SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of determining the level (L, L1, L2) of the washing fluid in the washing machine (10), in particular, household washing machine or a dishwasher, which comprises a tank (11), in which a drum (12) is located to accommodate a certain amount of laundry in it, connected to the tank (11) analog pressure relay (15) for determining pressure of the washing fluid in the said tank (11) and, therefore, the level (L, L1, L2) of the washing fluid in it and means of control and regulation of the washing machine (10). According to the invention, the analog pressure relay (15) is subjected to calibration process, and the said calibration process is performed during the working cycle of the washing machine (10).

The invention relates to a method of determining level of washing liquid in a washing machine, in particular a household dishwasher or washing machine, according to the restrictive part of paragraph 1 of the claims.

In known washing machines, washer fluid level is usually determined by measuring the pressure specified washer fluid via a pressure switch. A known type of pressure switch is the so-called "positional" pressure switch, which essentially works as a dip switch, because it allows the washing liquid fed into the machine's tank, when the pressure of washing liquid below the limit value, and stops the supply of washing liquid as soon as the pressure of washing liquid reaches the specified limit.

However, it was observed that when using "positional" pressure switch there is a lot of disadvantages, the most significant of which is that such pressure does not allow to define different levels of cleaning fluid in the tank washing machines. This disadvantage becomes more and more significant in recent years, mainly because the cockpits washing machines can perform many functions associated with different levels of washing liquid in the washing tank.

In the known technical solution, once abatena to overcome this drawback and to determine the level of washing liquid in the washing machine, use the so-called "analog" pressure switch. An example of such "analog" pressure switch described in the French patent FR 2377614.

"Analog" pressure switch essentially includes a housing and a coil with a ferromagnetic core, floating rubber diaphragm which is stretched as a result of influence of pressure generated by the scrubbing liquid.

The coil is part of an oscillatory electric circuit, which generates a signal the frequency of which varies with different positions of the core inside the coil, i.e. in accordance with the deformation of the diaphragm caused by the pressure of washing liquid. The resonant frequency of the oscillatory electric circuit varies essentially linearly as a function of the displacement of the ferromagnetic core relative to the coil.

As a result, the control circuit of the washing machine is calibrated during operation of the washing machine or stages of testing and program so that it linked to a certain value of frequency oscillating electrical circuit with a certain value of the pressure of washing liquid in the washing machine.

From this it follows that the control circuit of the washing machine can determine the appropriate level of washing liquid. This allows the control circuit to send with the following commands to various components of the washing machine, in particular, with respect to the flow of washing liquid in the washing machine in accordance with the level of washing liquid in the washing machine.

Although the "analog" pressure switch allows you to define many different levels of cleaning fluid in the tank of the washing machine, its use creates some problems related, in particular, with the fact that when determining the level of washing liquid "analog" pressure less accurate than "positional" pressure switch.

Another disadvantage of the above-described pressure switch is that the limit of error of measuring fluid pressure increases over time due to wear of this pressure switch.

The main task of the present invention is to overcome the aforementioned disadvantages.

In particular, the present invention is to develop a method for determining the level of washing liquid in a washing machine, in particular a household dishwasher or washing machine, which will allow you to define many different levels of cleaning fluid in the machine.

Another objective of the present invention is to develop a method for determining the level of washing liquid in a washing machine, in particular a household dishwasher or washing machine, which will allow accurate and precise measurement of the different levels of cleaning fluid voicei machine.

Another objective of the present invention is to develop a method for determining the level of washing liquid in a washing machine, in particular a household dishwasher or washing machine, the accuracy of which does not depend on duration of use or wear of parts used to measure pressure.

These tasks are solved in the method of determining the level of washing liquid in a washing machine, in particular a household dishwasher or washing machine, through appropriate washing machine, comprising the features set forth in the attached claims, which are understood as an integral part of the present description.

Further objectives, features and advantages of the present invention become clear from the subsequent detailed description with reference to the drawing, which presents as a non-limiting example.

Washing machine 10 includes a tank 11 in which is located the drum 12, is adapted to accommodate a certain quantity of linen for washing (not shown in the drawing).

Preferably the specified drum 12 rotates relative to the essentially horizontal axis and is driven in castnet is, a motor 13 and a transmission 14.

The drum 12 may also be mounted rotatably around an essentially vertical axis.

Washing machine 10 also includes an "analog" of the relay 15 pressure associated with the tank 11 so that it determines the pressure of washing liquid in the specified tank 11 and, consequently, the level L of washing liquid in the tank 11.

Washing machine 10 also includes:

- supply means for supplying washing liquid from the water supply line into the tank 11, and specified connecting means include at least one valve 16 and one suction nozzle 17;

means for draining the washing liquid from the tank 11, and these discharge means include at least one pump 18 and the exhaust pipe 19;

- controls and regulation of the washing machine 10.

In particular, these means of control and regulation of the washing machine 10 includes an electronic panel 20, which is adapted to store and execute multiple wash programs, which usually include the wash cycles that can be changed depending on the load, type of tissue, the extent of contamination or the desired rinse linen to be washed.

According to the present invention for determining the level L of washing liquid in the washing machine 10 indicated "analog" relay 15 pressure is advergame the calibration process, moreover, the specified calibration process is carried out during the working stage of the washing machine 10.

For the purposes of the present invention a work stage is essentially the stage of use of the washing machine by the user.

In particular, the calibration process includes the following stages of calibration:

a) determining the initial frequency F0"analog" relay 15 pressure;

b) the supply of washing liquid in the tank 11 of the washing machine 10;

C) determining the level L of washing liquid in the tank 11 by determining the frequency change ΔF "analog" relay 15 of the pressure with respect to the specified initial frequency F0.

Preferably the specified initial frequency F0"analog" relay 15 pressure is determined when the tank 11 of the washing machine 10 essentially does not contain washing liquid.

Since the frequency difference ΔF relative to the initial frequency F0is a function of the level L of washing liquid in the tank 11 of the washing machine, the specified level L can be calculated when determining the change in frequency ΔF relative to the initial frequency F0"analog" relay 15 pressure, and the specified initial frequency F0is determined when the tank 11 of the washing machine 10 essentially does not contain washing liquid.

In more detail, the analog switch 15 pressure obeys Lin is inamu law, which can be expressed as a function y=αx+β, where:

- the value of the abscissa represents the level of washing liquid L;

- the value of the ordinate represents the frequency of "analog" relay 15 pressure;

the angular coefficient α is known and depends on the characteristics of "analog" relay 15 pressure.

As a result, in accordance with the method of the present invention, the level L is calculated as the ratio between the change in frequency ΔF and the angular coefficient α.

According to the present invention, the phases of the calibration preferably periodically repeated during the working cycle of the washing machine 10.

In particular, the phases of the calibration may be repeated each time the beginning and/or end of the washing cycles each wash program. In fact, at the beginning and at the end of the wash cycle the tank 11 essentially does not contain washing liquid, because any residual washing liquid present in lingerie, is largely irrelevant for determining the level L of washing liquid according to the present invention, and, anyway, can not affect the use of the method according to the present invention.

These stages of self-calibration can be repeated every time when the program of the Laundry washing machine 10 according to the present invention is started; alternatively, the above article the interest of self-calibration can be performed after a specified number of wash programs.

Advantages of the method of determining the level of washing liquid in a washing machine, in particular a household dishwasher or washing machine, as well as in the corresponding washing machine according to the present invention is apparent from the above description.

In particular, such advantages are that the method according to the present invention allows to define many different levels of the washing liquid in the washing machine, at the same time ensuring the accurate and precise measurement of the different levels of the washing liquid in the washing machine.

Another advantage of the present invention is that the accuracy of the method of determining the level of washing liquid in a washing machine, in particular a household dishwasher or washing machine, does not depend on duration of use or wear of parts, which are used to measure pressure.

Method and washing machine described above as an example, can be subject to many possible changes, not going beyond the scope of the invention. It is obvious that in the practical implementation of the invention described parts may have different shapes or be replaced with other technically equivalent elements.

In particular, among the many possible implementation of the method may include steam processing Belle is, contained in the drum 12, and the specified steam treatment, in particular, is carried out so that the first level L1 of washing liquid remains below the drum 12, providing hydration linen ferry without soaking them washing liquid.

Another variant of the invention provides for actuation of the recirculation circuit (not shown in the drawing) for recirculation of washing liquid in the washing machine 10, and the specified actuation occurs, in particular, when the "analog" relay 15 pressure determines the specified level L of washing liquid in the tank 11. The recirculation circuit, which in the washing machine finishes a hole in the top of the tank 11 and is used to improve the soaking textiles during washing, can run periodically, and the recirculation circuit can be disabled when the "analog" relay 15 pressure will define a preset lower level L2 washing fluid in the tank 11 (L2<L, where L2 is preferably a level at which the means of heating the washing liquid is completely covered with the scrubbing liquid). The use of a motor with adjustable speed in the recirculation circuit is particularly favorable for the flow of washing liquid flowing in the recirculation circuit, depending on the level of an "analog" of the relay 15 pressur who I am.

In the present description and in the attached drawing is a household washing machine, however, it is clear that the washing machine 10 may be a dishwasher, and the present invention is also applicable to the specified dishwasher. In this case, the recirculation circuit is hydrocontrol, adapted for supplying washing liquid to the upper and/or lower the spray.

Thus it is clear that the present invention is not limited to the above-described method and a washing machine, and may be subject to many modifications, improvements or replacements of equivalent parts and elements without departing from the inventive concept as clearly defined in the following claims.

1. The way to determine the level (L, L1, L2) washer fluid in the washer (10), in particular a household dishwasher or washing machine comprising a tank (11), which is a drum (12) to be placed in it a certain quantity of linen; associated with the tank (11) analog relay (15) pressure to determine the pressure of washing liquid in the specified tank (11) and, consequently, the level (L, L1, L2) washer fluid in it and a means of control and regulation of the washing machine (10), characterized in that the analog relay (15) pressure is subjected to a calibration process, and the specified calibration process carried out in the time the I operating cycle of the washing machine (10).

2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the calibration process includes the following stages of self-calibration, in which:
a) determine the initial frequency (F0) analog relay (15) pressure;
b) serves the washing liquid in the tank (11) washing machines (10);
C) determine the level (L, L1, L2) washer fluid tank (11) by determining the frequency change ΔF analog relay (15) of the pressure with respect to the specified initial frequency F0.

3. The method according to claim 2, characterized in that the initial frequency (F0) analog relay (15) pressure determine when the tank (11) washing machine (10)essentially does not contain washing liquid.

4. The method of claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the phases of calibration, periodically repeat the operating cycle of the washing machine (10).

5. The method according to claim 4, characterized in that the phases of the calibration is repeated at the beginning and/or end of each wash cycle each wash program.

6. The method according to claim 4, characterized in that the phases of the calibration is repeated for each run performed a washing machine (10) wash program.

SUBSTANCE: washing machine has detergent feeding apparatus adapted for mixing detergent dispensed from container with washing water and for feeding of mixed detergent and washing water into washing reservoir. Detergent feeding apparatus has housing, detergent container, and water feeding chambers. Housing has a plurality of inlet apertures connected with respective water feeding pipes, and outlet aperture connected with washing reservoir. Detergent container is detachably inserted into housing and is equipped with a plurality of chambers for receiving of detergent. Water feeding chambers are equipped with a plurality of through channels, one of through channels being adapted for feeding of washing water delivered through inlet apertures into chambers for receiving of detergent while adjusting washing water pressure within predetermined range.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of washing of cloths.

SUBSTANCE: drum-type washing machine has rotating cylindrical drum mounted within water tank so that central axis of rotation of drum is extending in horizontal plane or inclined relative to horizontal plane. Water discharge opening is provided through bottom part of water tank. Washing machine incorporates engine for rotation of drum, unit for feeding of washing water into water tank, unit for discharging of water from water tank, and control unit for controlling operation of engine, water feeding unit and water discharge unit so as to provide washing, rinsing and water discharge procedures. Guiding member provided on inner bottom part of water tank is equipped with guiding surface designed for facilitating collection of washing water and directing collected water to water discharge opening.

FIELD: washing machine furnished with drying apparatus and method for removal of soap foam formed in large amounts during washing cycle and delivered into drying apparatus.

SUBSTANCE: method involves determining whether or not drying cycle is selected after termination of washing cycle; removing soap foam by feeding water into drying apparatus after termination of washing cycle and before beginning of drying cycle during selecting of drying cycle. Washing machine is furnished with water tank and drum, and has drying apparatus equipped with condensing channel provided on rear surface of water tank, from which tank excessive amounts of foam are removed from drum through condensing channel, and control unit for regulated feeding of condensing water into condensing channel after termination of washing cycle of washing machine to thereby remove foam delivered into condensing channel.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in removal of foam from washing machine.
