends of the housing and interconnected by three studs and nuts, the float is spherical in shape, made of non-magnetic material, a permanent magnet, made in the form of a ring and located inside of the ball float. Case sensitive element (reed switch) attached to the outer surface of the sensor housing by screws. The switch is located outside the housing of the sensor. Inlet and outlet tubes, welded to the flanges of the sensor when mounting the sensor on the consumer products, tightly connect it with them. The technical result of the proposed sensor design will improve the reliability and accuracy of the fluid level control.

Disadvantages sensor for fluid level control are: the design of the sensor is intended only for the control and regulation of the level of homogeneous fluid for measurement of two-phase liquid in one tank of the proposed sensor is not intended.

The closest technical solution is a shutoff valve (patent RU №2191253 C1, E21B 34/06, publ. 20.10.2002). The shutoff valve is used for shut tubing in the process of changing the plug-in pump repair well without it jamming. Provides increased reliability of operation of the valve in the process of changing the pump by providing a live stream is of hidcote from a hole in the pipe and back and reducing the flow resistance. The inventive valve is located in the housing and contains a shut-off element includes a saddle and a ball interacting with the plunger of the pump and having the ability to move along the axis of the housing. According to the invention the ball is made with an axial hole and two parallel planes. They have pins that are located on the same axis perpendicular to the axis of the bore and radially offset from the axis of the ball. Each of them is made in the form of two degrees offset from each other by an amount equal to the offset of the axis of the pin relative to the axis of the ball bore. The ball has the possibility of rotation around the axis of the pins and contact with a movable saddle. Movable saddle is made with a spring and holds the latch.

The proposed construction of the valve-stopping mechanism is used to overlap the tubing in the process of changing the plug-in pump repair well without it jamming. This design cannot be used when pumping oil, produced water from reservoirs with commercial parks, where the separation of oil from the reservoir fluid.

The objective of the invention is to separate pumping liquids from containers, containing two phases: oil - brine fluid, petroleum products is water.

This ass is cha solved if the pumping of the capacity of the individual liquids, containing oil from produced water and oil with water; installation of suction piping valves-off valves at least two different levels, consisting of a valve body attached to the piping with flanged connections, thread, quick-release connections, bayonet connections. Valve seat in the form of a plane, cone of elastic material or combined with metal, plastic. The locking element in the form of a sphere, a plate, a conical or truncated cylindrical, polyhedral prism of a material with a density greater than the density of the oil (oil), and less than the density of water (for example, polyethylene, block copolymer of propylene with ethylene and so on) or in combination with light-alloy material. Guide or cells of metal, flexible plastic, or combinations thereof, with an emphasis in the frame on the elastic surface, spring, or combinations thereof. And on pipelines pumping specific fluids installed pressure sensors liquids and electrically connected with the automatic control system and regulation of pumping.

The proposed shutoff valve is illustrated by diagrams, where:
