FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of electrical engineering immediately dealing with an electric slot of a "plug-socket" system. In the electric slot comprises a socket arranged in the form of a dielectric part with inbuilt electric contacts and a cover and a socket arranged in the form of a dielectric body with a pair of pins, in the socket cover there is a ferromagnetic plate built-in, and the socket body comprises a core with a winding, performing a function of an electromagnet. The socket body comprises a rectifier of alternating current arriving into a winding. The plug body comprises an interrupter of current arriving into a winding.

EFFECT: invention expands the field of application of an electric slot, increases its reliability.

The invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and applies to the electrical system connector "socket-plug".

Known electrical connector containing a socket made in the form of dielectric parts with built-in electrical contacts and the cover, and the plug is made in the form of dielectric housing with a pair of pins [1]. A disadvantage of the known electrical connector is limited its application in the conditions of shaking, vibration, location under inclined and horizontal surfaces.

The invention aims to expand the scope of an electric connector, increase its reliability.

The technical result is achieved that the electrical connector containing a socket made in the form of dielectric parts with built-in electrical contacts and the cover, and the plug is made in the form of dielectric housing with a pair of pins, the cover sockets embedded ferromagnetic plate and into the body of the plug is embedded core with winding performing the function of an electromagnet. In case the plug is integrated rectifier AC current flowing in the winding. In the body of the plug has a built-breaker current flowing in the winding.

Figure 1 presents a General view of the electrical connector system receptacle-plug"; figure 2 is a view of the cover of the outlet-side step the El; figure 3 shows a section of Fig. 2 along a-a; figure 4 is a section of figure 2 but In-In; figure 5 shows a plug with a built-in core and winding; figure 6 is a view of figure 5 above; 7 shows a connection diagram of the rectifier current supplied to the coil; Fig shows the wiring of the circuit breaker of the current supplied to the coil.

The electrical connector (figure 1) contains the socket 1 and the plug 2. The socket is made in the form of a dielectric, for example, plastic parts 3 with built-in electrical contacts 4 and the plastic cover 5 (Fig.2-4). In the cover still embedded ferromagnetic plate 6. The cap has a hole 7 for access to the electrical contacts and openings 8 for attaching mounting screws (not shown) to the plastic parts. Plug (figure 5 and 6) with the input end of the electric wire 9 is made in the form of a plastic body 10 with a pair of pins 11. In case the plug is embedded core 12 and a coil 13, performs the function of an electromagnet. Built into the lid of the ferromagnetic plate and made of mild steel core have a smooth end surface with a corrosion-resistant coating (not shown). In case the plug can be integrated rectifier (semiconductor rectifier diode) 14 current flowing in the coil (7). In the body of the plug has a built-breaker current flowing in the winding, as which is can be used by closing the switch 15, working on the opening of the contacts when you change the position of the moving permanent magnet 16 with spring-loaded button 17 (figure 5 and 8).

When connecting the plug 2 from the socket 1 (Fig 1) embedded in the plastic body 10 pins 11 through the openings 7 in the cover 5 (Fig.2-4) in contact with the electrical contacts 4 plastic parts 3. When the ferromagnetic plate 6 in the lid and integrated into the housing of the plug core 12 and a coil 13 (figure 5 and 6) upon application to the wire 9 of the electric current to form an electromagnetic connection. Integrated into the housing of the plug rectifier 14 (7) AC provides a stable magnetic field between the core and the ferromagnetic plate, excluding the loss of the plug from the outlet when the shaking or vibration. Pressing the button 17 (figure 5) is offset from the permanent magnet 16 of the switch 15 (Fig), causing the opening of its contacts. When this flow of electrical current in the winding of the core is interrupted, the magnetic field disappears. After that the plug is easily removed from the socket.

The invention extends the application of the electrical connector increases its reliability.

SUBSTANCE: modular slot for electric connections comprises an external device of fixation for combination and fixation of several slots with the help of covered and covering connecting links. Covering insulating frames (4) contain standard colour marking to ensure identification of conductors at first sight. To recognise a specific chain, there is an upper cover (6), which may be a source of information for a user. The conducting part comprises a set of one or several metal conducting parts (1), which have identical polarity, enclosed into a covering insulating thermoplastic frame (5), having the same colour for this element as the conducting cable.

EFFECT: invention provides for the possibility to combine several slots in side and transverse directions by a jointing method.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a connector's design and a method for connection of a high-voltage cable with electrical equipment, such as switching equipment in a power distribution substation. A self-locking unit is proposed for an end cable coupling, comprising a connector with a step. The self-locking unit comprises a ring, having a circumferential surface and multiple latches arranged on the circumferential surface. Each latch comprises a configuration, providing for displacement between a locked position, in which a latch is engaged with a step, and an unlocked position, in which a latch is disengaged from a step.

EFFECT: sliding ring has a configuration, which provides for displacement along a part of an external surface of a connector relative to a bearing ring, and comprises a groove, and a bearing ring is arranged on a ring connector, and has a configuration providing for limitation of displacement of a sliding ring, at least, in one direction.

SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to railway transport facilities. Connector 5' comprises contact holder 6 to be locked in train automatic coupler connection panel 7. Besides, it comprises contact metal case 20 to be plugged in front end of contact holder 6, metal contact element 21 locked in contact case to pass through insulated line terminal 22 of conductor arranged in contact holder rear end. SUBSTANCE: plug body consists of the inner (1) and the outer (3) parts that are non-detachably interconnected and insulated from each other a a heat-insulation layer (2). Contact pins (6) are rigidly fixed inside the body with glass sealant (5). The heat-insulation layer (2) is attached to the outer surface of the body inner part (1); then the body inner part (1) with the heat-insulation layer (2) is placed inside the body outer part (3). Then the inner (1) and the outer (3) parts that are non-detachably interconnected with the contact pins (6) fixed inside the body. The body outer part (3) is installed inside the usage object (7), heated with a ring-exploded electron jet and non-detachably fixed.

EFFECT: imparting damping properties to the plug body, decrease of the plug overall dimensions, preservation of glass sealants integrity in the process of the plug connection to the usage object.

SUBSTANCE: electric connector consists of a plug receptacle (1) with male contacts positioned (31) within its cavity and movable plug head (2) with female contacts (32) for electric conductors ends connection (25, 26). For fixation of the plug head in the plug receptacle with form closure a shape lock ring is applied that is fitted, with part of its cross section, into the plug head groove passing along the perimeter; during the electric connector locking the ring engages, with the rest of its cross section, into the groove arranged on the inner side surface of the plug receptacle. The shape of the lock ring and the grooves as well as the lock ring material are such that the plug head (2) is taken out of the plug receptacle (1) only by a pull force in excess of a certain threshold value. The plug head (2), connected in the same way, is fixed with its end in the congruent end of the plug movable body (3) with form closure ensured by the fixture ring (4). The force enabling the plug head taking out of the plug receptacle is less than the force retaining the plug head in the plug body with fixture ring connection.

SUBSTANCE: in the demountable vacuum electrical connector the first and the third splits, mounted on a board with current-conducting paths, form an extension board rigidly installed on stands inside the flange. A groove is formed on the whole perimetre of the first hollow inside the flange, along the lower ridge of the side wall. The inner hollow of the flange with the extension board, above the level of recesses in the first split electric contacts is filled with a sealant. On the third body of the third split a cover is placed attached on the stands and the flange. Lobes with holes are arranged on the flange outside, on its sides. A pad for the tightening element fixation is envisaged on the flange surface around the first split. The connector counterpart is made on the plate of the appliance being sealed and includes a depression for the tightening element, mounting holes for the flange and the second split installed in the depression.

EFFECT: expanded field and enhanced efficiency of usage of unsealed standard multipin splits based on application of a demountable vacuum electric connector for physical appliances sealing.

FIELD: electrocable equipment mounted by an operator in a hard clothing and extreme operating conditions, for example, in an extra-vehicular suit outside the space station.

SUBSTANCE: the electrical coupler consists of several groups of simultaneously joined parts and excludes hand orientation and preliminary joining of each electrical connection. The electrical coupler consists of joined components, one of which has "n" connectors, in whose bodies the contact fields are installed, lock of the open and closed positions, and the other of which has n mating connectors, in whose bodies the mating contact fields are installed. The body of each connector enters, respectively, the body of the mating connector. Provision is made for component of fixation of the guaranteed clearance between the jointed parts and the components of combination of the axes of the joined parts and their angular position. A mechanism for movement of the connectors is introduced in one of the joined components, it is made in the form of a bracket with a cylinder are made diametrically oppositely two slots along the generating line of the cylinder surface. A plate is installed on the cylinder for movement along the cylinder axis, the plate has a bush enveloping the cylinder, in its wall two holes are made diametrically oppositely, the holes lie in the plane passing through the longitudinal axes of the cylinder slots, made in the bracket are "n" holes, axes of the bush holes and n holes made in the plate for the body connectors. The axis of plate motion passes through the slots in the cylinder wall and the holes in the bush wall. Part of the bracket enveloping the cylinder along its generating surface is made in the form of a clamp, whose longitudinal plane is perpendicular to the axis of the cylinder slots.

EFFECT: improved human engineering characteristics and enhanced density of location of the electrical couplers on the preset area due to reduced working zone of the coupler, as well as reduced working time for operation of jointing of a great number of couplers due to the reduced quality of operations.

FIELD: electrical engineering; latching connectors for electrical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: proposed electric-contact connector has socket incorporating shroud, insulator, shock absorber, and latching mechanism; and plug with insulator and ring embedded therein. Shroud is threaded to receive cylindrical-surface bushing provided with clamp and outside thread. Cylindrical surface of bushing carries ring with clamp engageable with bushing clamp and with at least two shaped slots. Vertical displacement of ring is restricted by nut with minimal clearance affording its free rotation; slots have tapered vertical part and horizontal part with shoulder and are engageable with projections of ring embedded in plug insulator. This connector can be used as connector/disconnector of power circuits. It can be also used for coupling high-voltage power circuits of adjacent cars of high-speed electric trains.

SUBSTANCE: contact device 1 designed for detachable connection of mobile equipment module to fixed current-carrying buses has insulating case 1, as well as contact blocks 4 disposed in compartments 3 of case 2. Each contact block 4 has at least one bent-out contact section 5, likewise bent-out connecting part 16, and guiding part 15 likewise disposed in-between. FIELD: plug connectors for cables of subsurface workings of mines.

SUBSTANCE: proposed cable-terminating plug forms hollow plug socket of brass whose hollow section on cable end forms cable entry hole and has supporting collar that functions to support male connecting member projection in axial direction. Cable entry hole is provided with inner thread for turning in metal tetrahedron that has through hole for cable entry. Cable screen or armor can be placed between through hole and cable sheath to ensure adequate grounding of cable and cable plug. Inner space of plug socket is sealed by means of shaped part molded on cable sheath, on plug socket, and on polyhedron. Shaped part is also used for securing cable in axial direction on plug socket.

EFFECT: ability of long-time service in damp media due to reliable sealing attained by simple means.

FIELD: cable jointing devices.

SUBSTANCE: cable jointing box provided with through duct to receive respective cable end mounts cup-shaped electric contact whose edge forms hold-down ring tightly enclosing reduced-diameter box section. Naked conducting member is placed between electric contact and box section. Hold-down ring is squeezed to tighten up joint between duct wall and cable sheath. Tightening sleeve is capable of holding two boxes, each being connected to cable through respective electric contacts. Sleeve provides for tight joint between interrelated cable parts in region bounded by sleeve and boxes.

SUBSTANCE: proposed plug socket incorporating pushing means has shroud, its closing cover, at least one contact member disposed on or inside case, at least one pushing component designed to push out the plug directly or by means of at least one intermediate part, and pusher coupled with one end of pushing component and installed in socket shroud and/or in cover for displacement in direction perpendicular to cover surface so as to set in motion pushing component. The latter has sliding surface on arc-shaped track within socket shroud.
