SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction machinery and may be used for smoothing as-formed concrete surfaces. Proposed device consists of drive shaft with gear rigidly fitted thereon to actuate vertical cylindrical unbalanced gears. One-way bevel gears are rigidly fitted on primary horizontal drive shaft to engage with four unbalanced bevel gears with vertical axes.

EFFECT: higher quality of smoothing, better compaction.

The invention relates to the field of construction smoothing machines and can be used for smoothing swietochowski concrete surfaces, for example, factories concrete structures.

Known working bodies for smoothing surfaces in the manufacture of products from concrete mixtures (A.S. No. 1740177, WV 11/00 BI 22, 1992), including smoothing disk connected through the torsion bar and the planetary gear with the engine. Rotating satellites gear fixed on them de-balancers creates a constant torque on the driver torsional oscillations, causing uneven rotation of the disk.

The disadvantage of the working body is no vertical component of the vibrations, which does not allow to smooth over the surface of the hard concrete mixtures with simultaneous receipt of compacted gradient layer.

A common drawback of existing smoothing machines is no impact on the internal layers of concrete products, which is only the alignment sizeofimage surface and partial seal.

The closest design to the technical nature of the claimed invention is a smoothing device with an additional oscillatory mechanism in the vertical plane (patent RU 2147514 BI No. 6, dated 27.02.2002, B28B 11/08). P and smoothing hard concrete mixes rotating disk is not capable of processing the surface of the product to the required cleanliness class, as the number of emitted during cement friction test is not enough for the formation of a liquid layer at the sliding disk.

A significant drawback of this working body is limiting the scope for smoothing surfaces of the hard concrete mixtures.

The main task, the solution of which the invention is directed, is the expansion of the scope for qualitative smoothing of surfaces from hard plastic and concrete mixes one device by providing an oscillating disk in two vertical, mutually orthogonal planes.

The invention consists in the fact that smoothing device is additionally installed, the vibration exciter generating vibrations transmitted to the drive and deflecting the axis of rotation of the disk. The rotary disk can be considered as a gyroscope. Oscillatory elements consist of a drive motor and two oppositely directed non-balances, located on opposite sides of the axis smoothing disc. When the disk rotates to intensify the process of allocating cement grout is proposed to use the vertical component of movement of the working body.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, where figure 1 shows the kinematic diagram of the smoothing in which trojstva. Figure 2 presents an isometric diagram of the device in section (case and disc is conventionally not shown). Smoothing device includes a disk 1, a housing 2, a horizontal drive shaft 3, the motor drive horizontal drive shaft 4, a Central pinion gear 5, the two bevel wheel gear 6, a horizontal driven shaft 7, two driven cylindrical gear 8 with non-balances 9, four of the vertical shaft 10, four driven bevel gear 11 mounted de-balancers 12 and the drive shaft of the disk smoothing device 13.

Smoothing gyroscopic device with dual gyroscopic effect is: first, of the gyroscopic device, cosine vector-point which is located along the axis of the drive shaft Oy (Y-axis); secondly, of the gyroscopic device, cosine vector-point which is located along the Ox axis (X axis).

Smoothing device consists of a drive shaft 3 with impaled on him leading cylindrical gear 5 and guided by the cylindrical unbalanced gears 8. In addition, the drive shaft 3 is rigidly mounted two bevel gear 6 with directional cones in the same direction. The principle of double gyroscopic device is as follows. The driving shaft 3, for example, rotates counterclockwise mechanical or electrical actuator is rigidly mounted gears 5 and 6. Two slaves unbalanced gear 8 rotates in one direction, creating a vertical cosine moment vector which has a horizontal direction (in our case - the OY axis).

Gear 5 moves clockwise two unbalanced gear 8, and the two bevel wheel gear 6 drives a four unbalanced bevel gear 11.

During the rotation of the driving shaft 3 at the same time creates two cosine moment operating in two mutually orthogonal vertical planes (plane ZOY and ZOX), intersecting along the z axis.

Then, air is withdrawn from said box via, at least, one sieve nozzle arranged on mould holder. Tile is withdrawn from core box and fed to cutter for extending parts to be cut off. FIELD: techniques of production OF construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a device and a method for cutting of cellular concrete bulks. The technical result is increase of productivity and also increase of accuracy of the geometrical sizes and spreading of the nomenclature of produced items. The device for production of cellular concrete items includes the worksites fenced by the metal frames and equipped with cutting wires for the cellular concrete bulks cutting in different planes. On the first worksite the cutting wires are strongly strained and installed in vertical planes at an angle to horizon, on the second worksite the cutting wires are strained horizontally and placed in a vertical plane perpendicular to a direction of movement of a dolly, on the third worksite the cutting wires are strained horizontally and placed in a horizontal plane. At that the third worksite cutting wires are capable to make vibratory movements.

The technical result: the invention ensures an additional continuous vibration finish mixing of bituminous concrete mixture directly on a construction object, decreased consumption of a binding material and improvement of the physical-mechanical indexes of the asphalt-concrete in the highways pavement, and also decreased power inputs during the subsequent compaction of the mixture. The method of additional continuous vibration finish mixing of moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture provides, that the vibration treatment of the bituminous concrete mixture is conducted in the vibration bin with a frequency of 18...19 Hz, an amplitude of vibrations of 1.31...1.32 mm and the vibration intensity of 100...119 cm2/s3 during 25...35 seconds. At that the body of the vibration bin, if necessary, is subjected to heating during vibration finish mixing up to the temperature required for production of moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture. The invention also presents (describes) the device for realization of the indicated method of the additional continuous vibration finish mixing of moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture.

EFFECT: the invention ensures realization of an additional continuous vibration finish mixing of bituminous concrete mixture directly on a construction object, decreased consumption of a binding material, improved the physical-mechanical features of the asphalt-concrete, decreased power inputs.

SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions is pertaining to the methods of production of interior-lining products made out of gypsum and may be successfully used at production of construction materials. The technical result of the group of inventions is a development of less expensive method of production of interior-lining figured mosaic made out of gypsum with improved hardness of the face surface for the walls and ceilings lining differing by production process, simplicity of production allowing at minimum costs to ensure the high quality of produced products with conservation of original natural advantages of gypsum. And also to create the mold for of interior-lining products made out of gypsum, that is more wear-resistant, easy in production even in simple conditions without power inputs and usage of complex mechanisms. The method of production of interior-lining figured mosaic made out of gypsum bindings provides for, preparation of molding mixture, its pouring in the mold entirely made out of a firm material and equipped with a figured clamp plate, aging till complete solidification, extraction, drying of a product and deposition of a decorative coating differs that solution is poured into the mold in an amount, that is less than the working volume of the mold. For Increase of hardness use hydrophilic material and as a decorative coating use a dry mixture of gypsum. The wear-resistant mold for production of interior-lining products made out of gypsum differs, that its working and support parts are entirely made out of a firm material by a method of a cold molding.
