The technical field to which the invention relates.

The invention relates to a washing machine, in particular, contains the automatic distribution and dispensing at least one washing tools.

The level of technology

The metering device, in particular intended for use in washing machines, dish washing machines or similar devices.

In document WO 2006043118 described injection system for delivery of liquid detergent into the washing machine, while this system can be connected to the exhaust system of the washing machine so that the user can choose at any time washing between washing powder or washing liquid washing means. The injection system consists of a jet pump, solenoid valve, relief valve and container.

The objective of the invention is to provide a washing machine that contains a device for automated distribution and dispensing washing means which is simple, economical and particularly suitable for use in the home.

This problem is solved in a washing machine according to the independent, paragraph 1, of the claims and, preferably, in any one of the claims dependent from paragraph 1.

The technical result of the claimed invention is to simplify and increase the efficiency of automated distribution and dispensing of the washing means.

The implementation of the invention

Figures 1 and 3 shows the washing machine 1, containing a washing tank 2 located therein a perforated rotating washing drum (not shown), and device 3 automatically allocated to the I and dosing, intended for delivery to the tank 2 measured quantities of washing tools, such as detergent, water softener, Febreze, etc.

Each input 5 through couplings are connected to a suitable tank 11, the which may be easily replaceable, as shown in figures 1 and 2, or updated, as shown in figure 3 and 4. In both cases, the tank 11 is installed in the drawer 12, located at the base 13 of the machine.

In the example shown in figure 1 and 2, the drawer holds two 12 arranged side by side capacity (figure 2 shows only one tank), which is a replaceable canister with a sufficient quantity of washing resources to implement numerous washing cycles. Each input 5 (figure 2 shows only one) is formed by the mouth of the corresponding tank 14 connected to the respective container 11 through the exhaust valve 15, the entrance of which is sealed to the opening of the container 11 when it is placed inside a drawer 12, and the output is sealed to the neck of the reservoir 14 for connecting the tank 11 to the reservoir 14.

The exhaust valve 15 includes a spring-loaded valve that is closed in the normal position (not shown) and open (2) manually by the user using the external lever 16 when connecting the exhaust valve 15 with the tank 14. Thus, the container 11 can be without leaks easily attached and detached, and the washing liquid can flow by gravity to flow into the tank 14 only after entering the exhaust valve 15 in input 5.

When the machine is in operation, one side of the mixer 21 is communicated through the check valve 22 to the discharge pipe 7 for receiving water from the tank 2, and the other side through the check valve 23 is in communication with the return pipe 8 for supplying tank 2 a mixture of water and washing means.

The pump 17 may be regulated, which will be described below using the Central unit 25 controls located inside the main machine body 1 above the base 13 and is connected to the pump 17 through the multiconductor cable 24, which together with the pressure line 7 and the return pipe 8 extends from the main body of the machine 1 to the base 13 through the outer tube, and then through the tensile member located inside the base 13 on the outside of a drawer 12 and providing the pulling cable 24 and conduits 7 and 8 when the drawer 12 from the base.

Once inside the circuit 4 begins to circulate water, the Central unit 25, the control actuates a pump 17 connected to the container 11 (hereinafter for clarity are indicated by position 17A). When the pump 17A detergent is drained from the tank 14 through the corresponding inlet pipe 18 and is inserted through the corresponding supply line 19 to the mixer 21 at a high enough pressure to open the valve 20.

Inside the mixer 21 stirlin the e vehicle is mixed with the circulating water, forming a mixture of water and washing facilities, which are served by the return pipe 8 into the washing tank 2.

Detergent is dosed automatically by the Central unit 25 control that controls the duration of operation of the pump 17A defined by the Central unit 25 of the control based on the programmed parameters of the working cycle, for example the type and quantity of washing liquid, the type of the selected wash cycle, etc.

After a predetermined period of time corresponding to the amount of washing liquid used for washing, the Central unit 25, the control stops the pump 17A, thereby interrupting the supply of washing liquid to the mixer 21.

After an additional period of time during which the pump 9 continues to pump water circuit 4 to remove all traces of washing liquid from the mixer 21 and washing circuit 4, the pump 9 is also stopped, the valve 10 is closed and the water in the circuit 4 is no longer flows.

When the container 11 is emptied, and the level of washing liquid in the tank 14 falls, the sensors 26 and serves the appropriate signals to the Central unit 25 control that disables the corresponding pump 17, which remains off until such time as the container 11 will not be replaced. In the embodiment of the invention shown in figure 3 and 4, two tank 11 located in the drawer 12, are two of the top-up tank (figure 4 shows only one), each of which contains a sufficient amount of washing means to carry out numerous washing cycles. When disconnecting the compressor 34 and the spring 35 pushes the piston outward, thereby quickly reducing the volume of the chamber 36 and displacing the detergent from the chamber at a pressure high enough to open the valve 39, and supplies the detergent to the mixer 21.

It should be noted that in the above embodiments of the invention the number of inputs 5 is purely illustrative. In fact, as it follows from the above description, in both embodiments of the invention, each tool 6 dosing, whether pump or hydro-pneumatic metering device 31, is connected with its corresponding container 11 and operates independently from the presence or amount of other funds 6 dosing.
