SUBSTANCE: washing machine comprises a body, a washing unit, comprising a washing tank and a drum installed coaxially inside the tank as capable of rotation around the horizontal axis. The washing tank comprises inner and outer cylindrical reservoirs, a system of vibration insulation from springs of washing unit suspension and vibration dampers. Holes of perforation of inner and outer cylindrical reservoirs of the drum are arranged opposite to each other and are connected by means of elastic tight channels. Drum reservoirs are connected to each other by elastic tight elements, arranged near end edges of reservoirs, to form a closed tight cavity filled with working fluid between walls of inner and outer cylindrical reservoirs of the drum. The rotation torque of the outer cylindrical reservoir of the drum is transferred from the motor via the shaft, and of the inner reservoir - via helical springs, having the necessary radial and longitudinal stiffness and installed at ends of the inner reservoir outside the closed tight cavity and rigidly joined with both cylindrical reservoirs and the drum.

EFFECT: lower level of vibration in the period of centrifugal wringing of articles, improved manufacturability of structure assembly, reduction of dimensions, lower impact loads during rotation of a drum when washing and in process of wringing.

Modern washing machines drum-type are the most common form of products for performing operations on the processing of textiles during washing and spinning, both in the home and in public utilities and enterprises industry. However, the high level of vibration machines of this type when performing the operation of centrifugal wringer products reduces their performance and competitiveness of machines.

To reduce the vibratory activity of washing machines use a variety of systems and devices for vibration protection, of which the most common are the vibration isolation system, and the most effective - AUTOBELSERVICE unit (ABU) active and passive actions.

Known washing machine drum type [Repair and maintenance of household appliances and machines / Spedrosul, Vastaanotto, Wii and others - M.: Publishing center "Academy", 2003.- 320 S. P.113-125], consisting of a body, washing node including a washing tank and a drum mounted coaxially inside the tank for rotation around a horizontal axis, and the vibration isolation system, consisting of suspension springs wash site and vibration dampers.

To reduce the significant vibrations that occur during the spin cycle in the washing machine drum with the isolation system, use the optional p is otilovici, mounted on the tank. However, this leads to a significant increase in the mass of the machine and increase the dynamic loads that occur in the bearing support drum.

The elimination of the disadvantages arising from the use of the system vibration control in washing machines is achieved by using ABU.

A known design of a machine for washing and spinning of linen with ABU liquid type passive actions [Malykhin V.I., S. Alekhin. Machine for washing and wringing clothes. AC USSR 1581795, Moscow technological Institute. 30.07.90. Bull. No. 28]. To improve the vibration resistance of the machine is provided with an additional drum mounted on the shaft between the tank and the washing drum, and additional drum associated with washing drum on the lateral surface by means of elastic elements, each of which covers the elastic channel and the space between the washing and additional drums filled with the working fluid. The rotation of the washing drum is transmitted from the drive shaft using a four-link hinge providing synchronous angular rotation of the washing and additional drums.

The disadvantages of this design of the washing machine with ABU are the complexity of the construction of the drum with double side and end surfaces; the need to ensure synchronous rotation of tiralejo and additional drums; increased overall dimensions of the washing site, and the machine caused by the presence of four hinge installed between the rear end wall washing and additional drums to transfer torque washing drum.

This construction of the washing machine is adopted for the prototype.

The objective of this invention is the provision of a low level of vibration of the drum-type washing machine during centrifugal extraction products, improving the manufacturability of the Assembly structure, reduce size, reduce shock loads during rotation of the drum during the wash and spin cycle.

The essence of the invention is illustrated by the diagrams in figure 1 and figure 2, where figure 1 shows a diagram of the machine with vibration absorption system, and figure 2 - scheme of connection of the inner and outer containers of the drum.

We offer washing machine consists (1) of the housing 1, the washing site, including washing tank 2 and the drum mounted coaxially inside the tank 2 with the possibility of rotation around a horizontal axis and comprising inner 3 and outer 4 cylindrical tanks, vibration isolation system, consisting of a coil spring 5 washer node and vibration dampers 6. The perforation holes 7 of the inner 3 and outer 4 cylindrical containers of the drum are located opposite each other and connected the village is edstam elastic tight channel 8. In addition, the capacity of the drum are connected tight elastic elements 9, which are located near the end edges of the containers. Formed thereby between the inner wall 3 and outer 4 cylindrical containers of the drum is closed and sealed cavity 10 is filled with the working fluid. Torque outer cylindrical tank 4 of the drum is transmitted from the engine 11 through the shaft 12 and the inner container through the coil spring 13, with the necessary radial and longitudinal rigidity and mounted on the ends of the inner receptacle 3 outside a closed sealed cavity 10, and is rigidly connected with the two cylindrical tanks 3 and 4 of the drum.

The machine operates as follows.

The drum is laid textiles to be processed. After switching on the machine is the supply of the washing solution in the tank 2. Through the perforation holes 7, the cleaning solution is supplied to the inside of the drum to the processed products and wets them. In the process of washing drum is driven by electric motor 11 via a shaft 12. When this occurs the simultaneous rotation of the inner 3 and outer 4 cylindrical containers of the drum. Moreover, if the outer cylindrical container 4 is rigidly connected with the shaft 12 of the drive, which ensures synchronous rotation, and the inner tank 3 connected to darwinistically capacity of 4 spiral springs 13, can be performed when the rotation of the short acceleration or deceleration due to variable loads arising in the process of uneven movement of the articles in the drum when washing. This allows, on the one hand, to reduce the shock load on the engine 11 to the drive, and on the other side more actively influence the process of movement of the articles in the drum, thereby enhancing the quality of washing. After completion of the washing process is performed centrifugal wringer products by increasing the drum speed to a value conducive to intensive removal of moisture from the products. In the period of acceleration of the drum is the distribution of products on the sides of its inner receptacle 3. As is almost always the distribution of products is carried out unevenly, it leads to the formation of unbalanced mass, which is the source of significant centrifugal forces acting from the side of the unbalanced parts of the items on the sides of the inner container 3. As the inner tank 3 is connected with the outer 4 via the elastic elements in the form of a spiral spring 13, the effect of unbalanced forces on the sides of the inner receptacle 3 leads to its displacement in the direction of the centrifugal force. In the moving mass of the working fluid within a closed sealed cavity 10 in protivopul is mportant direction is balancing the centrifugal forces. As a consequence, the drum is practically not exposed to dynamic loads during the spin cycle.

This spiral spring 13 simultaneously perform two roles: transmit torque from the outer tank 4 internal 3, and are elastic elements, providing the movement of the inner container 3 relative to the outer 4 when exposed to unbalanced masses of the products. The exception to design four hinge and replace it with a compact spiral springs 13 reduces the dimensions of the machine and increases the mobility of the inner receptacle, providing, thus, the efficiency of ABU. In addition, the installation of the springs 13 outside a closed sealed cavity 10 simplifies system installation ABU and its maintenance. The presence of spiral springs provides also the possibility of energy storage acceleration of the drum, which can be used for faster acceleration and reduced, thereby, the likelihood of resonance oscillations.

Washing machine drum type, comprising a housing, a washing site, including a washing tank and a drum mounted coaxially inside the tank for rotation around a horizontal axis and comprising inner and outer cylindrical tanks, vibration system, consisting of suspension springs wash site, and g the bearers of the oscillations, while the perforation holes of the inner and outer containers of the drum are located opposite each other and connected by an elastic airtight channels, in addition, the capacity of the drum are connected tight elastic elements located near the end edges of the containers and thus forming between the walls of the inner and outer containers of the drum is closed hermetically sealed space filled with the working fluid and the torque of the outer tank drum is transmitted from the engine through the shaft, wherein the torque of the inner container is transmitted through the coil spring with the necessary radial and longitudinal rigidity and mounted on the ends of the inner container outside a closed sealed cavity and rigidly associated with both tanks drum.

SUBSTANCE: locking unit is positioned in front panel of drying machine, on door of which machine hook is located, said hook being adapted for engagement with locking unit and disengagement therefrom. Locking unit has lock main body equipped with protrusions and retaining openings in its opposite sides, and lock cover having openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining openings provided at cover opposite sides. Protrusions are formed in active part protruding from carrier part of lock main body, and retaining openings are formed in carrier part, immediately under protrusions. Openings for accommodation of protrusions are provided in portion protruding from edge of cover lock planar portion, and retaining protrusions are formed at ends of lock cover protruding portion. On introducing of lock cover into main body of lock, protrusions become embraced with openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining protrusions are introduced into retaining openings. Such construction allows lock cover to be assembled with lock main body for one operation.

SUBSTANCE: method involves determining whether or not drying cycle is selected after termination of washing cycle; removing soap foam by feeding water into drying apparatus after termination of washing cycle and before beginning of drying cycle during selecting of drying cycle. Washing machine is furnished with water tank and drum, and has drying apparatus equipped with condensing channel provided on rear surface of water tank, from which tank excessive amounts of foam are removed from drum through condensing channel, and control unit for regulated feeding of condensing water into condensing channel after termination of washing cycle of washing machine to thereby remove foam delivered into condensing channel.
